The lady manager was so rude. Staff need serious training on customer service and basic politeness. Shocking behaviour from staff.

I went into burger king and ordered Adrija kindly took my order she was lovely and polite and was patient with me as I was taking forever to order and she even paid for some of my meal with her money using her phone since I was low on my money and it really means a lot since I’ve been struggling and I just want to thank the young generation of the day. Went through drive through tinder some lunch. The gentleman with glasses taking the order was beyond arrogant. Very impatient and hurrying the order before we could finish the order refuse for us add one last item and said we should go inside if we are not sure of want we want. It was not peak hours at all with no cars behind us. This type of behaviour is not acceptable at all. There is no need to be rude like that. He must understand that he serves clients with various needs, some have disabilities and can’t be expected to be pressurised to order at a speed he wants everyone to. It does not come as a surprise that your customer reviews are shockingly awful after today’s experience. Learn to treat people with respect regardless of race, background or gender.

Been today at burger king at Bicester OX26 1BT I wanted to Oreder from the till the Tasha staff refused And I have to order from the self service as I was using the Burger King app I’m not very good to use the self service.

Two absolutely vile dry double cheeseburgers for over a tenner . Disgusting food , restaurant filthy . Staff couldn't give a flying f too busy pissing around in the kitchen.

This was absolutely disgusting my burger was horrible !! The staff was rude and the restaurant smelt of wee. They really need to clean the eating area as it was appalling. I would never recommend to go there !

I normally go to McDonald’s and decided to go to Burger King for a change, big mistake. Let’s start with the Coke Zero.. it’s ridiculous it doesn’t even taste that! It’s 80% water and you can see it when you fill your cup! The burger was mediocre if not less and the cheeses nachos bites very very greasy. I also missed mdc Donald’s fries, Burger King chips are just bad. Very poor quality for more money I will not come back anymore and I would actually remove the word King after Burger. The guy at the counter was great he definitively deserve to work somewhere else.

The food was lovely but I have to say the crew member in charge was appalling. I think it is very unprofessional to shout at a member of staff in front of the customers. Also he shouted the same order number about 5 times getting louder and more aggressive with each shout when it was obvious the customer was outside when I went over to tell him this I was met with a blank stare!!!

Return away trip on the M40 via Oxford Services adjacent to Bicester villlage. Had a Chicken Royale with Bacon and cheese. The welcome break services were busy given its New Years bank holiday and truthfully I thought the wait for a nibble was to be longer . Nevertheless, it arrived speedily and if it were to come to it a microwave is on hand to reheat burger and bites. There is the choice to eat on a beautiful patio with water features to enjoy and perhaps take a photo infront of! Although I chose to stick to the comfort of the car and listen to the stereophonics :)

This is a typical Burger King found at a Motorway service station - but the prices are shocking. Two bacon double cheese plus 1 chilli cheese bites, 3 medium fries, 2 cokes and a water. According to their website this should cost approx. £21 but the franchise at the M40 Oxford service station charged us £30. Considering that the MacDonald's at Beaconsfield services for pretty much the same meal is just £20. I don't understand how Burger King can get away with this.

I ordered via Uber Eats but was sent the wrong order due to a sticker mix-up in the restaurant; I called Burger King as I was conscious they were about to close, they were really l helpful on the phone and rectified the issue immediately - within 10 minutes I had collected the correct order, all freshly cooked with a couple of extras thrown in too and the staff were all super friendly, helpful and apologetic - the food was delicious and the customer service top notch!

We placed an order through the drive through. Half of my order was missing. 1 portion of chips and 1 portion of onion rings. I was not given or offered a receipt for my order. I know this is really petty and the sums involved are small but it is the principle that no one from BK cares enough about the people who keep them in business. They truly believe there is enough custom out there not to care or be accountable for every day operations. I tried on several occasions to contact the store direct. NO ANSWER..... I complained to the head customer services who opened a case for me guaranteeing my case would be dealt with. This is simply not true. The fact is they are not at all interested and now they inform me my case is being passed to a another adviser more suitable qualified for the role (We are looking at the refunding 1 chips and 1 onion rings. So unsure why my case requires such special treatment. The truth is my case i believe has been passed to the nearest dustbin where it will remain). After opening the case they explained any issues were with the store and BK has no responsibility for the management of its franchises. Considering these days 2 burger and chips is nearly £30 (including the bits i did not receive) BK is very expensive and no longer in my opinion value for money. So i choose to talk with my feet and spend my money elsewhere. I have come to the conclusion of resolving my very simple issues with BK no longer worth the effort so a write it off. Just as they expect me too. I feel as though i have been mugged and treated like a mug. At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask and have a set of pistols at your head when robbing you. You would know exactly how you stood in that confrontation.

Don’t order food from this restaurant via Uber Eats or Deliveroo. For some reason they just can’t seem to get it right. I’ve ordered from here about five times now. Every time they get it wrong and every time there is missing items… and the food is always stone cold. Today must be a record. Nine “paid for” items missing from our order! There’s only four of us! All dips missing for a 20 nugget share box so the kids weren’t too interested in them with no ketchup! Nuggets and cheese bites freezing cold as were our Angus burgers and chips, so everything pretty much! The Angus burgers looked and tasted extremely dry. Cheese was dried up and curled at the edge inside (brown). I wish they’d focus a little. We have a takeaway as a rare treat. The children get excited and when it’s messed up, it’s really disappointing for them. This BK is super pricey too. £10 for an Angus meal! Our £40 order today was a huge let down. I don’t think I’ll even bother again. I’ve given them several chances and not once have they got it right.

I went to order myself a vegan burger and they told me we cannot give you any coke or fizzy drinks cuz it’s not suitable for vegans And then i asked them if they have any plant based whopper and they said it’s not vegan because they are made with the same oil as the beef one. Burger King have made there own rule about coke not being vegan when it’s on the cokes website saying they are vegan. It was a waste of money never going back

It was clearly a mistake to think that a big brand like Burger King would monitor the standards in their franchises to protect their brand - clearly not ! The very drab interior was the first clue, a truly nasty burger and the most disgusting toilets I have ever seen in a restaurant - I have contacted Burger King but given the very poor reviews below they clearly haven’t made any attempt to bring this franchise up to any sort of standard - and so I wouldn’t risk a return visit !

I could not believe it was 2018 when I stepped inside this establishment. Filthy, disgusting..... and that’s just the serving area. The toilets are appalling, dirt and mess everywhere including filthy doors and basins. No soap!!! This tells a lot about pride and hygiene of the overall establishment. How can Burger King have this franchisee as a true representative of their brand? The Angus burger meal was dried out and tasted like it had been under heating lamps for hours. What is there that you can truly write about this place that is positive. Errrrrr..... Nothing! I’ve been here several times before. In fact, I must have reviewed it at least once before too.Anyway, just as bad as previously. Long queue, almost erratic way of dealing with customer orders, seating area far too small for the number of people wanting to eat, tables left dirty with other peoples trays who were far too bone idle to clear away after themselves. It remains the worst Burger King experience and yet I still keep coming back. If it wasn’t where it was, I wouldn’t. LoL! Every time I’ve been in here, BK is busy and Little Chef is absolutely dead, utilising valuable seating space that BK could do with. And today, I came in to discover Little Chef had finally closed! However, that’s all that had happened. Rather than take over the former LC seating provision, nothing has actually changed. Except that the tables in LC had actually been removed depriving BK to expand into the LC area. Clearly no thinking has so far gone into this opportunity to expand the BK space. Yet? I hope! An amazingly bizarre and bad experience! I’d love to know what plans are afoot for this site. Other than closing it all and starting again with just a BK? The staff try. Some of them are even good, but not all of them.

Called in on the way home from the shopping village. Wish we hadn't bothered - the service was slow, my burger was so small I thought I'd been given a kids meal by mistake and there seems to be a really weird confusing set up of sharing the premises with another restaurant. There were very few empty seats so people were moving round to the spare seats only to get told off and moved back to the burgers side again (the lady looked to have a Burger King jacket on though which was probably causing confusion as well?!!).

Buena comida y buen servicio, es limpio y el personal es amable. Por desgracia, como es un pequeño BK no sirven el típico menú bk, toda no hay desayuno y algunos artículos promocionales, etc. Pero no es suficiente para satisfacer a cualquiera con un BK ansía! Yo tenía un vale y me aseguraron que si me dieron el vale todo, solo me robo la oferta que quiere comprar y luego me daría a mí. Sin embargo, toda mi cupón fue tomado y yo perdí en algunas otras ofertas. Pedimos, y por un tiempo, la señora siguió llevando órdenes y nadie se hizo consciente de nuestra orden. Sin embargo, no era una espera muy larga. Nos dieron la comida y a la izquierda el restaurante. La hamburguesa estaba bien, pero el agua estaba un poco fría. Las patatas fritas eran terribles. Fueron muy fría y después morder uno de ellos, sabía de inmediato que no estaban cocidos completamente. Eran lo suficientemente preparado para que sólo preparado desde el exterior. Puede volver aquí, pero mis patatas fritas mejor ser preparado la próxima vez.

Realmente no existe una cosa buena acerca de este lugar aparte de quizás el aparcamiento es fácil, pues nadie va allí. Terrible personal, mala gestión, tardó 20 minutos para mí para conseguir una habitación doble whopper cena, no había servilletas, no limpio estar, siempre una persona sirviendo, bollos y pan rancio. as stated on google and here, it is open from 9.00am, this is not the case, its open at 11am which is stupid and completely defeats the object of breakfast which keeps the place running and the doors are open from 9am which means people just come in and wait. the person behind the counter made no effort to tell us that they were closed, instead making us look like idiots standing in a queue of us waiting to be served. it wasnt until a very rude woman from the attached little chef (lord knows how that place stays open) shouted rather abruptly at us that it opens at 11am. very poor on behalf of burger king and very poor in general the establishment.

Solo fuimos a Burger king en Bicester. Aparcar en el aparcamiento que se presentarán con una enorme pila de vómito en el espacio de aparcamiento junto a la mía. No me voy a saltar a conclusiones así que sencillamente por el hecho de que probablemente ocurrió y el personal no había tenido la oportunidad de ver o lidiar con él. Me dirigí al edificio pensando que no es demasiado tarde para ir en coche hasta el MacDonalds en Aylesbury. Al entrar en el edificio el cual es compartido con otra Eatery reputación (pequeño chef) me di cuenta inmediatamente una multitud de clientes guardas desalienten bimbling alrededor del mostrador. Es extraño, pensé, ninguna organización y no hay cola. Pronto descubrí cuando me di cuenta de que la conservación de la comida estaba vacía que estas personas estaban esperando por la comida y no esperando a ser servido. Una vez más, no me saltar a conclusiones y se suponía que la larga espera para comida era simplemente debido a que la atención al detalle y asegurar que todo estaba preparado y presentado a la perfección. No sé donde Burger king Bicester anuncian para empleados, pero estoy asumiendo que son localmente producidos de los pueblos circundantes y bused en cada día. Yo sólo puedo describir allí fuerza laboral como el reparto de "las colinas tienen ojos y liberación" que me Supuse que estaban haciendo allí poco por lo que algunos pueden considerar que la ONU-empleables'. Como recogí mi comida, la mujer dijo que "le gustaría un poco de salsa" respondió que "no gracias, estoy seguro que la comida se sabe bien sin ella". Ella reirnos que siguió en forma de incontrolable tos. Sin embargo, ella no cubrir él boca con el puñado de servilletas ella afortunadamente sosteniendo, luego colocaron en mi bandeja. Disfrute de su señor de comida dijo sonriente con los dientes racarse mucho de cerdo. Me entregados la comida y comenzó a comer. Harry estaba contento porque la comida no necesitan ser enfriado, que asumí que lo hicieron a propósito porque él es sólo un bebé y no quería que te quemes. Mis patatas fritas eran también Burger lo frío y mi woppa de queso sabía un poco como un perro seco turd ubicado entre dos rodajas de MDF. Me di cuenta que quizás me habían estafado y nos pareció que era mejor ir antes de que empezábamos a disgusto. Dejé mi basura en la mesa, arrojado por accidente los chicos en la furgoneta, pisado en la pila de vomitar junto a mi van y caliente el f#@ k fuera de allí. decir lo que te gusta de McDonald's, mal para su salud, barato, rápido camino a un temprano grave, pero créanme cuando digo, es la mejor degustación, más rápido, más seguros y más limpias comida rápida en este planeta.

Arrived at this Burger King while on my way home late at night around 21:50. While waiting for my meal, there was an argument between a manager and his colleage. Using these words are not very welcoming to a customer. Had I not already paid I would have left straight away. There is a time and place to have an argument, not infront of customers is one. Shame because the meal was nice.

Visited Burger King at Cherwell Valley Motorway services M40 decided on burgers and fries for a change. Purchased two cheeseburgers and a portion of fries for my wife and I. At £10 plus seemed steep but hey oh! Imagine my surprise at opening bag and finding two tiny burgers and a handful of fries, tasteless and not even a snack considering the size! As for the price, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask. We shall forever call Burger King "Dick's" from now and never ever eat there again, total rip off!
