Only ordered 4 things, it took ages everyone with bigger orders served 1st, apparently mine was still cooking so why the hell was it cold.I live just around the corner!!! So it hit the bin quickly .

I was appalled at the time I waited for 2 ice creams, they were very busy but with plenty of staff, but it was painful to watch the speed they worked at, I saw one lad do 2 ice creams in 15mins in the end I spoke to the manager, to be honest no better still had to wait totally incompetent I’ll never go again as this is the 3rd time it’s happened and I’m lucky today as on a warm day the ice cream machine usually isn’t working

Only wanted a mini McFlurry. Sat in the queue for 20 minutes and when they finally gave it to me it was already melted??? Feel a bit sick wondering how long it must've just been sat on the side. Wish I'd noticed before I drove away so I could've said something

Just don’t! The food takes so long to cook it arrives cold. For years this has been one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve had the misfortune of going to. Thought I’d try deliveroo to see if that was any better than the mile long drive thru, nope! Over an hour ‘preparing food’ and still nothing. The kids have eaten so many snacks while waiting, maybe it will arrive in time for breakfast.

Order via Uber eats. Food arrived cold and missing a main meal. Spoke to Uber eats customer services and they didn’t help

You wait ages, food is cold most of the time. milkshakes, fanta and ice cream are always unavailable. The people that deliver food are hanging around the counter which makes you feel uneasy if you go through the drive through alot of the time you have to wait in a bay and the car park is way to small. Ive been to Alcester, 2 Worcester ones ,Cheltenham and Redditch and there nothing like evesham one. you need to sort your self out as you will loose costumers

Honestly the very worst of anyMcDonald's I've visited. Every single time, without fail, you have to go and park up and wait for your food, regardless of what you've ordered, and then it arrives colder than a Tories heart and looking like it's been thrown at a wall before packaging. Avoid this one at all costs!

For some reason this McDonald's seems to charge you £2.39 for a regular latte when Wychbold and Kidderminster only charge £1.99. Don't mcdonalds have a blanket price list?

Yes it’s a bit slow here. Did table service on app. But the breakfast 🥞 muffin was hot and coffee filled to the top 🔝 of the cup today. Clean and tidy inside and staff friendly.

Sat in a queue for 40 mins once food order was taken it’s appalling . Avoid and all the staff do is try and upswell charity bags or apple pies . I’d rather have fast food

Absolutely diabolical! I pre ordered via my mobile, arrived at the drive through to collect at 7.05pm, sat waiting at one kiosk, whilst 15+cars went through the other kiosk yet the driver in front of me was ignored. Finally, around 15mins later, got through only to be told the order would be 5mins and to wait in the carpark. Food eventually came 20mins later, completely wrong order and stone cold. Went into store to complain, and was told the order would be redone, and it would be 5 mins. Half an hour I was stood in there waiting for the food. 1hour and 15mins from arrival to food. Loads of people complaining inside, and the only people getting orders were the delivery drivers for deliveroo and uber eats. One driver collected twice whilst I was stood there, and at least 8 drivers, each taking away multiple deliveries arrived and left without issue. It is obvious this place cannot cope with the demand of deliveries, and prioritise these orders above everyone else. Staff hide from the counter, as they know the queues of people waiting are complaining. When the food eventually gets to you, it is cold. Worst McDonalds EVER!!!

Lunchtime on Monday. Table service. Waited around 10 mins. Busy drive thru. Quarter pounder not the hottest. My wrap and chips 🍟 was just fine. So all good.

I’ve been to this McDonalds many times, but something REALLY seems to have slipped. I got there at 11am, thinking I’d grab a quick bite on my way home before the lunchtime rush…. It took 25 minutes to get to the pay window of the drive through, even though there were only 7 cars in front of me. We all sat there for 2 lots of about 10 minutes with out engines off, not moving, before beginning the crawl again. Whilst queues can be expected, the whole time we sat waiting there were two employees were on the roof splaying the bird muck and other dirt off the sides of the roof all over the cars in the drive-through . They were laughing and joking between themselves, no showing any care for customers cars or our health, forcing us to reach through an almost waterfall of dirty water to pay at the window. To make matters worse, whilst I was at the payment window, getting my car and arm covered in dirty water and bird muck, the heavy scrubbing brush was dropped from the roof of the restaurant and bounced off my car with a very loud bang. I had no choice but to get out to inspect the damage, again, getting even wetter with dirty water, bird muck, and god knows what else. It even went in my hair! By the time I got home my burger was cold and it went straight in the bin and I got straight in the shower to decontaminate and wash my hair for the second time that day. This visit was absolutely disgusting. I left feeling dirty and stressed (I’m sure I wasn’t the only one!) If dirty water was sprayed round INSIDE the restaurant ,and over the customers, then it would get shut down due to a hygiene violation. Considering McDonalds server food OUTSIDE to the same rules should apply. The care and consideration for customer vehicles, customer hygiene, and all round effort to make the restaurant (inside and out) a nice place to visit is atrocious. The management and employees should be ashamed and should consider resigning to clear their conscience. They said they would call me that afternoon to check everything was ok, but they never did.

Got a chicken burger which only had a small amount is mayo in it, it was so dry I went to ask for some more and was told “we’re not aloud to give it out” I said I am happy to pay and explained there isn’t a lot on the burger he responded “we can’t give it out any more” I then explained how I was given more the week before and replied again “we can’t give it out anymore” I ended up leaving the burger as it was too dry and refused to put more on the burger, didn’t get money back either I just would love to know why McDonald’s isn’t aloud to give out mayo anymore… what have you done to it that is so special you can’t give it out!? (Or is it only Evesham a rules and not McDonald’s)

Worst managers and restaurants ever ,excessive amount of waiting , be ready to wait 1h for a meal ,managers are useless ,some of the staff try hard tough

I understand a wait during busy periods… I’ve never once had ‘fast’ food from this branch. 90% of the time you are parked up and told to wait… today there were 2 people in the restaurant and no-one on the drive through. We were parked up for 15 minutes… when the order arrived it was missing elements (again not the first time). This branch under new management will go a long way, unfortunately current management seem to think ‘the branding is all we need’ Shame

We ordered about three or four drinks, and its taken about 20 minutes to even receive our drinks. Appalling staff who seem to be extremely nervous due to the hold up. Definitely need more staff in there.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonalds I ever go to. I consistently get the wrong order, either missing items or incorrect items. I'm frequently told to park in an overflowing carpark to wait for my order when no-one uses the 3 staff spaces that were converted from grill spaces. I've had them write my number plate incorrectly, apparently, that's why i never received my order...twice! Unfortunately It's one of few options to get lunch when i don't bring my own. Every time I go back I always think it might be better...I'm consistently proved wrong. I've never experienced any problems with any other McDonald's, I don't understand how this one gets it so wrong.

We have used this McDonalds on a number of occasions we rate it as one of the worse, food is either just warm or cold. If go through the drive through check your order as items are left out on our last visit a chicken wrap was missed when we went in low and behold there it was on the side no apology or excuse. The fries were cold and soggy. If you are travelling on the A46 give this one at Evesham a miss go further 10 miles and go to the McDonalds at Alcester far superior both in food quality and service.

I'm always working in Evesham with these carrot crunchers. Regularly visit this Macy's and always have my extra mustard. Cant fault these guys. Always get what I asked for. Been in this McDonalds a few times when it's been quiet or busy and no matter what, you will always have to wait.Staff doing nothing but chatting (not about work) or standing around doing nothing. The service in the drive through here is unbelievably slow. I have tried using this Macdonalds multiple times in the past six months and every single time it's the same. I have also had a dodgy belly twice from eating here. I will not be using this Macdonalds ever again.

Almost everything about this visit was enough to make my eyes roll. They got the order wrong - ice when I stated no ice, lettuce when I asked them to leave it off, and topping on a plain mcflurry - there wasn't a please or thank you (although there was an 'enjoy), and they failed to insist parents controlled the most abysmally behaved bunch of kids I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Instead of asking for a little good behaviour, the staff simply shouted over the cacophony thus adding to the problem.

Visited at 20.45 last night. Just one car in front of me. Waited at the dispensing hatch for at least 15 minutes for the two cheeseburgers, two fries and two curry sauces to arrive. When they did finally appear they were barely warm and there were no curry sauces.

So 2300 at night and took over 30 mins to get through drive through, seriously McDonald’s all the negative comments with this place when will some one step in and sort it , kfc opening near by soon and will have a huge impact unless this consent negative service stops .....come on senior management step up and sort it out it’s not hard

Absolutely appalled in the service I have received today. First they got my order and wrong and claimed they had no more cups left for my McFlurry that I had already paid for. After this my friend came over with the McFlurry cup they said they didn't have. I expected a refund but was not offered one. I hope this does not go unseen. I have been treated like animal today. Staff were miserable and moody, when I spoke to them they just ignored me. Also my friend is crying because she received abusive comments off a fellow customer, which the staff just ignored. Called in here today, Friday 19th May for lunch. Only 2 parking spaces available but these were blocked off by a McDonalds delivery truck. I could only exit the car park by going through the drive through. Gave up trying to eat here and drove away. Won't be returning to this outlet anytime soon.

Went through drive through tonight at 2145 , small simple order , they parked me up in waiting bay , ten minutes went by and no food , went inside and found my food sat on the side , no customers in there and loads of staff !

i’m not hear to slam mcdonalds for horse meat fat or high levels of chlorestraul but i will say i’ve had some of my best funniest and overall enjoyable times there and sometimes i’ve waited 20 minutes and had my order screwed up a complete gamble do what you like with that information

I have just returned from McDonalds Evesham at 20.30hrs on 21/02/2019 with nothing, having waited 14 minutes at the pay desk not even to be acknowledged by a single member of staff.

Consistently awful, the food is always cold and dry, staff couldn't care less, it's filthy, it stinks and I keep telling myself I'll never go back. This time I mean it. Don't waste your money or your time on these jokers. Just gross.

The whole place was filthy with no clean tables. A woman complained to the staff and was totally ignored. There were staff standing around behind the counter and not one of them made an effort to clean up. You should avoid this McDonalds.

They are sort of OK some days I don't want to be rude at all only honest they barley have speedy service going for them now I love my double cheese burgers but I always have a issue when I go to McDonalds they always forget something or take do long or a machines down always some kind of petty yet aggravating problems and when you complain the ghetto managers always make you out like your a liar and they never make mistakes I'm just so over McDonald's on general.

Paid at self service machine, sat with table card waiting for 35 mins. Massive queue near counter, drive thru rammed with cars. Went to counter - waited in turn, told server i’d been there 35 mins & they said my order was not on system. Receipts had run out so I had bo proof, they had to scroll through computer to find my order. Received my order in a further 5 mins. Terrible service but I blame the management not the poor staff who were trying their hardest. Staff level is obviously too low here around 8-10pm when the place seems to get busy. Hope someone reads this who owns the place and takes note, the 1/2 hour wait was not my first in this restaurant at this time of the evening - seems to be only since the store was refurbished.

Called for a quick snack at the McDonald's but it was the worst meal I have experienced. On entering we were asked to wait for our meal although there were only about 6 customers, the wait lasted approx 15 minutes. The cheese Berger had "very" strong cheese and the chips tasted "earthly". I requested the waitress to relay my observation to the Manager, she made no effort to do this and I made my request again. As she made no effort to go to the Manager, I then made the same request to a customer service assistant. Again she displayed little interest.

Although there were no cars waiting I had a long wait until I was served, I could hear back ground voices and was unsure if machine was broken. Then I was advised I could not order Mcflurries as the ice cream machine was not working. After order went around to closed pay window and waited and waited unsure if I should go to next window? Took order home to eat and found fries had only been filled halve way although I had paid for a medium (not a small in a medium container) The wrap was also only half filled with a large amount of the wrap without filling at the top, the sauce was only at the bottom of the wrap meaning a bland wrap. Big Mac was okay. VERY poor service will never use again and feel I have been ripped off!
