McDonald's in Scarborough

Visted this branch 29th December. Staff lovely however the security guard was a vile intimidating bully. From sitting down he did nothing but stare at me. Then two young men sat down while waiting for food. He then went up to them in a aggressive manner demanding them to leave in which they rightly refused. The manager then came over to ask them to leave I explained they had not done anything wrong. He then again turned his attention back to me trying to be menacing. When leaving he then mumbled something to my wife we then politely asked what his issue was he then turned very aggressive. This has been reported

Ordered via the app and food arrived (table service) quite quickly. Food was good - but could have been hotter. No napkins, or sugar (for tea), on tray when delivered. We were there about 19:30 and there were a couple of noisy customers acting up for the benefit of the security staff.

Filthy toilets, wasn't particularly busy with customers. Seen better public toilets. Loads of staff behind counter, overrun. With staff. No excuse for the state of the toilets. Shit hole won't be going in again. Will go to seamer McDonald's always clean and tidy

Ordered online drink didn't come, called maccies they said u didnt order a Big Mac or Fanta u ordered a chocolate milkshake and a mc crispy and i went well my Big Macs in my hands? And wouldn't bring it to us???? RUBBISH NEVER GOING BACK!

Food was cold and stale, definitely been reheated, honestly shocking service! Turned up over an hour late and didn’t get any sauces or a straw with the drink. Coffee was cold, can’t even eat the food it’s that bad. Joke! Should be fully refunded for this abysmal attempt of a meal

Just had a quick lunch in Scarborough location. The £5 meal deal is great value. Bit surprised that the McSpicy was not showing on the order boards but was on the screen behind the service point. Hot apple pies are delicious

Complete wrong order given. Ordered 4 burgers, 4 fries and cheese melt share box. Got a burger, nuggets and 2 fries. Complained but got no response. Disappointed!

my food was never delivered I haven't received it, the driver never followed my instructions, didn't bring it to the address, didn't communicate with me on messages in any way that made sense and I'm not happy at all

Exceptional food, delivered early and still hot. Came with plenty of napkins and a straw which helps make everything so much easier.

all food stone cold as courier was at the restaurant for 20 minutes, kept turning location off probably collecting multiple orders for delivery. by the time ours arrived the food was cold and not enjoyable.

Absolute abysmal service! ordered 4 full meals. Upon opening the packets it was clear that they had missed all of the fries for all 4 of the meals! Upon speaking to one of the colleagues at the store I got a half arsed “I’m sorry, but there is nothing I can do”but to ring a number for some level of refund, rung the number, no refund over the phone only over the app, kids are hungry as we had half of our meal undelivered. You expect a level of service, which they couldn’t be bothered to fulfill.
