Antep Kebab House in Cherwell

This is as good as a kebab gets, it really is! I used to live in thame so Atalays was my local and they have won numerous awards. I have to say Antep is much better. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they do a lot to give you a good experience. The place is immaculate and the food is delicious I haven't had a better donner kebab in my life and best of all the home made chilli sauce is amazing proper Turkish!

To be fair the food was cold even though the delivery was early. Never had a bad kebab from here before but I couldn’t eat this as it was very cold

Be careful when you place a delivery order - twice I’ve ordered a large shish and they have delivered a small. Had it plenty of times so know the difference. Lost a customer

Great taste/quality on chicken wraps, I love it ❤️ Only one thing that need improving is consistency of portion size - from time to time wrap is a lot lighter than normal like other person preparing that. If that will be fixed I would order more frequently 😋

Very poor. Chips barely cooked, lots of unedible ones. No pitta bread. Lamb was cut thick and was chewy .For £18, it should of been far better.

The weather outside is frightful but the kebabs are so delightful, if you have no power too, go for two! Top food, Piping hot, fast and now I'm much fatter just in time for Christmas!

although the food tasted great, frltvthe portion size gor medium. kebab was small and not worth the £11.50 I paid plus they forgot my pitta bread. very disappointed as we've had great meals from them before.

Excellent food - very fresh and tasty. Also quickly fixed an initial mistake when ordered chilli sauce with chicken sheesh and received mayonnaise they sent round two pots of chilli to my home. Would highly recommend.

Tried Antep after hearing good things, was a bit dubious with the mixed reviews online but will never be going back, food was terrible and the worst kebab I’ve ever had, my partners chicken kebab contained just 5 small pieces of chicken and led to violent vommiting shortly after eating, we will never be going back, staff were rude and just stuffing their faces with food while preparing customers food, poor attitude all round. AVOID

Spent £17 plus on a lamb dinner lamb shish, arrived and the lamb donner was stone cold and pitta break didn’t seem cooked enough was very cold, 5 chunks of lamb shish and 2 was pretty much pure fat, asked for chilli sauce and got the worlds most pathetic pot of chilli sauce that went over about 2 pieces of meat, wast of money and not enough to fill you up, had to be microwaved, never ever again

Very good, I love portion, quality and taste 🤩 One thing to improve is consistency of Antep Kebab House: sometimes I get wrap 500g, other time 350g for same wrap. If I get consistent weight of the wrap I would order it more frequently :) other than that, this is my favourite place to get wrap in Banbury 👌

First time ordering from here, overall the food was good and I’d say nice. I’ve not given it 5 stars, as for the money I don’t think it’s exceptional. Quite expensive overall and I’d expect something a little more for the costs. Fresh naan would be good with the kebabs or better quality fries etc.

Great as always even though they forgot to put my pitta breads in for each of the kebabs. Didn't complain as top notch as always quiet enjoyed meat and salad without the pitta.

Prices have gone up but the portions have gotten smaller. No one can really speak/understand English so there's a good chance you won't get what you've paid for, which is overpriced as it is. Chips are hit and miss as to whether they're fully cooked or not. Ordering a pizza is always a risk as you never know what extra ingredients they might chuck in

Chicken donner is slimy and dark with no taste . The chips where pure oil and horrible

Exceptional service. Granted, they forgot the drinks from the order, however, after a quick phonecall, they were polite, professional and quick with sending them straight out- no hassle at all. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Well worth the price! Definitely be eating here again. 10/10

Excellent food, arrived early and the halloumi kebab was excellent. I like that the salad arrived separately so that the pitta doesn’t go soggy. Only small downside is the cost of the coleslaw, it’s really good but comparatively expensive to the same amount from a supermarket.

DIY kebab. Ordered a large lamb kofta, once again, it was unmade. Takeaway kebab, that has to be made? Very weird. Won’t be going back. Decent quality food, but…. What is that all about?

Called in for a takeaway kebab after a beer locally. Been here prior and ended up with a “meal kit” of food. Kebab not made up. What’s that about? Food quality was ok. Meat very salty (lamb kofta). I shall not go again. Better in banbury, and as a take away should be.

Cold chips , had to make my own kebab all separate

You get a big tray but not a lot in it for the money, how much is salad ,at least fill the box up and £8 delivery is a joke
