Didn't deliver my son's whole meal! Food arrived and he didn't have his Kids Bucket?! He got upset obviously because they forgot his food. No way of getting it and having to hope we receive a refund for it! Abysmal isn't the right word

Food was freezing and had clearly been sat out for hours. chips was hard. asked for sauce to be changed due to allergies and was ignored! tried to call the store had the phone put down. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

KFC always states it's delivery time 10-15 minutes and as soon as you order changes it to 25-30 minutes

refund given for 1 missing bucket but nowhere to state 4 x fries were missing from the one I reciieved .ordered again with 4 x extra fries to make up for the missing ones I couldn't get a refund for and they still wernt delivered a 2nd time so 12.45 out of pocket . not happy x

i placed an order for 2 buckets at 30.99 each and ordered an extra corn on th cob . 1 bucket that should contain 12 boneless chicken 2 corn on the cobs one large gravy 4 x fries and a drink was completely missing and the 4x fries from the other bucket also missing . nowhere to state the 4x fries were missing so no refund looked into for thise . I ordered the missing bucket again plus 4 extra fried to replace the ones missing from the bucket I recieved .the bucket but 4 x fries missing again

I had missing items again on my order. What i did was over cooked.

Delivery time kept changing and on the website it said 10-25 mins but after ordering it was 35-50 mins

Very rude delivery driver. Small man with a cap in a pergeot. He didn't ring my door bell, demanded I come down in 2 minutes or else he will leave. I ordered on JustEat for it to be delivered not to have to walk half way down the street.

Really unhappy with my order, missing items yet again and there is no way to contact the driver, no mobile number or email. Unhappy to spend a large amount of money for half the food not to be in the bag. Can’t contact the driver or the restaurant.

Popped in for a quick lunch before Hospital appointment. I ordered a zinger burger meal which was half batter and half chicken.! So unfortunately I'm having to knock a couple of stars off.!! 😕 I was hungry half an hour later. 😯😟

Only received half of order, no communication given by restaurant, or attempt at putting in substitutes. The food that did eventually arrive, came cold. Didn’t answer phone when attempted to call several times. Essentially stolen our money - very, very poor. Will not be returning.

ordered party bucket and large popcorn chicken. only received some original recipe chicken. 8 chicken fillets missing 8 hot wings missing 6 fries missing 2 large popcorn chickens missing and big bottle of pop missing they sent 1 can instead. it cost £51.16 for some original recipe chick3n and a can of pop. definitely won't be ordering from here again. and when I tried to call it rings a few times and goes to answer machine which says to call back later.
