wanna give 0 star for this dark ,over re-fried, not crispy at all steak house chicken burger.

Staff were a bit vacant and I had to wait for a while to be served when no-one was there in the queue.

Might come back in an hour it was that good!!

Food was great and fresh. Staff all polite and the atmosphere very wholesome..

Tony seating area, mainly takeaway and home delivery people but staff polite and good food.

Food is very nice saying for the chips burgers have really different tastes. Be careful if you buying drinks because prices are not the same on wall and register. Glass of coke is 3£ ... 🤔

Usually love the bacon cheese XL burger, but recently it tastes like it's been contaminated by other food, and not as fresh

Came in for a quick lunch on my break and was given exceptional fast service from Jamie, food was amazing, service was top quality and the staff was very friendly

I was served by Manager Jamie he done it very professional and kind this restaurant has gone up hill has came few years now it was terrible but seems lot has changed and it’s seems staff are so much happier now

As I entered the establishment I was hit with the joyous aroma of whoppers. My mouth started to water as I imagined all the possibilities of the menu, I just couldn’t wait to get my hands on those delectable fries. I used the kiosks which made it much easier but I missed the opportunity of a great convo with appealing staff. My meal was made extremely quickly which I was pleased to see, a manager named Jamie passed me my food and he was extremely kind about it, telling me to enjoy and have a nice day. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to be served with just as much pleasure next time.

Nothing spectacular, onions rings were doughy and tough, burger oily but cheese bites were great.

Really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. Food was lovely and the staff that served me were really nice. I would visit again!

We love Burger King and thought we would pop in here on the way to Isle of Wight. Jesus what a dive, we arrived at 11.30am found one clean table whilst stepping over the remnants of other people's food on the floor. We ordered and the burgers were a limp mess and the coke tasted like dishwater, I politely asked a staff member to tip the drinks away with not even an offer of a refund or to try to find out what was wrong, utterly disinterested. An uninspiring hole to be avoided at all costs.

Had to meet some one here and wanted a chocolate milk shake .no longer done there but was told by a young lady to try a lemon fanta freeze and glad she did ! Found it tasty nd refreshing !! Thankyou Happy to go back !

Very polite and quick service. All fresh made compare to Mcthrow up.

Ordered on line. My daughters items were missing so we didn't eat any of it and cooked. The food was cold on arrival and not even warm. It was all squashed in the bag so gave it to the dog. What a waste of £30. When calling 5 times with no answer, i called the next morning to be told its not our issue and contact deliveroo even though they cooked, packed and dispatched to be told its still not there problem. If i could give 0 stars i would do. We will never order out weekly takeaway from them again.

Very quick and fast service at the Drive-thru.

Rudest woman took our order at drive thru, couldn’t have had more distain in her voice if she tried, would have even forgiven that they “don’t do shakes” if she hadn’t been such a miserable troll

Service was diabolical. Some reasons for this are outlined below: 1. The host could not understand simple requests like 'coke' and 'vegan royale'. 2. Common courtesies were sadly lacking throughout our experience. 3. One member of staff was blatantly sipping a large drink and did not wash her hands before resuming her work. 4. Coke was the only thing on offer and the sloven manager at the time did not know how to replace the sprite cartridge. 5. Toilets were inaccessible. Others were experiencing this also. Such poor service will surely lose you customers very quickly indeed.

Drive through at 8pm, ordered a whopper meal, all of the food was stone cold & the chips had been hanging around as really limp.

It's burger king it is what it is. Went in the evening was the only person in there. So was quick but have to say the restaurant itself was filthy trays and wrappers every where.

By far the best fast food shop. Quick and easy service. They burgers are amazing. Good choice of burgers and sides.

Counter service slow. Seemed more interested in deliveroo orders and drive through. Had a Whooper which was not that nice. Just did not taste like Whopers used to. And Yes they do have them electronic ordering stations but prefer the human way of doing things.

Convenient to use as there is a drive-thru.

The places was small. The service was very slow and didn't provide with any sauces, we have to ask for everything, napkins, etc. We ate in and they forgot to give us a tray! The burgers are ok. I personally think that the staff is overworked

Food was good done the upgrade on the fries then had the Doritos chilli fries to not been for ages but will be back.

Used to love burger King but as it doesn't take my Amex card I have stopped going. McDonald's takes Amex...

Food tastes horrible, never again

Double Bacon XL, one of the burgers was half hanging out and snapped off when wrapping.

Have just been to get a drive thru only to be greeted by the most miserable man on the speaker. i was shocked with how miserable he was that i miss ordered my food. Not a single hello or thank you just grunts. Then when he handed me our food not a single thank you or the slightest smile. Really shouldn’t be working in customer service with that attitude and surprised Burger King employee someone who treats customers like that. Absolute fun sponge

Burgers were weird, almost like they weren’t cooked properly. Very expensive too only ordered 2 burgers and a medium chips to share and it was 18£.

The Angus burger was over smokey. Did not taste very nice. The Service was over complicated and not very intuitive. Won't be going back.

Great service today at the drive through after a 8 hour drive. A friendly young woman served us delicious vegan burgers which were fantastic! Very happy and would return weekly if I lived close enough 😊😊😊

Gave me 85p in change in mostly 5p pieces. I remembered some small change was in the car, so got 15p and asked to change it up for a £1 coin. The chap asked his Manager, who said they can't do that! Are you serious....you can't open a till and get a £1 coin out. The Manager working today at 7pm needs some training on customer service. On a plus note.. food was pretty good but won't ever visit again

They don't accept mobile orders now so you're paying full price which I think is pretty high. Better than McDonald's but about double the price, there's a big McDonald's down the road and loads of small fast food places nearer the university. No brainer really, won't be going back till I can order on their app.

I can forgive the price increase due to the quality of the food and the lovely employees. The vanilla milkshake is absolutely amazing, the Doritos chicken fries are incredible! The young man Bryn who served me was patient, helpful and polite. I can't fault it.

Burger King has really gone down hill here. The food was really overpriced (£29.95 bill for 1 adult and 2 kids) Side portions are really small (13 fries with the kids meal). The onion rings looked and tasted like they'd been reheated. Chicken royal with cheese and bacon had very little of either and what little there was of topping was restricted to one end. The staff looked and acted like they really didn't want to be there and forgot to put part of the order on the tray. The floor was unswept. The only plus note was that the whopper and Royal were delicious although very sparce of the toppings ordered. I would not go back. I've always slightly prefered Burger King over it's competitors, that has now sadly changed. 2 stars was generous on this occasion. Overpriced, poor portions, poor service, unclean. I'd advise you to keep driving down the hill a short way to Mc D's This burger king is nothing like it used to be. Real shame.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been. Ordered fries and nuggets for my little ones..both were horrible in quality and freshness..kids didn’t like it at all.. had to buy something else for them on my way back home. Don’t recommend whatsoever!!!

Drive thru is quick and food arrives hot. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but what else are you going to do, go to McDonalds?

The staff who takes calls is not being helpful at all when dealing with scenarios. It is not only unable to provide suggestion but also leave the customer frustration. I am absolutely disappointed with the customer service in their supervisor or upon level.
