Burger King in Eastleigh

Ordered at 11 got here at 1am.

La comida era genial y el servicio estaba bien. Encontré una comida que bloqueaba el urinario y se lo dije a la señora en el mostrador. Me dijo que se suponía que estaba allí. Me dejó con una sensación muy inquietante.

Order had a whopper with cheese and no ketchup. Unfortunately arrived with just burger in a bun with no salad and cold only partially cooked. Two sides correct

Original wait time was 25 minutes, to arrive by 10.20. My ring doorbell clocks then finally arriving at 23.26 when we all were heading off to bed! Some 1.5 hours after we placed our order. The food was also freezing cold. We may attempt to eat some of tomorrow but if edible but I very much doubt it. Refund please.

Because the driver couldn't find my address, the food was cold. Also, despite ordering an hour and a half early, the delivery time was pushed back.

Awful delivered the wrong meal - idiots

Nunca pida BK a través de solo comer especialmente si desea que su familia coma en lugar de obtener un reembolso. Pagado £ 69 , pedido entregado, faltan 2 hamburguesas de comida principal. Así que fuimos a la tienda con el fin de obtener nuestras hamburguesas faltantes y preferiblemente reemplazar el pedido completo para que pudiéramos comer juntos. La gerente Tammy es horrenda, grosera, inútil y no se disculpa. Culpado solo comer pero solo comer no empacar las bolsas! Terminamos dejando lo que habíamos recibido En la tienda ya que ella se negó a darnos los artículos que faltaban, si los queríamos tendríamos que pagar de nuevo. Esta mujer necesita ir a un curso de capacitación de servicio al cliente o trabajar en algún lugar donde el público no tenga la desgracia de tratar con ella.

El servicio no era muy bueno, esperó siglos para 2 lotes de comida. Para cuando el segundo lote estaba listo el primero estaba frío. El personal no parecía preocupado. Los panecillos de hamburguesa tenían trozos arrancados, no había muchas bebidas disponibles y no había cubitos de hielo.

Haven't been here for quite awhile due to mistakes in our orders in the past, but we thought we'd chance it again. Guess what? Drive through order completely wrong......again. Had a quick look in the bag as we left. 3 wrapped burgers, 3 portions of fries. Get home (6 miles away) to find double whooper had turned into a single whooper, double bbq Angus burger had also turned into a single burger. £30, no receipt. No comeback. Oh, did I mention spotting several big rats running around by the bins. Avoid this place like the plague. Useless!

Was served by someone named Daisy and immediately felt like I wasn’t being a bother even though it was very busy and obviously hectic she still made me feel welcomed as her customer service and politeness was amazing.

Amazing service today, the manager (I think his name was Dan), went above and beyond to assist me after the invalids at uber eats messed around with my order. He also showed understanding for our food intolerances (which is very important) and offered suitable substitutes to meet dietary requirements. Great atmosphere, Food is just right and the staff are always helpful!

Food was awful, service not much better only fresh item we were given was the onion rings. Was told they use pre cooked sandwhich bacon that is defrosted and not warmed up, was told he didn't have a microwave to warm it up when I said it was cold, gave me another one which had been "sat in the warmer longer so would be warmer"...it wasn't as it had been sat around longer it was barely warm all through chicken barely warm. He could not have given any less of a care if he tried. Partners burger was not much better, barely warm, would have thought it would have been hot seeing as we waited so long for it. Biggest waste of £30 i have ever spent.

I had a long day and fancied a burger. Not only was it a good XL bacon and cheese burger but the service was the quickest I had seen in a long time. This young guy called James who worked there was really nice and gave great service.

I recently came to Burger King which isn’t totally out of the ordinary for me… Usually I don’t go crazy with the sides but a fantastic thing a kind lad named Ryan suggested was the Chilli cheese bites. Not something I’d usually eat but I thought I’d give it a try… I haven’t looked back since and I’ve virtually eaten them most nights ever since. Thanks Ryan.

Always loved a Burger King so didn’t take much convincing from the family to go there for dinner today, I was struggling to use the self serve kiosk but luckily Ryan was on hand to show me what to do, I built myself and absolute monster of greatness An XL Whopper with 2 extra patties, bacon and cheese, Before I could even blink Ryan flipped over the counter and got to work in the kitchen before reappearing with what I can only describe as a masterpiece. Today got served by a very helpful young boy (Ryan) who was very helpful when ordering my food and very kind and the service and food overall was amazing would go again to the Burger King in Hedge end.

it wasn't just late it never arrived and can't comment on the quality as never ate it. Was not the resturants fault never had issues before this, the fault is entirely on the delivery driver who just stole my food.

Came here with a couple friends and staff were extremely helpful and friendly including a young lady (Jorja)I hope I’m getting her name right. Definitely deserves more praise for the work she does was very helpful and wished me a good evening, we need more friendly bubbly people like her in these face to face roles. Very clean environment saw staff swiftly cleaning as people would leave so I have no fears over germs whilst eating here will definitely be back. Thank you☺️

Food is good when you get the right order. In my last 3 visits we’ve been given incomplete orders or the wrong food. 55 minute wait in the drive thru despite the restaurant not appearing busy inside.

30 minutes wait in the drive-through

Never had any issues with Burger King before but sadly not good this time. The food was cold, not even luke warm. Re-heated fries in microwave but this wasn't possible with the burgers due to the salad and fillings. Unpleasant cold. Disappointing.

Food half hour late and drinks weren't even chilled

Arrived a little before 11pm. Google states open until 1am however looks like they starting to close up at 2300 as saw staff locking the doors. Had already tried to go to one burger king that stated it was open and wasn't. Arrived here and the kiosk isn't easy to navigate, keeps going on to a selection I didn't want when I just wanted to scroll down. Ordered halloumi fries, and wooper meal. Thing wants to charge extra for normal coca cola yet we have to fill the drinks up ourselves?!? I didn't order coke anyway, had Fanta and tasted very watered down. Burger patty was pretty cold, only managed to eat half of it (I was hungry otherwise I would have just thrown it away, was clearly one that had been sitting on the hot plate as it was warmish on the bottom but not inside and the patty didn't feel warm at all). Chips were meh, as were the halloumi fries (least they were warm but they're not worth 4.49). All in all, a disappointing meal from burger king. Unlikely I'll be back as I'm not local, but I also wouldn't recommend, esp as I had to drive out of my way to get here.
