Cold food came very,very messy

I've been waiting for a delivery update for over an hour. my food has just been delivered and its stone cold. lost my business from now on

Food wasn't good. Chicken tenders were bland, no taste at all. Burgers had a horrible taste to them. For the price it was very over priced for what we had. I'd advise going to Wendy's next door. That place is definitely worth the money you spend

Great chicken! It’s very similar to Popeyes in America. It lived up to its expectations. I recommend the spicy wings or a spicy 3 piece tender. The Mac n cheese is off the chain. Enjoy!

All 4 of my friends got food poisoning after eating from Romford popeyes. I had to sit under a bucket for hours to vomit. Please for your own sake go eating sometime else protect your body

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Can't fault their customer service skills. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a fast food joint. The food, however, is not good. The chicken BBQ sandwich was OK with a decently crunchy coating, but with a bun that collapsed when the relish soaked into it thereby making it messy to eat. The 'cajun' fries are an abomination: limp, lukewarm and with no discernible connection to 'cajun' spicing. And an extra 79p for mayo !!! Really ??? The less said about the flavourless brown sludge claiming to be a coffee latte, the better. If you thought KFC was poor, this is down there with them.

i ordered two burgers one with things taken out and one with normal they wrapped them incorrectly and put them into the wrong boxes even though they was two completely different names boxed meals and we ended up eating the wrong ones because they was in the wrong wrapping with wrong stickers

I’ve ordered several times from this popeyes. The food is good quality and tastes good but there’s never a time they get my order right. Missing items, incorrect items (vanilla instead of chocolate).

The fries are better than other fast food places and the chicken burgers are one of the best I have had in my life
