McDonald's in Scarborough

forgot the mcflurrys but the food came hot

received no order at all said delivery was made and vanished.

Said driver was a couple mins away but took another 30 minutes from then.

Food was cold and stale, definitely been reheated, honestly shocking service! Turned up over an hour late and didn’t get any sauces or a straw with the drink. Coffee was cold, can’t even eat the food it’s that bad. Joke! Should be fully refunded for this abysmal attempt of a meal

my drink was already spilled in the bag and it burst in my shared hallway

McDonald's delivered the wrong burger ìn the wrong box AGAIN. I got a McSpicey which is totally inedible instead of a Mccheesy like I ordered. also all my dips missing and cold

Exceptional food, delivered early and still hot. Came with plenty of napkins and a straw which helps make everything so much easier.

Food was lovely and I was having a fabulous time until the security guard came to our table accusing us of numerous things!!

every single time I order chicken selects it's either mozzarella bites or chicken nuggets

Absolute abysmal service! ordered 4 full meals. Upon opening the packets it was clear that they had missed all of the fries for all 4 of the meals! Upon speaking to one of the colleagues at the store I got a half arsed “I’m sorry, but there is nothing I can do”but to ring a number for some level of refund, rung the number, no refund over the phone only over the app, kids are hungry as we had half of our meal undelivered. You expect a level of service, which they couldn’t be bothered to fulfill.

delivery time was 10.20 to 10.50 , the food arrived just after 11.30. the lady who delivered it left the delivery on the doorstep, didn't even wait 30 seconds for us to answer the door
