Not bad . A bit of a long time until the food was ready due to the influx of just east collections . But not bad . Toilet was messy

I live 3 minutes away and always wondered why McDonalds had a queue of cars when BK was empty. Tasting the burger which had obviously been sat around answered that quandary. I recently come back from a month walking in Spain and whilst in big cities often had a BK as a treat, but this was not a treat. £12 for a meal which when home in 3 minutes put in the bin and made cheese on toast just as previously planned. Do not use.

Good hot food slightly more expensive than McDonald's but much better the challenge is the ordering panel but once you get used to it its not to bad

Food is always good. Staff can be rude at times. I think it's a bit ridiculous when spending over £10 a meal £30 for a family of 4 being made to pay for a pot of bbq sauce. Then when I said this they still refused to give me one for free. Also the atmosphere is a bit dead here needs a bit of music.

I do prefer Burger king to be honest but the prices now are just out of this world for a burger and a few chips The quality of the food has Definitely gone down And so has their understanding of what is or isnt a good idea

Staff were lovely. But the food wasn't. Haven't been to a burger king for about a year. Whopper and fries seemed smaller and had no taste. It was also not very hot. I hate to say it. But the mcdonalds i had was actually better. Which is the first time i have wver prefered them.

Drove 20km out of our way to get food late night and got told to f ourselves because our van was too tall for their drive through and they refused to serve us inside or walking by drive through on July 30th at midnight. Thanks. Real swell service.

The still fanta was horrible and that was the views of myself, my partner and my daughter. Not sure if there wS something wrong with the pump or it tastes that bad.

AVOID: Food very poor quality and didn’t taste fresh. Everything seemed like it had been cooked and kept warm for quite some time before serving. Considering the cost of a BK meal nowadays this was really poor value for money. In addition to the dry food, the portions of fries were only half full and the frozen Fanta drinks were being put into normal drink cups to hide the fact that the machine wasn’t working properly. Probably the worst BK we have visited locally.

Food was lovely and hot ! Even being so busy, they were very quick and so helpful, service was great 😁

Probably the more consistent of the Burger King franchises in Southampton . Never as busy as McDonald's and with the app deals much tastier, better quality and value.

Waited over and hour for a deliveroo from Hedge End. Half the order is missing. Contacted the store but was told they are only third party and not their concern despite packing and sealing the bag before giving to Delivery driver. What was delivered was cold despite paying £3 for priority delivery. Avoid!

Possibly the worse BK I've been in. 20 minutes from ordering food to receiving it. Good job I like their burgers.

Burger wasnt very hot, chips were ok, drinks were poor. Shame, always used to prefer BK to the others, but over the last couple of years it's been a bit rubbish.

Drive through was horrendous. Alot of Staff not doing much! With only 1 window open. Served ice creams first and it took a good 10 mins at the window for the rest of our food. We checked it before driving off (so many times missing items) and was already cold. So a day we didn't want to cook we had to re-heat it all.

The food is average. The burger buns are often stale from this branch. They won't allow you to redeem your loyalty points if you are using an offer from the app which doesn't make sense because you have earned your points.

came here Friday 3rd may in the evening to be served at the drive thru by the rudest blonde haired girl I’ve ever been served by!! This is the second to she’s served us both times rude and abrupt!! she needs to be in the back making food up not serving the public!!

Popped in Saturday lunchtime and it was extremely busy. Staff were so friendly, helpful and calm even though it was hectic. We ate in, food was being prepared and served very quickly but this didn't affect the standard of our meals. Unlike a certain other fast food restaurant where it's slung in a bun and hope for the best.

To reliant on the automated ordering system. Food was below expectation even for fast food and when I had the audacity to ask for salt yous have thought I'd asked for someone's soul.

Came in this evening and the store was busy so thought I’d be waiting forever, but was served quickly and food came out hot, also used the app and got two meals for £10. Will go again

Went here last week had such a good vibe in general the food was served quickly and was clean with good staff!

My experience at Burger King has been great but I would let you know that the seats are not the best quality because there is always bit of food on them(sometimes ketchup). The food is always quickly served and delicious,there is free parking outside so everything is good. There is also drive through and a app so you can easily have take away or delivery.

Brilliant service, everyone was very helpful when I was using my code in store had a manager named Josh and was very delightful to talk to and ensured he would assist me with my code. Food was excellent, not a single bad work about this place I do recommend!

Please keep your normal coke available, not everyone is on a diet!

Located on the overall Hedge End shopping areas, specifically on the road to the west heading for Fair Oak, etc. There is plenty of car parking spaces and a drive through. This area is clean and tidy, bins empty. Inside the restaurant has self service or countrer service. orders were promptly served. self serve drinks dispensers. Table area is clean and tidy bins were emptied whilst we were there. floor is generally clean as was the toilets. Food range is good and hot.,

Crap very dry bun no sauce, cold ,wont be going there again

Ordered 4 takeaway meals and discovered when I got home that they had left out 1 order of fries, got 1 ice cream order wrong and put bacon on an order when I asked for it to be left off. It was a quiet period in the restaurant with very few customers, God knows how they cope when it's busy!🤬

Came for a quick lunch during my break and was not disappointed. Staff were polite and the store was clean. The food was fresh and hot!

1115am.Quick to order via the digital board and slow to deliver. Just 4x orders on the board pending still took 12x mins. We ordered Double whooper, Memphis bbq double just to try and sounded nice 2x lots of chips and a sprite £21. When we got home 20 mins away. It was the wrong order. We went back. 1210. 2nd attempt was an attentive young lady who apologised and gave us our 2nd order relatively quickly. Home by 1237 and starving to find the wrong order again. Double Whopper, 2x chips but no Memphis BBQ flame grilled whatever, just a small double cheeseburger Patti with a tiny amount of Bbq sauce. We gave up. Spur of the moment to try a Burger King last time was 10 years ago (Had a Macdonald 6x months back. Not bad) We won't be back. No loss I am sure as we have them so rarely. But Guys check what you get, they are obviously struggling at the Hedgend restarant.

Fast and always makes sure the order lines up to what I put down on the online order. I mean, it's a Burgerking after all.

Hedge end BK is a lovely store. Always clean and so fast. Feel like a valued customer every time I walk in.

This establishment was very busy, but this didn't detect from the staff, one member in particular, Callum, went above and beyond, he was super efficient, very polite and a credit to the franchise......... he alone rates at 5☆

Food normal for burger King, service awful because staff don't look after those in the restaurant, more interested in the phone orders. Seems to be the norm now, no ketchup, no salt, no napkins unless you ask.

The food was good as was the service but my God the place was filthy as in a mess the bins inside the restaurant were literally over flowing and the floor around all the tables were just covers in food waste, paper wrapping and used chip boxes we sat in to eat and in that time not one member of staff came out to clean up, and only about 3 flavours of drinks were available from the machine obviously not been topped up.

Vegan whopper no longer available so had a bean burger which was okay. Cheese loaded chips were lovely but very small portion. Bin was overflowing, restaurant was dirty - food on the floors and tables left dirty and rubbish left on them (due to bins being full).

Literally whole of the restaurant was filthy. most of the tables and floor were covered in food. Packaging everywhere. Food was cold.. even tho I ate in the car directly outside the restaurant. Drinks machines not working properly.. sprayed drink onto my shoes!!!! limited selection ..no ice... Staff were like zombies ... I was gonna call the ghostbusters. Fix up burgerking ..£20 spent and most of it in the bin.

Truly awful experience. From order to readiness of simple in-store order took almost 25 minutes! Fast food? Ha ha!! Everyone else had same. Only 4-5 staff. Litter strewn over the floor; waste-bins over-flowing. Tables dirty. Two kids-meals had no box, no gift. My burger was burnt at the edges, not cooked evenly elsewhere. Tiny portion of fries for mine. Never coming here again, or frankly ANY Burger King!

Avoid at all costs, Dirty kitchen and filthy floor. Non of the ordering kiosks working when I arrived and all out of paper. One of the staffs changed the till rolls and we have placed the order for about 45£. Printed the receipt but it's just blank paper came out. Waited about 30mins for our order, I have ordered a chocolate milk shake and watched the staff filling a vanilla milk shake. I thought it for some one else but given to me. When I told that I ordered a chocolate milkshake, the staff just shouted that "somebody change the chocolate syrup in the machine", and ask me to wait for another 15 mins for the chocolate milkshake to be ready. She clearly knows that the chocolate ran out when she picked up the milkshake. She didn't bothered to tell me because our order is a takeaway and guessing that we may not notice it till reach home . There was no care given on to the food packing,the staff throwing the food bags here and there, in a very small brown bag they stuffed 6 burgers meals and extra side orders, all crushed like an overweighted suitcase. When ordering the juniors meals advertised as comes in a box. But no box bean given and again all stuffed in a smallest brown bag they can found . Clearly mentioned in the order that no mustard in two of the burgera and received both with mustard.

Have always preferred Burger King to McDonald's as their food is nicer. However I wish they would allow more customisation of the food, especially as we had autistic children with us and food is a massive trigger. Tables and eating area were clean and tidy. Food was nice. Toilets were a bit gross. Something on the seat in one cubicle and broken seat and no toilet roll in the other.

We were a bit dubious going into the restaurant after reading recent reviews but I had a real hankering for a Burger King burger. So instead of heading to M&S we popped in and honestly had the polar opposite experience of recent negative reviews. Yeah it wasn’t particularly busy (drive thru aside) but the staff were working hard and very friendly.. food was promptly delivered and all at the right temperature so it hit the spot. We ate in and it was clean and tidy so couldnt have asked for much more. 👍🏻

Quick and delicious Edit: still quick but less delicious. Very cold. Inedible cold. I tried more than once. Shame this restaurant was really good.

Fast food and a good place to head if McDonald’s is rammed but the place is filthy. Servers need to get out from behind the counter more and clean up. Bins overflowing and it was only 1/3 full.

The buy one get one free on memphis bbq king is a scam. The employees are incompetent and useless. Their excuse was that they didn’t know how to put the app code on, yet they didn’t seek any help. Expected to spend £7, but ended up spending £19.38 due to lack of training.

Home of the whooper but no whoopers available. Had hardly any choices available on the menu.

The taste of the meat is very good, the speed and efficiency of the employees is also very good, they are very professional. The fact that it has a soda refill is very good. I can't go without eating some Chilli Cheese Bites, I love them so much!

Very basic layout looks like it would have in the 70s fixed tables and hard chairs, ordering was best from your mobile the in restaurant screens didn't have a full selection on them. The food was hot and the grandchildren ate it all best of all the chips were chips not french fries.

Awful burger tepid burger, stone cold cheese, and freezing bacon. When I complained I was told that's how they come. My advice is to learn how to cook. Never again will i go here.

28.12.23 @ 19.39 hrs….Staff abrupt, both meals, chips cool and not crispy, chicken select not hot, vegan select was hot, drinks warmer than the chips, drove 10 miles from home to find a Burger King, just awful, never going there again!

It’s a modern slightly run down Burger King essentially all the same, consistent food at an ever increasing price point

I noticed an improvement in The food and service this past week...which has led me to realize that people working here have been taking the absolute piss recently. For instance, I am now getting hotter food and about 3x the size of the portion of fries in a large meal, opposed to a couple of weeks ago. So people working in there have been giving less fries to customers for weeks ? How petty and embarrassing is that. Also, you can actually get a bloody milkshake now.

£12 for a dry dead burger and to make it worse tried charging me £0.30 for mayonnaise! Definitely my last visit to this Burger King.
