Subway in Taunton Deane

ordered food on the uber eats app on the 26th of october, the food gave me and my roommate food poisoning, when i brang this issue up to them the staff where rude and arrogant and blamed uber for the issue yet they are the ones who made the food. would not recommend them one bit.

I went to this Subway in Taunton yesterday and I have had a meatball sub with lettuce and cucumber with some chili heat wave doritos and a chocolate fudge brownie frappuccino coffee drink whichIenjoyedthemost. The reason was it was one of my friends at Aurora Foxes Minehead called Arianna Harkin and it was her birthday yesterday and she came up with this idea which was going shopping in Taunton. I came with Arianna Harkin, Sophie Haque, Lucy Edwards Handley, Jasmine Ray and Emily Furse Bellas.

Walked out before ordering. Staff was handling meat (bacon etc) then putting cheese back with same gloves

Sorry to say this I'm a part time Uber driver I went today at 13.00pm to pick a delivery for a customer in subway east street Taunton.. and I politely asked one of the staff named himself taran preet Singh how long it take for waiting and he very rudely told me you can come back by evening 6 o'clock or else you can cancel the order and I asked him why is like that.. I he said to me you can please go from the store and some he cancelled my order through the phone.. he was very rude and was bossy... I never experienced these type of behaviour from subway or any other restaurant.. he wasted my time energy and ⛽

Was late and looked like it had been chucked through a mincer all squashed and cold not expecting piping hot food but no warmth what so ever when I asked the driver if it was busy he said no so don’t understand not the standard I expected for 55 quids worth of sandwiches

Toasty bread with juicy fillings in a good price, Delicious and healthy subs that I just recommend it

For the second consecutive time, they did not toast my sub , despite me making it very clear on the order. Will not be ordering from them again.

Over priced, poor service and dirty tables. Avoid at all costs.

FOOD TURNED UP FREEZING COLD. CONTACTED THEM TO RESOLVE THIS, WAS REFUSED A REFUND AND NO REPLACEMENTS SENT. WHEN SPENDING 30 FOR 3 SMALL WRAPS YOU WOULD EXPECT SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR YOUR FOOD BEING FREEZING COLD

Good choice but hard to understand staff. Inside very dirty and needed cleaning.

the nachos had no cheese, not happy 😒 also ment to have a free item which I did not recieve, and the footlights subs were cold, not happy at all😠

Subs hardly filled. Had tuna mayo but all I could taste was bread and salad hardly any tuna. Customer service nondescript. Tables filthy. None of them were wiped while we there. Won’t be going back.

Friendly courier and food was hot!

I arrived late but no one had even heard of me or my order. The member of staff who served me told me he had not been aware of my order. I asked for the manager but was ignored. I wasn't going to get all my food out of the packaging on collection to see if it was cold or to take a picture, I should not have too!?! I have had many deliveries and I don't complain 'for the sake of it' ... I will review my order and progress with Just Eat, as I see fit. No prejudice.

Poor staffing, I asked one of the staff a question, only for him to reply me that it’s common sense. More like I am senseless. I even said to him that it’s insulting and he never apologised. I really offended and sad.

our order was left on the doorstep of the wrong house - again! I included delivery instructions to try and avoid this happening, but it's clear they're not being acknowledged. I shouldn't have to walk to the next street to retrieve my order. the Subway itself was excellent, but your courier service is appalling.

bread was dry and chewy, chicken bites were soggy and cold. not great, won't be ordering again.

Don’t bother waiting for a pickup slot cause your sub wont be done when u get there

Food was great when it finally arrived. Fresh and exactly what we ordered. Ordered for delivery at 7pm. Time kept moving back on order, finally received at 7.43pm.

Put pickles on both subs when only order on one and missing other items out of one of the subs, not happy at all as the pickles have left the taste in the sub and as someone who can not stand the taste of pickles it left it inedible

Never again...refused us to use our points and then made us pay full price !!! 2 half box of salads and 2 6 inch subs £20. Spoke to them they said no contact information for head office and then was told could only spend 1000 points a time, having spoken with head office can use as many whenever I want.

My order was not complete. I had a roll with just sauce delivered. No salad or anything else!! I requested a refund because the roll was inedible!!! (Who wants bread and sauce!). No refund given!!! I had used this subway fairly often but will never ever use it again. I recommend anyone tries one of the others in the Taunton area!!! Definitely avoid!

They refused me to use my point and then the cookie was burnt and the only things that was good that it was clean for once and the Pepsi

Submelt was great and they were able to replace 3 cookies I didn't want with their new cookies so I'm very happy

They are scammers! They charged me for no reason 3 cookies which I didn’t order and didn’t get and I confronted them about it and got a refund. I don’t care for the £1.50 but what is annoying is how they did it. They sneakily and super fast added on a charge and I luckily saw a glimpse of it. Luckily I ordered the exact same thing the day before so I realised there was a price difference. Be careful

I asked for cheese on bacon footlong sub. Bacon barely covered the sub. When I asked for the meat to cover the ends I got told I would be charged extra. Extremely stingy on the cheese and not very much salad. Sub not wrapped very well all fell to prices before I sat at table

The delivery was good and the chicken sub was good. But the steak sub was absolutely awful the meat had a horrible taste to it like it had gone off. Very disappointed as subway is my daughter’s favourite and it is normally very good.

Ordered my boyfriend’s subway for no toasted and it came toasted! We rang them up asking for a refund or to send a new one and they were so rude and also said they’ll give a discount on a drink the next time we order! Barely speak English. If you’re going to work in this country, learn English!

Driver was terrible, the order was running late and instead of apologising he literally rushed to his car to drive off , didn’t have any interaction with him at all , not good service

Unfortunately I asked for a refill option and pay £1.65. Nobody at the till mentions to you the refill option doesn't exist anymore in this store. When going to refill, a member of staff pointed a minuscule sticker on top of the fountain dispenser "This store doesn't do free refill". In this case, let the customers know at the till, or use a bigger notice board or even better, remove the dispenser all together as there aren't real drinks in there anyway, just water with chemical concentrated flavour. Very messy store as well, no clean tables and no staff willing to do the cleaning without asked by customers.

Within minutes of eating, everyone was cramping up and running to the bathroom.

Delivered with care and very quickly. Friendly driver too. Food nice and hot and prepared well. Loved the new cookies too and that you do honey oat bread.

What's the point in having a box where it asks if you want it toasted and then toasting it anyway? If I want hard stale bread, I'll just use supermarket end of day bread rather than ordering lovely fresh fluffy Subway bread that they've decided to ruin! It's impossible in branch to get across what you want without them just completely messing it up - and apparently they can't read from a screen either!

When told the server what I wanted he never done properly and when said he dine wrong the answer we got back was sorry already done it. Then challenged him he took the cheese off my chicken and placed back on the cheese a total allergen wrong doing

So much worse then any other subway in the area, they skimped on any meat in the sandwich, rude staff. Hardly spoke English as well.

Went to buy a Tuna Kahuna as the picture showed it with salad extras only to find it came with basics and nothing added, it was sloppy and didnt have any substance to it. Disappointed i would recommend this and the staff were not forthcoming

Went in Saturday 15th and the place has gone down hill. Meatballs tasted absolutely disgusting, I do not know what they have done to them! They rush you through each section and do not do the job properly, seems rushed and slap dash! Do not understand English as I had to keep repeating what I was saying as well as other customers! Will not return to this store .

Watch out for how much you get charged here. They tried to change me £19 for food that was only £12.

Came in at 19:25 and was rushed into ordering something when we were clearly looking at the menu. Got told they were closing and didn’t have much time. 40 minutes is more than enough time. Rude staff, if my partner wasn’t there I’d have made a scene. Don’t come here.

The worst Subway experience i had ever , the staff were using mobile phones frequently, they’re behaviour was so rude and unorganised. There’s was shortage of green salad and one of the tall indian staff were to rude to us , the salad wasn’t fresh , the vegetable patty was very cold . Mainly the staff were unorganised and rude . Overall i will rate Taunton subway 0. Hope the authorities will sort it out . We are the regular customers here and we decided to end from now

I didn't mean to click refund, I wanted to report issue as they always say go threw just eat, but was only missing the sauce on the salad, big disappointment. Salad kind of bland without it, chicken wasn't coated in the Teriyaki sauce was kind of plopped on, asked for sweet onion dressing sauce but non. Kind of a shame..

Think it’s a bit disgusting that you allow you staff to stand in FULL uniform smoking cannabis at your bins with their friends at 16.50pm on Tuesday 6/12/22 I walked past with my two children with the full intention of coming in for food. Needless to say we did not come in. Disgusting and unprofessional

Seems that they can’t follow a set of words on a ticket to add the correct ingredients! No red onion on the order- salad arrives riddled with red onion. Unable to eat the meal I had wanted for, and paid for. Poor, very poor. No offer of a correction or replacement either. Avoid if you like things done your way, not theirs!!
