Subway in Southampton

Why is it everytime I try to call, no one picks up. Food is alright tho.

Bit disappointed with the sides but the rest was lovely

There were fillings in the bread roll, but NO burger.

The staff were very rude and abrupt other than one young man. The lady at the till was very rude to us, rushing us at the till when there wasn’t a queue. Our coffee was cold and the prices were way too much for what we had. Terrible experience.

Went to dine in, they closed half the dining area as was half 4 but ALL of the other tables were dirty. There was no other customers and just two member of staff chatting behind the counter. We just left as it was dirty

Absolutely awful. They messed up my entire order

driver took 2 detours from the address then couldnt find it

Walked in the shop with my friend and the man manager servicing he was very rude and after we had are salad with my friend my friend need it her phone charged bit we asked manger if he can quickly put my phone in charge for couple minutes he refused it but very rude way staff are nice but the manager is very rude I don't recommend anyone to go there

The food was really good all though I would like to have little bit more sauce in it, apart from that it was delicious.

Big sign in the window: "any footlong, £4.99 until 20th January" I am sold, I haven't used Subway since an UberEats delivery of a cheese footlong with no cheese because they had run out of cheese (no refund was ever issued). So I walk in, enquire about the offer, I am told I need to download the app. I download the app, order my food, it is prepared, I am looking forward to it and and go to pay. After scanning the QR code on my app, I am told the offer is not on my account. The member of staff says there was nothing she can do because it might take days for the offer to show on my account. This is information probably would have been more useful if received before the point ordering... Anyway, the outcome was that the sub was put in the bin, and I got lunch from elsewhere. A little bit of extra info, the member of staff was cleaning when I walked in, that was fine, but when I was ready to order it took her at least 3 minutes to stop cleaning and go behind the counter.

The staff was not at all attending me and when I asked one of the staff member to change the sub bread he was arguing wid me. Not satisfied service.

delivery changed 3 times! when the food arrived it was cold.

My food was cold at arrival, the bread was a little stale and the the chicken tikka was not great

Walked in the shop and the lady servicing was on FaceTime to someone while serving people completely ignoring customers and then coughed all over the place without covering her mouth. Will not be eating here again.

Great service, plenty of food options, fresh salad. Clean premises, even the toilets. I had a little wait but nothing to moan about as a large family ahead of me. The guy behind the counter offered me a free drink for my wait, which i was very greatful.

Order online the sub came cold. It was packed but no use to eat there and then.

Veggies are not fresh... tomatoes are stingy and the bed smells. Not to prefer that subway

The steak and cheese tasted like tuna that meal was ruined!

I've previously had good things to say about this subway but this time was awful I had a breakfast wrap which I generally have it microwaved for 30secs. The man who made my wrap must of done it for 2mins its was like eating plastic toy food! And the service was awful he almost threw the wrap at me didn't offer a napkin or heatproof box.

A great place to order from which is getting rarer on Just Eat. Have ordered several times and only once had a minor problem (incorrect item). Highly recommend as long as they don't drop the ball.

this 127F Above Bar St, Southampton SO14 7FN Subway is very good every time there and here I eat Ground Floor, 6-7 East St, Southampton SO14 3HE. Today it is this Subway that has not put very little everywhere the standard is, why have they put me little here? 05/24/2023 purchase time 12:05

Food was cold like it had just come out the fridge and the cheese hadn't even melted even though I literally sat down after it was paid for, flies everywhere, The staff had very basic English and it was hard to order, garlic mayo tasted like salad cream would not recommend this store

Not highly recommended. Staff not very helpful. Coffee machine wasn't working. Wasn't asked if I wanted anything different to drink given a cookie instead. Think a cold drink could of been offered

Good food, service was a bit slow as there was only one person working but the food was fresh and tasty.

Very disappointed! Ordered for delivery and drinks and cookie were missing. Also bread was burnt. We order kids pak wchich is sandwich,robinson juice and cookie and they sent us just sandwich. We also order 2 meal subs deal with 2 sandwiches and bottle of pepsi and nachos without jalapenos. They sent us burned meatball sub, bmt with missing crispy onions and pickels and they forgot about the pepsi. That was first and last time we done order with subway company. Definetely not reccomend.

Well it really depends. I most likely get hairs served in my sandwich most of the time no matter which store I visit. so... Yeah. I love my custom sloppy mess sandwiches I order here. Footlong always...

Typical Subway branch, clean and quick service. Shame its tucked out the way in East Street as the city town seems to shrinking everytime I visit.

Subway is as always, very nice to go they serve up a variety of baguettes with plenty of fillings, from ham, tuna, cheese etc. They also have soft drinks. They have seating so you can sit and eat your food. The shop is kept clean and tidy.

Sometimes the oven is not on so can't have toasted :(

Been here many times, my wife and I go here at least twice a month, my wife always has Tuna, I try something different each time, always busy but enjoy the subs, good staff and good value for money.

You know what you're gonna get at Subway - but this branch is very cramped seating and access!

I use subway all over the UK.. this is a good one.. great staff everything fresh and clean, even at 5.30 in the evening after a full day..

You choose how much or how little you want so creating your own meal with freshly baked bread. Best by far is the bacon breakfast Subway with a fresh coffee for £2.30...bargain.

Sin lugar a dudas el peor metro en el que he estado. Mi amigo y yo lo visitamos y descubrimos que las actitudes del personal eran desagradables. Fui recibido por una señora grosera que no usó guantes nuevos y no escuchó mi orden correctamente y luego se puso irritable cuando tuve que preguntar de nuevo. Literalmente, puse un dap de queso que ni siquiera cubría la mitad de mi tostada y cuando le pregunté a otro miembro del personal si podía comer más queso, él se burló de mí y dejó caer una pizca sobre él y me cobró más. Entendimos por qué era tan silencioso allí y por una buena razón. La comida y el personal estaban lejos de ser aceptables y espero que encuentres un mejor personal x

Typical subway, fresh food and salad but really bad staff attitude. Lady who seemed to be the manager was a bit rude. Also I had £9 of change given back all in 50p coins!! What’s that about?

The scoop for the tuna is half the size of a normal subway one. This should be illegal.

Its a really good Subway, far better then the one which is just up the street. Everything seems clean and the Staff is helpful. Toilets are clean. I like eating here!

Vine aquí con mi hijo y mi hijastra que tiene 5 años. Ella era desprite para el baño y mi marido pidió el número de la puerta del inodoro ya que estaba a punto de mojarse. Nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar nuestro recibo para obtener el código. Mi hijastra se reía y se reía diciendo que necesitaba que nos entristeciéramos porque, evidentemente, no quería sentirse avergonzada frente a una tienda llena de gente. Cuando llegué a la caja, me preguntaron qué había pedido, como si estuvieran tratando de retrasar el asunto de que necesitáramos ir al baño. Al final, el asesor de cajas se derrumbó a pesar de la política y anotó el número de pin para la puerta del baño. . . . . . ¿Por qué demonios no podrían haberlo hecho 5 minutos antes? . . tienen suerte de no orinar en todas partes. simplemente inhumano mirar a un niño despreocupadamente para no mojarse y quedarse allí parado como un limón mientras intentas acelerar el proceso de ordenar. Discutir la actitud y discutir sobre las personas que trabajan allí. . . las familias evitan

Cola y nos todo el camino a la única hasta que me dijeron que no aceptaban mi dinero escocesa. No hay debate. Pregunté si tenía una tarjeta pero lo dejé en el coche. Que hubiera preferido tirar la comida de toma de riesgo mi nota escocés Absolutamente ridícula y embarazosa en este día y edad. La diversidad y la inclusión? Aye derecha.

I don't like the fact that you have to ask a member of staff to use the toilet. Here's a tip if you are getting a foot long: get a different sauce on each side - it feels like you are eating 2 different subs!
