KFC Southampton in Eastleigh

I tried KFC around the Hampshire area and have to say am surprised by the level of service provided here. Sree at the till was easy to talk. Food was presented to a satisfactory level. Will be coming here again.

Fast food, great service, nice staff quick aswell.

Terrible service, they forget parts of your order and a very rude manager, that likes to make up rules.

Updated comment as the drive-thru takes a while, but ordering inside is great. Fast at serving food... way better than the mcdonalds across the road

On time. Tasty chicken but once again 80% chicken drumsticks. Probably about my fifth review so obviously what is the point of asking for a review if kentucky in hedge end don’t actually read them.

Dirty, uncleaned, toilets filthy and smelly, floors sticky, stair banisters and steps dirty and sticky. Food cold, particularly chips (again!), very disappointed and won't be revisiting in the near future.

Food always hot and always on time my only complaint as I have made many times would be that there are too many drum sticks. I do wonder if any one reads these reviews as our order is mostly made up with drumbsticks a majority of the time.

I dont know why I order from kfc hedge end.... they always forget something. on this occasion the chips, the Dips AND the sides... like come on!!!!

The restaurant was very quiet. The food was served promptly and tasted quite fresh, although it appeared to have been assembled rather hastily. Unfortunately, my gravy was similar in appearance to dirty tap water. I do miss the thick gravy that used to be served. The establishment was reasonably clean, but the floor could have used a sweeping.

over 2 hours later my order is the mood to the status of delivered and I haven't even received it yet

Missing items (again). It's the easiest job in the world. It's not rocket science. Every single time.

Absolute waste of time and forgot everything in our order. All we received was the burger or main section of the meal, no chips, no sides, and the drink. Useless, always miss items!

First order got cancelled! apparently kfc couldn't complete order at that time!!!!! so ordered straight away and order went through

Staff member called Toby extremely rude and swore at me. Couldn't take constructive feedback.

Second time they have messed up drive thru order. Chicken fillets instead of hot wings. Flaming wrap with bbq sauce instead of regular supercharger sauce and cheese

Stopped here for a takeaway but the meal took well over 20 minutes for us to recieve it, i did ask after 10 minutes but got told its on its way, when we did eventually get our order the food was ok but the service was appalling and they were not even busy !! So in my honest opinion i would go elsewhere, the tables were dirty with food left on the tables, plus the rubbish left outside the restaurant was all over the place making the area look very untidy, certainly not very appealling upon visiting this place.

I had a 4 piece meal and asked for no legs and received 3 legs. the cheapest most rubbish parts of a chicken. fed up with ordering online never get a decent meal

Forgot the gravy, it's my favourite part with the chicken so was disappointed. ordered at 7 turned up at 8:30

I was surprised how much salt can be in the family bucket chicken. I recently visited north Wales and we really enjoyed their signature fries to the extend that my family request for another dinner in KFC before we came back home. But I have to say the Hedge End signature fries are way less tastey and the chicken had too much salt.

At the age of 78, I'll have to gen up on using the card only terminals.

I am very unsure about the parking. Previously received a ticket when sitting on the car park to eat takeaway KFC. Please make parking signs clear or out a note on the receipt if no parking. It was an expensive KFC!! BTW are the chips no longer spiced?

There's more staffs than there are customers! They changed the layout upstairs. It's a lot smaller now. Now has self ordering kiosk down and upstairs. Toilets still horrid!!

I have been complaining about to many drumsticks in my order. However this order was an exception with only one drum stick. I appreciate that some people like drumsticks but when 90 percent of your order is drumsticks on most orders and for the price you pay is not acceptable. Hopefully this latest delivery is what I can expect in the future.

Absolutely rude staff. I came in today with my girlfriend for takeaway and one staff member in particular had terrible service whilst taking our order. Not only this, but we also witnessed The same male worker be so rude and dismissive to a delivery driver who had been waiting a good part of 10 minutes. That’s Yung gentleman needs to know how to speak to people and treat everyone with respect regardless of where their from

Everything went okay just We didn’t get our 2 drinks that come with the food.

Mighty bucket for one ordered. Not impressed to find they have not included the fries.

The whole restaurant was dirty no tables cleaned. I had to ask them to clean our table so we can eat there absolutely filthy so for that I’ll give your restaurant one star.

Always something missing every time I go through drive thru. Went today and thought I’d check before driving off and guess what? Yes not all there. Can’t be that difficult to get an order right! So annoying.

Things were wrong on the order and they forgot 2 of the drinks and driver didn’t care he just told us to contact you guys

That was the worst KFC we've ever had. The bucket chicken was lukewarm and soggy, the chips and sides were hot so the chicken was obviously sat a while. The zingers both full of gristle and fairly inedible. Oh, and the privilege was almost £40. Absolutely terrible quality. Avoid.

No drive through option today. Bought a take out for family of 6, staff looked void of any sign of life, got food home to find very burnt beans and extremely watery gravy but the chicken pieces and chips were fine. We all love kfc beans and gravy so were quite disappointed. Unfortunately this branch seems to have gone down hill.

We used the drive-through and took our food home. Unfortunately, the chips were so undercooked that we had to put them in the oven at home! The Zinger Tower burger wasn't up to its usual standard either, which was a shame. Just a bit of a disappointing visit this time.

I found it a bit of a faff working what I would like but it tasted really good , it was a good price and quickly prepared .

What we received was great - but they forgot to include the cookies that we had ordered so that really put the dampeners on it. Are the bags checked at all?

It’s was lukewarm but there are roadworks but I was missing the drink and the customer phone number on the ticket isn’t mine.

More often than not, the food is of a good standard. Can sometimes be a lengthy wait time if using the drive-through if going at peak times and once you are in the queue there is no going back.

This has to be the worst experience in ordering on Just Eat I have encountered. Food arrived with problems - items missing, all fries just tipped into the bag all cold and the worst quality chicken you can image, bone dry and cold due to no lid on bucket. To top it off Just Eat would not offer any help and rejected even the expected justified refund for such a shabby service and poor quality food. NOT HAPPY!!

Food was good but service could of been better the kid serving attitude was like I'm only here because I have to with an order of way over £50 it came out all squashed into one bag and what I got from the kid who brought it out needs alot more customer service training

Hot wings need to revert to the original recipe that was actually hot. Otherwise the food was all great!

Food tasted of spent cooking oil. It's a fried chicken outlet, they only have to do about five things correctly, and changing the oil at the correct time is one of them.

Ordered an extra chicken filet. Was sent spicy chicken on the bone! Food was cold, son did not want to eat his dinner.

Every single time I'm here I don't really stay in because we always go through the drive through and the food tasted bussin but the bathrooms are at least more decent than school bathrooms

I ate raw chicken (undercooked) from here yesterday and now I have food poisoning.

Food was okay and very quick service. But the toilets reeked of stale piss and clearly hadn't been cleaned all day. The tables are grubby too. Hygiene rating would be a zero and made me feel a bit ill to think about how it might be in the kitchen....

Over 2 hours for delivery of food that was cold, dripping in oil and inedible. Funny thing is I only ordered because I got an email with 15% discount because my last order was late. Won't be ordering from here again even if I get 50% off

Missing half the order including the drink and the additional chicken outside the meal deal. Chicken burger sent wasn't a zinger. Reciept attached did not match our order or any of what was in the bag. Disappointing meal.
