Service is really slow. No leadership, no customer service. Even when it's quiet you should expect to wait 20 minutes for a drink or a desert.

However Callum is a nice worker the maccies worker Matthew always seems to make me experience here a nightmare I love in the area so I come quite a lot because there is no fast food restaurant but this maccies in the area and it never fails to disappoint me it’s either the staff have an attitude and can’t do there job they r paid to do and let us sit here with 1 or more trays making us uncomfortable bc the lack of space or the food is cold stail or poorly prepared the staff are really disgusting and have no consideration for anyone’s well being the only workers that have a heart is callam and Clare

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a great experience here. Kids got given flags and drawings. Food was hot and fresh. Can't fault it.

Came in with high expectations, bought my meal and all was good (well as good as you can get it here!). Then i noticed they had a 'winning sips' promotion on. I WAS NOT GIVEN A WINNING SIP ON MY DRINK. this has wasted my money and not aided my crippling gambling addiction one bit. i then had an interaction with a staff member whom which told me no. no? what do you mean no. i was not given a winning sip and now i am left here scratching my right arm desperate to continue gambling. 0 starts if i could.

I ordered a meal at the drive through and asked them to add bacon and pickles the young girl said she added them to my order. I drove round to the window to pay for my meal I asked again if the bacon and pickles were added to my meal so he asked the person that was preparing the meal to make sure they were added. I received the meal and asked again and they said yes it’s been added. I got home and they hadn’t added the items I requested. How hard is it for 3 people to be told what I wanted, it’s displayed on a screen and still get it wrong. Now I’ve got to drive back to get the right order. The girl that ga e me the bag with my meal in just stuck her hand out of the window and handed it to me and never spoke a word which I think is very rude. She could have at least said there you go enjoy your meal. Shocking customer service for a well known restaurant. Obviously lack in common sense and communication.

Waited 10 minutes in line after paying at the payment window to then be told I had to park in a parking spot for another 5 minutes, I would not have minded but my order was only 2 wraps of the day

Staff so unhelpful, food cold, used the microwave that is there to warm baby food up to reheat. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in.

Despite ordering through the app and there being no queue at the Drive Thru we had to wait a long time for the food to arrive. Totally uncommunicative staff who got the order wrong, which we only discovered after we’d driven away. Sadly this wasn’t the first time with this restaurant. A very poor experience.

Not happy. Ordered £24 worth of food last night, half of it missing and the rest cold. Spent over an hour trying to get through to the restaurant and the driver to be told they couldn't do anything stressed out for the whole night. Walked all the way down to the restaurant in the pooring rain with the cold food that we did get. One nice gentleman said he would remake the food for us which is the least they could do for the trouble and loss of money. However, Morgan a lady working in the back refused yet she had no clue what we had gone through all evening. Not acceptable. Ruined our evening. Hungry and money lost. Never ever bothering with this maccies or any maccies again. Enjoy my money. And don't trust uber drivers looks like they're stealing food.

Living in Sandbach this is my closest McDonald’s, however 80% of the time the order is wrong and 70% of the time the food is Luke warm or cold. I’ve had hot fries from here once in 20+ visits and they are always always making unforgivable mistakes. How hard is it to read off a screen and put the correct food in a bag??? Clearly the staff don’t care and I’ve been coming here for 20 years, i keep giving them a chance and they fail almost every time. In comparison, Crewe at macron way get it right every time and the food is always hot and fresh, therefore I drive past my Sandbach McDonald’s and go 5 miles for my McDonald’s at Crewe, recommend considering going elsewhere, Sandbach is just truly awful….. and considering the staff that put the food in the bag are so terrible, you have to wonder how good the cooks are 🤢🤮

I've given this place multiple visits and unfortunately it's not as the other ones around the area. The burger bun is just tasting like something that's sat on the shelf forever, or possibly best before date is gone. Same with beef, just not fresh. Today I reached the point when I'm not returning. I ordered a cheeseburger and I was very clear it must be without onions as of a severe intolerance. I ended up on someone's driveway with whole mouth swallen up to ask antihistamine. One side was full of onions.

This place has got to be one of the worst maccas around. They consistently put food together wrong and only seem to be able to offer mcflurries about once a month. When they do have them they only remember to put the sauce on about 20% of the time. Perfect example today when we received our takeaway, my partner got the wrong burger and I got a McFlurry with no sauce on AGAIN (when will I learn). Wish someone would sort this place out as it’s rubbish.

You have to wonder what exactly is McD's Bacon made of when it comes out looking like a good defrib could get the old Porker up on it's trotters again - if that's what it comes from which I doubt - See the image for the Double Bacon and Egg Mc Muffin on the display board on the wall behind the counter ? We were travelling up North to visit relatives,and decided to stop at the motorway services and thought we would give Mcdonald's a try it was about 1 o'clock lunch time the place was not very busy so we ordered,i had a bacon double burger and my wife had a chicken wrap we were given a stick for the table with the number on,and it was about a couple of minutes before our meals arrived,we had asked for sauce with the meal i had a cup of tea,my wife had coffee and did not want milk.(wait till the end of the review to reveal what was left with the sauces)we opened our food and tucked in,both of our meals were luke warm and also the chips the same,we could not understand this because there was no big queue so we expected our food to be served hot,perhaps we should have complained but you should expect your food to be hot.On the sauces i used 1 tomato sauce my wife used 1 sweet and sour sauce,1 milk,at the end there was 14 sauces still on our tray and 5 milk cartons.(What a waste surely this should be better managed,would i come back here again no way very disappointing,for all those disabled people this is a motor way services,there are disabled toilets and disabled parking spaces outside the entrance.

Popped into Maccy D’s in Sandbach for a quick dinner treat. Getting a little fed up with queues at the Drive Thru so park up and order it using the in store screen as you can do so at your own pace without feeling anxious about the queue behind or not understanding the often muffled operator taking back to you.On this occasion my order came out on a tray after I’d clearly ordered takeaway and half the order missing including one portion of fries, a cheese quarter pounder and a drink. All these chavs came in and took the place over when me and my wife were tucking into our big macs, i felt so belittled when one of the chavs asked me for a 'cig' i was completely shocked by this behaviour.

If you like different food to what you have ordered, this is the place. If you think you should check in the bag before you leave, you would be wrong, you need to open the bag, then the box, because what you think should be in the box, is something totally different, I would like to think that this is a one off, but sadly today it’s happened twice. I must add I only went once for breakfast, my daughter had tea from there, both orders were wrong.

Stopped off here for breakfast on the way down to Birmingham. Was very spacious and clean and was also quick service using the automatic ordering machines. Would definitely recommend stopping off here again.

Call into this McDonald’s most weeks as we need to feed kids quick due to out of school activity’s. The food is well, mc Donald’s, most McDonald’s are the same and this is no exception but the service is very poor. You can easily wait 20 minuets in a mostly empty restaurant, food normally has something missing a spoon or milk for tea, something like that.

Awful slow service. Don’t be fooled into thinking that table service saves you a wait. It doesn’t. Rather your meals wait in the kitchen going cold while the standing queue gets priority.

Just re-opened after a refurbishment. This McDonalds was slow before it closed and is even slower now. I have been sat in a queue for 15 minutes with 4 cars still ahead - I only ordered a white coffee! This is ridiculous service.

A few times when we have been here we have had to go back because they've not put all of the food we've paid for in the bag. On one occasion instead of pancakes with syrup there were 3 eggs in the pancake box, not pancakes!! Often they are out of stock in certain foods, particularly milkshakes. Really frequently you end up in the parking bay, but they give you the hot drinks beforehand, so it means your drinks are cold by the time the food arrives. Not the best MacDonalds, but it's handy to have one locally.

Having been a number of times to this Mc D's I find the food is very average --- the fries portions small --- when you complain to management they don't respond or if they do it takes a while --- in my view it is worth avoiding..

Called here for food on the way home after a very long day and it was shut.it was around 10.30pm and there was no signs stating it was closed until you actually got right upto the machines you place your orders on.

If you use drive through always check your meal, every time we use it when we get home there is something missing so have to go back again, restaurant too small really for the area as always packed and have to queue to order food, other than the the normal standard for mcdonalds .

They never park cars because they can't be bothered to go outside, and thus there's always a huge queue for drive-thru.And the more time consuming items, like pies, after about seven o'clock they don't bother and just say that they'd run out of stock.Basically this store's problems all stem from laziness.
