Never again just eat delivery late turning up food missing and that cold couldn’t be eaten nobody answering the phones to correct the matter disgusting the whole lot

I been given uncooked chicken and kfc are not answering the phone. The store is a joke

Delivery was 5 min early, but the food was cold.

Literally every time I order from this branch they miss something off the order. I want my food not to lend you money for a week

Driver was really fast about 6 minutes but kfc had only prepped 15 mins after delivery time food was cold

Dirty place , waited a long time , couldn’t eat some of it , food all over the floor , staff weren’t interested in cleaning it , had a table number but I had to ask after 15 mins where it was , just a really poor service in a dirty place and 1 of the piece’s of chicken when I bit into it shot lots of water / fat out of it . Won’t be going back and didn’t eat it

Wrong milkshake came had to wait 2 hours for my order food cold.

I ordered 2 x portions of 2 x hot wings (basically 4 hot wings). It’s just annoying that only 2 came. Maybe just let people select as many hot wings as they actually want rather than in twos to avoid this confusion?

for a very long time it's been cold. mangled, bits missing, late with arrogant drivdrivers! and just rubbish! But tonight was the first time in a long time, hot, tasty, on time, and just what I ordered!

They forgot the burger with the Trilogy box meal and would not answer the phone when we tried calling constantly for an hour to try to get them to send it out.

Gravy was missing in my order! Please look into that!

Real enjoyed the tower burger had plenty of sauce which I like.

Slow order, cold food, KFC should be good but this one isn’t.

You can see straight through into the kitchen area and noticed food on the floor. Bit of rubbish just sat there. No hygiene involved. But me off my food.

The quality of food and service is very good. Special mention of Rajkumar. Who took a good care of us and Did an excellent table service.

Ordered food half of it didn't come rice and salad box didn't even get the rice and not even half of the box was full of salad ,the boneless banquet we didn't even get it, didn't get the hot wings with the colonel's crowd pleaser absolutely ridiculous try calling multiple times don't even bother answering the phone not worth the money and clearly don't check the food

The music is too loud, the food resembles left overs, the atmosphere is just horrible and the service expresses how the staff don't even care about you

We like KFC. However the food, whilst good to eat, as usual, was only warm at best on delivery. We were also a dip missing but not worth hassle of phoning to complain.

We had a problem with our order but alina manager of kfc penny street Lancaster made it right we got a full refund but she also gave us extra food and couldn’t apologise enough thank you alina

We had lunch and I had left my bag with my car key and everything. I went few hours after and they had my bag with a big smile. Thank you staff.

The food may not be ready in time but atleast was not cold. I once ordered for delivery and have eaten at the place both times were great.

The delivery driver saw me and I told him it was for me and he just left with my food.

Items missing from the delivery, had to drive to the store to get it rectified as they don’t pick up the phone… we had our meal replaced completely as it was now cold. Store staff sorted the problem but there was no point getting a takeaway since we had to drive there anyway…

I ordered the food and expected it to arrive at 8:10pm. Finally it arrived at 8:35pm. The apps is good , really kept update and showed the progress of delivery. Therefore, I may know when I can get the food. The driver is great and he came on time. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible ordered over £50 and no chips arrived called and they couldn’t send us anything didn’t have number of the driver to bring us the rest of our order there should be a contact system for when this happens some disappointed children

When you going to give up on them horrible soil and skin fries, spoils the whole meal.

A month ago, I ordered on UberEats and only got half of my order. :( A huge part of my food was missing. Tonight it was one of my family member's birthdays, and they wanted KFC, so we ordered this time in-store. Again, a big part of our order was missing—4 bags of fries were missing. I'm just so sad. I saved for a few weeks for this. Why do they have to only give us part of our order every time?! :( Never coming here again, and neither will my family, friends, or TikTok followers. This KFC is just awful. I've been to KFCs around the UK, and this one just sucks every single time.

Food came under 30 seconds. Could be under new management, Nicest staff ever, and the service was amazing we expected the food to be mediocre due to it coming so fast, But it was hot and fresh! The staff are nice and friendly and will be visiting again

Tje only complaint is that I had to use those self service kiosks, and I don't like that. Food was delicious and service was also very effective and polite, and youbcan tell its a very busy restaurant with all the deliveries. Nevertheless the gentleman that was at front house service was very polite and friendly.

Supplied with a code to tell delivery but was never asked for it! The same happened yesterday, what is the point of issuing codes to ensure the correct delivery gets to the right place when not asked for it. Code = right house
