All food wrong nothing came that I ordered literally got two cokes chips and a burger thanks a lot kids crying now

McDonald’s staff are scruffs!! Eating the burger from a happy meal and still putting it in the bun and sends it out for delivery!- declined a refund through this app so phone up and was told they can’t help us won’t send out another burger and refused to believe their staff would do this !

delivery driver was waiting 20 minutes burger states was made at 20.27 and delivered to me at 21.06 not acceptable when I'm 5 mina away

The delivery driver was given the wrong order. He has now taken that away so we have been left with no food.

Delivery driver went to the wrong address, blew up my phone, then drove off with my order. Just Eat needs to do something about their drivers being completely blind and lacking common sense, this isn't the first time.

I ordered the food at 5.17pm the time kept changing finally the food arrived at 6.50 pm ordered 9 nugget meal only 8 in the box I understand it was Friday night so get that there busy but of that the case stop taking orders until there on top of it

The staff didn't pack the food and blamed the driver Tanya the so called manager was not helpful at all and blamed the driver even though it was staff unit control to manage and make sure that they are competent at their job! Obviously not doing her job properly.. I ordered because have covid and she said well come and pick up the food. Am ill in bed and she wants me to pass it on. This is honestly the worst store as it has happened 3 times this month. Think it needs proper organisation in store and staff that actually care about what job they are doing. Will be using Lancaster store in future because that is organised.

the food tastiest good for the presentation was a little sloppy as expected for McDonald's so not complaining too much as it's gonna go into my stomach and become a mess anyway other than that the delivery driver was incredibly nice and delivered the food really quickly

Ordered breakfast on just eat. When food came it was missing two hash brows. A sausage pattie. They gave us cold fries for some reason. Our drinks were wrong. All good cold also. When I rang the restaurant she did say sorry but I had to go thru just eat...it's not just ears fault is it it's the person's fault who messed up the order. Not impressed at all. Also out drinks had been spilt in transit. Surely they could of sent our order out again. Not very customer friendly service

shocking service today!! never been so bad, delivery driver was rude and wanted to know why we had ordered from there!!! nothing to do with delivery driver!! food was cold and seriously squashed, no sauces included even though requested as options were needed to be selected to proceed in the 1st place. I ordered from 1 of the 3 McDonald's restaurants as they were the only one with the options we wanted and never had issues before

the oasis drink had spilled in the bag during delivery so when I got it in the house I got oasis all over my floor

Terrible experience - was going out with my daughter for a special day and decided between trains we had plenty of time to get breakfast in Lancaster ( she decided here). Placed order no receipt dispensed. Waited 15 minutes before they gave out first order on the screen another 12 before ours. Approached the employee who was front of house - asked him how long my order would take as we had a train to catch. He looked confused and said he couldn’t see my order - I then asked if I could get a refund (he did communicate with me just walked off our back). After 5 minutes another employee walked up I presumed (wrongly) that she was going to sort out my issue. (She didn’t walked straight past me). When I managed to get her attention she just didn’t response and carried on dispersing drinks. The 1st employee came back Asked him again - he did go and speak to the shift manager ( she proceeded to ignore him as well). Still no order for in house customers ( both working on getting the Uber eats orders out as priority). Eventually got the attention of shift manager who didn’t communicate with me expect to ask my order number - she didn’t apologise for the wait or even state it’s busy merely stared at me with distain - like I was something she trodden in. Needless to say I won’t be giving the McDonald’s anymore of my money - I rather go to BK it’s nicer and cleaner. I had to leave otherwise I had missed out train got it with moments to spare due to long wait. The irony is that would have been quicker going to sit down at the cafe around the corner then it was to get food from the “fast food” retailer.

Literally a scam. Made an order, ticket machine would not print, altered staff. Nothing was done. Could not remember order number, alerted staff and told them of my exact order, did nothing - i have work in the morning. Wtf. Spend money and received nothing. Pure scam.

It is always good. Cheaper prices, good quality except they use a little mayonnaise in burgers. They should add a little more quantity to it

Just popped in for a quick bite to eat and drink. There was a young guy on the door.!! Trying to keep the young troublemakers out with a bit of a struggle. The place wasn't very clean didn't see anyone wiping down tables when people had left them. The food was OK and service as expected. Overall it was just OK. 😏

I would score this place a zero if I could. It just gets worse and worse here, and the staff are unbelievably rude, getting worse with every visit! Tonight I was trying to eat my tea at about 9.30pm after a late shift at work. I was sat at a table minding my own business when the extremely rude, jumped up little girl who works there came over and said "we're closing this bit in a minute so can you hurry up and finish". No customer service skills whatsoever. I'm done with this place now. The past 2 years it's really gone downhill and 90% of my visits here these days are a negative experience. I'll give my money to your rivals instead. At least at Burger King and KFC in Lancaster, the service is polite and friendly. Unlike this dive!
