found a nail shaped completely hard thing in my burger and hurt my tooth. third complaint from this McDonald's. last time I trust them.

No dips or straw as usual, cold chips.. cheers guys

My order was literally left outside on the door step. No phone call. No knocking on the door. The food is freezing cold

The food was great, unfortunately the delivery driver was rude

Very busy & upstairs was closed so had to use toilet downstairs

Manger was extremely rude when I asked to purchase a toy seprate to my order and was ref9used because I couldn't prove I had already purchased a happy meal she did say you can't buy them separate without purchasing a happy meal which I did and only because a worker could vouch I purchased a happy meal she then did the sale my autistic son wasn't happy he was in distress over this so all that for her to still let me purchase it in the end. Absolutely avoid rude customer service 😒

he was very polite and said have a lovely evening and enjoy your food it made me feel special

numerous missing items and burgers delivered were of poor quality

Chips were cold and stale but everything else was good

Food came all cold drinks obviously spilt while delivering both drinks came empty bag soaked my son meal covered in pop driver would have know it had leak too normally never have a problem perfect every time but not today waste of £25

Missing food and food was appalling

A successful delivery this time as our last one from KFC didn’t arrive as it was delivered to the wrong address. This time the driver was pleasant and polite and the order arrived on time.

It took so long to arrive, the delivery instructions weren’t followed and my food was cold leaving me having to microwave ur for my daughter so she wasn’t eating cold food

& a happy smiling face 😊 polite & courteous gentlemen. Respected my property by closing the gate behind him 🙏

The delivery guy spent 10 minutes outside messing about on his phone to someone else. I had to go out and look for him. Needless to say, everything was cold by the time we got it.

To start, a bouncer is needed on the door of this place. If you manage to get in, without getting stabbed by a 12 year old, it's a complete flip of the coin as to whether your order is even remotely right. On two desperate occasions now I've received burgers with no patties in them, also, separately, missing drinks and incorrect deserts. If you can, head to the one on the outskirts of town near Morrisons.

great delivery driver actually came into my gate never happened before so will done and thanks no other driver has actually found the right flat .

Great food and great delivery time

Quality of the wraps was seriously bad. Just egg and hash brown all the way down and then some folded sausage at the bottom, no bacon. Peeved off, swore I'd never order McDonald's again and I mean it this time. Seriously annoyed

Order never came I have cameras around the property so your driver ate my food what a joke I want a refund and to make a complaint please

never received any hash browns considering paid extra for the meal other than that all okay

I was tracking your delivery driver and it seemed as if he went all over instead of the direct route to my address from McDonald's.

Original order placed an hour before delivery. Driver, according to the app, drove to the other side of town, back to the restaurant and then walked the entirety of my street. Food was freezing cold, missing items and the driver argued about it.

Food missing and the staff aren’t being supportive about me getting a refund. Other than that the driver was lovely and the food we did receive was warm

This is second time in a row food has arrived cold. Not very happy, very disappointed

Perfect delivery and really polite guy, the gentleman got lost a first and I was worried he couldn’t find my address but he found me, was so kind.

I ordered 40 chicken nuggets and you only gave me 20 chicken nuggets so either you can give me the a refund for the 20 nuggets what didn't get dropped off

Tropicana missing and the Mcplant burger, which I'd paid extra to get two patties in, was just salad and no burger.

Ordered a couple of cheeseburgers..unwrapped them and they had been squashed flat..I suggest management needs to tell their staff not to take their bad moods out on customers food...was like eating burger flavoured pancakes..will never eat there again

McDonald’s forgot one of my items. The delivery driver went a very, very odd route getting to my house.

I ordered it to be delivered at 7:30. It arrived at 7:50

Totally awesome place to visit and get a coffee or tea the team are wonderful

First time I've ordered from this restaurant in a long time, and the one time I do just for a lack of time to pick up, I get a messed up order. Both drinks were utterly wrong. Cappuccino + latte replaced with hot chocolate + hot chocolate special.

I put the wrong address in, 56 instead of 64. It was delivered to 56 so i never got it. Never mind

The food was marked as delivered and it was not delivered I complained and asked for my money back but you have stated that it was delivered and refused. I will not be using Just Eat or McDonalds any more.

Our order was supposed to come between 6.50 - 7.05 but the Time just kept increasing, it eventually came at 7.45 and was cold, and I had to starving kids not happy
