1 hour in a takeaway order and still not ready!!!!!!

Did not get my food I’d like my money back please

fries were cold when delivered, courier had been at restaurant for atleast 20 minutes before arriving. Arrival time was an hour after originally given.

Absolutely discuiting second order of the night, first 1 never turned up the second one is cold

delivery late yet again, from initial notification of delivery being on its way it took half an hour to arrive which meant food was cold. really not happy

4 chips missed off order breadcrumbs on chicken were nearly black gravy was set in one lump when we opened it.this was not up to the usual standard

My kfc was swimming in gravy as the pot had comebopen the lid had come off that bad the delivery driver had to take a picture no correspondence from kfc and want w full refund

Very rude delivery driver. Small man with a cap in a pergeot. He didn't ring my door bell, demanded I come down in 2 minutes or else he will leave. I ordered on JustEat for it to be delivered not to have to walk half way down the street.

Booked for 9.40, arrived 10.10 - and cold chips

Really unhappy with my order, missing items yet again and there is no way to contact the driver, no mobile number or email. Unhappy to spend a large amount of money for half the food not to be in the bag. Can’t contact the driver or the restaurant.

Only had one piece of chicken in my box, don’t know if this was made on purpose but I won’t go back in this KFC

Unhygienic food and mess all over the floor.boneless meal had bones in it. Took half an hour for my food to come I was the only one in the restaurant

Food came cold with 7:55 being originally estimated with the actual arrival being 9:10… order was placed at 7:20

they have sent no chips i request a full refund

Popped in for a quick lunch before Hospital appointment. I ordered a zinger burger meal which was half batter and half chicken.! So unfortunately I'm having to knock a couple of stars off.!! 😕 I was hungry half an hour later. 😯😟

Only received half of order, no communication given by restaurant, or attempt at putting in substitutes. The food that did eventually arrive, came cold. Didn’t answer phone when attempted to call several times. Essentially stolen our money - very, very poor. Will not be returning.

It is sad that the Free extra regular popcorn chicken was not given although it stated on the website it is free for orders above £20.00

ordered party bucket and large popcorn chicken. only received some original recipe chicken. 8 chicken fillets missing 8 hot wings missing 6 fries missing 2 large popcorn chickens missing and big bottle of pop missing they sent 1 can instead. it cost £51.16 for some original recipe chick3n and a can of pop. definitely won't be ordering from here again. and when I tried to call it rings a few times and goes to answer machine which says to call back later.

The food was stone cold due to the driver leaving the restaurant 25 mins before delivering my food. It was binned and I want a refund or I will do a chargeback.

The driver has obviously taken my mini fillets the scruf, bag ripped and the gravy bust everywhere not happy at all now my kids are starving!!

First time getting delivery from here as they’ve never got my order right when I’ve been in the shop! But not had a kfc for years so gave it a go! Presently surprised! Food was hot, on time and tasted good! Can’t fault them.

Dirty place , waited a long time , couldn’t eat some of it , food all over the floor , staff weren’t interested in cleaning it , had a table number but I had to ask after 15 mins where it was , just a really poor service in a dirty place and 1 of the piece’s of chicken when I bit into it shot lots of water / fat out of it . Won’t be going back and didn’t eat it

Driver was really fast about 6 minutes but kfc had only prepped 15 mins after delivery time food was cold

Wrong milkshake came had to wait 2 hours for my order food cold.

I ordered 2 x portions of 2 x hot wings (basically 4 hot wings). It’s just annoying that only 2 came. Maybe just let people select as many hot wings as they actually want rather than in twos to avoid this confusion?

They forgot the burger with the Trilogy box meal and would not answer the phone when we tried calling constantly for an hour to try to get them to send it out.

Not everything was delivered, did not receive the 6 pieces of Original Recipe Chicken that's meant to be included.

Real enjoyed the tower burger had plenty of sauce which I like.

Slow order, cold food, KFC should be good but this one isn’t.

You can see straight through into the kitchen area and noticed food on the floor. Bit of rubbish just sat there. No hygiene involved. But me off my food.

The quality of food and service is very good. Special mention of Rajkumar. Who took a good care of us and Did an excellent table service.

Ordered food half of it didn't come rice and salad box didn't even get the rice and not even half of the box was full of salad ,the boneless banquet we didn't even get it, didn't get the hot wings with the colonel's crowd pleaser absolutely ridiculous try calling multiple times don't even bother answering the phone not worth the money and clearly don't check the food

The music is too loud, the food resembles left overs, the atmosphere is just horrible and the service expresses how the staff don't even care about you

We like KFC. However the food, whilst good to eat, as usual, was only warm at best on delivery. We were also a dip missing but not worth hassle of phoning to complain.

We had a problem with our order but alina manager of kfc penny street Lancaster made it right we got a full refund but she also gave us extra food and couldn’t apologise enough thank you alina

We had lunch and I had left my bag with my car key and everything. I went few hours after and they had my bag with a big smile. Thank you staff.

The delivery driver saw me and I told him it was for me and he just left with my food.

Items missing from the delivery, had to drive to the store to get it rectified as they don’t pick up the phone… we had our meal replaced completely as it was now cold. Store staff sorted the problem but there was no point getting a takeaway since we had to drive there anyway…

I ordered the food and expected it to arrive at 8:10pm. Finally it arrived at 8:35pm. The apps is good , really kept update and showed the progress of delivery. Therefore, I may know when I can get the food. The driver is great and he came on time. Thank you!
