Missed a crucial item out the delivery. A breakfast McMuffin. So we had to half one (and they aren’t even that big). Non point calling them as you won’t get it sent out. Food was actually fresh on this occasion for a change (which just made it worse that I missed out on a nice fresh McMuffin). They usually don’t send condiments either, i.e. straws, ketchup or other dip sauces that should come with meals. I never understand how items can be left out when they have a computer screen in front of them and a receipt?! Just incompetent and wastes my hard earned money.

Ordered a coffee at the drive thru , got to the collection window and was told they had no sugar. I pulled up , went into the restaurant and low n behold they had hundreds of sugar. The girl was clearly too idle to walk 5 yards and fetch any. Also I have never been anywhere with so many miserable looking staff members in my life. Ive seen more smiling faces at a Birmingham city football match. Ok that maybe a slight exaggeration but my god they are miserable. Surely working there can't be that bad? You need to pull your fingers out.

It drives me mad when I go through the drive through and order my food and then they pass me the mcflurries and ask me to park up. What on earth do you expect me to do with melting ice creams whilst you get your act together. So I gave them to the friendly cheerful lady back… she wasn’t by the way. No customer service skills, and asked for her to make them fresh when they brought out my order. She tried to argue, said it would only be 2 minutes.. It wasn’t… it was 6 minutes and the chap next to me was still waiting after 10 minutes. Had they made them fresh, of course not. They had just put more chocolate on top to hide that it was melting. For goodness sake, why on earth would you make ice creams when the burger isn’t ready. Ridiculous.

Just had a quarter pounder with cheese meal and I’ve got to say it’s the worst McDonalds I’ve ever had. No onion very little cheese and extremely dry! Get your act together Halesowen!!!!!

19 years we have used. Hubby and 2 children one battling cancer straight away they was told to use masks to sit in. My husband went back to the car where my 2 children were heavy bullied by a member of staff trying to refuse them access without. My son has got a chronic wet lung and daughter cancer both exempt. Daughter so upset she contacted me, I made contact with manager James, I went up to support children and I was on the car park by the disabled space and she approached my body turned away from her and she said you have to wear a mask! No asking if I was exempt. I asked about my children and she said I forced to cover their mouths after they said they was exempt! She said I also told them no mask they cannot order food at the counter. I am furious this is the first time we have been anywhere since close down and I forced to tell this member of staff my children’s conditions. This is Discrimination I went back to James and although he is a really nice young man! This should never of happened to us

Very nice breakfast meal sausage and egg bagel and cappachino, staff very pleasant, it was quick easy the restaurant was clean and convenient, reasonable price,what more could want. Yeah ill do it again

Visité la tienda hoy sólo tenga que esperar 10 minutos para que el personal de averiguar cómo usar un hasta correctamente y luego se sirvió la comida más apetitosa. Nos dieron los nuggets de pollo, patatas fritas y duro duro frío y 2 grandes Macs sin salsa.

Good service, it's a McDonald's so you get typical McDonald's food! The parking is very good as is the drive through. Nice seating area indoors and out. It's nice and clean and the staff are very friendly.

You get what you expect from McDonalds - lukewarm limp burgers, lukewarm limp fries, a spotty faced herbert with an attitude at the drive through window. All for a fiver a head. Marvellous.

This is ok if you just want a snack macdondos is not really good to fill you up but it's ok in a way but some times you have to wait and stuff for food and stuff but it's ok

Saturday morning results in a massive queue at the drive through.... that I can deal with, however after being sat in this queue for 15 min or more I finally get to the speaker box to be told we have stopped breakfast now at 10.32 and they have sold all breakfast food leaving me with a car full of children very disappointed. Poor management for letting this happen on a Saturday morning. Sack the staff

Comida rápida? No. El personal estaba más interesado en tontear con otros, incluyendo lo que supongo que es la gestión de camisas partir. El servicio fue terriblemente lento. No "gracias" o "lo siento por el retraso", ningún contacto visual cuando pasando por comida de hecho ... demasiado ocupados charlando con otro personal por Lo general cortesía. Como te puedes imaginar, que no va a utilizar el restaurante de nuevo. Evitar!

Hemos estado en esta McD unas cuantas veces como una familia desde su traslado a Halesowen en 2014 sept. Por desgracia no iremos de nuevo, el personal es desagradable, la comida es mediocre y servicios es espantosa. Como se ha dicho en otras críticas tienen nuestra orden equivocado en cada visita y prometió traer correcciones a la mesa, y luego simplemente no nos molestó. No te molestes con esta visita otro McD en otro sitio!

I've been to this McDonalds a few times and they are usually out of stock of something and the most recent time I've been, they got my order wrong. I don't really like the food And for a fast food restaurant it's very expensive.

Staff are poorly trained, impolite and always get orders wrong. They have a new outside ordering system with lanes. They couldn't get it right with one, two is a disaster.

También por alguna razón, si vas a utilizar el Drive Thru, no se molestó en poner hielo en las bebidas.Me dejó de utilizar este McDonald's después de que recibimos el mismo orden equivocado 3 veces en una sola visita. Normalmente evitamos Halesowen McDonalds y ir a lejía, porque siempre parece ser algo fuera de las existencias. Sin embargo, nos dieron un ir una vez más, pero, una vez más, nos decepcionó.A pesar de que anunciaban la promoción de monopolio, que se había acabado de calcomanías, así que no hay posibilidades para jugar. Comprar pequeños lácteas para untar de leche en vez y deben haber tenido todo de una cucharadita de chocolate bits en ellos, sólo por encima, no mezclados (demasiado esfuerzo necesario? ). Nos levantamos y fui a casa, prometiendo no volver a este restaurante de nuevo. Volver a lejía! Mejor organizada allí!

Normalmente vamos en coche hasta la Via cuando visite MacDonald's para los niños delicia, y el servicio es normalmente bastante rápido estándar para los pedidos, sin embargo parece que más a menudo que no, se pierden algo de mi pedido. Así que he aprendido a mantener el resto de la cola esperando por revisar la bolsa antes de que yo en coche para ahorrar un viaje de ida y vuelta 5 minutos más tarde!

A great maccies as far as maccies go, however the parking is often an issue and the speed humps on its car park are F#*@ing ridiculous. So if you're going here......go by foot

Good old Macdonald from my point of view. Always good value and good food. Everyone knows it is fun food and the best coffee anywhere and at the best prices.

Visited this eve 05/02/15 - was busy, drive thru order placed, was asked to park in waiting bay. I pointed out to the server that they were all full & from what I could see so was the car park - could hear manager stressed & un-professional in the background inc. to tell me "I don't care tell him to park down the road if necessary". I told the server her manager had a stinking attitude the server agreed & said she didn't care................poor staff that's all I can say

I am a vegetarian and cannot understand the criticm of Mac'sI am a vegetarian and I can not understand the criticm Mac's gets from some quaters........I have a egg and hash brown bun for breakfast and THE best coffe with excellent value too......O/H has a Big Mac and stodge like that but every once in a while........hey...enjoy life.I am a Macdonalds fan......and a Veggie one at that.the food is good for a treat

Well mcdonalds is mcdonalds but the staff here were very nice and friendly prefer this one to other branches as it seems the staff are a lot more accommodating

I used to use this Mcdonalds frequently as it is on my route to work so handy to get a coffee on my way. I popped in to get a meal earlier today & was served by "Jadiey" or however she spelt it who didnt know when it was appropriate to say please or thankyou & openly said to some chav leaning up the counter with his hands in his pants that she didnt want to be there. I wont go back, I dont appreciate being made me feel like a burden when i'm a paying customer.

Nice to find a burger joint with kind an conscientious staff. The made me a sausage mcmuffin even after I was 15min late because my son really wanted one. Good on you. Quality wise.....well it is a McDonalds

No sólo habían no chocolate un batido pero tampoco había helados o bebidas calientes de cualquier tipo. es mediodía del miércoles. convincente mi hija que realmente no tienen ninguna un batido o un helado, preguntó por una sesión de fruta de naranja. Y, ¿adivinen qué? Los rodajes de fruta de naranja. Quien tiene el control de existencias y pidiendo para este necesidades outlet tiro.

I went to Halesowen McDonald's Sunday morning before making my journey to work, as I was leaving the car park the wind blew the exit barrier on to my car leaving a 7 inch deep scratch on my bonnet and damaging my windscreen, I called McDonald's to report it as soon as I got to work, they reviewed the CCTV and the supervisor agreed it was their fault, she then said a member of public had actually out the barrier up not a McDonald's employee, I then told her as business is open at 6 they should be open and secured and I wasn't to know a member of public had opened them, today I get a call from the franchise owner shouting and screaming down the phone telling me I should've been looking where I was going and being very aggressive, eventually putting the phone down on me leaving me now with over £300 pounds worth of damage to my car just for going to this McDonald's to get a breakfast. The food was appalling, the managers approach towards my incident has been shocking, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this McDonald's they have yet to get my order correct and have warm food.

This is a great McDonald's never had any poor quality food from here, unlike some of the other McDonald's in the area

No estoy de acuerdo con el comentario anterior! que es una barbaridad que ha mencionado usted allí personal nombre y luego pasaron a criticar ella y lo que hace. Esto es vergonzoso y si Tripadvisor ha permitido publicar esto entonces demuestra cómo bajo algunas personas pueden ser. voy a este mcdoanlds cada semana y el personal es amable y administradores. siempre están dispuestos a ayudar, incluso cuando han tomado un palizas que siempre sonríe y probar lo mejor de sí. Eso es que trabajo de chicas que se acaban de publicar al mundo porque se hubiera hecho un error, estoy seguro de que he cometido errores. Y estoy seguro de que el gerente de la tienda es tratar con esta queja. Así que ¿por qué debería de hacer esto? son niños que trabajan allí. tratando de ganarse la vida no es una buena cosa? todos hemos cometido errores, pero que intentan allí.

Having waited for 15 minutes for a meal, I returned to the desk to point this out, I suggested to rectify this bad service, a full refund and my meal. I was told no I could choose either or, been short on time I requested a refund, my food in front of me, I said I don't feel my request was unfair, the food was picked up and threw in the bin in front of me. Another customer butted in saying that was unnecessary. On this occasion there was two managers in, the one was struggling to remember how to refund the money back onto my card. The female manager walked past telling the male one to refund me and get her out of here then sucked her teeth and walked into the office, other customers requested she come out of the office and appoligise to me, which she refused. The other customer re-requested she came out, when she did she said I deserved it as I had spoke to them bad, I said i had complaining about service and not spoke to her or others in this way, another customer reminded her about the way she spoke to me was wrong. To start with she refused to give me her name, however thank you to other kind customers helped get this.

Every time I've been here most the time when I've got home the order is wrong but when I've finally got my order the food is generally good. Staff are friendly aswell n its always clean.

Staff OK clean and quick service, what more can you ask for. Easy access from the main road. I would go to another place to eat if you need to be a little quite.

Voy allí cada viernes con mis amigos y puede estar muy concurrido pero es un servicio rápido y todo el personal probar lo mejor de sí para mantenerlo en la pista. bastante barato y veryyy sabrosos, pero las comidas pueden ser más caro que el previsto y que no tienes tanta comida que se espera. Como soy un visitante frecuente sé lo que me gusta y mejor tener (medio patatas fritas, coca-cola y Mcflurry) y que viene a 2,98 libras - no una gran comida pero suficiente para ir! También en coche con un donde se hablan por un detector de sonido a un miembro del personal y le muestra exactamente lo que pedimos en la pantalla. En ambos casos es rápido y peculiar Soo un tiempo de almuerzo y merienda en Mcdonalds es sin duda recomendable!

visited mcdonalds in halesowen with my 5 year old daughter, and she had a happy meal with nuggets (as always) and i had a big mac, food was good, just your normal mcdonalds stuff, but a nice touch was when a lady came over and gave my daughter a balloon, that was a lovely kind thing to do,

What can i say it's McDonalds, how they have the gall to call any of their "outlets" Fast food restaurants is beyond me. They are neither fast and and are definitley not restaurants in the true meaning of the word.

Visited Mcdonalds Halesowen last saturday and after receiving only part of my order decided to phone the restaurant to point out the shortfall and hopefully get at least an apology - no, manager's only solution was for me to bring food back and the whole order replaced, so I pointed out we were now back home it was teeming down with rain and the food they had supplied had been reheated and kids were tucking into it, he then suggested "I take it off them and bring it back". Decided after not even getting an apology from him I would phone head office, they must have emailed the franchise owner, therefore I got a phone call immediately from her shouting and screaming down the phone at me accusing me of swearing and abusing her staff and telling me never to step foot in her restaurant again!!! - so feel free to use this restaurant but if there is anything wrong with your order be it on your head if you dare to complain!!!

Rarely get your order right,food often cold. Though the coffee is nice

Rubbish food, staff that just ignore you, remember to check you have the food you ordered or be prepared to argue your case. What more do I need to say other than it's mc donalds!

I wouldn't normally rate a McDonalds as they are my restaurant of last resort when I'm in a hurry but the staff at this particular branch were so friendly they deserve a mention. They were welcoming and helpful, not at all like the automatons that staff some fast-food joints. They 'cooked' something other than a breakfast dish even though it was 30 minutes from the designated 'standard menu' time. They smiled a lot and even bid me farewell. This was also the cleanest fast-food restaurant that I've ever been in (anywhere in the World). The toilets were immaculate. Maybe I was just lucky on that particular day but I was very impressed, all the same. If you are in the Halesowen area and in need of some cheap sustenanace and a friendly face this is the place to go.
