orderd 2 bags of oinoin rings and corn on the cob no corn so i orderd a another bag of oinoin rings 2 bags of oinion rings missing told me sorry they will make sure next time charged for 3 spent 28 quid for 2 shakes 1 cheesecake and a bag of oinon rings do not order from here unless u want half ur order to randomly be missing ps shakes were good but cheezecake was sour driver had no change aswell

My favorite shop is My Frangos. My favorite food is grilled chicken with extra hot sauce and rice. Whenever I have time, I come here and get something. The quality of the food is very good. The smell of the food fills my heart. The staff here are also sincere. I like their friendly and easy-going attitude.

Lovely staff, will do whatever they can to make sure you’re satisfied with both your food and service!

(Amended review) Had an issue with my frangos order due to a problem with their app (incorrect pricing) Member of staff got argumentative with me regarding my order as I only received half of what I paid for (again due to an issue with their in house app) Manager was very professional and contacted me very promptly & calmly and sorted the issue and made sure I received what I had ordered and was very understanding and was also very clear about the issue and had made amendments to the order in which the issue was completely resolved. I have ordered time and time again from these guys and their food has always been great. Disappointing about the one staff member letting them down with her customer service but cannot fault Aisha (sorry if spelt wrong) and the manager (do not have a name) for sorting this in a much friendlier manner. Frangos is an all time classic! Food is consistently good. Our go to takeaway so have very regularly. Have only messed the order up once which they rectified straight away! The halloumi is the best, with the recent addition of halloumi rice barely a week goes by without needing some. Fantastic range of items, would always recommend

When I order a chicken panini I would think there would be chicken in it but there was none at all ! There was only peppers onions and beef and that is not what I ordered so I refused to it so all I had to eat was my chips and the chili cheese bites not good at all

Last time we tried a Frangos was in the summer and it was nice but as takeaways go we were just like.. was alright. Since then we noticed the ‘new’ menu and reading through it knew we had to try it. A lot of it is listed as first in the area and I thought yeah just first in the area doesn’t always mean good does it .. We ordered.. Philly cheese steak loaded sandwich Spicy chicken and cheese loaded fries w / gherkins Lemon and herb chicken panini with peppers Then lemon and herb wings Every single item exceeded expectations it was all incredible. It was full of flavour some might find it on the spicy side so i would bare that in mind.. but luckily for me and my partner we love spicy food so maybe small critique is too describe it on the hotter side as we ordered “mild” chicken loaded fries 😝 We will NOT leave it as long as last time to order again from this restaurant it was delicious and for takeaway food .. my goodness you are spoilt for choice. 💯

I recently tried the chicken panini and chicken wings, and I was really impressed! The chicken panini was perfectly toasted, with juicy, flavorful chicken and a delicious blend of melted cheese and fresh veggies. Each bite was satisfying and packed with flavor. As for the chicken wings, they were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of spice. The sauce was rich and tangy, making them incredibly addictive. Overall, both dishes were a hit, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a tasty meal!

My food smelt like paint and was inedible.

We ordered at around 4 pm . My order arrived at 18:01 (I have photo evidence) . 2 hours roughly and it arrived freezing cold . I now have to go out and order something else because my girlfriend and I cannot eat cold chips and cold chicken . Absolutely abysmal. I want a full refund because this is not on.

ignore the negative reviews. I ordered from here delivered on time I'm in pershore. straight to my door that most delivery drivers refuse to go to Because it means leaving there car. great delivery service and the food was still hot and absolutely delicious I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Always great food. Slightly later on the delivery time but only by about 15 minutes and with local road closures that is perfectly acceptable. Will definitely order again.

6th September 2024 First day I came. I ordered the half chicken combo. Which came with half grilled chicken 3 peri peri wings, 2 regular fries and 2 dips. The best chicken I have ever had in my life. Fresh off the bone, plenty of sauce, sure it took time to get the order but you can never rush perfection. The way I ate it. It felt like it was prepared like a love letter with the most beautifully scented perfume. I was hooked, addicted?, obsessed.. 8th October 2024 Fast forward a WHOLE MONTH??? And guess what I’m still here every single day. Do I cook my own food? Sometimes. Am I fat? Only on Fridays. Am I sick of the food? Never. Not once have I eaten from here through sun, cold, rain, or storm. Has the quality ever dropped. The owner and His family has made me feel more than welcome. If you ever come here, mention my name (It’s Mohammad.) they won’t give you a discount but it makes me look cool. Eat here. Trust me. Halal certified by yours truly. Who am I you ask? A traveler who decided to settle down for the best.

usually have my frangos a lot, however ours today wasn’t good. Chicken was burnt and it was drenched in mayo it wasn’t enjoyable there was a lot large amounts of grease in chicken which caused wraps to break and leak.

The food was great. Delivery driver was verbally abusive as he struggled to find my flat. He claimed to have tried calling several times(he didn't) and had the audacity to say I should have answered the none existent calls and should be a better customer.

I have ordered delivery 5 minutes out of evesham and I'm waiting 2hrs and 40 minutes for my food!! Bearing in mind that this was not a big order at all, disgraceful

I ordered food for me and my two sons. I ordered my 3 year old a kids cheese burger meal...when it arrived it was a large burger, with lettuce, mayo and some orange burger sauce and a side of piri piri chips ( which are very spicy ) I called the shop to be told THAT is kids burger meal and I was wrong and was told never to call and order again. Very poor food, and customer service. £36 wasted

I made an order of over £35, one of the meals I ordered was a kids burger meal when my order came I had 2 large burgers, both with lettuce, mayo, and some orange (not very nice) sauce and a large portion of chips, which were COVERED in Piri-Piri salt. I called the shop to say they sent the wrong order as I ordered a kids meal. a male came to my home to say that is the kids meal and to never call or order again, absolutely disgusting food and behaviour.

We really enjoyed our food, it is better quality than most other competitors. One comment though, we ordered 2 different burgers but they were not labelled so could not tell which was which as they look the same. But really enjoyed everything.

Never seem to deliver on time!! ordered at 9 ish was given longes time to be delivered 22:05 didn’t turn up!! We requested through the app were it was as was very late! Was given 22:30 as new time still didn’t arrive!! Request money back through app!! Called restaurant as it’s now 22:50, was told it’s on its way! Two hours have passed and still no food! 23:02 still no food !!

Food was amazing! Delivery took nearly 2 hours but wasn’t in a rush so absolutely fine, we are in the middle of nowhere so driver needed directions and was patient with us as we didn’t know the area with being on holiday.

Excellent service. Fantastic food especially the chicken and rice. Full of flavour, you can tell it’s been marinated and prepared well. This is the best takeout rice I’ve had, extra long grain.

Delivery took awhile and then was a fair bit after the time which was set! However food was great hot fresh and full of flavour would defo recommend and will defo be ordering again if I had any negative and I’d be really picky would of like more peri peri salt otherwise was great

I can’t find an email to contact Frangos so am writing a review instead. Myself and my housemate ordered a takeaway last night, the food was lovely but my housemate was up in the night vomiting and vomited up a small piece of glass that has scratched the inside of her throat. We have photographed this and would appreciate a response. There is no way she has ingested this from any other source as it was our only meal that day.

You also charged us a lot of money then we went back to order more food but you asked for more money I suggest you never choose this place really dirty food dirty staff are so damn you 😡😡😡

They send less food when I pay for my meal I do collect when I went home it was less chicken teka and when I call them when back shop and I payed again never ever go back to this shoop again.

Just had the extra spicy chicken in a pitta, absolutely delicious. Lots of extra sauces and napkins in the bag, good quality cut of chicken, beautifully spiced. Excellent service. Will gladly eat here again.

Ordered a meal for three of of, MASSIVE portions. Easily fed 5. Chilli cheese bites are the best. Quick and easy to order. Took around 45mins for delivery but was worth the wait. The garlic Mayo is sooo nice. Perfect dipping sauce!

i put an order in and waited for it to be delivered an hour later the food had been cancelled and they said the money would be refunded so i rang them 4 times and no one answered not very good if your running a business like that. Today i went in and told them what i wanted but it took about 10 minutes to explain as they didn't understand what i was saying and then they said the 1 is a complementary meal. i order 3 meals so the 1 would of been free which was kind of him but they didn't do my daughters order and they did my sons burger wrong and i worked out the price and i paid more than i should. not good at all

Paid £10 each for chicken/rice x2 - ate both of them still hungry. Got my portions completely wrong and only gave me a partial refund.

Everything great with one acception that the order was slightly wrong. Should of been 2x chick and rice, 1x chick salad. Did ask when collecting whether it was correct and repeated there should be a salad too and was told yes there's 3 packages all correct. Not a massive issue, still good quality etc but missed the salad.

Hour late, luke warm at best on arrival, used to love this place but it's gone downhill. Tried to fob me off with the "were busier then usual" story on a tuesday evening. Won't be bothering again

If I could give this place 0 that’s exactly what they would get, 3 times I’ve ordered delivery from them and my food has been wrong and 1 or 2 hours late and once I ordered at 5pm and I called them at 6 to ask where my food was for them to say their driver called in sick so they will send my food when somebody else comes in at 8pm of which I received my food at 9pm in the end. Today I have gone to collect to see if it’s different, my food didn’t have peri salt on which I paid for on all meals and my chilli cheese bites weren’t even cooked through and when I called they said they would replace the chips next time as they are closing. They were absolutely rude! But then took my number and text me asking for my full address to send new food after I said I would be giving a bad review.I absolutely love the food when it is right but I will not be ordering again!

Didn’t have what I ordered so called me to substitute. Said they’d put a freebie in and didn’t. Had to call to chase food and was told they only had one delivery driver (so don’t accept lots of orders then?). Food was cold when it got to me. It arrived 2 hours after I ordered.
