Mcdonald's in Eastleigh

Two double sausage and eggs muffin meals got home one of them had half a burned bun went back and exchanged it got home again this time the egg was full of shell. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit yesterday. I was a little apprehensive as we visitied just as the schools were turning out a many pupils were headed for this restaurant. I need not have worried. The place was a haven of calm. The management have clearly worked hard to cultivate such respectful behaviour and were carefully keeping an eye on order in the restaurant, and the pupils responded. Well done to both parties concerned. So gald we went. Food was good, service was efficient and restaurant, car park and toilets were all immaculate.

Not even worth one star, have visited this place twice in the last month, what a joke! Never get the orders correct always missing food. While waiting witnessed three other people returning to complain due to incomplete orders. Don’t waste you time and go across the road to the Burger King. Have another McDonalds near me in Eastleigh and they are as bigger joke as this lot so won’t be bothering again and take my trade elsewhere. Stay away from this useless lot!

It was a busy Saturday and I decided to treat myself to a meal here using a ‘Food for Thought voucher’ which entitles you to a discount for filling out a survey,the automated machines appear not to accept these codes but the t’s+c’s state that all you have to do is present the code or the qr code at any till.After the no eye contact challenge from the counter service which after having to pipe up at the counter service was given.The server wasn’t that aware of what to do so she went and got the duty manager,when the manager appeared she point blank refused service which I then clearly explained on the policy of the voucher which then she decided to accuse me of making the code up and then basically started to wrap things up,at this point I asked was there any good will but by her body language I gathered she had made her judgement that I was attempting to defraud the company so I thanked her for not helping and left the building,I would suggest that she would benefit from some product knowledge and customer service training,I enjoyed a Burger King lunch across the road which was fabulous!

The worst Mac Donald’s in the area. Slowest service, drive thru shutting, staff wandering around not doing anything staring at a crowd of people eating to collect food

Just wanted to leave a good review. I went here for breakfast today via the drive through, I noticed there was a company van in front of me (owend by gsf car parts), who did not stop at the ordering screen, and also did not stop at the paying kiosk. However they were still given food and drinks, I then pulled up yo collect my food and I was give someone else's order. I mentioned that the van in front of me did not stop at the previously mentioned two stops. And the person at the collection point quickly (and rightly) had a word with another member of staff and they told me to wait and quickly gave me my order, they also confirmed that what I thought happened did, the driver of the gsf car parts van stolen my breakfast! As a vegetarian, I can only get some pleasure in thinking that they were disappointed to not get any bacon or sausage this morning 😂 A lot of bad reviews are nonsense imo, yes this mcdonalds gets really busy and wait times can be long, but thats mainly due to demand being bigger than the size of the building. Food is always what you expect and staff are always polite. (Above happened at approx 10.50am 14/8/24)

When you have been travelling all morning you look forward to a mcdonalds. Went through the drive thru and ordered a mc crispy and the new hat trick both as meals. When ordering a meal with no changes you expect it to be correct but nope. The hat trick burger came plain! With just sauce and cheese Absolutely gutted as we went through the drive thru and got the meal out after we drove away and continued on our. Travels so couldn't go back. The burger was dry. Not a good lunch we was looking forawd to at all

Beware of parking here, it will cost you £60 if you don’t know the time is limited to 1 1/2 hours. We were travelling to Southampton and did not know about this time restriction. There were transit vans parked in the car park obscuring the signs. The only reason we overstayed the limit was because we got the wrong order and had to wait for a new one. This cost us a £60 fine. We wrote to McDonald’s and got a typical “get stuffed the parking charges are nothing to do with us” reply. As a result we will not set foot in a McDonald’s again. There are plenty other better alternatives.

The luke warm burger was OK, but the experience was destroyed by the parking fine. The free posting is only for 1 1/2 hours

Absolute joke! Won't take orders at the tills anymore! Give you crap instructions for the self service machines! Then when you complain they just invalidate your issues, don't even apologise for any inconvenience caused, very rude, run by children with an attitude problem!

We were absolutely shocked to see four members of staff stood under the ‘M’ sign to the back of the children’s play gym/park smoking and vaping. One of which was dressed in a white shirt which we assumed was a manager. Not only was it in plain view of all customers at the drive through, they were not covering their uniform and four members of staff at one time seemed excessive. We were then informed that the only things we had come for which were frappes and McFlurrys couldn’t be made due to the machines being cleaned, right in the middle of a busy rush period. Absolutely disgusted. This was at 14.45pm on 6th May 2024

I ordered food for myself and family. It was a big order and I have it delivered by Uber. When my order finally arrived after an hour or so of waiting, the food was cold and I was missing all the fries from the meals as well as a whole meal itself including the drink. The happy meal box even missed out the fries and inside was a double cheeseburger and 4 chicken nuggets. The box was closed which clearly indicated someone knew there were no fries inside that box. I called up Uber to which were no help at all. I then tried to ring the store numerous time to which no one answered the phone. I then decided to take a drive to the store and ticked all that was missing on my receipt. The crew member I started speaking to was absolutely lovely. Could not fault her and she told me she would get her manager. I then started explaining what was wrong and could I receive the meal I did not receive as well as all the fries they missed. And can I just add I ordered up to 5 meals and no fries came at all. She told me there was nothing she could do and to contact Uber. I told her I had already done this and they told me to contact the store baring in mind it is the store that seals the bags. Both bags were sealed when I received them at my address. She was then very smug and quite clearly did not want to address that this was infact their fault. I did start to become annoyed due to the rudeness from this so called manager. I spent nearly £60 to not even receive the full meals. I think this was disgusting.

Absolute disgrace ! There was a queue to order as only one machine was working ! Fries are always cold and half empty. Order will always be missing food, and if you customise your order (i.e. no pickles in a burger) they will ignore it.

Our last visit to this appalling store, once again we have been let down by incompetence. We ordered, waited in the huge queue, to then be told they had run out of pancakes...WHO FORGOT TO ORDER THE MIX !!, this was supposed to be a little weekend treat for the kids. Every time I have tried this store, they make us wait far to long and then can't get right the one thing that they are there to do.

Unfortunately, this is the closest Mcdonalds to my home. Fortunately it is consistently average or below so not too disappointed with the cold fries (would have asked for them to be changed but the stock pile on the heater ready for customers that where no where to be seen indicated they would be just as cold so wasting my precious breath). I was surprised to find out that they had no salt. When I say no salt, not just in a shaker for the fries but also no salt sachets. Shakes as the norm were not available, fortunately the mcflurrys were. Nuggets came without the ordered sauces, which seems to be standard here. They did, however, excel themselves on this occasion by not having any Big Macs. All other burgers were available.... just not the one the company is famous for, and alas they do not have the capability to make them using other available ingredients such as other burgers and perhaps take the pickle from the pickle jar reserved for the cheeseburgers and so on. The staff were very polite and efficient, and my review is no reflection on them. Unless they are in charge of stock ordering!

Mcdelivery is disgraceful from this hedge branch, I have had multiple times we're I have ordered for my children off the app and multiple items dont turn up, u get made to call Uber Eats cause they complete the delivery, but when you call Uber Eats they tell you to ring Mcdonalds if you use any rewards on there, you then try and get through to Mcdonalds who tells you on there automated line to call Uber Eats.. won't be using Mcdelivery anymore as last 3 times used items are missing and can't call anyone to discuss it

Daughter done the honours, I had big mac meal , no cold drinks, so ended with big mac and fries. Big mac no cheese and a token slice of gherkin , burgers smaller than the bun, nothing like the pic. Been a very long time since I had a big mac. Bring back the 80's, the meals seemed so much better quality proper portions. McayD's alot better in town just above the Bar gate. Shocking. Been here every Saturday morning at 4:45am for 7 yrs.today,was told they don't serve breakfast til 5am.when I stated the fact they are 24hr,just got the same repeated answer!! Bloody useless! Won't be going back!

Had breakfast today no herbal teas can't drink coffee should have more choices for people. Had orange juice instead really wanted a hot drink oh well. Muffin and hashbrown excellent as always.

Went through the drive through, excitedly hoping for a McFlurry to chirp up the day, I'm having a rough time at this moment and this would have been a real pick me up! To my disappointment, the drive through operator told me there were none available. I thought, hmm, a bit suss, so I decided to check the app. To my surprise, they were available and ready to order. So off I went two minutes later, into McDonalds to collect my two mcflurries that apparently "weren't available". This has really given me trust issues. So my advice to anyone going to hedge end maccies, they LIE when they say they don't have mcflurries. Won't be coming here again, not sure what they will lie about next. Do better.

It’s a joke now that when we go to McDonald’s we have to guess what it is they will get wrong on the order. I order on the app and collect in store, usually takes 20-30 mins, we’ve tried the drive thru a couple of times but it takes even longer. Certainly not fast food! We only visit a handful of times a year but every time there’s a problem. I now always check the order to make sure nothings missing before I leave. I’ve had a missing apple pie (that they knew was missing but didn’t bother to tell me, and then gave me a refund), missing happy meal toys, missing chips from a happy meal and then also missing parts to burger eg at our last visit there were no red onions in the burger which is advertised. To be fair to McDonald’s when I make the complaint to customer service they send me vouchers.

I ordered at the drive thru, a hamburger happy meal no onions, and chicken salad, I got out of there found I had a Mchicken sandwich and no happy meal or chicken salad also no receipt, I went back as my daughter was hungry for her food, I was told to wait in bay 1 for my missing order items, we waited while others were served, the guy kept saying it’s not my order, after waiting 30 mins I said excuse me to one guy carrying food out, he had a poker face and ignored me, I called out excuse me, he ignored me again, I called excuse me again and he walked of with his tray above his head charming, I felt very disappointed and we left without my daughters food as it was a bad experience.
