Subway in Havering

My order was not delivered AT ALL, raised with customer service, sent pictures of the tracking and they claim that it delivered!!!!! Scandalous and outrageous. Driver or neighbour has stolen my food. Drivers as supposed to ask for the 4 digit code!

Would give zero stars if possible. Orders from here are never correct particularly if you are vegetarian. Have given this store numerous second chances and they never improve. Have ordered from here for the last time. It is not cheap and food and service are atrocious

My food was cold, they didn’t toast my bread or add the cheese, and sent me 3 cookies that were wrong when I order 6 double chocolate cookies

Went to subway today to get our usual subs that we enjoy 2nd time going to this subway the staff Aysha And Gurpreet were friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely and up to the standards expected.

Food was cold; considering it's not very far away I feel that Subway just didn't bother to heat/toast my sandwich and put it in the bag cold, rather than food got cold because of delivery time. Lesson now learned had cold food from them before 👎

I didn’t have a number of items in my sub and I also got the wrong cookie 😔

Honestly don’t understand the hate here it’s a great place. Went in to order food today and Aisha was working and taking other customers orders and was already very kind and patient. She was very kind as well whilst taking my order and actually properly made my sandwich as opposed to some times in which the sandwich master would just flop a small amount of veggies on in random places. Very good branch of subway overall and the staff are amazing.

The delivery time kept changing to later but no one from the restaurant called to advise why or apologise

The lady didn’t give me caramel sauce when i asked politely 3 times, she also didn’t give me a bag even when i paid the money for one. When i asked her she was defensive and very rude, and not apologetic.

Driver drove straight past my house from Romford, into Chadwell Heath, where he was there for 20 minutes. Food is cold

Tracked driver on the app, he was 5 minutes from my house. Picked up food but stayed in Same place, over 10 mins. Food arrived cold, not enjoyable at all.. 30 on subway wasted!

from placing my order at 08:32, getting cancelled whilst out for delivery and having to reorder, finally got my order TWO hours after the initial request. abysmal service.

my order was placed at 08:32, its now 09:59 and its not been delivered. just had a text and for some reason it's now cancelled????? why was my order cancelled after you said it was out for delivery?

Fresh, good quality ingredients and bread, fairly fast service, also one of the staff said footlongs come with a free drink which I haven’t heard of before but more than happy to take. A bit pricey but good offers with vouchers, convenient location.

Delivery driver did not even turn-up at the address. Order was 20 minutes late and missed a few items. Terrible.

Looks like a bunch of slackers were working in the Romford branch, and the taste was terrible.

Left a note saying no onions, came with onions which I don’t eat. Time wasted picking them out and made the sandwich taste horrible for me.

Hardly any meatballs, non existent cheese I asked for and stone cold. Hashbrowns stone cold. Warm Fizzy drink and the so called cookie that comes with the meal is tiny! Absolute waste if money.

EVERY SINGLE TIME WE ORDER CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE WE GET COFFEE (SIMILAR CAN BUT OBVIOUSLY VERY DIFFERENT CONTENTS). Someone at the Subway Saturday shift clearly has no idea of the difference between the two cans and needs to be clearly shown that the blue can is chocolate and the brown is coffee. It’s for my 8 year old son so he can’t drink the coffee. It is frustrating because there’s clearly two coloured cans and someone must be sending out the wrong thing every order they get. 😒

I did not ask for the subs to be toasted so they have been delivered warm and the bread is tough. What's the point of having the option to say yes or no if they won't listen anyway.

I’m not happy! I ordered a roast chicken salad, with extra 2 pots of pesto and salt and vinegar crisps. I have only received the salad. I would like the 2 pots of pesto and salt and vinegar crisps sent to me or refunded!!

Seems to be too many issues with the pdq machine nowadays, and I'm concerned about the customer service that follows in regard to how the staff react.

The wedges were cold and hard so not cooked well enough and the cheese bites were cold and very soft and they should have not been like that never had a bad experance before from subway very disapointed this time

I’m not very happy and satisfied today I bought my lunch a large salad 🥗 and the male staff who serve me who’s in charge was talking to his staff while serving his multi tasking I ask nicely to add an sweet onion sauce and his not happy . I never had a chance to eat my salad properly as the salad was so dry because he only put few on the top of my salad and the the inside. Down to bottom of my salad is so dry so after work by 5pm I went back as nicely to female staff if they can put add sauce so I can eat the salad at home the make staff who serve me sitting outside the service area and he said he remember me . And so I told him why I’m asking and as a customer it’s my rights to ask as I paid the full amount and I deserve to satisfy what I can expect from subway product as per advertise . In front of other customer he said not all the time customer is “ not always right”. instead to treat me right he argue with me and giving me attitude I said I don’t want any argument nor complain and all I’m asking is what it need to be done as the product was given to I can’t eat as it was dry. I’m Looking forward for this matter to investigate about customer service that for him his attitude and the way he treat me as a customer unacceptable . If my colleagues, friends and relatives will know my experience . This is not right and unprofessional. Respect and good customer service .

Delivery driver was very abrupt with me because of a mixup with the address which was not my fault. Called and was rude and put the phone down on me. Food was cold and soggy.

Staff are so rude, said they had no meatball sub so asked if I could get the breakfast sub with veggies and if they could do that, said yes and got to the end and said they couldn't actually do it, then when I asked for no ketchup they asked why and stared at me, so paid for a sub I didn't even want

When you don’t want a sub toasted - don’t flipping toast it!! - if the option is gonna be ignored every time then just remove it and I’ll go elsewhere.

I visited this Subway branch twice back to back a few days ago.The servers were friendly and polite. The food storage area looked clean and organised, which is the first thing I look for upon entering any food establishment. It's a little branch located close to the station and it mostly serves as a takeaway type of branch as seating is limited. Otherwise, no complaints and hopefully the staff at this particular branch keeps it up.

While subway sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches from a long time and I still enjoy them a lot, have generally observed the customer service across stores nowadays has degraded and the staff just prepares sandwiches for your order for the sake of it... No attention to detail like how much veggies you need or care to have courteous attitude towards you. Style of preparation has also appears having lack of finesse. A smiling and caring face would go a long way in building that relationship for you to go again there. It feels like they just wanna get over with the order.... Nonetheless I do not hate subway sandwiches as a product for that...just the experience lacks warmth and friendliness leaving behind a not so pleasant experience while in the store. Hopefully the product does not loose it's charm.... All the best...

They always forget something it’s so annoying

ordered salt and vinegar crisps - got cheese and onion ordered white chocolate cookie * got another lot of cheese and onion baked crisps I won't be ordering from this restaurant again as this is the second time they have got my order wrong.

The subway in Debden is a must go to restaurant. The choice of food is amazing, the staff are friendly and professional. I really enjoy going there... Well done 👏 ✔️ 👏

Your average Subway. Only big downsize is that it doesn't have a proper dining area, but rather a couple of chairs inside and 4 chairs outside

Cheesy garlic slice was just cheesy. Don't know where the hash browns were. I ordered 9 grain multi seed roll but got a brown roll. Not very good this time, very disappointed.

My cookies are stale and my sandwich is freezing. Was there much point in toasting it cos it’s cold as you like. The man delivered another order on the way to dropping mine as he was on a housing estate for 8 minutes

I live in Romford and love a subway, on my recent visit I found that this store doesn't cater for the muslim community, such a shame there was no halal options. Romford is becoming much more diverse with Popeyes, and Chopstix new stores opened next door to Subway. Both have Halal options so very pleased with this. Subway will lose a lot of customers if it doesn't upgrade its marketing strategy. Clearly its market segmenting and targeting is out of date and needs to be reviewed asap. Havering has a Muslim population of 4,829 which is 1.9% of the population.

I went into Romford subway in South Street as I had been sent vouchers, I ordered and when I got to the till they said they weren't participating in the vouchers, why was there not a sign on the door or window advising of this, I wish I had just left and not had the sub! Don't use these scam artists!

I have not rcvd my order..and it says delivered.
