Absolute rubbish, yet again! We literally waited 18 minutes... so much for fast food! Cold Mcmuffins, cold coffee. This franchise needs to be brought up to standard McDonalds it's ruining your good name!

Ordered breakfast to home because my daughter was poorly and wanted pancakes, we all ordered something when we received the order it was completely wrong McDonald’s told me it wasn’t something they could help me with so we lost out on £23 worth of food / money and had kids who was unhappy absolute disgrace and seriously unhappy with this!

Ordered eat in, table service, 30 minutes later were served cold food - burgers, fries etc...Starving by that point so did not complain and wait another 30 minutes .place wasn't that busy either. That's 3 times in a row now so....

I used to work for McDonald's in the midlands and have visited plenty of restaurants around the country whilst travelling for work. Newton Abbot restaurant is unbelievable shocking "fast food" what a joke, i placed a simple order in store and waited and waited then after 30 minutes demanded my money back, no management to be seen to help their staff, staff seemed clueless and not trained properly. I worked for McDonald's in the 90's when i was at uni and throughly enjoyed it as it was run by hands on manager's that supported great customer service, i would never use this place again and advise to follow my lead as if they start to loose business they mught review their training and management structures at this store.

Unfortunately I have to write this review because roughly 4-5 times they keep forgetting to add my main order to the delivery driver and this is starting to wind me up. Always stale burgers and reheated food and honestly, I'd recommend KFC over McDonald's anyday for proper grub. Avoid McDonalds.

Just had a quick snack from here.. Only had a burger from the saver menu this time.. Never had a problem with anything I've ordered from here.. Better than the Torquay McDonald's..

With ref to "meals" served at Penn Inn area of Newton abbot, this particular purchase was the 21st Oct, just after lunch time. Opted for this Maccers because the other two in Torbay have given me E. Coli before. Meals at the Penn Inn range from mediocre to truly awful (usually dependent on how busy they are). This particular Saturday choice, I rate well below average. I never expect the succulent looking perfection depicted in the TV campaigns or billboards - I'm not Michael Douglas in 'Falling Down' but the reality of this purchase was really underwhelming. A dried out leathery pate with congealed bits of fat in it, one single gherkin slice on top, zero onions, all garnished with badly chopped browning iceberg and far too much special sauce oozing out. In truth, we all know the sauce has never been that 'special' being the equivalent of Thousand Island dressing (aka mayo and ketchup with paprika & dill pickle). Please also note from my images, the cheese had not melted because the second beef pate was near cold. So that's a lovely slice of plasticky processed cheese to finish off the whole tepid excrement sandwich. As always, My large fries receptacle was typically half full. In fact exactly the same portion as my wife's medium fries, just in a bigger piece of fat-soaked cardboard. The fries in my container resembled desiccated twiglets. Not much potato in my fries - more like anaemic looking tooth breaking rocks. A sprinkle of pepper helped add taste but they were so hard, I could not finish them. Finally my choice of drink, Sprite, was completely flat and mostly ice. Not one carbonated bubble to be sampled. When sugar free sprite in particular is watered down to this extent, it often resembles the soapy taste of fairy liquid dishwashing detergent. This was the overriding impression I took away while trying to suck the chemical aspartame water through a soggy paper straw. It ended up tipped out on the car park floor. I ask myself why I repetitively put myself through this, often under the delusion it's actually a treat? £10 in this economy is not a lot for two servings but this "food" is neither fit for man nor beast. Neither was waiting 26 minutes in the drive-through queue to order, a convenient option. Any pub lunch or greasy spoon would have been better. Once again I conned myself into forgetting all those previous occasions I had been disappointed by Mcdonald's. Not anymore, which is why I have written this review – to remind myself how terrible they are in future. I cannot believe they have increased their prices too for this standard of slop.

The staff are so slow, McDonalds used to be fast food but they took 20 minutes from ordering, we saw plenty of orders messed up in the time we were there. How hard is it to make burgers and fries?

I can’t eat fried food for personal reasons but thought that I’d try the grilled salad. Never again! Why serve something that’s inedible and don’t give any cutlery either!!

I haven't eaten inside a McDonalds for years but as SWEB contractors were laying new cables in our road we simply needed somewhere to eat; and to have hot drinks This McDonalds was nicely decorated, very clean and bright and I really liked the electronic ordering and pay system. And the coffee, even better than I remembered. I had a wrap which was a little untidy but tasted great and my wife had the cheapest hamburger with cheese. We shared a portion of chips. Everything was hot, tasty and such good value for money What made the experience even better was the sheer workrate of Lisa(?) from Leicester. A lady not in the first flush of youth yet with so much energy as she kept everything clean and in good order. Not only that but she cheerfully went and got for us items I'd forgotten at the counter (napkins, sugar and milk) As we were leaving she was changing bin liners to outside bins and yet still had time to wish us a cheery goodby. McDonalds have gone up in my estimation and we'll eat there again After three years of living in Newton Abbot it was a surprise to find that McDonalds was one on the very few places in town worth further visits

Shocking service. Seemingly chaos inside. Waited over 30 minutes in parked order area for a straightforward order. Half came out in minutes. The rest, for the kids, took three visits of complaint instore to the manager before a snipey resolution after being told they had lost our order. No hint of sincerity or offer of apology.

I can't understand how the staff there are so incompetent. Always wait or make them wait and check your order as 99% of the time your order is incomplete. So incredibly useless.

I was on the number 12 bus going into Newton Abbot town Centre but got off at Newton Abbot McDonald's everything is simple you order your food on big touch screens I ordered the Grand big Mac made it into a meal with a large Fanta Orange and large Fries I ordered it on the big touch screens took my receipt to the till paid with cash easy peasy the food came to my table within 5 minutes lovely Grand big Mac nice fries I thought the food was cheap not sure exactly I think something like £7.59 for a big burger large Fries and large soft drink brought to my table 👍

Had the most attentive staff on the restaurant floor tonight even though its very busy. 2 slightly more senior gentlemen and a lady than the usual disinterested younger demograph that work here. Tables cleared and requests dealt with promptly. These are the kind of staff that win the hearts and minds of your customers. Well done to you guys. Thank you

Our family of 3 visited today 29/12/22 at about 1ish and I want to give a special shout out to the 2 ladies who were working ‘the floor’. The restaurant was heaving and we changed our mind from having a takeaway to dining in when a table became available. Easier with a toddler. Both ladies quickly cleaned the table for us with a smile and a friendly greeting then one of them went to get our food so we didn’t have to wait in the queue and when our order got lost, they gave our toddler some fries and even an ice cream while we were waiting and as an apology. They went above and beyond and both me and my husband agreed that we haven’t had such excellent service in many places let alone a McDonalds.

Waited 40 minutes for ‘ fast food ‘ the food was cold service was dire no straw burger made wrong !!

GRIM is the best description. Cold food. Long waiting time.wrong orders and staff that really don't care. It has to be the worst Mac Donald's in Britain. DO NOT VISIT. Unless you need the toilets.

Rude staff, well most young lad cleaning tables so helpful, food basically chucked at you, my large coke was forgotten so I received a medium obviously mentioned this ordered on app but basically they didn’t believe me, managers a complete bell end. AVOID

Searched on line the closing times on the website and internet McDonald Newton claims to close at 12pm we leave for a 20 min drive arrive at 11pm to find that it was closed. Wasted journey and time.

I visited this branch at 11.20am on a Wednesday morning, there were three cars waiting to go through the drive through, I ordered straight away, it took 5 mins to get to the payment window, there were 2 cars in front of me, 5 minutes...

To wait 30 minutes to pay for your order and then to be given your drinks, and then to wait for another 15 minutes for your food is crap. The focus on delivery means normal drive through customers are forced to wait while you see...

Visited this morning could not get a table mainly due to the fact that 3 people were sitting playing cards no food or drink another table for 4 was occupied by a single diner eating a full scale meal of his own that he had...

We have not been to Mc Donalds penn in for several months, but went at least once a week before the pandemic.. Both my wife decided whilst out to pop in and ordered two Big Macs and two large fries. Although we ordered then paid...

Seem incapable of getting anything right. Order wrong more often than it is right. Put cold bottles of drink in with hot food missing stuff of order and what I did get was incorrect and cold! Absolutely useless. They must give as much food away...

Went to McDonald's in Newton abbot today (17/08/21) was waiting ages to be served in the drive through then waiting for our food... to then park to eat and my daughters food was hot and a simple cheeseburger that was mine was cold! Had to...

Absolutely shambolic. I came here today to eat in, 2 cheeseburgers, nuggets and chips with my son. Had to wait at the door for about 8 minutes because only 6 were allowed inside at a time. Got in, ordered. Food took 20 minutes to come...

What can one say - Rude staff, who don't appear to have even basic customer care training, product knowledge or even company policies. All in all the worst experience ever at at a McDonalds. Never again.

Half the order missing again! Called the outlet to request the missing items be delivered and was told by the manager to call Uber! It’s not Uber who pack the bags moron! The Managers attitude was appalling...he needs to receive some fairly prompt training! So...

Monday teatime...not busy yet.. Just ordered a chicken and bacon wrap...lettuce slimy... Chicken cold...1 tiny bit of bacon...Disgusting!... Is there anyone in charge to check before items are given to customers?...a warm wrap is really not that difficult to achieve!

Food missing when told was in the bag, then go on to realise even more was missing whe we got home. Has happened the last 3 times we have ordered so will not be coming back

The food was hot and giving this hard times staff seamed to be trying there best to keep every one safe , But it was raining and bloody cold to be waiting out side just for Uber eats to walk in right pass you what is fine when they are picking up a delivery but when they cut the line so he can eat and order is own personal meal it got a lot of us rubbed up the wrong way , So we are wet, cold and to see him slamming a Big Mac through the window when there’s kids waiting ,taking a hole table was a slap in the face as there was a family of 4 in front of me who just finished a football match in shorts and a football top shivering , to be honest should of had a jacket on but still not the point

The staff member who was on the door on in the late Saturday evening (8th August) was great making sure everyone keep there distance and sanitized. Made sure all customers queued outside if they wanted to eat in or takeaway as they are only allowed to have a certain amount of people in at a time! Very informative and made my trip to McDonald’s feel safe in this current COVID 19 status!

bought two meals here Saturday night and they were stone cold I live ten minutes away so they should have been warm at the very least contacted their customer service and basically treated as if I were lying

Came here with the family and had to endure a gang of youths stood by the window spitting, smoking and being generally intimidating and blocking the pavement. Not one of them eating or drinking from McDonald's yet the management failed to move them on and allowed them tokeep walking in the restaurant to keep dry from the raindrops falling. Not something i want my child to see, youths as young as that smoking .

This place is going downhill .. No available cold drinks/smoothies/fizzy drinks or milkshakes .. no chocolate muffins .. order a large hot chocolate and comes out after a 10 minute wait half full ... had I not have looked inside i would of paid for a large and recieved a regular ... nice ploy to rip of your loyal customers. The order also contained an Espresso.. it was dirty water. Had not come through the machine as an Espresso. Yes staff replaced ... but if i hadnt of checked i wouldnt of noticed. Do us all a favour? Please for the love of god check what you’re putting in our takeaway bags!!!! Ordered a chicken legend with cheese (paid for the cheese) received a chicken legend with NO cheese!!! Ordered cheese melts with a rich tomato dip, received the cheese melts with yet again NO dip!!! I get that you’re busy, but please put a bit more care in your work.

Was after breakfast and given the recent campaign of the new Bacon Roll thought would give it a go. Sunday morning 9:50 ordered one to be told sorry no bacon! Still had forty minutes to go for breakfast! Had ran out of stock! Going to give these guys a miss as seems that they have stock and supply issues now!

Really hot yummy chips, burger a bit cold and stale.....ordered a coke zero but unfortunately received diet coke.

We came here this evening to eat. The restaurant was absolutely filthy, bins overflowing, rubbish on the floors, stains on the doors and table!! The toilets were absolutely disgusting too. I’m disabled and need to use the disabled toilet. This was in a disgusting state and the door STILL has not been fixed despite us reporting it TO THE MANAGER weeks ago!! I had to use the ladies, and that was filthy too!!To top it all, we had to get takeaway as the store was closing for ‘essential maintenance’ (cleaning the air vents!!!!) when they STILL haven’t fixed the problem with the door to the disabled toilet!!We brought our food to the car, only to find the order was wrong (FOR THE FOURTH TIME IN A ROW NOW!!!). No real apology or offer of replacement meals next visit. We are really starting to get extremely disillusioned with McDonald’s.Our local (Torquay drive through) one is closed for a refurb (they’ve already taken a good two weeks with not much done!!!), so why close this branch for ‘essential maintenance’ at the same time!!! Extremely unhappy customer!!!!!!!

We stopped here on Friday night and ordered via the touch screen. Our food was brought to the table quickly. Tables were cleaned quickly and the staff checked if we were satisfied a couple of times.There is lots of extra parking as it’s next to a large Sainsbury’s.

We went to the McDonalds in the early evening, so it was quite busy. The touch screens were working for food orders, which is an improvement from some branches. We were served quickly and found a place to sit. The food was OK, but the restaurant could have been cleaner, especially the toilets.

The restaurant was clean, bright and staff were friendly. All the touch screens for ordering were working, and food cooked quickly and piping hot! Staff constantly tidying away from lazy customers who didn't dump their own rubbish, and cleaning tables quickly. The place was much better than expected, shame about some of the clientele!!

The food & hygiene is absolutely disgusting, they get everything wrong in there. The food is always wrong! There is mess everywhere, it’s like a children’s playground. Absolutely awful everything about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I asked the girl if they still do vegi burgers as I heard they had stopped doing them she said yes vegetable deluxe, when I got home it was 2 strips of vegetable things in a bap which had a funny taste to them, that is not a vegi burger you would think the staff would know what they sell! My husband had the big Mac grand bacon which looked like it had just been chucked in the box he had to resemble it again to eat it, he also had the mozzarella dippers & there was no dip with them. Won't be going back as I felt they didn't care about what the customer is actually paying for.

We had been travelling home after a day out with our 2 grandaughters and after 2 hours driving decided to stop here..

I call it the 'sit and wait thru' best to pick quieter times...but I do enjoy a double cheeseburger and a banana milkshake, keep it simples...cant complain on what I order.

Have called a few times this summer for a snack and used the voucher for a Big Mac via online survey. Really good value and good service.

Typical Fast food bar. Very impersonal. Order from the station remotely and pay. Little interaction with humans. Find your table and wait for your tray to be dumped in front of you. The only ray of sunshine was the attendant giving out the balloons.

Ate here yesterday evening. Was fairly busy however plenty of places to sit however tables were not cleaned. No napkins etc. Desserts were served in drinking cups and staff seemed ‘new’. Was total chaos in there.

Just been to mcdonalds in newton abbot to get breakfast - in the queue for 10.22 not served until 10.31. This apprently means we miss the breakfast cut off point despite it being their fault for slow service!! No contact details on the store website to complain or even a chance to speak to someone - 9 times out of 10 our orders are wrong from mcdonalds anyway, what a great service you are offering!

This is an upgraded MC D with self-service ordering, table service and kids tablet at tables. Good for a quick stop and cheap eat.

Shocking and appalling! I visited this branch for an early morning nosh and I was shocked to see a youth passed out, dribbling on the table. Having decided to eat in I saw this story unfold. After a member of staff politely woke up the youth whom then left, they proceded to put their rubbish in the bin. However they avoided the PUDDLE of DRIBBLE on the table. Shortly after a parent and child came in and sat on that table and unsuspectedly put their hands in it before eating their meal! Horrendus. Clear lack of care for the staff here! Appalling.

Really don't like being told all is not good with their food. When told the burgers were cold and so where the chips they insisted on feeling them. When accepting they were cold the waitress brought replacements but was cearly not impressed at having to do so. The most bizarre things was the replacement food came in containers that had already had the monopoly stickers peeled off them. So either they were used containers or they felt the need to remove them. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

First visit here today and very impressed. The young lad who served us was very friendly and helpful. My son had the double Mcmuffin and I tried the bacon and cheese flat bread for the first time. Very tasty and filling. I even got my Blue Light Discount for working for the NHS.

Everytime I visit I order 20 chicken nuggets they ask if you want any dips so I ask for sweet and sour and everytime I receive my food there has never been the dips in the bag how hard is it to forget sauce

Boyfriend went to pick up McDonald's on Sunday morning. They weren't overly busy but he still had to park in bay 1. No problem with that but he then continued to wait for 25 minutes! A man who worked there delivered food to the car next to him so he asked what's going on with our food and the man said they had dropped our order on the floor and they have to do it again. Some time later he arrived home to find they had then messed up our order. Normally been okay with going to McDonald's but this was just ridiculous.

Used here a few times for a stepsons tea after a day out. Service always quick. This time though cold chips - no excuse for this.

Usual fast food establishment, newly modernised, clean environment. Not sure i like the new style of ordering which does seem to make a bit of a joke of the wording Fast Food.

Since make over taken place service and food quality gone down hill. Burger received was dry and thrown in box and chips greasy and like warm. Won’t be going back

This is a great McDonald's just situated off the pen inn roundabout . From experience the food is always fresh and even though it get really busy at certain times they are well organised and efficient

Can't really say much about McDonalds, it is what it is. Never ever get a nice looking burger as shown in the photos, always comes out looking like a floppy mess yet back I go time and time again..why? probably because it's easy and cheap.

Visitamos varias ocasiones, varía, pero en promedio no entregan en calidad. Muy concurrida entrar y salir del aparcamiento aquí o quizás el sábado es un día ajetreado en la zona? Unos 6 self service, pero tuvimos que pagar en efectivo. Un único servidor, pero servían rápidamente. La comida está bien estándar de McDonald's. Los toilettes y la zona de comedor.

Pedimos dos cafés y dos hash browns esperar siglos y luego tuve que ir y averiguar qué había pasado con nuestra orden. Se suponía que era el servicio de mesa.

Arrived here this morning for a breakfast muffin....drive through. Having queued to be served with breakfast, we finally arrived at the order point at 10.30am. We ordered our breakfast only to be told that "I need to check if they will do that". Subsequently, she came back and said they wouldn't do it!!! I understand that there is a cut off time, but maybe it would be good to take into consideration that we had been in a queue, not our fault that we were not served in time!!! Not great customer service, especially after the recent Watchdog reports!!! Last time I go!!! Customers are obviously not that important!!!!

We mostly use the drive through at this McDonalds. Not usually a fan of burgers and don't really eat meat hardly ever but for some reason I really like McDonalds (love the basic burger and also cheesy ones) and they are so reasonably priced compared to other well known dast fgood outlets/ burger joints and also much nicer.

i know i ordered a plain burger so it was cooked fresh but by the time i waited for it and it was handed to me it wasnt that warm, certainly wasnt hot. Took first bite into burger and bun and something crunched! Maybe it was the burnt bun but i spat the first mouthful out and picked through it to see what looked best to eat. Restaurant itself clean and tidy and polite staff despite being rushed off their feet

Won free ice cream on monopoly game.... run out of ice cream.... no alternative just a suggestion to go somewhere else or come back another day.... amazing service, NOT

Nice people, great food, I don't know how else to describe this place. It's almost a regular thing for me and my friends to visit, and I'm always greeted with GREAT TASTING food.

We stopped for lunch on our way back to Exeter.The food was good and the staff was friendly, it was very busy with families and you could see that staff was under pressure but overall it was good experience compare to all the McDonalds restaurant I visited in the past.

nice fast food place visit on a regular basis for breakfast, have had orders messed up a couple of times but they're always sorted with no fuss

My server made four errors with my order and possibly lied to me to cover his error . I specifically asked for the nuggets and fries order to be as a meal with a drink. I then checked this again before I paid (the reason being the slightly clumsy way my son had asked for each item individually and the server hadn't asked their standard question, Is that as a meal?) I ordered four meals in total. The errors were; only three fries; a medium drink given on a large order; no drink with the nugget meal that I had specifically checked twice!! ; and finally being over-charged. The same server told me I had to pay extra for the fries because it hadn't been put through as a meal. I obviously questioned this in light of our original conversation. He told me that buying them separately came to the same amount as buying the meal deal! Really! This is either appalling customer service training and extremely bad marketing "meal deal" or someone is lying to the customers and treating them like idiots. The restaurant was small and busy with two members of staff on the table side. We cleared the messy table ourselves and waited in vain for it to be wiped down. As I brought the tray of food across the restaurant a staff member swung around without looking and nearly sent it all flying whilst remaining absolutely oblivious. I went to the loo and when trying to get out found the cleaner and his mop and bucket just stood there staring at the newly wet floor of the disabled toilet, door open. I said excuse me twice and he continued to just stand there motionless, blocking the whole corridor. Management need to check this branch.

Situated just off the main carriageway this is could be a natural stop towards Exeter or into Torbay. My advice - just keep going! Lack of staff and a franchise owner who counts the cash and not so attentive to the service level count. Too few staff on the order counter and thus long queue waits. Have been "sold" a burger in the evening that was positively "ill" as a walk-in customer. Photographed it and returned it to the till for their opinion - glad I was not doing a drive through and it was just replaced. Guess franchise owner counts each chip that staff unable to offer a simple portion of fries as a "we didn't quite match our expectations". Head Office need to keep a watch on this outlet as it fails the brand and exists because of the customer experiences of other establishments.

Nothing too much trouble, very quick and efficient. Good fast food restaurant very clean, and the staff are all happy.Would definitely recommend this branch.Well Done! Everyone.

There was only one person serving at the counter and a bit of a queue. She was very efficient luckily but more till staff would have moved things on better. I tried the sausage, cheese and egg bagel for a change and enjoyed it. Whilst I was eating more staff arrived so perhaps I was just a bit early or hit an unexpected busy time. Food was usual quality, you know what you are getting and it's reasonably quick if time is an issue. Wi-fi also good.

Just used this place for a quick drive in snack and get attitude of rolling eyes when I specifically asked for a drink without ice and then just explained to the person serving me the drink that I wanted no ice. To then see the person who is pouring the drinks to roll her eyes as if I've asked her to go and change the drinks barrel! Really?? And then to top it off, I'm not given any napkins so just have to use my car interior as a hand wipe.

Being somewhat of a fine dining connoisseur; having being entertained at some of the nations more high end venues, the integrity and value of this review cannot be denied. With that in mind, McDonald's on the picturesque Penn Inn roundabout is, without hyperbole, superb in all aspects of the word. As you approach the building you really feel as if you are being swept away from the minor inconveniences of our beautiful market town and into epitomised luxury, the faint gargle of high end performance Citröens and Peugeots can be heard in the distance and equally lavish motors can be seen queueing in the award winning Drive Thru service.Upon entering the restaurant I was left speechless by the decor of the place, post-modern furnishings are always a risky move when designing the interior of a top market restaurant. Having said that, this is something McDonald's Newton Abbot has pulled off exquisitely and, in the process, raised the bar for how bold fine dining can go.The waiting staff are sublime and a real credit to the establishment. This was of no surprise, however, as it's my understanding that they recruit straight from Oxford and Cambridge. Even though I was in a queue waiting to order for around 20 minutes, it really felt like 20 seconds as I floated through on a sea of ecstasy, vibrant colours all around.NOTE: in hindsight, the last bit may have been the acid I dropped an hour before. I cannot stress the importance of the key phrase there though: "may have".The ordering process was flawless and efficient, the cashier executed her responsibilities with military precision and the same annoying enthusiasm Jehovah's Witness's still have after a day of having doors slammed in their face. Behind the tills you can see the Michelin star chefs preparing their dishes, which reminds me of my taste travels through Hong Kong, a true spectacle of food preparation. Despite being one of the trickiest dishes to prepare, my large Big Mac meal with a Coca-Cola arrived promptly on a beautiful tray moulded from some rather expensive plastic. I must say the price wasn't too dear either, one can expect to pay a little extra for high end meat but I didn't feel cheated out of pocket.I found a table by a window with views that stretched all the way to Sainsbury's and I began my meal. Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and a flawless work of art; for want of a stronger expression. As my taste buds were captivated by the exotic flavours of my Big Mac, I watched as a mans shopping bag split open and milk spray out all over the car park and I couldn't help but think to myself: "What a wonderful experience!"

Having 3 children who love McDonalds we stopped by for dinner. The drive thru was empty so made our way to place our order, went along next window to pay - the young lad didnt acknowledge us once, he was too busy chatting to his colleague. We collected our food and the girl gave us our food she had no customer service not even hello, thank you or goodbye - nothing what so ever. The only upside to this visit was that we didnt have to wait long for food.

Food is great, Waiting time depends but don't usually mind waiting for my food. Service is pretty efficient.

Fairly standard , always busy particularly on saturdays with families. Service is quite fast and efficient.

I didn't have to wait long to order, but that was probably the only good thing about my visit. When we ordered, the man serving us understood my dad's order OK, but what about mine? I wanted a happy meal with chicken wrap and fries, not a peri peri chicken and fries. When we paid for this, the bill was slightly more than it should have been. After paying, we had to wait what felt like 5 minutes for our order. 5 minutes, WHAT? In(what is meant to be) a fast food restaurant? I've had MUCH better experiences. This needs lots of improvement. I will never go to this McDonald's again.

Great place to stop for breakfast, great coffee.Friendly staff and always smiling, resturant very clean and tidy

Didn't want to cook, so we went for a quick burger and fries. And that's exactly what we got! Fair priced, as you *Always* know what the price is, they're fixed :) And staff was friendly and it was very qiuckly that our order came through. Got everything we asked for.It's a Mac, so expect a Mac .... nothing wrong with that. Don't expect chef quality ... just the honest burger ....

Greasy spoon food. Food Been sat there for like ever. Won't be back. Chicken for kids tasted rank. Used to be ok but gone down hill.

Rude staff, wrong orders, cold chips and my burger top wasn't even in the box!!! No it was stuffed in the top of the bag..Used to enjoy this place so much but now, I will avoid!!

Drive thru... Always check your order. No serviettes given, asked if you want dips but none given. Some occasions are better than others. Depends what dwarf is serving. I end up here usually when its dopey. Oh and watch out if snow whites in. Pack your bags and head to burger king.

I've always found this particular place very good. Although only use it as a drive thru I cannot comment on sitting in the restaurant.Drive thru staff always seem bubbly and friendly and order is always 100% accurate unlike some others.

Restaurant it ain't. Self service cafe at best. More like a human zoo. Unruly kids food even for a franchise quite mediocre. Bread bun quite like pap. Size of burgers appear to be shrinking. On the up side pleasant staff who battle to jeep up with the demands of customers.

The restaurant is very smart and has free Wi-Fi. It has a drive through as well as dine in. Friendly staff. Normal McDonald's food and veggie delux burger witch I had witch is suitable for vegetarians and tasted good and I had mc flurry for desert. At peak times it can be hard to find a table and quite noisy.
