Great coffee and friendly staff. Good priced breakfast that was very tasty and the restaurant was nice and clean inside.

We stopped in for a milkshake on our way home from our day out. I used the bathroom facilities while my partner waited in the queue. Bathrooms were filthy. Scum and mould around taps and sinks. Floor filthy and sanitary bin was overflowing. Our milkshakes were mid, nothing special.

Really good and fresh food and friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come with family and friends again in the future

Although the food was ok, we had breakfast, it’s unbearable to be there because of the noise. I can’t say I’m over sensitive but the constant alarm of the machines are so loud and take ages to get cancelled. On top of that, they wheel in supplies every morning and the cart is horrible also. The supplies are wheeled in through the seating area also. A joke n

What a shame this gets such low reviews as our experience was positive with excellent food and service. Food was fresh and hot, restaurant and toilets clean - no issues at all.

I went through the drive through. I ordered a double cheeseburger. It cost me 4.99. I thought it was a bit pricey but thought it woukd be superior to McDonald's. It was my first visit to TH. It was disgusting. Two grey patties which did not look cooked. Lukewarm. Thrown in the bun. Wrong shape for the roll so was hanging out. The taste reminded me of inferior burgers from years ago, like fairground stalls. Horrible plastic flavour. McDonald's and Burger King far superior. I will never visit again. Do not waste your money.

Food quality was poor and the surroundings were grubby. The food seemed to be thrown together rather than assembled. The table we sat at was so dirty we had to go and ask for somebody to come and clean it.

Can't complete orders things are missing and they don't even have a contact number thay you can call them guess they don't focus on customer service just money and figures

Very underwhelmed and borderline disappointed. Clueless staff delivering incomplete orders, long wait times and occupying tables at busy times. Not great.

They have a good variety of food options and I enjoyed a great meal with family. They have good vegetarian options.

They have one of the best breakfast meals. We are vegetarians so we were very happy that they have a wide rance of vegetarian options. They have a good variety of drink options as well.

It is a nice atmosphere. I come from abroad so trying Tim Hortons was a new experience for me and it was very delicious. I loved the good and drinks, especially the French Vanilla Latte.

My wife had chicken strips and a Tuna cheese melt for myself, plus a maple donut My melt was ok but not toasted to my liking and not much Tuna I’d give them 3.5 if I could
