Gave me mayo dip instead of spicy one. Very rude driver cannot read a map and drove everywhere but my road. Then told me off it’s wasted his time on a 2 hour only shift and wanted me to walk 2 roads to find him. I gave him perfectly simple Instructions in perfect English. I cannot teach common sense Food obviously stone cold by the time I got it and he was more interested telling me off so I had to ask him to hand over my food as I was cold standing outside with bare feet

The food arrived stone cold obviously been in the riders bag for a while he had a massive bag with our food the only one left The bacon inside was so cold the fat on the bacon was all shrivelled Food was awful

£10 for a large chicken 🐔 burger meal 🤔 Chips clearly weren't fresh. Place was empty.

Burgers were hot and juicy and very tasty. Love the chilli jam. Chips were hot. The chilli cheese bites were volcanic and the best. Loved it all. The only thing I would say it don’t put cold drinks next to the food. Keep them separate. Great service all told.

Food arrived cold as in same bag as the very cold bottled drink. Why don’t they just put in a separate bag? Had to reheat the burger & Fries.

Unfortunately the meal was just warm, the chips were cold and not very nice. A shame as BK is my favourite burger restaurant, but not for a delivery.

I've been there last week.The staff was so unprofessional, unethical,rude and they gave worst service.Never thought I will get the worst service in a well known shop.I've witnessed by myself the way they were treating the customers and also they were so rude to delivery drivers and they were taking too long for orders and they were just talking to each other and wasn't paying attention yo customers. Disgusting...I will never come back here.

the delivery driver decided to be in Romford for 20 minutes, instead of delivering my order. this isn't the fault of Burger King but the delivery driver. now my food is cold and just about edible.

As it was 40ýearžago been in Oz then moved back to Billericay attentive staff and enjoyed what I had.Manager was friendly and welcoming!

Order placed at 12:28 - delivery estimated time was 13:26. Did not arrive until 14:10!!!! Watched delivery driver progress and it looked like he sat in a park for over 30 minutes and then blatantly lied he had been outside the property!!!!!!!!

Normally deliveries from here are good but last night we waited ages for our food to arrive, the deluvery time was constantly chaging even though it stated the driver was at the location.

Lowest rating possible as wrong order delivered and refused to replace the meal.

Slow service, drive through intercom is hard to hear and most of the times, the staff can’t even understand what you’re saying.

Been to this branch on three separate occasions, 2 out of 3 times were very disappointing, with cold food and stale buns… won’t bother giving it another go.

Almost empty ( for a change!) Lovely meal, came quickly. Server had to show me how to use order point. Very good at that. Useful as English soken very weak (frequent problem in BKs)

they are service is very bad.the staff are always running arround but they dont make order for customer,only busy with drive thru,washroom is always out of order.some staff has showing they are attitude like they are boss.

Consistently missing items with practically every delivery. Not the fault of the driver it must be the workers at the restaurants. Once in a while is understandable as we’re only human and mistakes are made but the consistency of this is getting ridiculous. Would recommend implementing a system when the delivery driver can check that all the items on the receipt are present before leaving

Driver didn’t read the note. And just eat still haven’t changed the map so they can’t find my house or follow instructions so food turns up cold

Fries ½ empty again. I order 3 only got 2 which were hlaf portioned. Food is always well cooked but most deliveries I order have an issue. Staff are lovely and polite and ready to help, but this is the 3rd time this happens.
