Waited over a hour for a delivery that they said would be between 30 - 45 mins I phone up to ask were my order was he said another 10 minutes when I I ask would I get anything else as compensation for late delivery he said sorry no I was just saying cancel my order when he put the phone down on me the food still came 10 minutes after which I took and paid for which was cold I will never recommend them again after being a long time loyal customer

Shocking service. Please avoid at all cost. Poor customer service and cancelled just eat orders. On the phone they explained we now needed to order using their unfriendly website and then delivered to the wrong address.

Del Capo's food is delicious 😋, I always give them 10/10... however, 1 tiny thing this time-very little toppings(1 mushroom and a few jalapeños ((even though I paid for double))).

Coldest tasteless garlic and cheese pizza and under cooked cold fries, late delivery won't use again 😡

Waited near on two hours for delivery,when it finally arrived it was as black as charcoal ! NOT a clue why they actually boxed it up and sent it out for delivery ! this is not the first time that the quality has been of pig swill ! stay away ! this was on the 21st december 2021 stuck on a late night wi the kids now as i have had to start cooking at 8 pm !

I used to order food from here it was nice and value for money but for the last couple of times I've ordered donner and Nan I get 3 slices of donner with salad Rip Off but to top it all off yesterday I Ordered the same but I went to collect it within 5 min of placing the order the food was freezing Cold and I had a Visiter inside the food 2 peaces of Human Hair Disscussting will not order from here again

Food was cold on arrival...verry disappointed.. .delivery was late to ...delivery deiver was not verry polite to ....food use to be good from ere goin back early this year ....

Don’t recomend, only sent half my food what I paid for I have ordered here before and they forgot my drink both times plus my food taste like it’s been sat there hours n warmed up and there are pieces of sweet corn in it aswel

Spend £3 on 5 pieces chilli cheese nuggets when you bite them they are empty inside. Never buy anything from this place anymore!!!!

Stopped on way home to get food and decided to try a del capo burger and Donner barm.. the staff were very friendly and the food was delivered within 10 mins. Cheap and very nice.

Spicy,fresh and huge! Chilli sauce, garlic sauce and full salad. Excellent staff. Ready to be collected at the time I was given during the telephone order

Ordered food at 7.15pm to be told it would be delivered in 20_mins, so.... 1&1/2 hrs later rang them to see where said food was, only to be given abuse of the staff, and not nice abuse i must say, told them if the food was not here within 5 mins to cancel the order..hence more abuse, the food did arrive 10 mins later....cold, tasteless and basically it was not good at all, I would like all who read this review to go elsewhere, your hard hard earned money will be better spent somewhere else, I would give it a zero rating but not given the option unfortunately.

Decided to get a takeaway as I was having my grandkids ordered a 7 inch pizza and a 10 inch pizza burger and chips and kebab ordered through just eat said 7.30 for delivery chances 3 times came at 9.15 pm and was stone cold used this place before always been good husband said he would not order from there again

Regularly order from Del Capo, the chicken kebabs are excellent, pizzas good as well. Chips always seem to warmed up, which is a bit of a let down. Fried chicken can be a bit hit or miss. To be fair we have never had a bad meal from here, unfortunately other members of my family have not faired so well. Having had a order delivered incorrect and being abused by the staff member when she phoned to complain.

Have previously ordered from here been OK but last few times waited 2 hours for delivery was cold and didn't receive the phone call I was told I was getting. Food OK so decided to try again for collection only for one of the members of staff trying to rip me off and over charge me for what I'd ordered. I questioned it and after adding it up 3 times I was right and he slapped my money down on the counter. I'm sorry to say I will not be using Del capo again.. wonder how many people they have over charged
