Subway in Southampton

Went here as McDonald's was closed. Employees were extremely quiet couldn't hear what they were saying. Work surfaces were filthy. I could see the cross contamination happening right in front of me. Bacon wasn't cooked properly at all. Highly recommend that you avoid this outlet if you can

Konok was really friendly, quick and efficient. Store clean and tidy. Plenty of options available despite being late in the day.

My sandwich didn’t have vegan cheese, and I never got my drink

I went here last Saturday. I wanted to use my points to have water. And one guy refused to give me on points and said you cannot use points for water bottle points only used for the sandwiches. And he told me very rudely to check terms and conditions. Very bad experience, will never come again.

Please have a humanitarian staff

Took my sub out the oven only halfway through the time. Suffice it to say the chicken was only partially warm and the sub wasn't that nice here. Avoid.

My food says it’s been delivered however it hasn’t.

Bread was dry. Was told after ordering that the oven was broken hence cold sandwich with raw cheese. Tasted disgusting. Drinks served at room temperature. Total waste of money. Will never visit a Subway ever again.

Absolutely awful, in every aspect. Really bad service - firstly on her phone, no greeting, chucked in the oven for a minute if that, I’ve then had to ask for caramelised onions which is what I should’ve gotten as that’s the sandwich I ordered after a dirty look I get a blob of them. Used a 50 % off voucher but still paid £6, luckily because if I had paid full price I would’ve returned it. What a disgrace! I was absolutely starving as I’m pregnant and was so looking forward to eating out as a treat. Should’ve read the reviews here first, surely after all these bad reviews something would be done?! I never write reviews, nor do I complain or return things- let’s see if the birds eat the sandwich as I know my dog wouldn’t.

I was going to order a subway from the counter in West quay but when I went to order I was put off from ordering as one male colleague was wearing his hat backwards so I was scared hair might went in my food and also they were rude as one male staff member was on their phone whilst behind so instead of being healthy at subway I ended up being unhealthy and went to McDonald's instead won't be visiting again

I visited your subway today morning for breakfast. The girl didn't say absolutely nothing, no hello none. Then she cracked poached egg in her hands put bacon in one corner top up with cheese again in one corner then toasted. Didn't care when I asked to spread along the bread. After toasting she only said " ketchup ye" I said no I like sw sauce then she was ready to wrap the sandwich. I stopped her to add onions but she wasn't happy about it. Then she put amount on card then cancelled saying that she forgot to charge me extra, when I asked for what she refused to say. All along the way I only get " ehh" Honestly this was absolutely disgusting experience. I worked in subway for 7 years as Area manager and I don't get how you guys can accept service like that.

Staff don't know English well enough to even take orders. Only listen to the first sentence and doesn't bother with the other request. I won't be going here again until the staff go to school and learn simple English. Disgraceful service

I came at 16:40 on Sunday, they didn’t serve me and told me they are closed they close at 16:30. But on their system it shows they close at 17:00. And they have very rude behaviour.

The sandwich was a bit thrown together but tasted good anyway! And everything was in my order for once so I’ll take it as a win!!

i got a free side on the subway app and i went to collect it and they refused to give it to me so when i asked again they rolled their eyes and tossed it to me like it was a ball. also when you get there they’re all lying on the floor like a bunch of weirdos

Worst subway ive ever seen. A rude cohort of cliquey foreigners who are never at front of house, and when they finally come out - serve you with a snarled look of contempt as they bodge your order and cross contaminate all the ingredients. Sandwich looks like it was thrown together from 3 ft away. Staff rudely slide your order across the counter at you and walk off before youve paid without saying a word. Do not eat here if you have allergies or dietary requirements. Furthermore there is a smashed glass panel with very sharp edges under the till at the height a toddler can easily reach. Lawsuit waiting to happen. 0/5

Chicken in salad was definitely out of date, I wanted to throw up after tried one piece

Very bad service by the Manager yesterday! We asked for our food and he was not happy with the filling we were asking for, and decided to throw the sandwich, and toppings all over the sandwich as we ordered he than stormed off mid way and another member of staff had to take over. When asking the lady Sitajay (I think) for the managers name she kept refusing to give us the name as I wanted to make a complaint. Such bad customer service absolutely appalling staff at this location.

Courier was nice and on time, food was still hot on arrival from westquay

Never even bother ordering food from here online, it wont turn up. We ordered and waited 1hr 45 minutes for a subway through Just Eat which never came or got updates. Had to drive over ourselves and then when asking where our food was 3 rude clueless staff waffled on about it not being their fault even though they ignored all calls to their number to communicate. Still havent got a refund so advise not going here

We were at the mall and needed some food, so we stopped here for lunch. The sandwiches were good, predictable quality. Didn't have good places to sit and eat.

The delivery time changed numerous times food was cold when it arrived the non English driver instead of making a straight line to my address he started by heading in the wrong direction went all round town before heading my way

It's the worst Subway I have ever been to. First of all, we couldn't see anyone at the counter. We walked closer, and the member of staff was sat on the floor looking at his phone. He said something, but we couldn't hear him, we waited and he just sat there. They had everything on display and all of the other food outlets were open. I will not be spending my money at Subway for a while and especially not this branch. This is not the first time we have received poor customer service from this Subway, we haven't been for a while so I hoped they would have improved, or it was a isolated incident. After reading other reviews, it seems like this branch is one to avoid!

Never using this app again. No apology for my food being over 2hrs late and I nearly missed it as you can't cancel your order as you may still be charged. DISGUSTING!!

Staff here are so nice and friendly. Very chill and patient. Will definitely come here frequently, they make me such good subs. Makes it good will bring partner here again

Put the wrong fillings in sandwich. Got the salads and sauces mixed up between the 2. Turned up cold and crushed. Not happy.

The order didn't arrive yet taken payment and claimed it was delivered! Had to go into the store as no one would answer the phone paid-for delivery which was not refunded. The store didn't have half the items I had ordered so had to change what I wanted and wasn't offered a refund at any stage. Poor all round and not for the first time....

Cross contamination I mean food was nice but the person putting chicken in my sub dropped some chicken into another pot and then the guy making the salad put onion in my sun by mistake after the Mayo and lettuce was in it and he just put the onion back in the onion pot, what if someone is allergic to the stuff in my sub and ordered one with onions and has a reaction from the Mayo covered onion.

Food was cold! Didn’t taste good at all. What a waste of money. No wonder why west quay have such a good deal on with 40% discount! Delivery guy took the long way to mine. I didn’t get my first order the other month, but thought I’d try again as 40% is so good! Now I know why…

Initially said delivery would take 10-25 minutes so I ordered lunch. The delivery eventually arrived 1hr 20mins after I made the order. To top it off the food wasn't great.

The sub didn’t have the sauce in it or the cheese that I payed for, and the wrap didn’t have any cheese in it either and didn’t have the correct sauce.

The order was late and had missing items in it when delivered. I order a 6inch sub and large portion of nachos. I just received small portion of nachos. Very unsatisfied and waste of money and time.

My sub had a square piece of thin plastic sticking out of it that I don’t believe I ordered as a filling.

They serve up big sandwiches here and you need to plan to take them with you to eat elsewhere. Quality is standard and OK>

Disappointing, because my footlong brie sub had been filled with sweetcorn, which I definitely hadn't asked for. Double checked receipt in case I made an error when ordering but nope I hadn't selected sweetcorn. I had however asked for sweet onion dressing (which I was given) so can perhaps see how the mistake occured. Sadly I can not stand sweetcorn and after I had removed about 4 or 5 tablespoons worth of Corn from my sandwich, I had lost my appetite somewhat. So I'll end the way I started by saying Disappointing.

No way does it take an hour to make a sandwich. Delivery man was lovely and polite and once the order had been made he was here reasonably quickly. Problem was subway taking 45 minutes before they even started making my order.

Bad customer service. Staff didn’t listen to our order and communication with staff was difficult with 3 different language barriers.. I feel the brand has lost its way and franchising has damaged the customer service.

order was placed at 12:05. I attempted to cancel the order at delivery was attempted at 15:10. I leave work at 15:00, was not there to receive. I want my money back.

All cold and the hash browns that the potato crisps were disgusting! I doubt that they had been cooked at all. They went straight in the bin!

Ordered 2 subs and no meat was put in my sandwich for the Italian BMT and Tuna sub.

The service was awful and they were extremely rude not only that but I ordered nacho chicken nuggets and it had been mushed around with ketchup (west quay).

Average food and staff weren't very friendly , slow service, didn't offer any specials or information on food.
