Disgusting - tables dirty no staff willing to even wipe tables asked three times still not done Staff involvement to customer service is awful are they even trained to help customers . Customers pay there wages Won’t be going again

Ordered a takeaway McDonalds on Monday against by better judgement as its never good. This time one of the beef burgers wasn't included and as usual the chips were cold. We phoned the delivery driver who couldn't help/wouldn't help and directed us to the store. Phoned the McDonalds number via the app and was told they couldn't order a replacement, so I was sat there with no meal. Refund given, but it will take up to 14 days. Funny that when the debit for the order went through immediately. Just appalling service. McDonalds and Uber eats are by far the worse delivery service out there. Just don't bother is my advice. Attitude of both restaurant and Uber Eats "We don't care". Order via Dominos instead. Always arrives within half an hour and always warm.

We ordered a delivery from here it took nearly an hour for it to arrive which was after having to direct the driver after she got lost 3 times trying to find our house. When she arrived ALL the food was stone cold and a reheated McDonalds is not nice,also the ice cream was completely melted! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER A DELIVERY FROM THEM!

Ordered via the Mcdonalds app And was delivered by Uber it was late arriving and was all stone cold there was only about half the fries in the cartons the milk shake had gone runny as it had melted,I had ordered it via the app as feeling unwell so was very disappointed when it turned up.

Easy access and convenient when driving into Poole, usually a space in the car park, coffee is good, food is not as good as I should be, looks like it's done more miles than my van (how hard is it to keep egg in the bap🤔). Had one cashier who was rude, but not seen her there for a while.... Use this “restaurant” often and every time we do we are robbed of food as the night time staff cannot place an itemised order into a bag. Absolute shambles. We’ll take our money elsewhere in the future, I think you owe us a weeks worth of drive throughs by now

I walked in to the customer area which was extremely tidy even with a member of staff mopping the floor, I then ordered my food on the new kiosks? I didn’t understand them at first but a member of staff came and showed me how to play around with it and put my food through. My service was very quick and I was served by a polite young lady, Big Mac was good and my fries were hot and fresh and my milkshake was not too runny like some other McDonald’s I have been too. Well done McDonald’s Ferndown definitely will return and I am glad you have improved from some of the reviews I have seen from last year :)

We come to The Trickett's Cross in Ferndown McDonald's on occasion when we are in Ferndown, but I notice new management, and I believe, he is the Same as the one in Ringwood? We went in for drinks and everything was okay, but sometimes they run out of ice or the ice machine is down, which is a shame, because I love ice in my cold drinks. The Restaurant is a lot tider now and hope they continue with standard? We will be back soon?

The staff here are completely incompetent. Service is appalling. Just avoid it. They leave you waiting without any explanation and then serve someone in front of you. They never apologize. No one seems to be running the place.

Apparently there is a new Franchise Owner for this McDonalds, called in for a Takeaway last week and it did appear that someone was paying attention to the customers which has never been the case with the Previous Franchise Owner, The takeaway service was quicker than before and the place did look cleaner, Maybe this a case of a new broom sweeps clean but lets hope it continues and starts to think as much of the Customers as well as the profits.

Asked for two hot chocolates at 1am. In response the lady said ‘I don’t know’. How do you not know? Two minutes later she then said no, didn’t even apologise. But the thing is, what McDonald’s doesn’t serve hot chocolates at any point during the day? I understand McFlurrys and milkshakes, but hot chocolates?

The service through the drive-through was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy. Food was the same as every other McDonalds.

Unbelievable. I confirmed on the drive through ordering screen that my order appeared as a veggie burger... we handed out our food in the car and being dark and night time I didn't realise until too late that I was biting into a chicken burger! I am a vegetarian. Phoned and was put through to the 'manager' who offered to refund the cost of the burger. But I'd have to drive back to Ferndown to get it! What a joke. And how can staff be so careless to mix up veggie and chicken burgers. Beggers belief. Never again!

The service here is so slow, even during the quieter times of day. The food is also never very hot, so very unimpressed. I only end up going here because my daughter likes to McDonald's as a treat and this is the only one near where we live, but I always have to steel myself to cope with the experience.

This McDonald's is dirty floor covered in apples and tables covered in food and mess and food is very cold staff need to be sacked and new staff bringing in

Entiendo que el restaurante está cerrado por reformas y espero que mejora después de la ordenada del restaurante. Me encanta ir allí para cambiar y ver que mejor aspecto cuando se abre?

Tengo que decir honestamente que este tiene que ser el restaurante más lento de comida rápida en todo el planeta. Después de hacer cola durante casi 10 minutos uno de los amigos que estaban con pensamos que sería más rápido en coche 8 kilómetros por la carretera a la McDonald's en cross stoney en new forest, así que nos quedamos y nos fuimos. Tenían razón!!!! Efectivamente Logramos pasar por allí en coche, y regresamos en coche a través de (total 25 minutos) antes de que recibimos nuestro pedido. He intentado a quejarse a McDonald's, pero que en realidad es encontrar un proceso difícil y me como mi vida no es realmente tan triste, pero sé que los administradores leer estos comentarios y desafío el director aquí una respuesta explicando por qué el servicio es tan escandalosamente mierda?????

Higiene y seguridad de los alimentos? Nos sentamos a comer comida y un miembro senior del personal comenzó usando una pluma de polvo justo sobre nosotros el plumero! Podía ver el polvo partículas flotando en todas partes! No creo que el polvo donde ella va!? Se sabe de qué es polvo!? Normas espantoso! No contento!

The most expensive McDonald anywhere. A breakfast wrap meal is £3.59 most place but goes up to £3.69 at most motorway services and this we expect. McDonald at Ferndown charge £4.07.... WHY? I asked and the response was that they are a franchise and they can charge what they like. It was not even very good, The hot chocolate was like water and the wrap took ages to arrive and it was just warm.Best go to another as there is plenty along the A35 like the new one at Picket post.

I am a regular costumer of this mc donalds... In the next month something really bad happen... The milkshake/mc flurry machine is alwais in cleaning during the night... Cold chips alwais and when you do the drive thru something it's alwais miss in your order... And i don't mean just one time but at least 6 in the last month... When you go in ( because at 12:00 pm they close the drive thru for 1 hour ) the wait for the food it's just umbelieveble!!!! ( like 30 mins for a double cheeseburger and mozzarella dippers) tonight for example i ask for some salsa for my mozzarella dippers and when i arrive at home it wasn't any kind of salsa !!!! Absolutely disapointed!!! I hope to speak with the manager sooner as possible!

I hate to say it but I am a regular to this McDonald's due to it being the only local fast food restaurant when I finish work at 1am, the last 20 odd times I have visited there have been NO tables clean for us to sit down, the staff are very very rude (smirking in the back behind the till and saying we should be in bed at that time not eating), and I understand it being late but waiting on average 15-20 minutes for our food is astonishing considering we are the only people in there? Just the other day they had to shut the restaurant because they ONLY had 4 staff to cover the night! I'm no expert but the place isn't exactly heaving at all through the night. And my final rant, is the fact the teenager staff and team leaders invite all there local friends in and give them free food and drinks right after I have paid for my meal :/ How I wish there was another place open at that time as I would most certainly go and spend my money there unless there was a dramatic improvement here !!
