Ordered of McDonald app and they forgot my meal ! Tried contacting didn’t answer the phone ! Will not be ordering again !!

Good service, really nicely cooked fries & chicken nuggets. Out of all the McDonalds, I consider this is one of the best I've been to.

The worst McDonald's in the world - not big enough to cope with the amount of takeaway drivers here - absolute chaos. If you want a drive thru - this is not a drive thru anymore Ruined by take out companies Awful

Went to Morecambe McDonald’s drive thru. Ordered ok then told to wait in the car park as waiting for chicken sandwich. Waited for 15 minutes then order arrived but was cold and when we arrived home we found they had put in a Big Mac chicken sandwich instead of a Big Mac. Food awful and tasted of nothing, was rubbery and had to be heated up as was so cold. It had obviously been hanging around while they supplied all the delivery drivers with their orders. Won’t be returning. AVOID

This has to be the absolute pits of a ‘restaurant’. Food lukewarm, not even a menu displayed on the drive thru screens. Waited 15 mins in the grill bay for them to forget my order. After going inside to sort it out, I see at least 12 staff working flat out to supply the “Just Eat” and “Deliveroo” guys. No organisation. Run by kids. Service not ‘fast’ goods hardly recognisable as food. I’m surprised they can keep the franchise. The other MacDonalds in the area are fine, but this one is the absolute worst.

Dont understand the bad reviews,1st time here, apart from the limited parking spaces it was overall a good experience.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Very defensive staff for no reason. Forgot part of our meal and when asked about it (I have her name but won’t name) she was very very rude and defensive!!! I will not be returning

Morecambe rd LA3 3AB lancashire drive through.Big Tasty with Bacon lrge meal. NEVER EVER looks like the photos, the cheese is always stuck to the inside of the box. 1 slice not two, one slice of tomatoe not two! Massive chunks of onion always have to rebuild the burgers before can possibly pick up..JUST THROWN into the box.. the bacon is soggy slivers as cannot call it a rasher by any means. As for paying 25p for large 99% time the fries box is half full!. The drink of coke tasted of mainly water ( half a cup of ice) , obvious the flavour syrup was running low so was just the carbonated water/ filler?. Milkshakes, ha ha ha :shock: never working at this resturant.avoid.

Walked in and the workers were swearing at customers and impersonating them wouldn’t come back here if it was the last McDonald in Morecambe and Lancaster the staff are a joke they need to be tough about customer service throwing food terrible place to eat

Terrible language by the cleaning staff in from of my 5 year old daughter and taking the mick out of customers accents in earshot of other customers and also while waiting for food witnessed a member of staff throwing a customers order on the counter

Disgusting greasy burger covered in black oil and lumps of burnt debris. The grils are clearly never cleaned. The 2 stars this place has is generous

Ordered food through just eat. 2 hours later still nothing. Rang McDonald’s at the Morecambe branch twice. Girl couldn’t even tell us where it was and made an excuse after 2 mins on the phone that it was the drivers fault ! Even asked if we could pick it up but the order number we gave was telling them that it was with the driver. In the end nothing turned up and it took me forever to get my money back. Had plenty of issues with this branch in the past. I will be using the Lancaster branch going forward as the morecambe one is full of young students that quite frankly don’t give a toss. After an extremely long wait after placing our order for the drive through. We got home and opened our order. Tiny amount of fries with my regular meal order and the same with husbands large meal.

45 min wait for food which then turned up cold. Nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on. Did get a refund however, but I think the poor lad was just relieved to have one less order to worry about. Enter any generic “couldn’t organise an X in a Y” joke here, they would all fit.

Worst macdonalds ever. Took half my breakfast order and the intercom broke, told to finish ordering at payment, got to payment after 11am and they would not add the kids food!!! But we could have the adults food we managed to order..... DISGRACEFUL management.. NO HELP at all when asked for the management, had all the staff listening to the conversation with the manager, which is not respectful at all. Near enough every single time we order McDonald’s online they forget something from our order. Sometimes it’s just a drink or some sauces but 3/4 of the time they forget full meals, it’s ridiculous.Tried them again today and just spent nearly £30 on an order, paid £6.99 for a garlic cheese bites sharebox for them to forget to put it in. Not on really. All very good and well issuing refunds through the Uber and just eat app, but what is the point of ordering anything if every single time we are getting part orders. Mistakes happen yes I understand that but it’s beyond a joke now.

Ordered via Uber Eats which took over 2 hours. That in itself was a nightmare but then McDonalds arrived. Wrong order and absolutely freezing cold.I rang and spoke to a Manager who just said it was Uber Eats fault. When I stated Uber Eats didn’t cook the food and pack it, she just spoke over with no care in the world. No apology or anything. Terrible service. I will be visiting the restaurant tomorrow to complain again. When things go wrong, put them right. Don’t just assume your customers will settle when they shouldn’t have to.

Called in the other day and ordered our food on the machine and requested table service . Noticed it was exceptionally busy at the counter with delivery drivers and staff taking food out to cars . We waited longer than normal and then our food arrived, it was all cold so my wife took the full order back . When she received the bag back and got back to the table the chips were hot ( as they should be ) but the burgers were still cold , so up I went . A nice girl even tho she was busy left what she was doing to sort the food out . It seems at this eatery priority is given to takeaway drivers and car takeaways leaving the inside customers last.

We live locally and the past few times we have gone through the drive through we have always been asked to park up, which in itself is ok but when every single vehicle has to park up and trying to find a space in the smallest car park ever is ridiculous. Also a drive through is supposed to be a quick convenient way of getting your food when you are in a hurry, having to wait 20 minutes is not fast or convenient.

The drive thru here seems to have a reputation of missing things off the order. Not 10% of the time but 50% of the time. The food is usually cold and sauces forgotten. I think if I was the manager or boss I would seriously get your act together as this is just not good enough.

The manger was very rude having a go at me and my friend and he was talking to us in a very foul manner please sort this as it is unexeptable to talk to a customer like that dont even feel like going there if im gonna get spoken to like that and we didnt resive anything we ordered and when we said something he had a go at us i want to see a punishment put in place after all this was the first time i went in there i spent 31 pound in there and we got like 3 burger and they wont do anything dint replace it or amything it is foul how they treet a customer imagin if i had brought my child in

Even worse than last time..half the staff giggling and chatting, big long ponytails touching their hair. Chaos again. Terrible atmosphere from waiting customers. Long delays. Food all over the floor in prep area like before. Sorry McD’s, sort this disaster out, one staff member upset and told a customer her manager wasn’t listening to her.

Ill save you the effort of ordering food from here...... just go throw ur money down a drain because you NEVER actually get what you pay for here! Go down the road to lancaster instead! Where the staff can count to 3 and follow VERY BASIC instructions......absolute incompetent people at the morecambe store! Manager should be sacked sending all these meals out with missing items! Burgers were cold and inedible. The beef patty had been incinerated then allowed to sit and go cold. The cheese slices had not melted at all, showing the meat was cold when the burger was assembled. This is an embarrassment to McDonalds brand.

Ordered breakfast on the app for ease. Arrived and queue round the drive through was fairly average. Quick service having pre paid. Didn’t have to wait, food was hot and yummy as always. Breakfast is our favourite.

The location is the key for this McDonald’s. Just of the m6 and new bypass just before you venture into town. Parking is a little tight but we managed find places but there’s an added bar bus of unrestricted on main rd parking aswell. Everything else is McDonald’s you know

The joy of McDonalds is that you know what you are going to get at any McDonalds restaurant aroudn the world!! Fast food, reasonable quality. Decided to try the new Double Quarter pounder with Cheese. Have to say that I was disappointed, and will stick with the Big Mac or Big Tasty with Bacon when available. The restaurant and drive-thru are always busy, so clearly must be doing something right!! This drive through McDonalds provides tasty and convenient travel fare, situated as it is right by the new bypass to Heysham Port it can get very busy. There is a super menu listing everything available and what you want can be barked into a microphone so that you drive round the corner to the pay counter and then onto collect your order from the next counter.

How can u for get to give a Big Mac on a Big Mac meal???? Chips were not just cod, but raw , milk shakes as so thick needed to stir with a spoon.

Yet again on a visit to your take away your staff mess up the order my not listening to my request....I order a Big Mac meal without lettuce as my wife is allergic to it and yet again when I get home guess what ...yep your right A big Mac covered in the green stuff...this had to go in the bin...waste of money and what's more if I hadn't noticed the lettuce it would have made my wife really unwell.....Cheers Mcdonalds

Just I like I said on the title ( slow cold and don’t get a large meal the chips I got in a large meal was less than my daughters medium fries and I got parked up after being in the drive through for 15 mins I had to wait another 15 mins in the car park also if you do ask for a milk shake (please don’t ) because every time I have asked for a milk shake the machine isn’t working the only thing worth getting from this Maccys is a latte .. because you can’t really get this wrong .. worst McDonald’s I’ve ever used and won’t be going back except for my morning latte

After an enjoyable evening visiting many of the local areas bars and clubs, I found myself needing substance. I found this restaurant clean and welcoming. 20 chicken nuggets solved all my problems and i left a happy customer, my partner had chicken selects which she said were perfect. I will definitely return.

This is the 3rd time I've visited this McDonalds in the the last 2 month's and will be the last time. It's a guarantee that chips will be cold and the coke will be flat.

The burgers never look like the picture and are never as big, very expensive for what you get! stick to the £1 burger they are ok for the pricr (just)

I thought all McDonalds have to achieve high standards of cleanliness and their DIY computer system should make the experience simple. The tables are dirty, there’s food on the floor, the music is awful and the atmosphere is stressed. Worst McExperiance ever.

Customer service bad waited at on of the order machines on the drive thru for over 6 mins!! Placed orders both large I asked for only to get one meal large and the other normal no sauces when we got home and the food was just warm someone needs to take control there before it's too late!!
