KFC in Havering

Yet agian got home to find 1/3 of the order missing, would appear it was my fault for using the drive though, find another one stay away

Useless at getting your order correct. Ordered 2 Filet burger meals and a zinger tower meal and drove home 20 minutes to Brentwood. Indoors we discover there is only one fillet burger in the bag. I mean how difficult is it to get orders correct? Just shear laziness or stupidity or I don't give a f#@ attitude. So in effect they just stole money off me.

Terrible service. Have many times changed chips for mash for the little one and they refused to do it.. then when I asked for a drum stick for him they said he gets what he’s given.. All the women were disgusting all giving evils and complaining about being at work and the customers.. If I hadn’t of already paid I would of told them to stick it.. what a surprise food order was wrong too and they gave my boy a side breast so the most amount of bones possible.

If you order chicken pieces check your order before you leave. They are selling chicken prices the size of chicken wings not acceptable when customers are paying for chicken pieces. If you want to sell chicken he size of chicken wings then lower your prices and change the advertisement photos for chicken pieces.

Did not receive a bottle of Tropicana with my order. Ordered x2 only x1 in the takeaway bag at the drivethru. Therefore, KFC are deliberately short changing customers. Not very happy at all!

So my last drive through ordered a variety bucket they left two lots of chips the next time I asked the person at the kiosk to check my meal he said it was all there. When I got home the chicken wings were left out on the variety bucket. Shocking service. NOT VERY HAPPY😞😞

Visited Both Brentwood Romford K.F.C with friends. Sad to say Service extremely Poor, probably due to lack of staff & Poor Training. Romford K.F.C. member of staff insisted slamming chairs on tables whilst we attempted to eat food purchased. But Worst of all, Sad to say Food Not Fit to Feed A Dog. Chicken Swimming in Fat, Chicken tasteless, & just not edible. Chips are not regular K.F,C. They are Now The worst chips ever, probably cheaper option. Come On K.F.C You Used to have the Best chicken & chips. My Friends & I will Not be returning. We would Not give K.F.C. BRENTWOOD & ROMFORD ANY STARS, we left 1 Star as you have to in order to leave review.

No salt. No sugar drinks, i dont go to kfc to eat healthy, if somebody gives themself a heart attack from eating bad food thats on them stop making it my problem. Absolute joke of a society this is.

Seriously how hard is it to read a ticket, make the food and put it in a bag. Twice tonight you got our orders wrong. First time we ordered 4 meal and only 3 came. One of the other meals was a tower burger and yet there was no hashbrown and the other meals were cold. Had to re order a second time for the missing meal and guess what order was wrong again. Seriously learn how to read the tickets.

I'd rather boil my own head in piss then ever have the displeasure to eat here again. We were missing meals our food was cold and then the same thing happened when we recorded. The tables were dirty and the service was slow. Evening ruined

Had an issue with a delivery, called to discuss in a friendly manner but was mocked by staff and kept hanging on the line with stupid questions until it passed by 9pm when their systems closed and it was too late to help

Ordered on the just eat app - waited 2 hours for the driver to assigned and then it suddenly said delivered! NOT delivered!! Restaurant not answering phone, but assured by just eat it WOULD be with me soon. Order promptly cancelled and it’s now too late to order from anywhere else. I understand the wait, but not the bad information coming at me. Not happy.

So I just finished my 14 hour shift working at Basildon hospital, decided to pop in to KFC and Romford near Gallows Corner, I was told it was open; just wanted to grab quick food. When I pulled up understandably only the drive-thru was open as I went to going to the drive-thru the man stopped me and said that they were closed and I would have to order on the app as they was to busy, which I thought was fair enough I use the app however it said that everything was closed, 2 other apps all of which were unavailable I went back to the man he told me I would have to go onto the uber eats app when I done that I put my order through and it was asking me to have it deliver to my car, outside the door costing I think about 4 pounds which was absolutely ridiculous and there was a 45-minute wait I phoned up the the store and explain to them I was outside and just finished a long shift I work for the NHS and they said it was tough I would have to order like everyone else I know it sounds silly but I've been working so many hours and so tired and so hungry he just got on top of me I broke down in the car. Really upset me

Very nice place to go out with family and it's a nice place and food was beautiful I would say to people that they should go and check it out. Staff and manager syed there that worked there is very nice and help out alot when I went with my kids

Wonderful layout and well presented food. Staff were respectful, nice and clean. Tables were in immaculate condition. Probably one of my best experiences in fast - food restaurants yet.

Popped in for a quick lunch as i'd just moved into the area, I have to say the service was exemplary and quite unexpected. I didn't expect my order to arrive so quick given there was a bit of a que, however what made it even better was the quality of food. I'll definitely be making a regular trip here on my lunch breaks. Kudos to the staff for a fine dining experience

We decide to have lunch at KFC but was very disappointed with the dirty and messy tables the food was ok but the mess but us off.

I ordered a boneless box on Just Eat. When it arrived the mash was like wet slimy brown stodge with a hard coating ontop. I rang the resturant straight away to be told 'the mash looks fine here so it must be fine' then when i persued to complain and offered to send in photos the lady replied 'if you have a complaint ring just eat not us'. Just Eat told me that actually KFC deal with their complaints themselves.

Ordered a meal, should have arrived at 6.55. called at 7.55 as still no meal. Just Eat not answering and KFC restaurant state no driver! And they had no idea when one would be available. No one could be bothered to phone and inform customer that meal not going to be delivered! Really appreciated spending nearly £23.00 on a non existant meal! Ive been told to ring Just Eat but they have not answered in over an hour! Terrible service from both!

If your reading this, I just want to let you know that you shouldn’t go to this KFC. Me,my sister and my cousin had to wait for 20 minutes for Pepsi cherry. The worker didn’t tell us know our drink was finished, which made us wait for 10 more minutes. To begin with the lady was laughing, maybe it wasn’t meant to be rude, but I took seriously.

Mis managed dirty rude and ignorant staff.

Really bad customer service. I asked the lady on the till who served me what some of the ingredients were but just said “What you see there is what you get”. I’m allergic to some types of food so her answer was UNACCEPTABLE. She was very rude and cross with customers. I think they should at least be trained regarding their products & retrain her how to give good customer service. Plus I was in the que for a good 15 mins plus another 15 just waiting for my food to be ready.

Stopped off for an early lunch. The restaurant was spotlessly clean with a lovely calm atmosphere. Food was ordered and was ready to pick up quickly - all piping hot and obviously cooked fresh. Staff were very friendly. The best KFC I have ever been to!

Went with my family last Sunday . Staffs were not welcoming at all. Appalling service . Whole place was in mess. I was there for 20 minutes for my takeaway. Within that 20 minutes none of the staff came to clean the seating area. Very filthy !!! Our chips were over cooked . Not going anymore .

KFC in general I find Is extremely varied. With many disappointing. This one was good. Our only problem was a large queue. three tills. Two unused and the one and only tiller and customer had issues which took around 7 minutes to resolve. A long time to wait in a growing queue. Place was clean and busy. Food was all good. No complaints

Every time I visit this branch it NEVER has hot chocolate! This has been going on for nearly a year AT LEAST! To make matters worse on my last visit they didn't accept card payments (not a problem for me) but YET AGAIN they didn't have any hot chocolate OR ANY HOT DRINKS AT ALL! USELESS & IT CONTINUES TO BE USELESS!!!

The idiots never get it right. This is not first time , always missing something. Never again going there.. Checked your orders before you leave

It says on the KFC website that this store is open until 11:00pm but when I last visited it was already closed at just after 8:30pm. When I have been there before to this store the service has been slow I'll mannered and generally poor. Wouldn't recommend at all as this branch of KFC is clearly badly managed with little customer care which is s shame as its not been open for very long.

I was ever so cold in this restaurant, we ended up eating in our coats. Food ok, all warm and correct. Tables messy even though it wasn’t busy (8pm). Staff polite enough

Extremely dirty place ever meet. Dont follow KFC standards eating with many disgusting rubbish around is nit my favorite thing . Im worried about a kitchen cleaning standards if the front looks like recycling centre NON RECOMENDED if the hygiene is important 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Opening time 10am, now 10.49 and still not open. However there are what look like the managers mates all having food and drinks inside. Not a proper KFC as they don't have bacon in there burgers. Why even open one if you can't have a proper full menu. Employ staff that can handle a bit of bacon.

The chicken is greasy the chips are always cold and inedible. The special coating doesn't even taste like KFC. I have got several takeaways fro. Here hoping it will get better, but it doesn't. Feel sick after every meal.

Not even sure if this is safe to eat. I won't even feed it too my dog, plus the long strand of clumpy hair hanging out of it! Whole order was messed up, got no chips with our meals. Im literally fuming about choosing to eat from here now.

Ive had several bad experiences here. The main problem is getting the order wrong. It happens alot. The next is the quality of the pepsi and food. Ive had a few times where I've ordered pepsi and ita been flat and tastless like syrupy water.its awful. I usually get the tower burger and if im lucky the chicken is not chewy and tastes like its been sat there for hours . Had alot of problems with this kfc.

I have eaten here for some time it has never been great but has never made me ill until yesterday. Having looked at the reviews i cannot believe the place is still open .It must be paying the health inspector off . This is the only way this place can still be trading .take my advise AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE unless you want to sit on a toilet all night

a true horror story from start to finish 1st the drive thru which was a shambles over 5mins to order when such food arrived it was oily but dry how they managed that I do not know will never return to spend my colleagues hard earned money demand a response from the manager.

I ordered the chicken fillet burger meal and when i got home to eat it i noticed the fries looked disgusting and the chicken was not cooked properly in the middle i left half the burger. What a waste of money.

Forget going here if you are starving. Service takes for ages so Quine for a long time and when you finally get to the window to pay with a credit card the machine doesn't work for contactless nor when you enter the PIN number. Asked to see the manager as I had touched my contactless card twice and it did not work. Also I did not get a receipt saying transaction cancelled, but he was not there and the woman in charge said they do not give cancelled transaction slips. They wouldn't even give me his name or contact details so that I could voice my concerns.Chicken was quite cold but was too busy to go back. Avoid this place! Better to go to McDonald's. Service is a lot quicker n better food.

Went to KFC on Thursday afternoon ( 2.15 ), long queues to get served, only one girl working on tills. Finale order food then waited for 24 minutes for food to be served to me, and then the order was wrong, no were to sit, lots of tables were piled up with old orders and the floor was very dirty and sticky when you walked on it. Fast food outlet, what a laugh.

When this place first opened up what a mess!!! Colonel sanders would be very upset, but now it's on top let's hope it stays like that.🍗🍗🍗

The drive they speak was so pour we couldn't hear what the lady said and it was raining went to drive round to tell them my order and I was refused to be served unless I got back to the dodgy speaker we wanted to do 2 separate orders and was told can't do that it's not allowed this has never happened to us at any other KFC we been to

Went to the gallows corner brunch Monday night 14/08/17 drive through and placed our order, where I ordered a 10 piece bucket and asked for only red meat legs and thighs, I repeated this twice as me and my partner do not eat white meat, but when we got home we were so upset to find that all the chicken was breast meat white, just couldn't believe it very unhappy experience indeed, if we ever went back we would open at the time of paying.

KFC Eastern Avenue Picked up a family feast and everyone became ill, my wife and 3 children. I advise you to not go there if you do not want to see your family suffer the consequences of food poisoning.

As always the standard of the franchise/ brand is strong its just a go to the counter and order there is no personalised service and the only table service is when they clear up

We wanted eat one time fast food so we went to kfc on sunday. There were really busy but staff was quick and we didn't wait long time. We took a few meals and all of them was very tasty and nice. Even my kids really liked it.

Always slow service, most of the time there is something forgotten. Last time I came through here they forgot the 5 sauces that should have been included, gravy poured out of the bag over my legs and all over the car (I was then given the bag back inside another bag rather than it being replaced)... When I complained they sent a £10 voucher (taking 2 weeks to send it to me) which bearing in mind I had to get the car cleaned, the trousers dry cleaned and getting gravy all over the sofa as it poured out when I then got it home.

the first time we used the drive through, my husband was quite ill afterwards, thought maybe it was something during the day he had eaten. A few months later we gave it a 2nd try with family and there was rubbish all over the floor in the kitchen & all 4 of us were ill. So just don't use this place, go to Hornchurch or Brentwood, I know its further to drive, but you'll be happy you did.

Visited today with my kids. Was appalled at the filthy state of this resturant crumbs and bits of chicken all over the floor, dirty tables and greasy handprints all over the windows. A lot of the grime looked more than a day old too!!! Loads of litter outside which never seems to get cleared up and is very inconsiderate to nearby residents.

Not that impressed at all, only got a meal and they forgot the fries, had the double check that what I order was there, very slow service.

I have attempted to buy something via the Drive Through on 6 occasions now and each time I have given up. I have more chance of finding a needle in Lord Lucan's smoking Jacket!!

As you would expect but with a tax on it due to being at a service station. Ouch!! But as you could pick from 6 other food outlets it's ok and I guess they get charged more for the area.

My daughter wanted to try a KFC so we went Friday evening.

This store states it's open until 11pm and it's so annoying on our way home from work we arrive at 10.50 and they are always shut. It's no good trying to talk to their manager as he is in a nut shell useless.When we had someone hit our car on the roundabout he point blank refused to look at footage on the security camera to see if anything was on it.

Staff is not motivated, the waitress took our order however the food served was not hot and when we complained the waitress took the food offering to replace it but never came back. After a while we saw she had changed and was leaving ,probably forgot our order as it was end of her shift. The next waitress who brought our food after we had to remind them just shrugged her shoulders.

The first time we visited the drive through KFC in Gallows Corner, Romford, we were not impressed as the restaurant itself wasn't very clean, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt and visited again on Saturday 14th October 2016.

The chicken here is very crispy. It must have been freshly cooked. The chicken never disappoints me everytime I come here. The staff was very polite eventhough there was a long queue.

It's a no go! So many people have complained how messy and dirty it is there! The staff are very slow with orders, so many people have complained with being ill after they have eaten there.

So slow to serve. Takes ages to get food, thought it was a fluke since it was new and exciting for everyone to have one near and it apparently wasn't just because they was new. You ask for a simple box meal and you get the wrong side and wrong food. No lettuce meals extra lettuce, no ice means half a cup with no ice, and 5 minutes turns into 15. If I hadn't paid I'd have left and gone and cooked my own chicken

First visit to this new place. V clean and well staffed to be honest. However, and I hope everyone will agree, the taste of the coating on KFC pieces has deteriorated to almost no taste at all nowadays! I don't know if it's due to a reduction in sugar and salt content or what but it simply has nearly no taste at all.

The chicken is genuinely very good from this KFC. I always opt for the two piece variety meal, two pieces of chicken with fries, two hot wings and a chicken strip, you can't go wrong.

My Wife and I went here for lunch and had a really good time. We were served by Lisa who was really helpful and even brought our drinks over to us. She said she really enjoyed her job and she was very helpful to all the other customers she served. The food was good and the service thanks to Lisa!! Do't forget to join the Colonels Club for extra goodies.

KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken - its not been fried in Kentucky, its been cooked in Harold Hill but still it tastes the same - KFC is awesome.

My daughter decided to go here on the off chance, the food was hot and very good. The staff were very helpful, an excellent place to go for lunch.

We paid a visit to this KFC at Gallows Corner yesterday (Saturday PM) on our way home, first of all, how wrong can you get an order? My daughter was clear and concise with our order, the boy on the till read the order back to my daughter, when she got the order it was missing the hot wings, too many popcorn chicken portions, not enough chips? Then when I checked the receipt it was totally wrong, so what the boy on the till read back to my daughter heaven knows? We then had to wait at least another 15 minutes for the correct order.

Been here several times for a takeaway. The chicken has always been good, but check your order as there's always been something missing :(

Poor design all round. The entry/exit means that you have to drive miles before you can turn round. The 'Argos' style ordering system means that you queue to order your food, then see it is ready on the screen, then wait 10-15minutes to be handed it. Makes a farce of the phrase 'fast food'. I am NEVER going there again!! I feel really sorry for the staff having to deal with this type of incompetent working conditions.

I had visited here shortly after it opened (for drive through) and was left somewhat disappointed by both customer service (new staff, inadequate training perhaps?) and quality of food (definitely under-portioned). However, knowing that KFC can be 'good' and all businesses can have bad days, i returned today (again for drive through) as it is just up from where I work. 3 piece meal, chips and tea. Keep it simple I thought.

Slow, none of the staff look like they know what is going on. Attempted to purchase my food in the restaurant but gave up because of the queue I and too many customers complaining about the good. So I tried the drive thru instead to get away from the terrible face to face customer service. Queue was even longer. Food was dry, rushed and the taste was not up to the usual KFC special recipe standard. I hope they sort this out soon as it's a brand new restaurant and my closest.

The slowest service ever. Tried the drive through really slow absolutely hopeless. Queues so long and not a surprise. Defiantly won't be back.

Terrible place, terrible location, terrible service! The staff don't have a clue what is going on and the drive through is a terrible set up with a waiting time of over an hour!!!! TERRIBLE

Food was luke warm the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing then while eating my meal inside the restaurant youngster knock my drink over with a Leather Football which they had been playing around with for a good while before so too! No one seem to care that it went everywhere! The staff was chatting up the Girl's in the group of youngsters just before this too. Not happy at all! Plus many people were having trouble with the Driver-thru by the sounds of it.

I visited here in January. The staff didn't have a clue. One girl was getting everything wrong on the line. I did feel a bit sorry for her as it was clear she didn't have any training, or not enough I should add. I waited for ages for my order and then was told it had been put in the bin because I hadn't come forward to claim it. I then had to wait for a bit more time. When I got the food home and ate it....well, I would NOT call it KFC. Absolutely terrible. I binned it in the end. A tenner I would have happily given to charity instead.

So the food is nice, but what an appalling level of customer service. Queue half way down the restaurant with one till open. Waiting ages for food. The best bit - telling the manager the customer service is rubbishy and him shrugging his shoulders! Avoid at all costs...

We love KFC and we know when the KFC is a good one or not. You can imagine our excitement to hear that KFC would open so near us. We went through the drive thru a few weeks after they had officially opened to experience a huge disappointment. I don't even know where to begin. First time we went they ran out of chicken and has to close early. Second time we queued for one hour ( yes that long for fast food) so the service was extremely slow. Staff are untrained to a good standard and basically I would advice people to go. Definitely the worst KFC or even fast food restaurant we have been to. If you do not believe me then please check twitter with #KFC #gallowscorner and you will read hundreds of negative reviews. Let's say we haven't totally given up in KFC but we drive all the way to the Hornchurch branch than go for this one. Waste of space.

If you like cold , under portioned food. This one is for you! Worst example of a "brand" ever!! Given someone else's food in the drove thru, then given my food and the lady looked at us like we were stupid, we said what about our drinks... She said oh what were they.... Finally got them. No kfc fresh wipe or fork for the sides... Saving the pennies by under portioning fries and not giving the wipes and forks just cost you not saved you as i wont be returning...

We had just set off on a late-night, long-drive. Destination: somewhere in England.... And since we were passing through the dreaded Gallows Corner, we decided to try the brand-spanking-new KFC to give ourselves sustenance, to face the cold, dark, December roads ahead....

Slow service, I expected to queue as I visited at lunchtime which is always a busy time of day regardless, weather it's KFC or the local sandwich shop but it was slow.

This new drive through is utterly useless, heard many stories about them running out of chicken thankfully that didn't happen to us. We pulled into the drive through after waiting for car in front to move (over 40 mins!) We discovered that the ordering point wasn't working with no sign telling anyone so each car in front of us was waiting there for ages. We gave up, one of us got out the car went inside to order, we discovered a manager just apologising to 3 separate customers about their situation.. Other fast food drive thru's are never this bad. Avoid it and go to hornchurch!

Great service, very fast and very reasonable cost for a decent lunchtime menu. Bonus banquet for £5.99 includes a drink and a side dish, can't get better value than that!!!

Absolutely disgusting will never return. I live 10 mins away from this KFC so this being built was better for me as the next closest is Brentwood or Hornchurch. After this visit I am definitely traveling the extra miles. The staff are rude and have no clue what they are doing, the premises are filthy there was a bin behind the counter which was overfilled and falling over the floor. Someone who worked there had a roll up hanging out his mouth behind the counter went for the cigarette come back and served food without washing his hands. I waited 20 mins for my food which when I got I then had to wait an extra 5 mins for my drinks ! So my food was stone cold when I got home. They had no sides apart from gravy, no bottles of drink but diet. The restaurant where we suppose to eat was filthy. I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone
