Ordered A mixed doner kebab with pitta bread. Within minutes the order was ready. Greeted with super friendly staff. Even generously gave me a free complementary drink. Food was 10/10. Without a shadow of a doubt the best kebab house in Banbury for sure. Would highly recommend.

The Lamb Shish had gone bad, they must of kept their meat outside for a long time as it was dark discoloured with a really bad taste. They seem to be hit and miss with their food and this time it was shocking!! Been on the toilet seat more times than I can count this week never going to Antep in Banbury again!!

had a good meal here in the past , BUT the last 2 or 3 times iv been after that its been way under par, lamb shish has been like chewing on an old boot very chewy and fatty , chicken shish has been very lacklustre, kofta has no flavour and over done, the chicken donner is rubbery and undercooked with no flavour , this has been on 3 occasions now so felt it was time to give them a review after 3 chances , when i first went i watched food review club visit and i visited not long after that and food was good but i feel that is no longer the case and the cuts of meat have changed to very cheap cuts esp the lamb , there are allot better places for shish meats than this so this is my last visit to antep

Order a medium chicken shish. 5 little pieces of chicken. No cheese. In the future, I will be ordering from somewhere else

Worst kebab I’ve ever had proper rip off, for what cost me the best port of £20 I’m honestly trying to think of anything remotely good. I even ended up binning the overpriced chips which says how bad they were. Never again

Prices have gone up but the portions have gotten smaller. No one can really speak/understand English so there's a good chance you won't get what you've paid for, which is overpriced as it is. Chips are hit and miss as to whether they're fully cooked or not. Ordering a pizza is always a risk as you never know what extra ingredients they might chuck in

Expensive, slow and couldn’t order over the phone or online due to English skills of the operator £12 for a kebab and chips is restaurant prices and certainly wasn’t up to this

I'm a huge foody and have a very fussy pallet. After eating this food I could honestly say, there's cheaper and more flavourful food out there. I order grilled chicken and chips which cost £10.95 (massively overpriced for what you get) and a 8" bbq pizza (lack of variety in the pizza department). The grilled chicken was OK but not overly satisfying for the price and the chips had no salt on it or was i asked if i wanted salt or vinegar. The pizza seemed a little undercooked and had all the cheese and toppings fall off the top, not to mention is was cut only in half and not in sections for it to be easy to eat. It's not the worst but definitely isn't the best. I think their marketing makes it seem like it's to die for when, in reality, is quite mediocre food with a huge price tag. Also, I've never, in the history of a fast food takeaway seen a platter that cost £84 bar this place. Crazy.

I use Antep for take away deliveries. So easy to order online. Really reasonable delivery costs bearing in mind I live outside of Banbury. Food is great. When my family go away I order one of there super kebab specials. It is enough food for 3 days!!! If you like good kebabs, you’ll like these. Cannot leave a score for atmosphere as always delivered but all the people who have delivered to me have been friendly guys.

Think we paid extra to have salad in a plastic container, bit of a liberty if you ask me.

Again drawn to Atep. First time we used tham we collected and omg open kitchen you see it all ...but the banter with the guys is even better , now our 4th or 5th delivery we can't fault them , quality and portion size is second to none 6 stars from us 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I left the instructions to put the chips on side / not mixed with the rest But what I received ? Meat with chips.... Salad = sour Garlic sauce ? More like parsley sauce

not a good experience at this place. I asked for just onions & tomatoes, I received half a tomatoe & 2 circles of onion. I was asked if I wanted it's chips, but received fries with no salt the price I payed was extortionate to what I had in the boxes. I won't be going back, thnx

Had a kebab for the first time after seeing many recommendations and ill be completely honest.. the food was very tasty but the salad and portion size absolutely terrible, for a large kebab it was £9.20 it was more like £5 worth so advice sort of your portion sizes and salad.. personally I won't return.

Ordered a £9.50 donner kebab, only to receive a container of lamb donner meat and a single uncut pitta bread. Took 30 minutes to arrive, not very happy with the outcome.

Purchased the large lamb kofta, good portion size and very tasty.

Great food,slightly overpriced, what had me baffled was large chips for £5.50? I was expecting a bigger portion for At least 2 to share.

Food is top quality and fantastic service this is the only place to go in Banbury

Been four times in the last ten days extremely good service and food lots of choice and food is great quality. Price is good and reasonable. I’ve been served by KEMAL who was very patient and helpful and gave good advice on what to order. More than pleased with his service.

This is what Antep Kebab calls a large lamb kebab in a pita bread 🤣 never again.

Complete rip off. £8.10 for a small amount of kebab with minimal salad and a small pita bread. No drink, no fries or sauces. The price lists are on screens and I have a strong feeling they increase prices as the night goes on. Would avoid

Have used Antep regularly since they opened as their food is excellent, and despite my last two orders being an item short I let it go as I could still eat it. Tonight we drove 6 miles into Banbury to collect 40 quids worth of food which included two kebabs and got home to discover they had actually forgot to put the kebabs in any kind of pitta bread whatsoever and the food was stone cold. When I rang up to ask what could be done I got passed round the shop until someone told me we'd have the missing pitta breads delivered and was then hung up on. We sat for half an hour staring at a carton of meat and nobody showed up. Ate the cold food with our fingers and agreed never to return again. Really poor. Shame as they used to be excellent

I order regularly and the food is always good, however the delivery service needs improving. Ordered a delivery for 21:30 on 10/02/22 as we were out, pulled up at home at 20;20 and the delivery guy was stood at the door with our order, this is not the first time I have had this happen where delivery has been made a lot earlier than it was ordered for.

Overpriced and poor quality. Couldn’t believe they charge £15 for a lamb kebab! Especially when the meat is mostly fat and gristle. Would not go back again and have been recommended the market place instead

Polite staff and the building is clean, bright and makes you think it’s going to be great. Do not be fooled though. Food massively overpriced to start with especially as it’s the greasiest kebab and chips I have ever had. It was literally swimming in it. The order was wrong and I had to go back to the kebab house to get this rectified. Couldn’t even be bothered to make the kebabs themselves just handed us a container of meat and an uncut piece of pitta which was stale. Pure laziness. Even once we started eating it was clear we wasn’t going to eat it all and more than half went in the bin. Certainly won’t be returning again. Edit: just seen they have a 1 star food hygiene rating which really doesn’t suprise me

I came 13 December brilliant experience food and service was great and professional. The next day ,2 guys so unprofessional touch my food with their hands without gloves . And before some minutes he was talking to the phone.poor portion also. Bad experience

Rip off, charged us for 10.70 for burger and chips with cheesy chips. Very pricey for basic food. Just wanted something quick and easy to eat. However only received one portion of chips ith my burger. Should of double checked my food order before getting home. They seemed to be to busy chatting or stood around to actually take any interest on getting orders right. Burger was nice though.

We had a kebab for the time time from here a few months ago, it was nice. Last night we had one, and it was the worst kebab ever! !!!! Why…….. * doner meat was stone cold * everything came separate so we had to make it ourselves and the pitta bread was rock hard * salad all watery so couldn’t eat it * no dressing included even though I asked for it * my partner ordered a large and it was the same size as mine. Being separate all containers were the same size I will never be going here again, absolutely awful 😞

This is the most expensive chicken shish kebab I have ever had 2shish kebabs 1 portion chips and 2 tubs of humas £30 and you have to put it all together your self

Ideal takeaway for a quick bite to eat. The Halloumi kebab is superb served with delicious hummus and my husband loved his chicken Shish Kebab that was full of delicious flavour cooked over coals.

paid £66 for a sharing platter on uber eats the guy try’s to tell me it’s a different price doing it thorough uber when the difference is £40 i got 4 ribs a couple pieces of chicken and couple pieces of lamb and mostly rice it’s not worth the money at all don’t order here

Don’t go here the value for money is a rip off , I ordered a lamb shesh that cost me £10 and got 3 1/2 tiny pieces of lamb and when complained they said that’s what u get for a medium so I further complained then was told don’t order here again, I won’t there food Is awful and overpriced.

Amazing! Definitely recommend this place. Food was cooked as requested, everything on the order was separately wrapped so no soggy pitta etc. This is our new go to for Kebabs!

Ordered a lamb doner kebab, chips and a coke. Had to but the kebab together myself, never ever had to do that before. Meat was cold and Pepsi, I ordered a Coke, was warm. Never going again

I first saw a review online on YouTube by food review club during the first lockdown. And I decided to visit when on the way back from London after working. And I've been going back ever since when on route home to NorthWestLeicestershire. There easily the best kebabs I've had, the meat is cooked to perfection, not overly greasy, and the lamb kofta and chicken shish melts in you're mouth. Well worth a visit.

The service is poor, the girl behind the counter looked bored and she was very blunt. She messed our order up even though I had to repeat my order many times… when we unpacked the kebabs the pitta bread, meat and salad all came in separate boxes which wasn’t a big deal until we realised why. They’re too lazy to cut the rock hard pitta bread themselves. The food was average, quite watery actually and definitely not the best I’ve had.

Stayed in Banbury for few days and had dinner from this place almost every night. Great quality and tasting food.

I thought I’d give antep another go even knowing there hygiene rating is a 1 out of 5 Food was awful, yes it come in branded bag and wrapping over the food box but it was generally horrible food I ordered a pizza which had a weird taste even my 4 year old Wundt eat it Chips n cheese was barely any cheese n no mayo on top even tho I asked Also chips were not freshly cooked N the kebab was just really smelly n had no pitta bread with it I used this place a lot in past but that’ll be my last order, Really annoys me spending £20.35 on food which I threw in bin.

The best kebab in Banbury by far! Staff are really nice and go out of their way for customers, the food is amazing, full of flavour and we've never had to wait long for delivery (20 mins max) Highly recommended, they've never let us down.
