McDonald's in Eastleigh

Constantly bad experience they say 24hrs yet have a menu but not offer what’s on it. The drive thru point of sale shows the menu items they want to sell and they never have them. Serve cold food that’s been stood up and over salted fries. Never any shakes available. Serve expired food and expect the customer to pay good money! Poor service.

Twice I order from here I order tonight 19 December waiting for delivery for a hour in the cold they said they delivery when they didn't delivery at wrong adress last time the cancel are order will not be ordering or going mac Donald in hedge end terrible delivery can't they read a address on a receipt

I recently visited the McDonald’s at Hedge End, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. First, we had to wait over half an hour for our food, which is completely unacceptable for a place that prides itself on being “fast food.” When the order finally arrived, it was incorrect, and to make matters worse, the hot drinks were already cold. When I approached the manager, Tash, to resolve the issue, I was met with an incredibly rude and unhelpful attitude. Instead of apologising or trying to rectify the situation, she insisted that they are not a fast food restaurant – a ridiculous statement given that McDonald’s is known globally for its speed. A quick Google search even highlights that McDonald’s is considered the fastest fast food chain in the world! Tash offered a refund but only on the condition that I return all the food, which was outrageous after waiting so long with two hungry children! It was clear she had no interest in helping and was more focused on dismissing my concerns than addressing them. I have since issued an official complaint to head office because of the incompetence of the staff and the appalling customer service I received. I will certainly not be returning to the Hedge End branch again. Avoid this location if you value your time and expect decent service!

Two double sausage and eggs muffin meals got home one of them had half a burned bun went back and exchanged it got home again this time the egg was full of shell. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS

35 minutes in a drive thru is not acceptable. Then the order was wrong and cold.. I'm an idiot as I come back time and time again hoping it's a one off. Obviously not.

We wanted to treat the children and are a family of 5. I completely get it at the moment that times are tough and the normal way of life as we know is changing. But the £25 cap to spend here needs to be reviewed. Like I said we are a family of 5 and the average meal here cost just over £5, unless you get a happy meal. Now times that 5 and it equals more then £25. When I got to the drive through the member of staff said £25 max and I explained the above to her. She wouldn't let me do 2 separate orders and we were only over by £1.56. So frustrating so I took something off from my meal so my children didn't go without. That took it down to £24.87p then she had the cheek to say "is that it, would you like anything else?" I mean come on. Other places are doing more then the £25 why can't these? As I've said I completely get it times are tough and we should be grateful for what we do have but this only accommodates individuals or small families, not a family of 4 or 5.

Este lugar emana elegancia, sofisticación y clase en abundancia y el menú también, está muy desarrollado y en sintonía con las demandas del público del día. Como tal, cuando usted visita usted sabe que tendrá sólo lo mejor, la mejor comida, las mejores bebidas, el mejor servicio y los mejores cubiertos y platos. Por supuesto que tienes que pagar, pero, wow, es una experiencia excepcional.

Agua con gas estuvo but delicioso y perfect pues comida fantastico. Es usualmente esta Lugar muy limpia y sofisticada y es perfecto por almuerzo o sorpresa romàntico.

Estoy acostumbraste de McDonald's. Siempre la comida es delicioso y no es caro. Esta restaurante es muy sofisticada y limpiar. Camareros muy bueno.

Every time we have been here the service is absolutely terrible. We only go here for the convenience of the location. The drive through have never got our order right they either miss something off when you have paid for it or just completely mess up the order. To be completely honest the service inside is just as bad. If it wasn’t for the ease of the location we would never visit again. We know just to triple check our orders.

Never had a burger yet from Big Mac that I have not enjoyed. Not as dry as ones from other Burger Sources. They are good also with extra's. I sometime say" Can I have a few extra Jalapinos " and they usually oblige.

Good to grab something to eat 24/7. Better to go through the drive thru as sometimes rowdy people are in there late at night so might not want to be eating in the restaurant with rowdy ones.....

Normalmente no soy un gran fan de Mcdonald's más que entusiasta cuando un amigo nos sugirió que llaman para algunos helado en el camino a casa. Tengo que decir que me quedé muy impresionado. Impecablemente limpio, eficiente, agradable personal, alta tecnología ordenar y servicio de mesa. Lo que hacen, lo hacen muy bien un El helado era precioso!

Wanted a breakfast on the run so used the drive through. How difficult can it be to get the correct order, bacon rolls came with ketchup not brown sauce as we requested and were stone cold. We weren't given any napkins either. Avoid avoid avoid.

Fuimos después de un día en familia en pizarra. . . 7 de nosotros pedimos casi 50 libras de comida sólo vale la pena s ser negado por un recipiente pequeño de mayonesa para un niño de 3 años! ! Nos dijeron que tenía, pero fue incapaz de poner una pequeña cantidad en un recipiente, ya que no estaba sellado. . . Pero nuestra vista es que no es sellado en una hamburguesa! Ni el tomate o salsa barbacoa que autoservicio en pequeñas ollas! Simple petición rechazada! Podríamos haber hecho nuestra experiencia y la de 3 años mucho más contentos, proporcionando la salsa pedimos! Incluso se ofreció a pagar, pero no nos mueven! Tan inútil!

The service was swift. I was in a hurry -- did not want to be late for my interview, so that was useful.

Really miffed with this place. Did a drive through order then drove on. When I stopped to eat half of it was missing. I suppose I shouldn't complain. They pay peanuts and get the staff accordingly. CHECK your order!!!

Double decker burgers with sauce and salad too, they are rather filling,but I still recon I could eat two, the meals come with fries and a cup of coke and ice, I haven't yet eaten two at once, but I've been here more than twice, the place has got a drive through and is open late at night, it's a good job I've not got a car or two at once I might.

Mi familia y yo son geniales los seguidores de MacDonald's!Pedimos tres grandes macs, tres raciones de patatas fritas, tres tartas de manzana y dos cafés.Las dos cafés estaban bien y eso es positivo, ya que puede ser.Las patatas estaban frías y empapadas - tenía que ser tirado.El Macs grandes estaban frías e incomestibles, directamente a la papelerano había disponiblesi hay tartas de manzana era una categoría inferior de 'terrible' sin llenar ese cuadro.Si no estuvimos en un rush le habría pedido un reembolso en el lugar.Qué compensación MacDonald's me ofrecen?John Leggett

Fast service. Plenty of seats to choose from. Staff are friendly. Even though the place is always busy it's very clean

We've used this McDonald's for years on & off ,I think for once they deserve some credit for how outstanding there staff are,it's really well run ,I have never had a bad experience ,the food is a good standard,it's clean,it's cheap,& my children love it,for a treat.i think for what the staff have to do & how quick they serve you hot food is outstanding.i think it's ready good,for how much it is & the service you get..

Fui después de estar fuera en Bournemouth de camino a casa para comer un bocado. Porque es 24 horas te dan toda la gente escandalosos en aquí después de cierto tiempo, tarde en la noche, que es un poco molesto. Y además te dan la gente tonta que pitan en el aparcamiento de sus motores (no tienen nada mejor que hacer). Aparte de eso, un Mcdonald's estándar.

Ordered a Diet Coke as I'm a type 1 diabetic normal Coke will put me in hospital and make me very ill. so when I get to the collection window I always check the Coke is Diet, all I get is is the button pressed, so I say yes, they say then it's Diet. So I drive off and have a sip and guess what it's normal Coke. because of them not being bothered to do there job properly I could of been in hospital, all they said is sorry and we will give you a large that's great thanks a lot, now I'm gunna feel ill for some time just from that one sip!Not the only time this has happened

Gone down hill recently. Had to take cihps back from drive thru as they were cold. More recently chips warm and flaccid but couldn't be bother to take them back. After all, it's only McDonalds.

had a fish burger was hot and fresh and chips were really yummy everyone was so friendly and greeted me with a smile and not make fun of my apperanse. thanks to everyone at the mcdondles and complements to chef.

Peor restaurante MCDONALD'S NUNCA. Me dieron un huevo con tocino y magdalenas de papel en un lado!! Y también me dió un zumo de naranja que era de dos semanas de la fecha!! Si su cuerpo en todas no comer allí nunca.

Hedge end Mac D is good every time excepted when their ice cream goes down when it's hot weather ,so far it's ok lol restaurant teams are helpful and the kitchen try their best !

ThIs Mickie D's is better than most. Very clean. Very polite, very helpful. Yes a "chain" but one of the better calls I have made..

Service was slow and wasn't correct first time. Food and drink was ok. Restaurant was clean and tidy with self serve tills.

Enjoy going to this McDonald's, friendly staff. Clean and it has a very good atmosphere. Seating areas and tables very clean.

I was disgusted tonight went to hedge end McDonald's,was given dirty looks,spoken to rudely,they also messed the whole order up,it began with drinks,then once we asked them to double check the bag the young girls checked twice. I was given a completely different order to which I asked for. I took the bag and drinks back in and the girls continued to give me dirty looks,I was so angry they replaced my food. However it was all still cold! Definitely gone down hill!

Reading the other comments I cant believe we are all talking about the same Mc Donalds....I take my mum here and we come for a treat about once a month..she loves it

su McDonalds, yo no estoy esperando comida muy buena, pero no esperes el área de estar limpio, nunca es y contenedores por dentro y por fuera siempre saturadas, nunca me he encontrado una mesa limpia. También siempre hay que esperar mucho para la comida, lo recomiendo comer en tu coche!

no point in having a system whereby you get an announcement saying your food is "ready to collect" ,, only for you to go to collect it and be told "we are waiting on your drink" ... that means it "was not ready to collect"

One of the best things about McDonald's is that you know exactly what you are getting to eat. One of the worst about McDonalds is taht you know exactrly what you are getting to eat

Rarely they surprise me here when the food is served hot, not greasy and quickly.Normally it's slow, the staff really don't care at all and it actually appears that the kitchen is some sort of crèche sometimes. It's at these times you can expect something missing from your order.I don't really expect a lot if I visit any McDonald's though. They have recently done a refurb which includes an extra windows and ordering station however whenever I drive past the queue is still massive. Inside they have a fast order on a computer which is quick.

we prefer to take out as the hedge end branch is always rather grubby...especially floors...but food always good value with the kids .....shame milkshake machine breaks so much....and if they do get an order wrong they replace with no quibble......

Food was ok - its McDonalds. Nothing more. I don't eat the stuff - I just get sent to buy it!It was busy inside. Had to wait a while.Person who served me was very friendly and chatty - so friendly that she caught me by surprise! She forgot to give me dips for my selects though. I was miles away by the time I realised. Apparently selects are crap without the dip!

I'll be concise. Slow service- much quicker to park & go in than through drive thru; cold, sloppy food always need to reheat even tho I literally live 2 mins away; constantly serve apple pies well past their 'use before' time & always need to triple check what they give you as consistently miss vital items (especially when using drive thru). Admittedly I've complained twice via the McD website & each time got a £5 voucher!

Absolutely disgusted to get a £40 parking ticket to park in the McDonald's car park for 25 minutes while I had my breakfast inside, never have I seen a pay an display in a McDonald's, cocky twit of a parking attended said I could appeal but I'd be wasting my time as I wouldn't win, if McDonald's value my family's custom then they will cancel my ticket.

On the corner of the very busy junction at Burgess Road,Swaythling.Only ever been through the drive in section prior to this visit.We were tired and a bit peckish after a busy day!The three of us placed our orders and were served by a young gent,very smart and polite,efficient to the tee! he was sporting some kind of award he had won previously.We seated ourselves in an area in the window,very clean and fresh.I brought our food over and we polished it off,topping it up with a Mc Flurry each.The food was brilliant,all items were tasty and fresh on the palate.The reason I write this is to display the genuine feel the young staff member gave his job.I am not normally into Mac.food.my grandaughter talked me into it,good on her!!!

Meals at the hotel were expensive with no children's menu so took the children to mcds instead.happy children,good price,lovely coffee.can always rely on them

I had very poor customer service and was rude. I ordered two big tastes onestandtad the other with bacon and mayo. Both came as standard and although I ordered both large them can medium. Also I ordered a cheeseburger with student discount and was weird as this wss doubled checked for the Nus date. Generally poor service and poor attention to detail unlikely to go there or another macdonalds again. Especially as have similarly issues with local branches. However food standard is always high seems staff and mistakes in orders lets you down.

As always, this Chain provides what the customer wants in a No frills style. Coffee was good the Burgers were tasty but needed that bit of Ketchup.

McDonalds is known for not being the healthiest food option, but personally i find that the food is always what you want (although it doesn't always look like it does in the picture!) and it is what it is-fast food!

Consistently edible - McDonalds generally doesn't sit well with me unless I stick to salads or wraps (anything greasy will result in the birth of a food baby about 1 hr later). Free wifi makes the pain worth it.

Well the foods the same where-ever you go because it's McDonald's. if you go at the right time it's fast service and amazingSlap bang in the middle of lunch gets a little busy, but extra staff do try and help as much as possible. Eaten here many times and never had a problem.

I love McDonalds breakfast dont like their other food much as I dont eat hamburgers but they do excellant breakfasts.

Over priced crowded are just a few of the words I can use. Had to wait ages for my food and as this is surposed to be a fast food restaurant it should be striped of this status.

Great breakfast meal, service was fast and drive thru not to busy :)The pancakes and bacon&cheese muffin was delicius, Will be going back!There is one dissapointment :( Cant seem to use my student card @ breakfast times, will be asking them why ,lol. Over all was GREAT :)
