The food is so fresh and very tasty had it delivered and the service was brilliant it was under the time given for how long it was going to be and lovely and hot

I was driving to Milton Keynes along the A5 and the traffic was moving slowly. I spotted the McDonalds on the outskirts of Hockliffe and decided to pay a visit. Alot of other people had the same idea as me and there was quite a lengthy queue for the drive thru so I went inside. The restaurant was clean when I visited and there were staff available to help. Like all the other McDonalds in the UK I have visited they have the touch screens that you use to place your order. On these terminals you have to pay by card. I am not sure if they offer the option to pay by cash.

Awful staff, bloke on the order hatch was a proper dozy t#%t getting a simple child’s meal order wrong as he was too concerned on his phone. The aggressive “lady” at collection was argumentative when challenged on the order. Avoid at all costs. 03/01/25 @ 17:30

I got a breakfast roll and added on extra cheese and got no cheese at all , it was cold and dry. Don’t recommend getting from here absolutely disgusting also ordered at 9:30 and it arrived at 11

Don't try to request no mayo/lettuce. They put both on my burger, realised it was no mayo and asked if I was OK with mayo to which I replied no. So took it back swapped the bun lid and left lettuce with mayo on and wrapped back up in the same wrapper with mayo on it. Very poor service. Chips were hot.

During a day trip we had a lunch break and for a some reason we decided to choose this restaurant - a big mistake! I had chips & chicken burger. The chips were uneatable and the burger was dry as hell and the patty straight from box. Even a little child could make a better one. We had one bottle of soda and they charged it twice. Crappy place.

No estoy seguro de por qué este McDonalds dice que está abierto y las 24 horas. Esto puede ser cierto en un viernes o sábado ocupado. A pesar de mostrarse como abierto en el sitio web a medianoche de un miércoles, el personal no pudo atender los pedidos de los clientes, lo que llevó a una fila de automóviles que se alejaban. Absolute sh** show, forgot 2 of the burgers i ordered gave me a wrap when i ordered a chicken burger stone cold steve austin chips. drive thru so slow i lost chromosomes. go to kfc.

McDonald's tomó mi dinero de mi tarjeta, no recibo pagos bancarios y no recibo comida, dicen que el dinero regresará en 24 horas, pero pasados 7 días y todavía no recibo mi dinero de vuelta, el personal se mueve para lento y mezclar la comida todo el tiempo, McDonald's industrial darlington mejor que McDonald's marton park way darlington, peor McDonald's . .

Ordered my meals through the McDonald's app at 16.50. Should have known there would be an issue when I then received a message to say my delivery would be delayed due to another order. Food finally arrived at 18.05 and was stone cold and they had put cheese in the burgers which I had asked to be removed. Contacted McDonald's and was given an Uber number to ring. Have spent all evening and this morning trying to get through to be finally told that they will not refund my money as they feel that waiting for over an hour is fine and that it doesn't matter whether the food was edible, and that I had actually received my food. Therefore they will not refund my money. Contacted McDonald's to be told that there is nothing they can do I have to go through Uber. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I will never use this again. No good going to McDonald's either as can't park due to Uber drivers taking up all parking spaces. Furious

Never fails! Every-time we’ve had food delivered or collected from here it has been delicious. So hot fresh and good portions. Husband gets the Chefs Special and I have the lamb shish.
