Best customer service I have witnessed in a while. Very understanding and compassionate. The team was very quick and efficient, food served within 2 mins. Never seen such a clean store before. Will definitely come again.

Had a great experience, staff were lovely and professional they knew what they were doing!! Would highly reccomend stopping.

Just about to close and I was still served, fresh fries piping hot burger and friendly staff. I remember there was a tall skinny Asian manager in black shirt and a younger lad with an arm brace on. Will deffo return.

Came 15 minutes before closing, expecting not to have many options but i still got what i wanted. Really impressed, will come again!

Food was what you'd expect, and lives up to the name fast food. I was in and out satisfied in a short amount of time.

Staff very friendly, I believe it was an employee named josh, he helped me decide on my order with a friendly energetic attitude, The food was what you would expect from a burger king, but everything is fresh unlike some others I have been to. Well done for the great customer service.

Would rate 0 but not an option, website says closes at 11pm and was confirmed by owner 6 days ago but got there at 10:30 pm and a very rude member of staff said they where closed ??? Clearly closing early by there own account 🙄

After a long drive I stopped at this service station. The staff had apperently closed the service 20 mins prior to their closing time, when I went and asked the lady on the Counter “IMAN” she was full of attitude and I was told that I can’t be served food because they need to leave for home. One word, PATHETIC.

Motorway services so busy, but service with a smile and quick. Food hot and just as i expected.

Food was probably the best I have had at a Burger King / fast food outlet. Both the chips and nuggets super fresh combined with great service.

We stopped at Cherwell Valley on our way to holiday with the children. I have to say what a lovely experience we had. The staff was really helpful & friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. I would definitely recommend if your taking a break with a car full of children.

Chunk of the butt of the ice berg lettuce in the double whopper XL, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Takes a few sips of Fanta to find that it's luke warm, goes to ask for a fresh one, gets told there's no ice and the cooling system for the drinks are broken. The Inconvenience of getting up mid meal to go get a replacement fridge drink is not right and should have been told about this on collection of the food. The atmosphere is the blame of the service station failing to provide clean chairs.

Everything is excellent and I would definitely do it again

Not open until midnight. At 10pm I was told they were only selling what they had already cooked and were not cooking any more fries.

I tried the new Halloumi fries and they were delicious 😋 Service was quick and friendly.

Got served by a young man called Eddie. Efficient and very polite.

Tried Vegan option. Nice taste. Staff was good and professional. They were quick and fast. Clean place to buy stuff and eat.

Awful. Burger King can normally be hit and miss depending on the franchise owner but this was definitely a miss. £8 for breakfast. Hash browns were awful, the breakfast roll doesn't come with ketchup, you have to put it down and the coffee was watered down and tasteless.

No issues with the food, just a rude lady on the counter with no manners.

Burger was luke warm and resembled the worst burger I have ever seen. Fries was cold and disgusting. Milkshake was undrinkable. Bunch of kids working there but zero skills. Never ever will have waste my money on burger King again

Wow. Ordered an xl bacon double cheeseburger………they missed out the cheese! The clue is in the name!

As I have heart problem. I explained to the server and asked if possible to have a fries without salt being added? Not a problem she says Only to find they were covered in salt ! Best thing is they have packets of the stuff,should you want some. As they don't cater for dietary needs , I will not be returning.

HGV driver wanting a evening meal but left feeling i was an inconvenience as I had a voucher so couldn't use the touchscreen the manager couldn't process my order quick enough and tried to tell me what I wanted he had a terrible attitude along with the staff member serving me the food itself was certainly not the best most disappointing visit

My burger had a mysterious green hole in the packaging which had seeped into the burger and made a corner soggy. I had ordered extra cheese and an extra patty and didnt recieve either, but was still charged. Service speed was good but probably because of cut corners. Considering I paid the 25% extra services premium I'm disatisfied with the results

Drivers be very careful, check your total, the staff took my parking voucher and slowly checked them. Then when I checked my bank this morning they had taken the full amount. The receipt says they minus the voucher.

Absolutely fantastic service from Josh Newlands and Joshua Leonard. If you come here ask for Josh and you will not be disappointed

Closed early by at least 40 minutes and wouldn't take anymore customers. Luckily enough another business decided to stay open past there opening hours to help out some hungry people.

16/03/2023 Terrible attitude by "Sarah" as i think she went into the back to change her name tag when asked for name. Been in all week whilst at hotel. Never got to eat today bad service no go for me. European Sarah? Maybe? Not with my money. 21.30 pm needs good manners and service till close

There are many better options in the service station, particularly for breakfast. Only reason 1 star given is because 0 star is not an option. This BK breakfast meal £6.99, didn't include hash brown? It may be or may not be clear enough when ordering on the self-service machine, but the point is : a meal deal would be expected to include all the meal items? A McDonald breakfast meal clearly include butty, hash brown, drink and is just below / above a fiva. Very disappointed when was told by a friendly staff (staff and the duty manager are doing their job so it is not against them) that I have to buy separately / as and addition. If this is your sales pitch, it worked out just well for this time. Congratulations, you have £3.00 more income from two lots of hash today. But I am not going to spend a penny more in any of your shops. Good Bye.

One word - Horrific. Ignore the fact that it's overpriced being a service station but the food you do get was awful. Ordered a limited edition burger, half the ingredients were missing and the sauce was wrong (probably run out so used whatever was laying about). The chilli cheese bites were old and rubbery too. I think this is the very first time i've never finished a fast food meal.

rubbish service,they don't let you use the app for meal deals as such so they can charge massive amounts for very little food in return, tried the loaded fries about 8 chips a bit of cheese and a lil bit of bacon for just under £4 quid bargin NOT 👎 don't waste your money better going elsewhere

Arrived here at 9.30pm says it's open online until 11pm, it was closed when we arrived... Ridiculous!!!

Obviously come in last minute...so of course everyone is rushing to get out. Only went and got my order completely wrong. Too busy trying to lock up and finish rather than getting customer orders right and overcharging by £7

Quite bad. Buns are a bit dry and not toasted, fries are undercooked.

Quality of food is questionable. Gary bacon and drowning in mayo. Very little love for the customer.

Friday evening at the end of half term, and place was packed. Took ages queueing before able to order food, at a screen which countless people had touched previously. No sign of anyone wiping screens or surfaces between customers. Food then took HALF AN HOUR to be served, due to number of people ordering... Food was OK, nothing special.

I thought McDonald's breakfasts were bad. Ordering on a screen all OK easy to follow, wait was not to long and young lady who served me was lovely. So that's the good bit, and what the stars are for. Then it all goes downhill fast from there. The burger in the breakfast roll was colder then the bottle of water I was served. The hash browns were under cooked, soggy and cold. Did you cook the bacon I a kettle on a radiator or with a hair dryer??? Not sure which method you use, but most people use a grill or an oven. First and last time I come to Burger King fir breakfast, should of gone to Greggs.

disgusting??? this is the first time i’ve left a review on something and the first time i’ve been to burger king. will not be going back. we used the screens to order and although we were later told none of them worked, whilst we went and ordered on the screens none of the workers thought to let us know it would be better to order at the counter. when we did, we order three small meals and it came to over £20. not to mention the only coffee they have available is “coffee” which they later tell us is just a black americano. the portions are minature and not even good?? yall just wait until the mcdonald’s thirty seconds up the road. much better and more for much less.

Visited a couple of times and tried the breakfast menu - which I've never had at other Burger Kings. Food was good quality and served fairly efficiently.

Customer service -Miserable, patronising, and abrupt. I was only looking at the wall menu when one of the staff abruptly asked me to go to the machines to look. As i prefer to look at the menu on the wall before i order on the machine i feel that its my choice. Also if other customers already know what they want i feel that its only polite to let other customers use the machine 1st. If staff dont want you to look at the wall menus then why are they not barrierd off cordoned off coverered up or removed off the wall. Really!! no customers derserve to be spoken too like this in front of other customers. Its extremely rude unprofessional and disrespectful .

Stopped in on way to Shropshire orderd food collected food and got to table and sorted out food no knapkins, no big deal, but staff member was rude to my daughter who went to counter to get some. Told her they were in the bag as she put them in there but no knapkins to be seen. No need for being rude just because you forgot, rectify the probkem and move on

Crazy 45 mins wait for 3 whopper meals. However the staff could not have done any better with archaic dispensing system. Get it together burger King and help your staff to help your customers.

Worst burger I ever had in BK chain.

OK is a rating which is, erm OK for a motorway services. They are rarely good, more often they are poor. There wasn't much waiting the food was OK and it was more expensive than normal, so all OK.

Staff who clearly don't understand your order and are rude ! They stop selling breakfasts earlier than advertised. Even when you order of the screens you will still get the wrong order.

Burger King is always been good ! But this branch is special every time the service is quick and amazing Only let down is the time it takes to order busy days Could be nice to operate all available spots so multiple people can order
