McDonald's in East Lindsey

Useless, Rude staff. We placed an order for around 25 pounds and got half the meal. Person taking my order was very hard done by, constantly sighing. Didn’t even get a receipt so we could go back!

We visited several times at different times of the day last week. I was not impressed. Many menu items were unavailable. Including at one point all the sugar free varieties which didn't really bother me as they are not as better for you as they are meant to be anyway. But I wanted hot chocolate and gave up asking. No milkshakes but there were ice creams. One night it was mostly a shift of young people. Extremely slow. As much as the woman next to me was getting on my nerves, she was waiting for one happy meal before I stood there for 20 minutes and was still there after I got my drinks. Yes just drinks. The place wasn't even half full and the only lines were people waiting for food for a long time. The next night someone had been waiting half an hour for his order to arrive at his table. The numbers for table service were not being put back quick enough leading to people thinking it wasn't available (that would have helped with the numbers of people stood waiting) Trays of food were stood on trolleys waiting for completion and were still there many minutes later. Not even under the heaters. Staff were gathering around in a circle, talking but not doing much. Longer ques by this time. Following night there were older and younger staff on, still slow but quicker than the other nights. Everytime I visited there was food everywhere. Especially after 7pm. Sauces and rubbish on tables not being cleaned. Dirty floors. It looked dirty. Twice I saw a brush come out to sweep around near the toilets on two nights but no further where all the rubbish was. The third night they did at least empty the tables even if they didn't clean. No toilet roll in the toilets. We mostly called in for drinks but the final night gave up and went to kfc. I get they can be busy but they were not as busy as they have been other weeks when its been better.

Fries nit hot but we were hungry we ate them anyway The hostess didn’t ask us if our order was correct when order came to us Also the receipt is very misleading listing drinks separately from the meal deals etc you order I will definitely not be ordering from the counter again will order from the machine as worked out we were still overcharged slightly

this person who works there called Adam was using unnecessary punctuation towards my boyfriend calling him “sir” after every sentence. It is really grinding my gears as it is coming off as flirty behaviour towards a customer in my eyes and I do not appreciate it!!

Just visited ask for a burger plain and got a cheese burger thanks I'm a allergic to cheese well done

This venue is always full so seating is sometimes difficult to find but good speed of ordering - computerised if you prefer, Table service once ordered. Value for money

DO NOT DISCONTINUE DAIRY MILK AND CRUNCHIE MCFLURRIES WHAT ARE YOU DOING NO. This is by far the most health declining decision you have ever made and i am very disappointed.

Waited at order window for a good 5 minutes before anyone spoke to take my order no apology. Get to first window. Two young girls chatting away about their weekend. Still no apology very bad customer service

Manager Ben needs a lesson in customer service, shouldn't have to wait twenty minutes for a "fast food breakfast" being told to wait in the carpark because the two waiting slots are already taken it was a quiet morning so why it took so long is a mystery, I would of consoled myself with a nice hot coffee. Apparently though this morning they were only serving tepid toilet water. NOT IMPRESSED. I generally enjoy my McDonald's breakfast, just not in Skegness.

Went in this McDonald’s when working in Skegness every morning, !! If your lucky enough for someone to be on the counter still be prepared to wait long time for food , worse McDonald’s in the entire world

Worse McDonalds in the UK. So slow, can not cope with special orders despite using self service points to do the ordering for them. Cold unpleasant rubbish that took 25 minutes from order to getting food.

Staff were polite and I got served quickly. Place was really clean, no leftovers left on tables etc. Overall a good place to eat.

Disgusting and rude staff! I was very surprised by his behaviour and customer care. Ed Fox is so rude. Please eat elsewhere Fri nights.

Two out of three of our parties orders were wrong. Banana milkshake instead of strawberry and stone cold coffee. And the place was utterly filthy, we will not be returning.

There are not many places open early morning in Skegness but the McDonalds located near the seafront is one of them.

Convenient location, food served to table. I'm not a McDonald's fan in general and haven't eaten in one for years, so I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken wrap.

Yet again they have mixed up our order!! How hard is it to take orders out to 2 cars and mix them up!! Very easy if it is in Skegness. AND it was cold. They weren't even very busy. To say I'm not happy when I have been at work all day is an understatement. This is the worse McDonald's in the UK, everything is always COLD and mix up orders regularly, never any apple pies, want an ice cream ha ha they bring that out before you get your 'hot' food. Need to get their act together this is not rocket science and puts McDonald's in a very bad light!

I don't go to Mcds every week it's a rare treat but I always think Skegness branch is a extremely busy branch & always had excellent service from staff who have been their years it's nice to see familiar faces even 4 or 5 years on. The managers & shift managers doing a great job very professional & don't get told enough. Well done & happy New year to you

We visited early for breakfast and service was fine but still no butter! They didn't seem to know that a margarine spread was not the same as butter!!!!. The server did come across and explained that they had changed their policy about 3 months ago and stopped serving butter.

Don't normally review these types of places but this one was rubbish went in to get out of wind and cold had to go to counter as needed two order decaffeinated coffee for medical reasons when I asked the girl behind counter looked at me as if I had 3 heads not a clue what I was asking for ended up with hot chocolate.

Too many dogs, I object to dogs in food premises, even if they are outside. Inside we struggled to get a table. Fast service, hot food, clean toilets.

Ok - it's McD's, so no-one's going there expecting haute cuisine, but it's not as clean as it could be and the staff seem disengaged, even for McDonald's...

Been here too many times to mention. It is generally kept clean and they do get our orders right some of the time. I would say it is average and we come here as a matter of convenience but sometimes find one or two serving staff quite rude and abrupt. This is usually when the restaurant is busy and they seem under pressure.

Had a quick trip to Skegness with my family and fancied something cold at McDonalds. It was chaos- dirty tables, long queues, and when we finally got served got told there was no ice cream/McFlurrys - we thought they had been busy and just ran out but no they had the mix but were too busy to make it up! What a disgraceful disorganised McDonalds this is!!

We decided to go to McDonalds for breakfast in Skegness. The breakfast was really tasty and service was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I had to go into the disabled toilet to change our son and it has horrible. It was really cold in there to the point where my little boy was shivering ! I tried to get him changed as quickly as possible poor thing. Also before I could get him changed I had to wipe the baby changer table as it was covered in poo after the last person. It looked like the toilets were not cleaned at all !

Usual McDonald's, used table service that was good and fast. Store waa clean and food was hot. Good visit

Dropped in at 7am for breakfast after work. The place was disgusting. There was a scruffy vagrant asleep by the doorway. There was a drunk asleep on the tables outside. Inside smelled awful and realised why when another vagrant came from the toilets after obviously having his morning wash !! Tables hadn't been cleaned and windows were filthy. And all this in the first hour of opening. And the food.... not even hot !! Won't be going there again. Place just about sums up Skegness!!!

Called in for a quick bite to eat on Saturday, the place was heaving but the staff were getting food out quickly so can’t complain on that but the place is just to small to cope with the influx of people that Skegness gets every year, it need to be at least twice the size with loads more seating. It’s a battle to get a seat.

It was good bit it was a bit dirty ! Tables were a bit dirty ! The food was nice as usual would go again !

We just wanted a nice cup of coffee and that is what we got.Staff pleasant and quick.Great price and we had a comfortable seat.

Visited this McDonalds in Skegness for breakfast. Looks good inside with the new refurbished look these restaurants all seem to be having. Like the new order boards and then food is delivered to where you are seated. There is parking outside and a drive thru.

Obviously I still use it cos I love McDonald's but it is so slapdash at this one. The fries are always half full and soft/warm. Any other they are hot and fresh tasting. It is always running out of basic stuff. Most drive thru visits you have to park in the waiting bay for ages. The staff are always really friendly though as a positive.

Well like the rest of the macky Ds it seems the new computer system of ordering your own food has taken over but it a be good if they had the staff to manage there orders there was runners in the car park that should have been taking food out to cars parked up but rather than that they would be talking to friends in the car park instead plus it seems if you know the guys at the order station it's a priority to serve them first cars that was behind us with bigger orders got served first I'm afraid the MacDonald brand is slipping fast not only in Lincolnshire but Surrey London and all other branches that I have stopped at long gone are the days of customer care ..

It seems to me that McDonald’s should drop the fast food part of the restaurant,

Same as any other McDonalds really.. Prices and food are the same as all the others. Clean and tidy in this one..

2family holidays total of 11-14 visits .No coke no salt no sauce 3 large queues. The longest queue is the complaints queue. Cold food incorrect orders dirty no customer service at all no one cares and the company running it don't care all they want is your money .AVOID !!!

The staff were very helpful and the place was spotless, only one slight problem being that lots of teenagers hanging around

Since the new touch screens were introduced to make things easier it's the slowest fast food ever waited 20 mins for a couple of drinks. Bring back the old way!

Unfortunately the introduction of the new touch screen ordering system seems to have slowed the speed of service. Staff on traditional ordering point helpful, food as expected. need to look at cleaning tables quicker.

Good for a cheap breakfast, when you've just arrived on a day trip. The self service points save having to queue.

first time of visiting just for coffee and muffin when raining since the full make over inside and out of this facility

this had nice food and drinks but the hygiene was a bit bad. the need to work on that but other than that the costumers service was good.

Came in for food after bowling and the order was wrong twice, the restaurant was disgusting and no Monopoly stickers. Oh and before I forget the toilets were horrendous, big black mark there I'm afraid
