Stopped over on the way from Windermere, conveniently located with good service and the best food quality you can expect from KFC. Only downside is no drive through, but that's of course because of the location.

Asked staff a question about the gravey the couldn't answer, atmosphere was chaos, spent £38 on takeaway for 5, the food was burnt and dry, and skin very dark. Huge disappointment

I ordered at 22.20 the send out really quick and fast .I am a professional cook .the all food was cold. The chicken was cooked long time ago not fresh even battel Pepsi max was warm .Avoid even you really hungry

I have had the pleasure of visiting KFC on multiple occasions recently, and each time Kulwinder's friendly demeanor and welcoming smile immediately made me feel valued as a customer and her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction has enhanced my overall dining experience. The best part is it was during the busy evening hours but she maintained a positive attitude and provided prompt assistance ☺☺

Great food, I cannot fault the service, the staff had a problem with a voucher I had and had to call a manager called Stephen, what a lovely man. A credit to the Lancaster branch.

KFC speedy service. Chips weren't the freshest, but I went for the hot wings, and they were great. Quick service with a smile.

KFC Lancaster - Penny Street is pretty near Lancaster Town Hall. Clients don't highly appreciate chicken wings and tea at this fast food. Modern and nice location, but slow service and not very clean

Received the wrong order. The lady on the phone said my order number was not in the system. Received one chicken drumstick instead of the eight boneless chicken pieces. Unfortunately I couldn’t get hold of my Uber eats driver, so was unable to hear their thoughts.

Was quite drunk. Struggled with the touch screen. Did not order what I really wanted. But that was my fault

Terrible service, totally wrong order given and waited 35 mins. Could have plucked a chicken and cooked it far quicker. Burger was the size of a £2 coin and don't get me started on that minging seasoning on the 5 fries I got with a large meal.

Food was ok, what you would expect from a KFC, but the toilets really let it down, the gents toilet hardly flushed, and when my wife got the key to the disabled toilet to be able to change our 18 month old nephews nappy, only to find the changing table broken, so had to change him on the floor, now that is not what we expect, especially as the staff said nothing about it being broken when the key was asked for, good job it isn't our local and it was just a flying visit

Adequate dining experience. Friendly,if slow service. Mind you I prefer my chicken properly cooked.not the most salubrious of clientèle. But i is is KFC. Thoroughly enjoyed the colonels original recipe chicken. Tasty and hotchicken 🐔 going cheap is a must. It'll do donkey!

I was very tired and kept making a mess of what I wanted but the worker named Georgia was absolutley amazing and patient with me , she made sure I got everything whilst the other workers were pretty much doing nothing and one was even on their phone, she had the best service skills so I had to leave a reveiw and appreciate this girl.

The service is extremely slow! It's everytime I go in, I always wonder why haven't I been in for a while? Then when I go I'm reminded it'd because I have to wait so long. Had a half an hour wait for food and that was with ordering off the app, so I didn't have to wait to order. Then the screen with the order numbers wasn't working and it was difficult to hear what order numbers they were saying. They read out 3 different numbers for my order. Got no apology for the wait time. The hot drinks machine is also always broken.

Clean and tidy and modernised. Good standard for a kfc

Been here many times over the years and it consistently poor. There is always something wrong with the order, either missing items, watery gravy or lack of spice in the coating. I'm a big fan of KFC gravy and it's always bad here. It was fairly tidy on my last visit but had been extremely messy on other occasions. I'm not sure if it's just badly managed or just short staffed but something needs sorting. I think the Lancaster/Morecambe area could benefit from another or bigger KFC that's better suited.

I'm veggie so not been in a KFC for years, but was told they do an amazing vegan burger now so gave it a go. The burger wasn't on the screen to self serve (well according to the staff it was but neither of us could find it) Ordered at the counter and he wasn't sure if they do one but eventually found it. It was OK but I found the food expensive. My partners Zinger burger was very thin and pathetic. All in all it was a chaotic, disappointing experience! Much perfer a Maccies 😅

Don't like leaving negative reviews but this wasn't good at all. Restaurant was so messy and unclean, the toilets were grim, the poor young girl on the till clearly hadn't been trained and didn't know what she was doing and the manager that came over to help her was rude and not nice to her. All that would be bad enough if the food was good but it wasn't. It was limp and not hot and included the smallest "chicken wing" I've ever seen. Really not good KFC, won't be returning or recommending.

Classic kfc, slow to serve but overall good.

I placed a delivery order with this KFC location, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. The chicken I received was overcooked and burnt, which was a letdown. Moreover, the food arrived cold.I've ordered from KFC for delivery many times before, and this experience was definitely subpar. I hope they can work on improving the quality of their food and ensure timely changing of oil is done to avoid this disgusting quality of food. No wonder why they are the most negatively reviewed business on google, I should have atleast checked the reviews before ordering from this establishment, atleast i could have enjoyed a much better dinner from somewhere else than rather getting my night ruined.

I recently placed a delivery order with KFC, and unfortunately, The chicken I received in my delivery order was overcooked and had a noticeable burnt taste. It seemed as though the food had been left in the fryer for too long, resulting in a less-than-appetizing meal. What made matters worse was the noticeable and unpleasant taste of the bad cooking oil used. It left an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered long, making it difficult to enjoy the food. It's disappointing when a well-established chain like KFC doesn't maintain its signature taste and quality for delivery. The recent positive reviews made me order food from this place. But now i feel like these review are not genuine and was part of review boosting for this store.

Visited this restaurant today for the first time today and was served by a young man called Chris. What an asset he is to the company. Gave a warm welcome and then suggested a great add on to my meal that complimented it fully. it was fast and fresh and still hot. thanks for a great experience.

You order via the machine , but you don't receive a receipt with the food you have ordered and the money you have given so it's easier to lose money . You pay for more food and you get less items , then they propose you to make a second order , so you may pay them even more ...The lesson is : when you go to McDonald's or KFC you either make an order in the till (If there is one) or you order one item in the machine and only If the machine gives receipt , then you complete your order . Otherwise you have not proof what you ordered and what you have paid and you end up paying for items you ordered , but never received . Barely the tables are cleaned . Barely the toilette is cleaned .

I love this place, me and my friend come often and unfortunately I do not know his name but there is one staff member who we really enjoy being served by, he is so polite and he is really funny and makes you feel very welcome. Every time we come in and this guy is on shift it is such a great atmosphere. I wish I knew his name but unfortunately I never asked him but give this man a raise!!😂

Thought morecambe wasn't very good but lancaster has beaten it , very dry chicken that looked like it had died of starvation, chips cold and zinger burger OK but quite dry . Try and phone and no one answers.

They can't get anything right, constantly missing stuff out of your order, not the first time either. Now requested a refund, as ordered through Just Eat but got to wait 7 days for them to look into it! Pathetic service, should all be sacked!

Just been told I'm only allowed 3 gherkins per 6 inch sandwich which is a bit of a joke seen as though I don't like any other vegetables on my sandwich or sauce. Will not be going here again, no other subway has a problem with this?

very very slow, if you eat in. I try twice, the first time was about 3 months ago, the second time was the day before yesterday. The average waiting time is more than 20 minutes. If you don't complain, you can hardly get you meal in 20 minutes. If you successfully get their attention, maybe you can only wait an extra 5 minutes. So ask them if you waiting too long!

Waited over 20 minutes for food. No other orders waiting, they'd served them all. They hadn't got any breast fillets up. They had said to each other over ten minutes before that they had run out. They hadn't but presumably had to get some out from fridge or freezer. When we queried how long it took, they said they had to cook them. We were trying to get to a bus, which didn't help. It's always slow, but this was beyond a joke!

Terrible would avoid at all cost. Staff on a different planet, Garvy was like toilet water. Wouldn’t go back again.

Let's not beat about the bush here, probably the worst KFC in lancashire. Longest wait times of any KFC nullifying the claim of "fast food". Always leaving things out like, gravy or popcorn chicken or your entire order. Avoid, it's easier to catch your own chicken and deep fry it.

Food was OK, my wrap was hard. The service was a little slow despite barely anyone being there. And yes KFC it's never going to get 5 starts for atmosphere.

The chicken was burnt, possibly re-cooked but still tasty just not up to normal standards. The girl serving was pleasant but under pressure as the other staff just seemed to be having a laugh/chat with the justeat delivery guys. My children are a bit older so knew to ignore some of the topics of conversation with the staff/justeat guys but it was quite inappropriate for the younger kids which were there.

My experience was not the best, guy serving was not very welcoming and and seemed to just cram food into bags.

Everyone looks like they are all depressed and tired, while waiting 36 minutes to order the people in the back kept popping there heads round the corner looking directly at us then doing nothing multiple times, there is no mangmet, then a young man was the only one who stepped up and served all 9 of us while the manager just went home

I think it’s really lovely that KFC have decided to hire a team of people with special needs, very inclusive of them.

Very good quality and modernized. Everything is available. I had no issues at this KFC. Parking might be a pain but there's an area just outside which costs unfortunately though you could take a risk if you're just nipping in and out just watch out for traffic wardens. Best to pay if you're eating in though.

Despite chicken being seen behind glass it took a twelve minutes wait for 4 pieces of chicken and a black coffee. No urgency or care. I could have climbed the counter and cooked the food myself quicker. Only 3 other customers and they were waiting on their orders. One was charged more rather than be offered a meal where they would have got more food for their money. Terrible service, staff wandering about without a care for customers. Worst kfc in country in my opinion. Avoid like the plague

This store looked a bit in need of attention, a couple of broken benches and a bit knocked around the edges, but the chicken was finger lickin' again.

Have ordered delivery quite a few times, food not brill but OK ish. Tonight I ordered, paid and no food arrived. When I phoned them, I was told by the young manageress that it was nothing to do with her and chase the delivery driver. What sort of customer service is that?? I ordered KFC Not delivery driver. The drivers they choose to trust is their problem, NOT mine. Avoid with a barge pole!! The subcontractor they choose for delivery is not my problem. I pay for my food I expect it to be delivered.

Absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been to. Entire variety bucket going straight in the bin. 10 piece bucket. All drumsticks, but looked more like wings with how small they were. Barely any meat, dry as a bone. Absolutely horrific presentation. Staff look thrown together and hygiene is clearly not a priority. Guy preparing the orders constantly stratching his head and face, handling food and disappearing with it behind the counter. Genuinely, I will never eat KFC again. Absolutely horrific. Should be shut down.
