Burger King in Havering

Been to this place a few times. BK is not my preferred fast food choice. I tend to find tasting the meal still hours after eating this. I only go cause the kids like a change every now and then.

Always first class service and lovely staff . I used the burger King app and its easy to use , the cashier helped me to redeem a few points . ( most helpful ) Thank You , From all at Stephen James property sales and lettings Hornchurch .

order was cold and took an hour to get here

The food was stone cold, although my colleague and I were both very hungry as we had been at work since 7:30am may we suggest at least that couriers are issued with appropriate thermal bags .

delivery time was put back a number of times but worth the wait. Food quality good and meal was much enjoyed.👍

It’s Burger King 🤷‍♂️You get good burgers, expensive but good! I like this one because it’s off the beaten track it’s not crazy busy. Drive-Thru seems accurate when used.

Tried the steakhouse angus from this burger king it was really tasty and its a must try item

The food really was cold and the onion rings inedible. The onion rings were so hard that I couldn't even chew them. I won't order burger king for delivery again

Waited over an hour just for them to start preparing the food. Then when it was time to go to the door, I was waiting and then it said delivered. Not to me it wasn't. It's the first time I've ever had a problem with burger king. Fuming!!

I ordered my meal took 2 hours to get to me and should of been 45 mins and it was freezing cold.

Customer service and Hygiene levels have seriously dropped at this Burger king Only visit this BK as its my local one, today's visit must be the worst one There's an eastern european assistant manager here, who thinks it ideal bad mouthing customers while they are still standing by the checkouts The place was littered with food on the floor and used trays everywhere. The toilets were locked and the disabled one was filthy The Indian manager also seems to think its fair charging for sauces too when your paying for 4 / 5 meals per visit (when he has given free to others) I won't be back anytime soon

Doesnt look or feel like it’s been cleaned since 2007. Only the disabled toilet open, urine all over seat and floor. No staff to tell. Women’s and men’s toilets locked for whatever reason- probably avoid having to clean

Never had a hot burger from this branch. Same with the fries. By the time I get home (5 min drive) the food is barely warm enough to eat.

Worst customer service, it takes 20 minutes to make a snack, and several drivers wait hours to pick up an order. My order never arrives on time, and when I go to eat at the restaurant it takes a while to make a snack. However, the food is good.

Gave my delivery driver completely the wrong order, meaning over half of my paid for items were missing. My £50 order was instead a £9 kids meal.

They are very rude and they are not brother about delivery. Please don’t order online.

delivery took 52 mins for a journey which is 15 mins away from restaurant driver went way out of the way for no apparent reason and food was stone cold when it arrived. worst delivery 9 have ever had from just eat

VISIT DATE: SUN 21/07/2024 VISIT TIME: 17:35 Unfortunately, this is my closest Burger King and I occasionally go in there with my daughter. Whilst the food is always fresh (we eat in), the restaurant is also often dirty and the toilets are awful - really in desperate need of refurbishment. My final complaint is that this restaurant doesn't bother ordering the boxes / crayons or whatever else is supposed to make up the kids meals. I have raised this with them on a number of occasions, but it's an absolute nightmare trying to explain anything to the staff that work in there as they speak very little English.

I had to go out to meet the driver as he didn't bother looking for my actual door. the heat bag the food arrived in was unzipped, not sure how long for but my food was stone cold.

The time on the order changed many times, there was also an item missing from my order which I am very disappointed in.

Gave me mayo dip instead of spicy one. Very rude driver cannot read a map and drove everywhere but my road. Then told me off it’s wasted his time on a 2 hour only shift and wanted me to walk 2 roads to find him. I gave him perfectly simple Instructions in perfect English. I cannot teach common sense Food obviously stone cold by the time I got it and he was more interested telling me off so I had to ask him to hand over my food as I was cold standing outside with bare feet

Burgers were hot and juicy and very tasty. Love the chilli jam. Chips were hot. The chilli cheese bites were volcanic and the best. Loved it all. The only thing I would say it don’t put cold drinks next to the food. Keep them separate. Great service all told.
