Sadly a portion of cheesy topped chips were missing

Lovely tasty food. A quick warm up in the oven and then perfect.

Cold and took so long to arrive

ordered whopper and bbq crispy chicken - whopper was ok but chicken was beef burger!!!!! and 1 hour i will probably be about 5 minutes late!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was great but the Double bacon burger was a bit cold

Came here with a couple friends and staff were extremely helpful and friendly including a young lady (Jorja)I hope I’m getting her name right. Definitely deserves more praise for the work she does was very helpful and wished me a good evening, we need more friendly bubbly people like her in these face to face roles. Very clean environment saw staff swiftly cleaning as people would leave so I have no fears over germs whilst eating here will definitely be back. Thank you☺️

Food is good when you get the right order. In my last 3 visits we’ve been given incomplete orders or the wrong food. 55 minute wait in the drive thru despite the restaurant not appearing busy inside.

it wasn't just late it never arrived and can't comment on the quality as never ate it. Was not the resturants fault never had issues before this, the fault is entirely on the delivery driver who just stole my food.

Great food and great service from Jorja! 10/10.

when our food arrived, it was Stone cold and it didn't help where the food was in the same bag as the milkshakes, so the food was covered

30 minutes wait in the drive-through

Never had any issues with Burger King before but sadly not good this time. The food was cold, not even luke warm. Re-heated fries in microwave but this wasn't possible with the burgers due to the salad and fillings. Unpleasant cold. Disappointing.

Food half hour late and drinks weren't even chilled

Arrived a little before 11pm. Google states open until 1am however looks like they starting to close up at 2300 as saw staff locking the doors. Had already tried to go to one burger king that stated it was open and wasn't. Arrived here and the kiosk isn't easy to navigate, keeps going on to a selection I didn't want when I just wanted to scroll down. Ordered halloumi fries, and wooper meal. Thing wants to charge extra for normal coca cola yet we have to fill the drinks up ourselves?!? I didn't order coke anyway, had Fanta and tasted very watered down. Burger patty was pretty cold, only managed to eat half of it (I was hungry otherwise I would have just thrown it away, was clearly one that had been sitting on the hot plate as it was warmish on the bottom but not inside and the patty didn't feel warm at all). Chips were meh, as were the halloumi fries (least they were warm but they're not worth 4.49). All in all, a disappointing meal from burger king. Unlikely I'll be back as I'm not local, but I also wouldn't recommend, esp as I had to drive out of my way to get here.

Queued for 15 minutes, just 2 cars in front of me. Got to order point to be informed, no contactless available. Tried to drive out, and the 2 cars in front of me were still blocking the exit whilst waiting for their food. Stuck in the queue for another 10 mins. Absolute shambles. Last ever visit EVER #Burgerfail. I put £1 spent because there isn't an opportunity to put £0

Very slow service on drive thru.

Only one issue, food wasn’t hot, just warm. Other than that very tasty

The burgers were so small i almost had to get my magnifying glass out to see them. And the chips were cold and tasted like they were from a very cheap takeaway place but the kids seem to enjoy it which i was baffled by lol.

Tables are dirty, no cleaning service. Very slow in preparing the orders.

Sadly very disappointed, my partner and I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger each, was over priced, too small and worse the food wasn't hot, haven't been to this branch of Burger King in a long time 'cause of the cold food served, pity they haven't learned anything, won't be returning to this one again, Staff require training to serve hot food.

0 stars if I could, been to this store a few times many years ago and had awful experiences but decided to try again saturday night. Went in around 9:30pm for something to eat, and the store was filthy, all the surfaces were dirty and sticky, flies hanging around the drinks machine. I ordered through the kiosk which felt moments away from breaking, the kiosks aren’t easy to use at all however when I got to the payment I clicked card and paid through Apple pay, the screen circled for maybe 3 minutes and said the payment didn’t go through and a split second later it did. The machine spit out a reciept for the order declining and another for it going through. I asked the manager at the counter who said it hadn’t been paid for and very rudely told me to pay now or I won’t get my food. I showed him my reciept saying it went through and the notification on my bank app but he refused to even look or hear me out and spoke to me like an idiot. He then told me to pay again and i would be refunded automatically so I did just that. However I didn’t get refunded, it cost me double for a small meal that was freezing cold, burger king have 0 numbers for you to contact so I’ve had to go through my bank. Will not be visiting again and someone should investigate this store and its standards are appaling

Food was ok my whopper was fresh but sons Angus had been sitting around for a while. The man serving was grumpy and moody I think because I had a blue light card and didn't want to use the machines, restaurant is clean and tidy

Tried to order food with app codes, terminals in restaurant accepted it then deleted it and I couldn't do it again. Unable to speak to a human as the signs everywhere said "no" went to KFC instead...

asked for pickles to be removed from whopper meal due to allergy but we're left in!!!!

Not bad . A bit of a long time until the food was ready due to the influx of just east collections . But not bad . Toilet was messy

Food was cold when it arrived because the person at the restaurant didn't wrap it up properly and badly wrapped food was in bottom of bag when it arrived this I due to the wrapping

I live 3 minutes away and always wondered why McDonalds had a queue of cars when BK was empty. Tasting the burger which had obviously been sat around answered that quandary. I recently come back from a month walking in Spain and whilst in big cities often had a BK as a treat, but this was not a treat. £12 for a meal which when home in 3 minutes put in the bin and made cheese on toast just as previously planned. Do not use.

Good hot food slightly more expensive than McDonald's but much better the challenge is the ordering panel but once you get used to it its not to bad

Food is always good. Staff can be rude at times. I think it's a bit ridiculous when spending over £10 a meal £30 for a family of 4 being made to pay for a pot of bbq sauce. Then when I said this they still refused to give me one for free. Also the atmosphere is a bit dead here needs a bit of music.

Delivery was prompt but order was incorrect & cold.

I do prefer Burger king to be honest but the prices now are just out of this world for a burger and a few chips The quality of the food has Definitely gone down And so has their understanding of what is or isnt a good idea

Burger was dry and tasteless, chips were cold and chilli cheese bites had no cheese in them.

Staff were lovely. But the food wasn't. Haven't been to a burger king for about a year. Whopper and fries seemed smaller and had no taste. It was also not very hot. I hate to say it. But the mcdonalds i had was actually better. Which is the first time i have wver prefered them.

Drove 20km out of our way to get food late night and got told to f ourselves because our van was too tall for their drive through and they refused to serve us inside or walking by drive through on July 30th at midnight. Thanks. Real swell service.

The still fanta was horrible and that was the views of myself, my partner and my daughter. Not sure if there wS something wrong with the pump or it tastes that bad.

Clearly people who work at BK hedge end think they are funny. No straws again for milkshake. Last time i’m doing this. Mcdonalds next time.
