Excellent service, very efficient. Food arrived very quickly and delicious. Staff member was also did a great job by asking how my day was. It really made my day

Visited for breakfast using the drive through. Ordered and iced latte and was told the didn’t have crushed ice, I asked if they could make with regular ice to which I was told they were completely out of ice. So I opted for a Fanta, on collecting I received half a cup of ice with my drink! Staff member lied about items available and the food was average at best! Staff member didn’t ever look at me when passing out my order and ignored me when I went to ask a question returning to kitchen area.

Had a family afternoon out as a final treat before the children return to school. The restaurant was busy as it often is but I must say, we had a very personal service to our table by a very helpful member of staff and the new philli stack was delicious. It was so enjoyable infact that I was compelled to leave a review. Too often, we inclined to leave negativity when in actual fact, we've no reality of the hard work these restaurants amd teams go through. I couldn't work in this industry so well done for all those that do amd keep a smile on their faces while doing it. Thank you for a great afternoon lunch. Just the end to a long summer holiday we needed

Stopped by to use the ev chargers which was great. No waiting for one to come free which was a bonus and a downside of using an ev car. Popped in for some food. Used the self service kiosk for delivery to our table. Food was ok, and the the staff that brought our food to us was friendly and pleasant.

Got half a serving of chips that were cold. Burger slapped in the bun with reckless abandon and therefore broke in two. No straw for my drink. Pathetic salad with one smushed up gherkin. Who would have thought maccies would be so complex to make?

We went in and the place was a mess. We ordered no ice creams. So we ordered a coffee and a coke and two apple pies. Were told there would be a delay on the apple pies. Half an hour later no drinks and no apple pies. So I went up and complained and got a refund. Not very happy with the hole experience and wasted half an hour in there. Chips all over the floor, bins overflowing it was disgusting not very impressed McDonald's.

Amazing food and restaurant very clean considering how busy it can be. Staff are always busy, I couldn’t never do what they do at my age now!

Toilet waste filthy, McDonald's drinks container in toilet and no toilet roll. Toilet seat and pee and poo on it . Restaurant floor had chips on floor. Floor was wet under table and floor wasn't dried off at all

I went through my order carefully at the drive-thru and checked it three times. When I received it, the order was wrong. I had to wait ages for the replacement which was cold. The manager had no customer service skills.

Absolutely shocking, the whole team didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. This included the lady who I guess was a manager in a floral top no hair net. Numerous amounts of incorrect orders given out. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru because no on seemed to know that you park cars here to be told at the payment window my order had declined. I then had to come into store where my card only needed the pin putting in did I have to wait a further 20 minutes making us late to our birthday party in Bristol. Surely I should have been told at the 1st window the payment hasn't been accepted so I could put my pin in. Food was cold and it was dreadful. Absolutely shocking service from the team working today. Maybe management should take a visit Minehead McDonald's where the food is actually served hot and by staff that actually know what's going on!!!!

Great hot food which was of excellent quality. Denise was really helpful with placing my order on the kiosk. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. I needed to ask a member of staff a question about my order to which he just turned away and rolled his eyes. When I apologised for bothering him he replied 'it's been a long day' considering had just driven 500 miles from Scotland I felt compelled to reply "for me too" without any apology from him he answered my question then walked away. This is the last time I will call here.

Daniele Gill the manager at Taunton was great; she was very festive and just upped our mood during a stressful time. We were collecting something after we weren’t given our Galaxy Caramel Pies the previous day. Lovely manager!

Stopped here to use the EV chargers and to get a drink whilst we waited. EV charger were all out of use which was rather inconvenient and also right at the front of the drivethru which meant you either couldn't get tot hem if there was a queue of cars for the drive thru or you couldn't get out.. Drinks were standard McDonalds. Used the self serve, so had little interaction with the staff

I had an outstanding experience at McDonald's recently! The service was incredibly efficient, with a staff that was not only fast but also exceptionally friendly. Me and my colleague are key workers in the community and we got to McDonald's at 10.45 to be in a que for 15 mins to be told they have stopped breakfast who wants lunch at 11.00 I think the breakfast menu should be until 11.30-11.45

Came here following an awful trip to toby carvery where we had to leave without eating. Were met at the door by a lovely member of staff who found us a table, cleaned it infront of us (even though it already looked clean), explained clearly the new measures (only 1 member up to order etc). Food came and same server was more than helpful making sure we had everything and getting sauces. Boards up between tables and tables out of use to adhere to distancing. This is a place that was prepared for the governments new scheme and have dealt with it brilliantly.

We stopped by after going out for a drive, we realised that there would be queues however it didn't put us off. There are 2 lanes to queue and we didn't wait long, about 15 mins max. From order point to pay point and collection took less than 2 minutes and food was ready and waiting.There is no dining in option, just take away only.Food was hot and couldn't fault the food nor the customer service. They are not passing the vat reductions so the costs are very high maybe 50% of your takeaway. As one who has to still shield I gave no option but no more. Rip off uber eats no more orders from me

Manager came over and didn't even apologise. He was more interested in telling off a staff member for just throwing our breakfast in a bag and leaving it by the hash browns. I would never usually review a fast food restaurant but this branch of McDonald's is by far the worst I have ever visited!The staff are rude and bullies. I was going to speak to the manager but quickly realised that she is the ring leader and was obviously bullying the younger staff in the restaurant. They were all so young and that is one of the problems and were spending their breaks in the restaurant with their friends and the language was disgusting even still in their uniforms. It felt like a teenage club house that we had stumbled on and we really felt like we were not welcome at all. Definitely 100% would not go back and I hope one day the problems here are sorted out.

I have presented my veteran discount card at several McDonald's. All of which have discounted their prices. Except this one. Here they offer you more food under their student card scheme. The servers also don't know what Tommy sauce is!!

I came here with my sister and nephew for some lunch on a Saturday. We arrived around midday and the place was heaving. The self service machines are just inside the door, so with people queuing for them, this created a human traffic jam for people wanting to get in and out of the building or over to the toilets. As it's quite small, there were no tables available for us. We eventually got a two seat table with stools, so I ended up eating my food stood up, trying to stop my 4 year old nephew from falling off the seat. They did get our order right and it was all hot. Something I've not seen before which was good, was that you grab a table number on ordering and they deliver the food to your table. This did help relieve some of the crowd of people in the doorway as you didn't have people stood waiting. The staff did seem to keep the tables pretty clean and they also brought balloons around, which my nephew loved. The place could just do with being a bit bigger!

Took kids in for a quick meal, members of staff were chasing a wasp round like something from a cartoon! If the place was kept cleaner there would be less chance of wasps!
