Went through the drive through, got asked to park up and wait, 40 minutes later I was still waiting, cars were coming through the drive thru and waiting then getting served before I was, asked the lad who brought someone else’s food out what was going on, he just said well you should of come in, awful attitude, so I went in and another 10 minutes waiting, got my food went to my car checked order and they had got it wrong, it was real chaos in the restaurant, I will never go to this one again, and to top it all off when I got home with the food it was all soggy and really salty, absolutely disgusting.

While MaDonalds food standards have been in decline for some time ,tonight I called in there Birdwell tankesly nr barnsly Restaurant I ordered a Big Mac I can only Say this is definitely the most horrendous disgusting vile thing Ive ever put in my mouth , It was thrown together and the burgers was so dry and tough they tasted like cardboard and nearly made me vomit the bread was equally bad, Im of the opinion this burger was probably cooked or cremated a few days earlier . For sure it is my opinion this restaurant is a pubic heath risk. My advice is unless you like wasting money on un eatable poorly prepared food stay away from this place.

Waited over a hour for a delivery that they said would be between 30 - 45 mins I phone up to ask were my order was he said another 10 minutes when I I ask would I get anything else as compensation for late delivery he said sorry no I was just saying cancel my order when he put the phone down on me the food still came 10 minutes after which I took and paid for which was cold I will never recommend them again after being a long time loyal customer

Only thing il eat from here are battered sausages as they are lovely But the chips are clearly frozen steal bag chips brought from Iceland or something which are always cooked for two high and not long enough so brown on outside and hard in middle The server guy I think owns it is really weird aswell, you try to collect your food and he literally just starts talking about something random and awkward but when you ask him anything or try to make convo he looks at you like got 3 heads … odd guys Needs to have new real chips and new staff

Overdone chips. Large portion size is measly. Tasted like they had been sat there for a while. Chicken dry as hell. Mr Cod used to be the goto chip shop back in the day. Won't be going there again. Avoid, go to Burnham Lane chippy!

Visited for a takeaway dinner of footlong subs for the 1st time in years. Sadaf who served us was welcoming and helpful in choosing the fillings, cheeses and sauces even giving me samples of the sauces. The subs we ended up with were wonderful!! We will be returning again soon. Thanks again Sadaf you helping use choose the optimum subs!

I am so tired of the shake machine not being available. The official line I have been told 4 times in the past fortnight is “it needs repairing”… it is internationally known that it is because you can’t be bothered to clean the machine. This is one of the only culinary pleasures I can experience during my radiotherapy treatment for throat cancer.. I sincerely hope I stand a better chance of a cure than the chance of you serving a vanilla shake.

Well what a piece of work the shift manager was! Courtney was her name!!! She is a disgrace to McDonald's! I ordered a drink as per usual which I believe was £3.20 so not a cheap drink, I asked very politely if she could put some more cream in it as there was hardly any and all I got was no! Either have the drink as it is or a refund......I said it won't hurt you to squirt a bit more on please! No take it or a refund!! Well talk about awful customer service!!! Won't be going back there.....

Constantly bad experience they say 24hrs yet have a menu but not offer what’s on it. The drive thru point of sale shows the menu items they want to sell and they never have them. Serve cold food that’s been stood up and over salted fries. Never any shakes available. Serve expired food and expect the customer to pay good money! Poor service.

Disgusting - tables dirty no staff willing to even wipe tables asked three times still not done Staff involvement to customer service is awful are they even trained to help customers . Customers pay there wages Won’t be going again

Pulled up in one of the waiting bays and ordered. After an hour waiting in the car with 3 kids (3 hungry kids) my husband went into the restaurant to find out what was happening. They gave him our food but luckily he checked it and it was missing 3 burgers! He then brought it out and I noticed a drink was missing too. The food was cold and there was hardly any chips even in large ones. My cheese burger was just a plain burger in a bun, no cheese, no sauce or anything and my tea was cold. Wont be going there again!

With a limited amount of time available before our flight we attended the airside B.K. at Stansted. The digital display stated a 7 minute wait for food, however after waiting in excess of 30 minutes it was necessary to abandon any thoughts of breakfast & as the kiosk that I had used till roll was out of paper I was unable to get a refund & I'm out £23. Bad experience & I'll never go back.

Shocking service cold food wrong toy in happy meal. Came out with some pathetic, it's against our licence to change to toy. What a set of morons, terrible leadership and values.
