Normally deliveries from here are good but last night we waited ages for our food to arrive, the deluvery time was constantly chaging even though it stated the driver was at the location.

When I received my order the order was wet and I was missing some items as well

we are missing some items from our meal

The gormet burger wasn’t nice tasted dodgy

late and very rude when finally came… very upset with driver attitude was bad

Delivered to wrong address restruant very unhelpful

Today all the food was great, good portions and cooked really well! In particular the gourmet chicken burger was so delicious. Thank you so much!

The fries were cold and stale. First time I've ordered via "Just Eat" and am disappointed. Not sure if I'll use Just Eat again. 👎

The driver could not find my adress either know hewas using a satnav system he was abkut 10 doors away from my address,i had to go outside and collect me order,and now my food is cold,

The map showed the delivery guy visit 4 other stops before it got to us

Slow service, drive through intercom is hard to hear and most of the times, the staff can’t even understand what you’re saying.

Lowest rating possible as wrong order delivered and refused to replace the meal.

Been to this branch on three separate occasions, 2 out of 3 times were very disappointing, with cold food and stale buns… won’t bother giving it another go.

Almost empty ( for a change!) Lovely meal, came quickly. Server had to show me how to use order point. Very good at that. Useful as English soken very weak (frequent problem in BKs)

This Burger King has got good food. The service is also very fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good place to visit if you are in the area. Over all great experience

they are service is very bad.the staff are always running arround but they dont make order for customer,only busy with drive thru,washroom is always out of order.some staff has showing they are attitude like they are boss.

Consistently missing items with practically every delivery. Not the fault of the driver it must be the workers at the restaurants. Once in a while is understandable as we’re only human and mistakes are made but the consistency of this is getting ridiculous. Would recommend implementing a system when the delivery driver can check that all the items on the receipt are present before leaving

Driver didn’t read the note. And just eat still haven’t changed the map so they can’t find my house or follow instructions so food turns up cold

Fries ½ empty again. I order 3 only got 2 which were hlaf portioned. Food is always well cooked but most deliveries I order have an issue. Staff are lovely and polite and ready to help, but this is the 3rd time this happens.

I only took the food to the car outside and on going to eat it, although edible, it just seemed cold. Service was slow, but there weren't many staff there, as far as I could see. The only people in front of the shop were delivery guys. Therefore, no atmosphere.

Slowest drive thro ever but foods good Update. Everything has gone digital but hardly works. Most frustrating 15 minutes because the app it glitches the screens are the same and the rude stuff don't take orders. Will be avoiding from here on.

Wasn't the drivers fault he was there and waiting for my food 5 minutes after I ordered. Food turned up soaked and cold! An hour and half after ordering. Poor driver was devastated by it even though it wasn't his fault at all. Will not be ordering from burger king again.

I asked for a burger without bacon they sent me a dry burger nothing init all I said was take out the bacon there was nothing init only a burnt chicken how sad they can't read or follow instructions I want my full money back I'm still waiting

They have put on repeated times cold drinks in the bag with hot food on this occasion the drink leaked all the food was soaking wet and ice cold not quite expected for spending £17

The nuggets have shrunk but stayed the same price! No longer worth the money now in my view

I would advise anyone from visiting this place every time I go there I say to myself this is the last time. Now it is the last time no one knows what they are doing behind the counter food come out after 15 minutes spend £18 and still charging 30p for 1 mayo The time before I went i order all the meal with a drink and they told me after I bought it the soft drinks machine is not working you can have a bottle of water a complete waste of time going to this place has been terrible for the last 6 years and will make no improvement

They now place your cold bottles drink in the bag next to your hot food, by the time it reaches you, it’s congealed , I complained a few times , now I just don’t order. I imagine this is how alot of people feel. Its getting the hit or miss reputation and the staff are actually retarded

Appalled by tonights delivery. Watched the rider drop everyone elses orders off prior to mine which was due at 5.22 and turnt up at 5.40. Turnt up in an UBER EATS branded uniform with my bag at the bottom of the box. Themeal that took under 10 minutes to cook arrived 20 minutes late squashed and stone cold. A microwaved Burger King wasn't my choice when paying £13 tonight. Could have had a ready meal at home for less than that.

I went into Burger King at Roneo Corner!! went to the desk to order some food and I was told to go to the console behind me and after pressing loads of buttons, i was no nearer my simple order of chilli bites and a whopper! after about 3 or 4 minutes of screen after screen i gave up as i was no nearer my lunch. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS Ai RUN SHAMBLES AGAIN. The jobs will be the next to go. Cooked by Ai and served by Ai.

It depends when you go there to order, but every time I went there the staff is very good and with a sense of humour ready to serve you, even with the drive through they are at their best service. Quick, reliable and efficient. I would recommend everyone to go there.

Have always used this Burger King since it's the only one the area, went through the drive thru after not being there due to me being abroad. Ordered a XL Double Cheese Burger meal and asked for them to add ketchup and onions into the burger. Which they have always done before. Worker through the speaker goes 'No can't do it!' After querying when did they stop doing this? He let out a big sigh and said 'If you wanna do that then just ordered the whopper, then add bacon and cheese to it' not really the same is it... I thought their whole thing is to 'have it your own way'
