Poor food rang for updates on the food and lied to twice about where the food was ordered at half nine it showed up at 2330

Best Kebab in Southampton.........

I told them the correct address being 5_9 First they went to 17 then 59 Food was cold ans dry and chips over cooked and old . Salad also old . Made me feel sick !!. I think they should give me another order considered 🤔

Awfull tasting kebab, chips more crunchy than a bag of walkers crisps

Did not receive my can of coca cola after i paid for it, pizza was brilliant

Garlic pizza bread was burnt and solid, chips soggy. Shame as I always look forward to and enjoy the food here usually.

Food is always fantastic and piping hot ! Only downfall is the short delivery driver with glasses and a beard. He always looks like he’s in a terrible mood 🤦‍♀️ it’s a little uncomfortable 🫣

I ordered food last night half hour before it closed. They decided to cancel my order 6 minutes before closing time and still charge me for that order because they said they still prepared my food when THEY were the ones that cancelled it!!!! They stole £20 of my money!!!! Would not recommend here at all. I will be taking this further.

Went for the messy burger , decent food , but the bun fell apart , maybe use a different bun , but the food was lovley

Service 0. I ordered food and waited 78 minutes for it to come to me (as it usually takes without any update. Time was 4.30pm). Of course I canceled the order. It has been repeated the same way many times. I will not be eating from this grill again.

Vile. 1 burger had no cheese at all and minimal mayo, this burger also had something hard in it. The burger sauce on the 2nd burger tasted strange had a chilli taste to it, half way through I took a bite and pulled a hair out! Kebab was disgusting, bland, unseasoned and chewy. Would not order from here again.

Chefs special chicken donner was very tasty and a good amount of sauce and salad, chicken shish kebab was cooked well and plenty of salad to go with, could be more chips with wrap but will eat here again

Order was correct and on time, food was hot and drinks where cold, only downside was the that the marinade on the chicken shish had a bit of a stong twang, I would recommend trying Tony’s grill

Just had large Döner with chips and definitely will be coming back regularly from now on 👍 the meat was really nice and meaty and the chips tasted like proper potatoes and not some cheap mix ... Loved my onions and chillies as well 👍🤚👍

Very disappointed used this kebab shop once before and it was great. This time not, 1 and a half kofta 😂 had to save the other half clearly, 2x of salad and so got 2 little slices of tomato and 2 of cucumber, guessing if I hadn’t done the 2x would have got one tiny slice, what is going on and the chips well they were clearly reheated. Absolutely disgraceful, we might be in a living crisis but for the price expect you make a mint!

These guys should be shut down. They are selling meat that is old and obtained from untrusted sources. Bought a kebab & chips for me and wife and the meat did not taste like lamb doner at all (chips were bland and very overcooked). The meat was salty and had a backtaste. did hear bad feedback from friends but thought give em a try. never again.

Been using Tony's for ages had a medium lamb donor kebab with chilli and tomato sauce,small chips and a large Lamb shish with chilli and tomato sauce.The lamb donor was very salty,the salad was small but nice one small bit of tomato wow, the chips were really nice after putting tomato ketchup (my own) on them.Next the lamb shish taste tasteless and the texturewas weird.Sorry Tony's but never again used to be really nice,they had nice tasty kebabs there but no more.

First time ordering from here, the food arrived on time but it was warm/cold in some parts and only slightly hot inside the pita bread but it did travel from store to lordshill so a bit of a travel which could answer it being cold.

Tony’s is my go to Kebab! I always get the chicken kebab and shish combo! Hot and juicy and just true comfort! The BEST kebab in my humble opinion ( I’ve eaten quite a lot 🤭)

Popped in to get the kids some dinner after a day out and was pleasantly surprised. The kids enjoyed the food and I enjoyed the leftovers. Would definitely use again.

Took nearly 2 hours from ordering to doorstep, however when calling 90 minutes in, they stated they had a gas cut out so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Food put on grill as I was on the phone to them. Arrived 30 minutes later got and fresh, but probably not worth the 2 hour wait. Had better previous experience with Tony’s Grill.

Visited on mid week evening. Waited 15 mins and ended up with an overpriced poor quality kebab. Wouldn’t go again. I’d go as far to say worst kebab I’ve ever had.

By far one of the best takeaway kebabs we’ve had. Been ordering from Tony’s for well over 15 years. The lamb shish is so tender and new Chef’s kebab with rice is my favourite.

The delivery driver was in good time and very polite. Each of our family had different food: burgers, vegetarian, pizzas, chips and salad. It was all very delicious.

Ordered two large donner kebabs in naan for £19 which is extortionate for something that costs less than £5 in ingredients, portion size tiny for a large, I'll order from macdonalds next time
