This is the 3rd time now the waiting time nobody in restaurant no cues 25 to 30 minutes and customer service and health and safety shocking!!!

Restaurant was quiet no ques restaurant was clean enough Ordered 2 small items waited 15 minutes but tasted ok . My concern for this place was the very hostile atmosphere and the unprofessional attitude towards customers and staff members by what can only be assumed was the manager He was not very welcoming or friendly and acted Like he was doing us a favour and was bickering loudly with the staff in the kitchen and the whole restaurant heard him say if you don't stay here until 10 you won't have a job as leaving before is gross misconduct Maybe there should be some training desperately needed as this is constructive criticism but really I found it very unprofessional

Poor service. Staff need retraining, all unable to use ordering system and clueless. Ended up waiting 35 mins for rice box after 3 other customers came 10mins after I ordered and received food 15mins before me. Excuse was 'waiting for the rice to cook' . Shop dirty and wipe tables onto the floor with a dirty cloth. Avoid.

We ordered the new tariaky it was just a Chicken fillet smallest ever and just a sauce and yfor the price it ridiculous

The staff were excellent considering the clientele they were putting up with, but the food was disgusting. Worst kfc I've ever eaten the chicken tasted old, tuff and was very dry. The wraps were the same even the tortilla was stale. The fries were the smallest portion I've ever seen, with them being mostly scraps of potato, and the wings tasted like they'd been fried in last months oil! I also ordered 8 and only got 4 but that was a moot point as they'd have only gone in the bin with the others that didn't get eaten. We don't eat often at kfc but thought it was a bullet-proof choice as all they cook is chicken, and how hard is that to get wrong? How wrong we were! Avoid if you don't want to waste your money. It has also made us very sceptical about eating at kfc ever again

Food ok for fast food, bit greasy but its kfc. The toilet was absolutely disgusting! One toilet on the first floor for gents, ladies, disabled. The toilet pan was full, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, faeces around the pan, faeces on top of the bin and on the soap dispenser! Reported to a staff member who said"oh, gross!" We were in the place for at least another 20 mins and the toilet was not cleaned in that time, although staff were around!!

I have been in a few kfc's and have to say this was the worst, it was freezing inside, there was only one person serving and he was extremely slow 🐌 when I did eventually get served it was like pulling teeth, I had to keep repeating myself, I couldn't see what choice of drinks there were as there was something stood in front of them, I had to ask for sauce even though I had ordered them, had to ask for straws, serviettes and salt. The tables were all full of used food trays, there were more staff than customers but all seem to be stood in the back talking and looking at phones, there was an upstairs but this was closed off, food was not very hot and even if it had been it would have been cold in no time due to how cold it was in the restaurant. I would not advise going here, avoid at all costs, we would have been better off sitting outside with a greggs. If I could have scored zero I would have.

Really can't fault KFC as a brand, popped in for a take away after not eating much at a local restaurant we had just visited, thank you!!

Went in this afternoon...noticed a Manager Special...along this a No hot drinks as machine not working ...also anothe out of order sign....Went to the toilet while partner ordered it..Lock broken and replaced by a bolt..Food collected...very disappointed...Cold, dry food.Chips pitiful...Coleslaw squashed...Please the Shakes and apple pies were got from MickyDs

Called in on lunch hour for a takeaway. Chicken ok. Service - a pleasant young lady took my order, she was helpful, then I had a 15 minute wait for a young man to go to an oven full of chicken to take out 3 pieces. It had been cooked for a while as it was dry. No offer of any sauces or upselling of gravy. what few customers were there looked totally fed up waiting for their orders.. Our order Number 1133, receipt code 083121102191133, The Chicken wing when unfolded showed the batter not cooked and there was evidence of blood in the joint tissue. I took this back to the counter, and the cashier, told the Manager. Her attitude towards me was so rude, and she cut into the bone, and said if the bone is brown its cooked. We love KFC, but this needs to be addressed, because there are several different types of fast food established places to eat. It was not dealt with professionally by the Manager, and customers left ,when seeing my complaint, and the blood in the Chicken.

I went to go get an order, of course other KFC places I had been to were nice so I assumed this place would be too, upon inspection, the whole place was sticky, no clue how or why, it just was, I went up to the till, I found out the coffee machine was broken, this is forgivable though.A young lad with a funny smell about him came to the till, other staff were chuckling for an unknown reason and he slowly took my order, at first I had to go back about the popcorn chicken he had forgotten, and then a second time I had to go back due to him forgetting my coke, the staff were unclean and unprofessional.When sat at the table, I realised that absoloutely nothing had been cleared away, on every table too! I had to take the rubbish from the person before me and put it in the bin;The food tasted as normal, yet was lukewarm, the chicken looked pinkish too which I thought was odd. At the end of the day, McDonald’s is down the road and is much better, the staff are professional, and they are not rude, plus the tables arn’t sticky, and you don’t have to put other peoples stuff in the bin

Daughter and her friends visited whilst christmas shopping . Disatisfied with cold chips to start with and overall condition of food . To be then verbally abused by another family and a staff member for having a laugh as you do with a bunch of friends and being too loud !! . The family threatened them was going to chuck them out of the window and as for the member of staff she was encouraging this and shouting along with the family and also threatened them with a ban . Thats fine as they don't live in the area so do your worse .kfc response new training for said staff member which i dont think is good enough . Staff are there to help not threaten and hopefully this should be a safe environment which it clearly isnt . Be very wary of leaving or letting your children eat in here when staff will clearly verbally abuse them involve the whole restaurant in any dispute and also serve you crap food !! Avoid if i was you especially as it isnt child friendly nor a place where children are safe .

Me and a few friends whilst Christmas shopping in Scarbourgh decided to visit kfc for a bite to eat.Worse mistake ever.We were seated next to a snooty family who began to make comments and roll there eyes at me said abruptly”this is a restaurant not a playground”When the rude member of staff came over to see all the commotion this loud obnoxious family were making them passed the blame on us and with any reasoning we were accused of upsetting other customers and told to leave and that we are banned.No action was taken against a man in the family who threatened to “throw us out of the window”I felt very hurt and discriminated against for being a young person just trying to mind my own business and enjoy my meal.In addition the gravy was thin and tasteless and the presumable new recipe fries tasted odd,undercooked and greasy.Overall I am disgusted with my treatment and I have lost trust in this establishment.

After hurtling my way through the rubbish left on the tables and chairs i proceeded forward to the counter where a young girl was waiting to serve me, however i think she forgot how to smile and definitely forgot to bring basic manners with her. I ordered a boneless banquet meal with gravy the gravy appeared to look fresh out of scarborough mere and tasted like it too. The ketchup sachets were impossible to open and would recommended taking scissors if you would like ketchup. After i chomped my way through the chicken and soggy chips i needed to visit the restrooms where the upstairs main toilets were closed so i decided to visit the inflicted toilet. I had another disaster here as their was no loo roll, i didnt realise this until it was too late so i had to awkwardly call my friend over to go to the counter and get a lemon wipe and some napkins. Fair to say i will never be visiting this establishment again anytime soon.

Not a bad KFC to get a bite at and regularly visit. Staff are always OK and make it nice and peaceful to eat in. Scarborough was lost before it got it's own one of these.

my chicken was so messed up it was blue and my 30 pounds spent smelled like a hot bag of satan poop, the fries smelled of bleach and were raw there was also a begger outside who spat at me as i left , i sat down while waiting only to find gum allover my jeans the floor is very slippy and i fell over and was covered in grime i went out for a treat and ended up with full tramp experience the staff were constantly picking nose like it was normal one was even squezing spots and wiped the ooze under a counter.

My husband and I were in Scarborough for the weekend. We visited this branch of KFC on Saturday 21st October 2017 at about 8pm.

DESERVES 0 STARS I am so annoyed! Each time I order a take away they always seem to miss an item from my order. Today I ordered 12 hot wings as well as some other things. They missed 6 hot wings from my order. The hot wings were also severely over cooked!!! Called 3 times (to make a complaint or at least get a refund ) from two different phones and each time THE WOMAN COULDNT HEAR ME. So now I am writing this review WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY HAD WORKING PHONES. ALSO THE SERVICE IS SLOW EVERY TIME I AM THERE. YOU CAN TELL THAT THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE AND STAFF ARE EITHER INEXPERIENCED OR NOT TRAINED. Worse KFC I have EVER been to! ALSO THIS IS THE FIRST BAD REVIEW I HAVE EVER WRITTEN GOOD JOB GUYS

We popped in to get our tea and take it back to our caravan, the staff were friendly and cheerful, the chicken itself was lovely, chips were also very nice. We ordered 2 flaming hot wraps as well. Both out wraps were covered in what looked like burnt grease and just general crap. Where they had been resting on a grill of some kind, apart from possibly needing a good clean, in my eyes I think it’s a good fast food restaurant! Recommended!

Dropped in for 3 piece original meal. All served hot. Tables were all clear. Good deal for a hot meal close to where we stayed. Ice cream for afters too!

Every year we go to the Grand Hotel at Scarborough.Always hungry after our journey,and too early to chock in,so we call here and get a family bucket for lunch.Although rather small ,very clean,quick at serving and very handy if your waiting to check in at nearby hotels.

Tuvimos la desgracia de visitar este lugar con mi familia fueron tomadas sólo dos mesas resto eran una pila de cartones de bebidas, etc. para nosotros tenía cajas de mesa clara como personal ocupado hablando entre sí. Piso estaba cubierto de apariencia como no habían barrido todo el día. Cuando finalmente nos sentamos con nuestras ofertas grasienta el personal no podía ser molestado para llenar el cuadro de tejido o encontrar permitamos a los niños. Evitar a menos que quieras hacer un lugar de limpieza antes de disfrutar de su caja de grasa.

Shocked at the service, food and cleanliness. Waited 10 minutes for a fillet burger meal and even after that got the wrong burger, ended up with a big daddy burger rather than a fillet burger with cold chips, the table had a sticky residue on it, and the toilets weren't clean either, absolutely disgraced, will not be visiting again!!

Nos dieron una segunda oportunidad tras este último fin, pero es obvio que hay problemas serios. Este es simplemente el más sucio, hoteles más sucio que hemos tenido. Las mesas miramos aunque no la habían limpiado todo el fin de semana, había comida en la planta baja y los contenedores de basura se desbordaban con basura y apestando a cielo alto.

Restaurant is filthy tables and floor customers have to clear tables to sit at a clean one I got my side of beans which when opened they were so dry and cremated had to settle for second best another lady is taking photos of the mess.

Finally got that sorted 5/10 mins later had our food which was okay go back for the ice creams again another 10 minute wait because the young guy with glasses (looked new and said he didn't have a clue what he was doing) kept ignoring us finally got the ice cream !! Absolutely appalled at the service in this place 3 people working at the time as one went on her brake honestly surprised they haven't been shut down !! Slow service shocking customer service and well the place was disgusting!!! Bins over flowing!!

La comida es buenísima aunque son la falta de personal que tenga para administrar bien incluso cuando está ocupado. Fue en la otra semana y esperar 15 minutos como se les había acabado fuera de pollo. Esto no me importaba como me hizo saber que había una espera. Así que me fui a dar un paseo y volvimos tan pronto yo ya voy allí mi comida era agradable y caliente y estaba en el proceso preparando las maletas. También me ofrecieron una bebida gratis, lo que era muy bonito.

Paramos para almorzar en el Kentucky Fried Chicken y nos pareció que estaba muy limpio, el servicio era bueno y la comida estaba bien. La última vez que fuimos parecía lleno de gente reuniones mucho mejor experiencia esta vez.

Fui su última noche 22 / 12 / 2016 - qué basura. Sólo había 6 personas en el lugar, pero cuando llegamos nuestra comida que no pudimos encontrar una mesa que había sido borrado. La basura en las mesas era increíble y las patatas fritas en la planta sin duda un peligro.

Pedimos 2 hamburguesas con queso wicked zinger, ambos bollos de hamburguesa fueron quemadas, las hamburguesas eran muy oscura y olía a sucio, después de tomar ellos Freidoras . volver el director se disculpó y nos informó que la freidora estaba sucio y el aceite debe ser cambiado. ¿Por qué seguir sirviendo a ellos si no van a estar bien! ! ? ? Cambiado por dos hamburguesas filete que eran igual de repugnante. Alas de pollo cocinado en el mismo claramente el aceite. Las bebidas de la orden. En general, tuve que volver al mostrador unas 5 veces para quejarse de cosas. Personal vago, claramente tienen cero idea, también es necesario emplear un limpiador. No volveremos a otro KFC después de visitar el uno en Scarborough.

Visitamos el Scarborough KFC por primera vez y lo encontré muy ocupado con madres, carritos, cochecitos y niños pequeños. Parecía más una guardería que un restaurante de comida rápida.
