Kfc in Blackpool

Awful place. Really rude staff. Order all wrong, and staff rolling their eyes like it was my fault. The place itself dirty and untidy.

This place is absolutely shocking. My order turned up and the driver just sat there in the car, waited for a few minutes then when no one got out I walked towards the car and it drove off.

Ordered 4 piece meal.chips gravy. Only ..sent 3 pieces . Not very good at all plus gravy .won't go back again .poor quality

As a local, went two weeks ago for 4 wraps, could not toast them as toaster off…. OK Went tonight, ordereded 4 wraps, took order and then said toaster off, this was 10.06 pm and have video to prove, then asked for manager and said we have no wraps. …???? What type of business are you running, terrible and the recorded service and language was disgusting and I will go viral as the owner needs to step up or hand back the franchise, happy to meet him/her to chat as a 63 year old I’m downtown earth and let him know his staff and problems

If you want your gravy poured all over your food inside the bag before it gets delivered to your family then see Scott the puppet manager from blackpool South KFC. What an absolute joker that kid is. This clown seems to think its acceptable to recieve your food like that

Customer service was absolutely horrendous. One of the staff members named Kyle was very rude as he shouted at me and my mum saying “ OI !!!!!YOU SCRUFFS CLEAR UP YOUR TABLE I SAW 5 OF YOU LEAVE BUT YOU DIDNT CLEAR YOUR TABLE” . We are a family of 4 with my dad and brother having left the kfc already so obviously he can’t count and me and my mum were still at the table and we were about to clear our table when he said those horrible things . We confronted him saying “we are still here, what’s your problem?!”. We asked to see a manager but they didn’t come out and all the staff were laughing and smiling while we were getting upset so it seems even the manager tolerates this behaviour . All these actions indicate racist behaviour. We didn’t even get an apology from any staff especially Kyle and he even said “I’m not bothered “. Kyle seemed very agitated and erratic in his behaviour so it seems he’s under the influence of drugs or substance or alcohol.

Totally let us down tonight for a children's party and didn't even let us know the food wasn't coming i will never use them again

I haven’t been in this KFC since just after lock down was lifted and was so disappointed with the rudeness of the staff, however today I thought I’d give it another go and I’m glad I did, the two people on the front were having banter and were very friendly so different from last time. I would like to say a special mention to Kyle who went above and beyond what an asset he is to the store, so if you have stayed away in the past because of staff or quality of food then give it another go you won’t be disappointed especially if Kyle is on

Everyone knows what KFC tastes like but this crew fail miserably to get orders right, they are unfortunatley the nearest KFC to our home, so we are pretty much forced to use them when we want a finger licken fix. Tonight they did us out of two portions of chips, last visit they ONLY managed to get the chicken in the bags, forgot the chips, sauces and bottle of cola, thankfully my wife was on the ball and had spotted there mistake. It is really annoying that the mistake is always a missed item, never to much stuff in, you have to wonder if it is shop policy! I fill in the KFC survey on the receipt every time, seems to make no difference, service is still terrible, but at least the 20% of goes toward the cost of the missing items.

Needed some food after a football match and we found this KFC ,the food was hot,fresh and tasty and the service was first class.The bargain bucket was good value.Parking is available on the road outside.

Pedimos un cubo de pollo, patatas fritas y lados 15 th 2015 Agosto. Me dijeron que sería 20 minutos ... no estaba ... estaba a 15, y el pollo estaba delicioso, patatas fritas genial lados genial. La chica escocesa que tomó la orden era encantadora y servicial! De hecho era tan bueno, ordenados por 22 2015 Agosto, el servicio genial y caliente y excelente comida! Muchas gracias chicos y chicas y espero que alguna vez posee esta franquicia puntos el equipo!! Se lo merecen ;)

always friendly staff food served very quickly nice fresh chicken every time corn on the cob is so juicy

The oil used was old and smelt old,chicken was destroyed and over taken with a musty oil . Don't understand why it's gone so bad,, Cost cutting or laziness is not the direction to take. Sum it up in one word CRAP

cold, poor service, hot wings seriously there is hot and there is hot and these were inedible I have never tasted anything like it in my life. would defo not return or recomend

its a kfc,its like all other kfc,most of the time the food is ok,but last time we visited in july my fathers chicken breast wasnt cooked properly,all pinkish near the bone with blood,luckly,he hadnt eaten any,and neither had the rest of us,we complained,got offered more food,we asked foe refund,and was given one,and went to mcds instead,wont be visiting again.

Looked forward to popping in for a lunchtime bite, but all tables were taken - some with only one person at them, and although there were dining spaces by a window, no stools to sit on.Left disappointed, but found a great Wetherspoons pub - The Leyton Rakes close by and has Fish and Chips with drinks for £28 for 4 of us

This is one of the worst KFCs I've been to anywhere in the world.The chicken skin was way too brown, over cooked. Like many, does not actively ask if customers wanted the sauce / dips.Customer service (and the food) was well below average compared to the other KFCs in Blackpool. Twice I've been and they just don't seem to care to serve at all. Didn't even bother to put a smile on when dealing with customers.Head to the other two a few streets away guys.

visited lytham rd kfc and were greeted with a lovely smile and offered to bring our food over i went back up for salt,sauce and again the staff member brought it over his name was raj and hes a credit to kfc i hope they apprciated what a lovely young man and exellent worker he is , sometimes a smile is all it takes to make someones day \keep up the good work RAJ :)

Chicken was hard and dry,the floors and glass windows outside and in we're very dirty,the staff were very annoyed with the amount of customers and made you feel like you were a pest

we were there in blackpool and tried to get their millionaire short bread ice cream that they adveritsed, we tried everyda, the girl serving seemed more agitated every day we came in, customer service non exisitant at kfc

I have to say this is the best KFC we have tasted ever. Hot fresh fries, friendly staff and food was great. Really impressed

I dont usually particularly like getting anything other than a burger from a KFC as I find the chicken quite dry, but got a bucket to share and I have to admit it was very nice. Much better than the last time Id had it although I cant remember which one it was from.

So I am a little weird when it comes to KFC as I recently discovered that apparently it is not real chicken... but that doesn't put me off that much because it tastes so good. My last experience however, at this particular KFC branch did put me off. We got a KFC for my boyfriends birthday and usually I choose this branch over any other as the gravy (my favourite part) seems to be a bit nicer... We got a 14 piece bucket to share between three of us as my boyfriend eats about 8 pieces to himself. Whenever I go in any KFC, but especially this one, I always make sure I repeat my order because in the past I have ordered burgers but without hash browns or without cheese and they have still to this day NEVER got it right. I feel bad when I go in and I am repeating it three times but I feel like I have to and they still don't listen. Perhaps this is on purpose, I don't know... But I am always polite. I worry sometimes that I come across as if I am being judgemental to the staffs intelligence levels. On this occasion in question it was a stormy night and the rain was really bad... We got the KFC home to discover the chicken wasn't a mix of breasts, legs etc it was more just the smaller bits with hardly any chicken on at all. Also there were only 11 pieces of chicken and there were meant to be 14. They also forgot 1 extra tub of large gravy which I had paid for. I would normally go back but with the rain being so bad I couldn't and so I wrote a letter of complaint, as I was annoyed with it being my boyfriends birthday and once again the staff hadn't listened. It takes nothing to pay attention and listen to the order and whilst I will agree that I wouldn't like to work at KFC myself, I feel listening skills are standard and common sense. If you choose to eat at this KFC branch just make sure the order is correct before you leave to avoid disappointment. Another thing which I have found with this branch, is that it is always dirty and the tables are never clean. After my complaint I did recieve a voucher for a boneless banquet for one... Nice gesture but still didn't make up for the takeout that we got being more or less spoilt. I won't be returning to this particular KFC branch.

Okay if you want a late night snack. Had to wait for a little While for the food. It was tasty though

its a kfc fast food,like any other kfc,service depends on season and time of day,but overall pretty fast,staff pleasant,like most kfcs unless your lucky to get it fresh as it comes out,then its warm not hot,but thtas the same in nearly all fast food places in the uk

Had a bucket meal from this store and it was fresh and hot,really enjoyed it. Will defo be back.....

this was an excellent establishment which catered for the disabled without having to eat outside like we had to in mcdonalds so top marks to kfc also gr8n value for the money

Poor quality , just warm,not very good people skills,won't go in again ,,,food sometimes not cooked through,chips soft

Worst KFC I have ever been to Tried this KFC a few times over the last 5 years and it just does not get better. How can it be so different to others ?
