useless when it comes to deliveries , it's not hard to read what an order says it contains, and an order number to give to the correct driver. I work in the industry and I KNOW it's piss easy to get it right.

I seriously disappointed with the food as it was disgusting to eat as it was raw got 10 wings meal which I paid £15 for my whole meal and the chicken I tore it apart to see if it’s cooked and all of them are raw it’s even red that is not suitable and not professional at all that you serve this I cooked food to customers. I could of gotten very sick and other people who ate there I didn’t even receive my refund for my meal overall not suitable to eat.

purchased 2x 6 pieces classic Louisiana chicken. Explicitly said in order notes to put 6x thigh pieces and 6x sidebreasts. Got given no sidebreasts and only 2 thighs, the rest being drumsticks/wings the size of my thumb. Somebody taking the mick.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. Despite the fact that the delivery time changed multiple times from when I first placed the order, my food arrived stone cold.

Everything was completely cold. I noticed the driver after collecting the order was stood still at another shop for 15 minutes (possibly to pick up another order)

Visited after my daughter and wife had been to hairdresser. Had to get my daughter to order as i find the app cumbersome. We ordered 2 chicken strips and chips and drinks. All good but the Sauces tended to be pricey

The chicken tasted ok the outside was crispy but had an awful taste not sure if it was old oil or lard used but still have a bad taste in my mouth. The chips were soggy and the ice cream is definitely not worth it. My son enjoyed the milkshake. He would eat here again but I would not. I would say for the taste and quality other cheaper places to get fried chicken from. So is a pass for me.

My order took over an hour to arrive, I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich which states it comes with lettuce and pickles in which I received no lettuce and two slices of pickles, my whole order was stone cold.

The delivery was left at the wrong address and the delivery driver just left it. The food was cold, I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and Cajun fries. The fries were freezing and I got 4 pieces of chicken, one drumstick and 2 wings. Not what I ordered and to be honest wasn't enjoyable. The chicken was dry and full of gristle. I had a couple of fries and one bite of chicken, destination the bin. Given I paid over £2.00 in charges for poor delivery and poor quality food I am really disappointed. Wasted income and not likely to return. I would expect a full refund for what was a really disappointing experience.

fast delivery, hot food and tasted good. not very often do you get your food hot but very pleasantly surprised, will happily order again from here. shame you can't tip the delivery driver after they've delivered the food!

After watching all the glowing reviews for this chain we travelled from Grays to Romford looking forward to something different to KFC. Reflections are, it is over hyped. Very expensive compared to other fastfood places. Too much coating on all the chicken from burgers to pieces/tenders etc. Not much flavour at all. Will not be returning.

I don’t know who you’ve hired to work there but you need to get people who know how to read as they’ve missed items off of our order. You don’t answer the phone and you’ve hung up on me twice! Absolutely appalling behaviour… the food is mid and it’s cold as well… well think twice about ordering from here again as it’s shocking behaviour

When the order arrived it was missing both my Oreo and vanilla milkshakes and vanilla ice cream. I spoke to the courier driver and he was typing something on his phone and told me that another courier driver should now bring over my missing items in the next 5-10 minutes. However I waited more than an hour and no one came by to drop it off so, I had to claim an instant refund and reorder my shakes and ice cream.

Food tasted great, the large chips was disappointing, smaller than a medium McDonald's chips.

Chips had gone a bit cold but otherwise good quality food.

Chicken was undercooked. I had already eaten one piece before realising. I tore the second so I could dip and saw it was very pink in places. A third one was even worse and blood was present. The last two were a bit better but I didn’t want to chance eating any more. I took photos before binning the lot & reported it and got a refund on the chicken. This is the first time I have had a problem with popeyes, they are usually great. The chips were fine but Check your chicken before you eat it!
