McDonald's in Lancaster

Waited 20 minutes for table service which I had to go up and get in the end. Hot drinks were cold, obviously made way in advance to food being ready. No customer interaction. Why are fries never hot?

Giving this a low score purely because the toilets were awful and badly needed a clean - it wasn't even busy so goodness knows what they would be like if it was. Otherwise, as expected.

Has a drive through and a nice indoor seating area not as busy as the other one but the staff are helpful and this one usually all the drinks machines work and they dont tend to mess up orders unlike the other one overall a great mcdonalds 5☆☆☆☆☆and it is wheelchair acsessable

Waited for literally 10 minutes before being served at the till, despite being the only customer queueing and very clearly getting acknowledged by employees who stood around doing nothing. Then proceeded to wait 15 minutes before being served food that for some reason was sitting in the hot storage waiting to be put on a tray and handed to me. I’ve never reviewed a place before but this may well be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever spent money in. Please hire more competent staff, not sure a single person in there has a brain cell - could just be the best lancaster has to offer. Shameful.

Small car park, which can be difficult to park especially at busy times, there are a couple of disabled bays which were full of non disabled delivery drivers waiting for food which made getting in and out of the car in such a small parking space difficult as I couldn't open my door.

Always filthy. Never a clean table and upstairs always closed in evening, even when busy

Half an hour in the drive thru while staff chat and have a laugh with somebody they know in car at front of queue, absolutely unacceptable, when asked if food is still hot was told yes, fries were but most expensive part (the burger) stone cold, not what you want after half an hours wait, wont be coming back now, they have gotten so bad here.

McDonald's that's pretty standard, not very fast service. But come for the mcflurries and occasional coffee. The car park is a nightmare at times due to the layout and drive through queue going through the carpark.

We went through the drive through, service was polite and quick. The food was hot , which has not been my experience at other McDonald's recently

Nipped in whilst car charging next door. Thought id buy a drink. Big mistake. Took 15 mins to get said drink. Unorganised staff. Manager focussing all her attention on happy meals for the drive through. Sadly won’t go back.

I don’t know why I actually bother going here anymore. Ordering from this place is like playing Wheel of Fortune and I can guarantee that at least half the time you will have an item of your order missing or something different in your bag.

Ordered a cheese stack not very big and pretty bland big mac seems to have shrunk full of kids running around shouting and screaming not quiet place to eat and service very slow had to ask about my order as number disappeared of board be sat on side for a while till I asked about it pri es seem to have gone up to local pub as cheap now and better place to eat

**SOMETHING JUST NEARLY CRACKED MY TOOTH** I got a double cheeseburger (drive through), and I bit into something very hard. I immediately spat it out, so I can't tell you what it was. No number to call. Sorry it's gone on your reviews, but I thought it was important. Chips were fabulous though. Can't beat them when they're hot!

Staff could look happy. Always takes a long time for table service here. The upstairs was in the process of being cleaned - well that is questionable in it self. Loads of fries etc under areas which had been cleaned. Always have to wipe tables down with napkins and they are not clean, ketchup all over. Food service on this recent visit was non existent - ordered on the App - then still had to collect food, the reason I order and have it delivered to the table is not because I am lazy, I do have reasons.

What kind of McDonald's gives you a £100 fine for parking in there carpark for 2 hrs they just lost a family of customers disgusted

The people on the drive thru need to listen better 4 time's I said what I wanted I ended up with cheese burgers . Then when I pick up my food and drinks I ask for 3 sugars for each I got 3 sugars till I asked for 3 more . The staff just don't listen to what the customer wants

I hate writing bad reviews but this is consistently bad. Got to be one of the worse McDonald's I have ever visited. Been three times now and only because there is an ev charging place right next door that's handy as I travel weekly to Glasgow. Food takes ages, all 3 times, at least 15 mins and on the last visit I was the only one in there at 530am. They close the toilets at night, presumably so they don't have to clean them. When asking about that I was told there was a petrol station down the road.... food, if they get the order right is cold, really greasy for some reason and can only assume they assemble the burgers with their eyes shut. Chips apparently look better spread out over the tray rather than in the cardboard pouch thing as well. Staff are not motivated to provide a good service and this is on the management which from what i can see spend thier time chatting or walking around with a clipboard, I get it's just a McDonald's but at least try.

Ordered 5 selects meal, 9 nuggets meal, and 2 triple cheese burgers. We got the 9 nuggets, chips and drinks, along with another 6 nuggets and 2 double cheese burgers. The food was cold to start, but by the time we had sorted our order it was all cold. The staff were unhelpful and stood talking whilst our new burgers sat on the side waiting. Worst McDonald’s experience, won’t be going back to this store

Às always I ordered, my favourite " big mac". Fast service and friendly staff. Only gave 4 stars as not much activity around the glory hole, however not really the fault of Macdonalds, just the natural ebb and flow of cottaging.

Nothing special, but nothing to complain about either. It was what you would expect from a McDonalds franchise.

Late night / early morning visit on the way home from the airport. The staff member on couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Food was freshly made and just what we needed!

This is a nice McDonald’s, but the food was cold but this is McDonald’s it’s in a good location if your staying at the Holiday Inn or Premier Inn

Allways slow at the drive through and miss items and don't seem to care.

Hands down the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Ever being 50+ years. If I had not been 10 mikes away by the time I realised that I’d been palmed off with hot oily tasteless water I’d have asked for a replacement.

The delivery time was bumped 3 times and meant my son and his friend missed their after school club due to their food showing up late. When calling the restaurant the woman on the other end wasn't helpful at all and no apology from the driver

What a truly horrendous experience. I am actually in tears with how awful this experience has been. It took two hours for the delivery to arrive and everything was stone cold. The label showed everything was cooked by 12.40, and must have been sat there for nearly 90 minutes whilst a driver was found. I tried cancelling numerous times when the wait time exceed 1 hour, only to be met with generic chat bot responses, not once could I cancel the order. Awful awful experience.

I ordered my children's tea at half 3 and its still hasnt arrived nearly 3 hours laster. 1 meal will now go to waste cause i had to feed my toodler something else and my eldest is super annoyed he is ridiculously late with his tea

Ordered a Just Eat, a dead simple deal. 2 burgers and 2 chips, arrived with no chips. A burger that has 4 ingredients missing half of them, a lukewarm warm burger, more lettuce in the bag than on the burger and when I called up they just ask us to go through just eat. I certainly won’t be ordering from this McDonald’s again a wasted treat. Don’t waste your time.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, firstly my employee discount was not accepted as well as this I specified 4 times I wanted a medium instead of the large meal displayed on the screen and I was charged for a large meal anyway The atmosphere inside was poor as the desk was extremely busy with people trying to return their orders due to the fries like mine being cold overall I will never return to this McDonald’s and the corresponding local mp has been contacted in hopes this issue can reach a satisfactory conclusion

food was cold on arrival and half of the order was missing. they sent fries instead of hash browns with breakfast. the drinks were more like iced coffee when they were supposed to be hot drinks. the breakfast roll looked like it had been slapped around inside the bag. don't know who made the order but they obviously need retraining.

Absolutely appalling wasn’t worth the wait at all waited 1hour and 45 minutes ridiculous.

I have never seen such a messed up Big mac, no pickles, I know i ordered extra sauce, but this was just swimming in it, the whole meal looked messy, like it was just thrown in the box, to top all this off, it was cold, and i mean stone cold, not even warm, needless to say I will not be ordering from this place again, disgusted.

Estaba en una noche con amigos, se fue temprano cuando trabajaba en la mañana. Colocado un pedido en las maccies, máquina de billetes no imprimiría en absoluto a pesar. Varios intentos (wtf? ). Número de pedido perdido debido a la conmoción por ebriedad que ocurre a mi alrededor. Situación explicada al miembro del personal, incluyendo orden exacta y número de orden en bruto (en 50 s) - se negó a ayudar sin datos bancarios que yo no era capaz de producir - no llevar a cabo una estaba fuera. Esperó 40 minutos, se fue sin nada. Estafa. Nunca volviendo.

Not that pleasant a visit. Flies inside the store trying to land on our food (in autumn..) sticky floor from some over zealous soap use, only 1 downstairs toilat available to use as they hadn't got the upstairs 'ready yet'.

If you want to click and collect, don't bother, the staff seem to be scared of the rain. And reading other reviews, they do appear to be completely incompetent at everything they do.

It was late and cold and driver dropped the food outside and spilt drinks all over the food

To start off with, the lift was the slowest lift I've ever been on. Had to sit upstairs especially when no high chair downstairs. Upstairs there was quite a few flies flying around so we sat where we hope we were far enough away but unfortunately a few came to us. Food wise. Ordered 4 chicken nuggets happy meals, 1 big mac meal no adjustment, 1 £5 meal no adjustment and McRib without salad. 27minutes with 4 kids including a baby all moaning and hungry. Kids went down and was told they haven't started yet (16min into waiting). Rang their phone and noone answered. Food came, no nice customer service at all. Food was all their and all good apart from McRib which was too expensive for a bland burger. Rustler bbq rib is way better. So flies, a lift that takes almost a minute if not more to go 1 floor, long wait for food, customer service wasn't happy to talk to us, staff seems miserable. Won't be going back. I'm sure other people had better experiences but this ruined the place for us.

Everyone looks miserable. Wait 5 mins at the drivethru to pick up an online order. They get it wrong when collected. Bun was hard, badly prepared.Looks very short staffed in the mornings.

El servicio absolutamente impactante del MANAGER! preguntó en el drive thru sobre conseguir coberturas adicionales y estaba dispuesto a pagar lo que sea extra. No los recibí así que entré donde el gerente le arrebató la bandeja de helados a una colega que le pedí más. Dobló la esquina y se plegó sobre las esquinas del McFlurry y me lo devolvió exactamente igual. Era extremadamente grosera e ignorante. Así que me fui. Fui a Morecambe McDonalds y pedí un McFlurry con ingredientes adicionales y así de simple. Lo recibí. No hay necesidad de groserías - si quieres que pague por más dime cuando tomaste la bandeja no vayas a la vuelta de la esquina y finjas que lo estás haciendo cuando no lo estás haciendo. Son los soplos y las caladas, la arrebatación y la grosería flagrante. No es necesario sobre algunos ingredientes McFlurry. PD gracias Morecambe por solucionarlo! Sencillo en realidad

The women delivering the food can’t follow simple instructions asked to to wait in the car park and ring me but she wonders into my place of work unauthorised and starting getting verbal with me when I met her outside

Went in last week to queue at the till was deserted. I stood around like a lemon for several minutes before having to leave the restaurant. They presumably have a policy of forcing people to use the self service tills - not ideal for people with cash, vouchers, Monopoly prize vouchers or other issues. Sadly this branch has a tendency of ignoring customers at the till - we should have known better.

Ordered Uber eats more than half the order missing not the first time or the second useless absolutely useless.

I ordered a large chicken nugget meal with strawberry milkshake, chips, sweet chilli sauce and a Mc flurry, the sweet chilli sauce didn't come! Neither did a straw for my drink! The chips were cold and the sauces that you choose to go with your meal didn't arrive! Everytime you ordered from them they're is stuff missing!

Ordered at 12:55 food arrived at exactly 2:00. And by no surprise it’s all stone called. Absolute joke
