Cooplands in East Lindsey

Never open on time. Says 8 am and its now 8.32 still not open

Have to agree with previous reviews...2 or 3 times now had squitters from undercooked sossidge rolls & slurry pasties. Could kill a pensioner. I imagine they're pre-cooked slightly, then browned off in house...still raw inside.

I went in this afternoon for a sandwich to be made up, I regularly use cooplands usually Mablethorpe. The server put completely the wrong fillings in. This is not the first time at Horncastle it has happened very disappointing especially at the moment when pregnant and only fancy certain things. Also nearly missed giving me treat which I had paid for. The sandwiches when right are very nice.

This resembles another chain of well known fast food sarnies and pastries, but less expensive. They have a wonderful "breakfast in a box". Its a choose either any six or any right for a fixed price. It's a "full English" in a box. Wonderful value and very nice food. Visited twice and had different on each visit. Sandwiches made to order, so they are fresh. Ready made sausage rolls and bakes. Plenty to choose from. Cakes and beverages are available Will definitely call in again when in the area.

AVOID - UNDERCOOKED FOOD. Visited the store today and their sausages were raw (all red inside) and cold! Disgusting and the staff didn’t care one bit- avoid this store unless you want food poisoning. Very very poor hygiene & customer service. If you have made me ill and given me food poisoning I will be taking things further.

Tried one of their breakfast. What a ripp off. I've never had one before and won't be having one again. The chopped tomatoes were tasteless and got a tea spoonful, beans were yuk. Bacon was ok just. Couldn't complain about the sausages, the egg yuk. And the quantity not a lot. Come on Cooplands you can do better than that.

How exciting it's pretty much the same as the rest but when I went they did t seem to have much stock. Still managed to get what I wanted though.

Amazing service, and beautiful fresh food. When I come here I am welcomed with a cheery hello😊. Very affordable fresh food. I would recommend. If I could, I would rate it over 5 stars. 👍

Has Friendly staff pay and display parking opposite with disabled parking

Cooplands do a great job supporting the community through Covid with there great range of good value snacks and takeaways. Worth a visit if In the area.

Popped in around lunchtime on Saturday in Horncastle . Had to wait outside to following social distancing guidelines. Only 2 customers at any one time . The staff were happy and welcoming. The shop was clean and well stocked. Very good value for money. Well worth a visit³

Decent tasting sausage roll though small for the price. Had ok CV19 measures in place.

Always excellent food here. I particularly like the sandwiches and the pasties. My little girl likes the cakes and the lemon tarts.

Coopland's is excellant for a quick Sandwich, Cake and a Drink for lunch. There is nearly always a queue but its worth waiting to be served. The Staff and very pleasant to they customers and helpful

Cold pizza. Cold slice. Pretty grim on a cold winters day.

They have several shops in the area, we always found ourselves in one nearly every day great selection of cakes and savoury items

After a busy morning, we stopped here to grab a takeaway lunch to enjoy in the sunshine. The meal deal fitted the bill : sandwich, crisps and a drink for £3.00 good selection of about 4-5 sandwiches and plenty of drinks this suited our lunch budget. Freshly made to order, even better. And staff helpful and friendly, even though very busy, felt valued as a customer.

We used to buy Tea Cakes form Coupland's for quite a while and then like most things you feel that you want a change. So we left off popping in to them. Last week we just fancied eating then for a snack in the afternoon so I popped nto Coupland's and hught a packet of 4 Tea Cakes at £2.00 for the 4. We ate two of them that very afternoon and saved the other two for another day. They keep very well in the bread Bin for a couple of days or even may be 3-4 days. Depends on the weather. ]anyway if you feel like you fancy an Afternoon treat then pop into Coupland's and buy a pack of Four tea cakes and enjoy them toasted with butter and Strawberry Jam delicious.

Particularly the Yum Yums. We stayed at the Bull overnight and had a walk around after check in before settling for the evening. We used to use another branch of this bakery in Mablethorpe some years ago and I could never pass by without buying some Yum Yums. Everything I have ever had from them has been top notch.

Often buy the bargain rolls from here. They keep well and make great bacon baps. The various hot bakes and slices are also reliably excellent if not very healthy. A good team of staff working hard and doing an honest job

They can put together a good sandwich here for people on-the-go but the place is nothing outstanding. I will say though, that the staff are happy and efficient.

Love getting lunch snacks and different desserts from here, delicious hand made sandwiches to your wicked puddings yum yum yum!

A nice little bakery with fresh, tasty breads and cakes, fairly priced and pleasant staff who are polite and helpful.

Dropped in after a walk for a hot snack. The service here is always friendly, but this time the Traditional Cornish Pasty disappointed with a very dry but seemingly undercooked pastry and a slushy filling. On the other hand my desert choice of a Bakewell tart was lush.

Under cooked with still raw meat in cheese burger pasty.

Excellent bakery. Prices are consistent with other Coopland bakeries I've been to. The only niggle is that often times you have very little choice of what's available hence the 4 stars but I would recommend to anyone who likes a good bakery.

Called at Cooplands in Horncastle for a snack. Great selection of cakes and lots of choice if you prefer savoury as well.
