McDonald's in Scarborough

I ordered it to be delivered at 7:30. It arrived at 7:50

Wrong items delivered, cold, and drinks spilled

First time I've ordered from this restaurant in a long time, and the one time I do just for a lack of time to pick up, I get a messed up order. Both drinks were utterly wrong. Cappuccino + latte replaced with hot chocolate + hot chocolate special.

The food was marked as delivered and it was not delivered I complained and asked for my money back but you have stated that it was delivered and refused. I will not be using Just Eat or McDonalds any more.

I put the wrong address in, 56 instead of 64. It was delivered to 56 so i never got it. Never mind

delivery was later than originally expected when I ordered

Great food efficiently delivered.

Our order was supposed to come between 6.50 - 7.05 but the Time just kept increasing, it eventually came at 7.45 and was cold, and I had to starving kids not happy

This has t b the worst McDonald's. Reason for this is it's a franchise. Don't give a dam about their customers. Just want ur cash. Delivery service is even worse. When we eat in,it took 6 attempts t get a burger with just lettuce n onion.tried t parm me off with half a coke,as I don't have ice. Try t claim for a missing item from your delivery. I got the run around, kept passing the buck with uber.Next time I want a burger,I think I'll make a day of it n go t Five Guy's in York or Hull

I didn’t enjoy my meal this time unfortunately, chips were undercooked and soggy. All my order was very cold. I understand this is a delivery, but I have definitely enjoyed my orders in the past. Burger bun was also stale.

you have just caused 4 meltdowns in a disabled autistic household. I cannot get to the door due to mobility issues. my older children got the order but couldn't get the courier to come back even though they realised straight away the drinks were wrong. now noone will enjoy the dinner I paid for. kids are in tears my blood pressure through the roof your couriers need to check both bags. I'm really angry because I use just eat due to the autism & social anxiety that makes ordering by phone a no!

I think there should be a few more vegetarian/vegan options but other than that, it’s ok.

Visted this branch 29th December. Staff lovely however the security guard was a vile intimidating bully. From sitting down he did nothing but stare at me. Then two young men sat down while waiting for food. He then went up to them in a aggressive manner demanding them to leave in which they rightly refused. The manager then came over to ask them to leave I explained they had not done anything wrong. He then again turned his attention back to me trying to be menacing. When leaving he then mumbled something to my wife we then politely asked what his issue was he then turned very aggressive. This has been reported

Delivery may have been on time however had to have an argument with the driver about meeting him at his car when I have a broken foot and cannot come down the stairs to the car

useless, forgot a burger and don't answer the phone.

Ordered via the app and food arrived (table service) quite quickly. Food was good - but could have been hotter. No napkins, or sugar (for tea), on tray when delivered. We were there about 19:30 and there were a couple of noisy customers acting up for the benefit of the security staff.

It was great but my daughter's orange juice was missing

Filthy toilets, wasn't particularly busy with customers. Seen better public toilets. Loads of staff behind counter, overrun. With staff. No excuse for the state of the toilets. Shit hole won't be going in again. Will go to seamer McDonald's always clean and tidy

My food was cold and my drinks were spilled all over the bag!

Arrived cold but a couple of minutes in the air fryer sorted it. After all, it is Christmas.

The driver rang me and was on the wrong street, apparantly it a my fault his navigator sent him to the wrong street. At one point he expected me to go and walk to find him. He was quite rude about it. As he was late the food was cold. Worst service I have ever had from a delivery driver

The driver called to find my house and I couldn't understand what he was saying due to very poor English language. He was polite and did say sorry. My food was also quite cold some of it freezing cold.

Just had a quick lunch in Scarborough location. The £5 meal deal is great value. Bit surprised that the McSpicy was not showing on the order boards but was on the screen behind the service point. Hot apple pies are delicious

Exceptional food, delivered early and still hot. Came with plenty of napkins and a straw which helps make everything so much easier.
