Be Carefull, got food poisoning from this place. Should have known better to be honest, my own fault... Moment you walk inside it looks very dirty and scruffy... But! I was hungry. Out of action for a week, Great. Thanx

It was too greasy. Ordered it a couple weeks ago costed £8 including delivery got it today cost £12 including delivery for one chicken chow mein and a can of Coke. Made me feel sick not too long after eating it. Noodles came separately from the chicken and vegetables. Never ordering anything from there again

Good food at the right price. Staff are very good as are the delivery drivers always bring my order upstairs to my apartment

Ordered specials for both meals only to discover there was hardly any meat in both meals very disappointing has we have Ordered from here plenty of times and couldn't complain

The food was ok to be fair, however I had to wait an hour in the shop before I got it, everyone seemed to go in an out before me, I asked on numerous occasions if there was a problem, to be told we are waiting for the chicken, I'm not sure what the said chicken was up to but it was very late to the plate, the front of house woman was unkempt, blunt and very unfriendly with a bit of an attitude, seemed to hate her job and was only there for the food she was stuffing her face with whilst serving people, very unprofessional! and to add to that she seemed to be getting everyone's orders wrong and then claiming it wasn't her fault! First and last time I will go there!

We ordered a delivery from here to our holiday home on the Bay. Delivery took about 90 minutes but we were warned of this when ordering and the lovely lady who delivered was very apologetic. The food was delicious, my teenagers are very fussy about their Chinese food and they said it was some of the best they had had. The portion sizes where generous and the food was very tasty. We will definitely order again from here again when we return.

Good local takeaway with a good selection of food. I had chicken and cashew nuts but it was unfortunately lacking in cashew nuts and had quite a lot of onion in. My partner had beef and mushrooms which was nice and the mixed starter was ok apart from the ribs that were very fatty.

Food is lovely and the staff are super friendly!

We're were holiday in Filey and found China China online, as one of the few that are open on Mondays. We ordered by phone, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Beef in Black bean sauce, both with chips. We collected after 20 minutes and were very happy with both meals. We would recommend and use again if we're in the area

Currently staying at reighton sands in filey and went over to hummanby to go to the co op and wondered if there was a local Chinese found this one China China just down the path from the shop and i must say the food was absolutely perfect and prices was very reasonable

Always have nice food from here. Crispy chilli beef, salt and pepper chips, lush!!! Also the Singapore chow mein is amazing!! The only this, I wish they took card payments too!!

First time ordering from here. Had meal delivered to our holiday home in The Bay. Delivered when they said, driver was lovely. Food warm and have to say it’s the very best Chinese takeaway meal we have ever had! Absolute delicious! My parents ate in their 80s and loved every bit of the meal! Thank you!

Don't ever order on a Sunday, staff are useless.

Foods bang on but you place a order say a time but they don't make it till you turn up anyway also could do with a freshen up inside really off putting especially the halth full fishtank

Had the set meal ' Taste of Peking' which we shared between 4 adults and a 12 year old and there was plenty of food. It was absolutely delicious. Freshly cooked and flavoursome.

I really love a good Chinese and this didn’t disappoint. Far better than we could get at home. Tried Kung Po for the first time and will definitely be trying when I get home. Was lovely and hot and delivery really quick. Was really tasty and well cooked. Definitely recommend.

I have to say, this is up there at the top of my list of favourite Chinese takeaways. On holiday in Filey and have ordered from here the last two evenings and it's been gorgeous. Friendly lovely delivery lady too .We ordered two separate meals and both times they were tasty and didn't disappoint.Must recommend.

Most of the food went in the bin. Never tasted food like it. Wish we had put it in the bin as we feel unwell the next morning.

Visiting the area from the north east, wasn’t expecting much in the way of takeaways around here but the food from China China was outstanding. Absolutely brilliant little takeaway, easily one of the best Chinese takeaways we’ve had.

You're reading all these reviews and thinking ... it's a Chinese takeaway, how bad can it be, it's not rocket science. Well that's what I thought. Seriously, this is about as bad as it gets before it's completely inedible. Battered chicken balls were chewy and bland. The sweet and sour sauce was microwaved, suspiciously, gloopily inconsistent in texture and bland. Chips had been in a warmer for too long and were dry and crunchy. Spring rolls looked like Iceland's but were even less tasty than your average Iceland fare. Salt and chilli pepper chicken wings were just about ok but were accompanied by bits of unidentifiable veg. Crispy chilli beef was lacking in taste and grey. The place itself is grubby around the edges, the fly catcher is full. Obviously no one cares about this place. I should have walked away and bought a petrol station sandwich.

Honestly the best Chinese we’ve ever had !! Stayed at Reighton sands and too a gamble on take away… seriously it was beaut!!!! Deffo order again when over this way

Had takeaway delivered last nice. The food arrived fairly quickly and was nice and hot. Everything fresh tasting and not greasy. The chips weren't quite "Chinese takeaway" chips, but they were ok. My only disappointment was that the chicken skewers in the mixed starter weren't in a sauce, but next time I'll know to order extra sauce. Apart from that the mixed starter was the best one I've had in a long time.

Got a take away here about 18 months ago and it was superb, sadly cannot say the same of tonight’s offering Sweet and sour chicken was disgusting! Tasteless, hard and chewy, rice ok ish but not great Absolute waste of money, binned it as live too far away to return it Abrupt staff bordering upon rude Dirty shop should have been a warning sign as should a young baby being held behind the counter Obviously oblivious to cleanliness and health and safety Don’t waste your money , Avoid at all costs

Ordering was simple by phone. Told collection was 20 mins, so far so good. The shop looks a little scruffy. Order was ready at the time specified, took it back to the Holiday Park that we are staying in. When serving it up, there was no fragrant oriental smell , which i found unusual. The Hoisin Sauce & the Cantonese style dish that we had ordered were both very bland & watery. The duck dish was mainly fat ( i know duck is fatty , but this was almost all fat ) everything was tasteless & greasy . Total waste of money 40 minutes after eating , both me & my husband feel sick. Please AVOID if you know what is good for you I will never

So i always buy Singapore noodles feom any chinese I try, I must say china china from hunmanby cut on prawns.. I know guys prawns are expensive, but you put usually only 2 little shrimps to my dish, sometimws when Im lucky there are 3 shrimps. You guys put a lot of chicken and beef, but singapore noodles are not only that. Hopefully it will change asap!! Wouldve given 5 stars.

I’m Sorry to say that they must have friends writing these reviews …. I have just collected an order from this place …. Staff fine but food terrible …. It’s clearly made by some one who has fallen out with the Art of cooking and takes no pleasure in producing the product they serve …. It’s the worst 30:00 plus I’ve ever spent on food…. So sad because the cuisine they attempt to produce is magnificent if cooked by some one with knowledge and passion but ….no food is any good when it’s simply sold for the money it can make ….. Not the best .We called here one night while staying in Hunmanby. The food was greasy and luke warm. The rice was stuff together in lumps and the chicken had no taste at all.

Every time we visit The Bay ( 3 times a year!) We always have a takeaway from here and they never dissapoint us! Portions are excellent can't find any other Chinese that does squid in chilli sauce!! Delicious!

Not good ,looked scruffy , staff abrupt 30 minutes wait outside for a single meal,and on getting home 5 minutes meal cold ,and not very nice .Won't be going again.

Having tried China China for the first time last year it has quickly become my Favourite Chinese takeaway. There's a strong consistency to the quality of the food and always ready to pick up when required. My only gripe is that the delivery service can be delayed, other than that definitely a recommendation for locals & Holidaymakers.

We had food delivered whilst staying in the village. Food was gorgeous and reasonably priced. Delivery was approx an hour.

We paid £20 over odds tbh for a good meal but no prawn crackers which should have been delivered with meal ,disappointing!!

Should have been 5 stars but hour & a half after ordered to Reighton sands, admit they said 1 hr but 30mins late ,then for over £20 order no prawn crackers!!! Should be free so make sure you ask ,nice food but disappointed 🙄

Food was lovely, which we enjoyed. But, ordering at China China total chaos. Signs all on entrance max 2 in. Masks to be worn, good signage for stand behind line. No hand sanitizer. No-one took any notice of anything. While in there, only 2 of us, then 3 more just walked in, no masks, 1 even leaning on counter. Girl behind counter never said anything to anyone. Did not feel safe and be a long time before go in again. But will stress, food was lovely.

just fancied a pancake roll and was willing to pay delivery but they wanted me to order more, SHOCKING i only live half a mile away.

I rung up at 7.20pm to be told there would be a 45 minute wait for our food. We turned up 40 minutes after I rung to collect our food, only to to left stood outside in pouring raid for 50 minutes. To then go in and ask where our food was to then be told it had gone out for a delivery!!! They then cooked our food 1 HOUR 40 MINUTES LATER!! We arrived home having finally received what we thought was our food to find the completely wrong order. We rung up and they claimed ours was ready to collect and to bring the other persons order back, baring in mind it’s a 15 minute drive. We then took that back to then wait another 10 minutes for our food that was supposedly ready to collect! We then arrive back home for the second time to find one item off our order missing, at this point we couldn’t be doing with the hassle of going back for it or notify the take away. Absolutely horrible experience after 2 hours since we rung to get our order still wrong!! AVOID!!!

Stopped at Haven reighton sands, phoned the order and delivered to the caravan in 40 mins, still hot and reasonable price. Seriously one of the best Chinese take always I’ve had. Recommend.

Ordered a takeaway when we were staying at the Bay Filey and we were told it would be there within the hour which it was. Food superb , portions plentiful. Highly recommend the Thai red curry, nice and spicy and tasted great , will definitely use again next time we are in the area.

As we were on holiday we decided to have a Chinese on the final night of our holiday! This didn’t disappoint, the food was lovely. We both enjoyed our food and would recommend to anyone in the area. The only downside is the wait, we waited around 55-65 mins, the staff member did apologise however. Overall it was a lovely meal

We were staying at a nearby camp site and requested a specific time for delivery. Lady on the phone was very accommodating, even rang to tell me the driver was on their way so I could keep an eye out. I have to say, this was the best Chinese takeaway we’ve ever eaten. All dishes were piping hot and the flavours were amazing. Good portions too so some left over to reheat the following day. Absolutely delicious and highly recommended.

Big family holiday called for big family Chinese takeaway, Spent nigh on £90 for a mixture of dishes and boy was it good, Had pancake rolls, prawn crackers, chicken balls, curries, chow meins, and various other wonderful dishes. Can’t fault any of it, also had plenty left to be reheated following day and still tasted Good.

Excellent service, food excellent, quick delivery too. Highly recommended.

Was disgusted by the wait and the fact no one even acknowledged the fact that we where told the food would be ready at 6.40pm for collection and we did not get it till 7.30pm Why is it so hard to say sorry we've been really busy and you'll have to wait longer. This is not acceptable and it totally ruined our day and meal. The food was fine, no complaints with that but I'll not be waiting again for it because it wasn't worth an extra 50 minute wait.

I found this takeaway on google whilst staying at The Bay in Filey on holiday, so I took a chance not being from the area.Our meals were delivered red hot and freshly cooked. Both our dishes were delicious, generous with the king prawns and restaurant quality.Will definitely order again next time I’m in the area.

Outstanding service from the first phone call asking if they delivered to the order being placed and the call to say the good was here. They said about an hour but our hot, tasty meal arrived in 30 minutes. Happy campers. Will definitely use them again.

Food was fantastic. We got a delivery and it was so hot when it turned up. Very tasty we got half a duck & its the most amount meat I've ever got and it was mainly brest. In fact all the meals were good!!!!

We were staying at Reighton Sands holiday camp and called here the first night. Great find. Only 5 mins in car and there was plenty of choice and all well cooked. Delivery is available.

Despite China China being our nearest Chinese takeaway, we have only recently started to visit. Visited twice now and had lovely meals both times. No problem with ordering and ready to collect in 20 mins. They do only accept cash, but there is a cash machine not far down the street.

Probably the best Chinese authentic food I have tasted. Excellent variety too.

We are regulars for ordering takeaway from China China as we live in Staxton and they are one of the only ones that deliver. The food is amazing and the staff are great from taking your order to delivering. Ive never had a bad meal at all. I always recommend them to friends and family.
