Staff have amazingly bad attitude!!! Need retraining!!! All moody!! Needed disabled facilities and they had me standing outside an empty toilet for 10 minutes. Gave codes for loos to men but no me, I said I needed disabled and she was all stroppy! If u don’t like public and can’t be polite to people ur serving u shouldn’t be in a public job!

Normally happy here with the service but today there were only 2 on the bar and a 30-35 minute queue. Several tables nearby were choosing not to queue and getting their own soft drinks and snacks from WH Smiths opposite, so tables were full of folk not using the bar. Suppose the tills will pick up on this. On the good side, we had 2 pints of real ale each, and the quality was fine though expensive at nearly £6.00 a pint but a decent enough choice and the staff were helpful.

Worst Fish and Chips we've had in quite a while disgusting Chips were absolutely scraps fish was disgusting.Never expected that poor quality.

Ordered on Uber Eats late at night, its been over an hour with no food so I tried calling the restaurant with no answer. These people don’t pick up their own phones!!! Tried calling them 5 times with no answer, just an endless ring. Over an hour with no food and no explanation, or way to contact them. Avoid this place at all costs, they don’t deserve your money. Edit: food finally came another hour later, driver just left it at the door step with no knock at the door, if I didn’t catch the car leaving out the window, I’d of never know. It was delivered. And boy was it some of the worst quality food I’ve ever eaten. Wouldn’t be surprised if this is some sort of money laundering operation with the amount of disregard for their actual product and service. I’ll say again, stay away from this place!

I came in to purchase my free wopper as it says Don't Bin your receipt Get a free copper sandwich with purchase and validation code when I gave the receipt to staff they said I have to purchase a fries and drink which was £5.71 This does not show on display

Very bad experience. No serviettes or straws given until we asked. No tomato sauce. I was given the wrong order. Staff were friendly but something is wrong management wise.

my family and I was refused entry to this mcdonalds because I have a small emotional support dog that goes everywhere with me to help control anxiety and panic attacks. when we informed them it was against the law to refuse entry. we was told we was causing a disruption and we would not be served. the staff here was rude and ignorant to the disability act and discrimination of people with mental and emotional health issues. I left here very upset and humiliated by the ordeal. after this we went to the mcdonalds on Kew retail park also in Southport and was welcomed and treated with respect and a much better service . Ocean plaza mcdonalds staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Just used this dominos pizza the pizza was perfect and the lady who works there went above and beyond to help me amazing how one interaction with a stranger can change your whole mood thankyou very much

Terrible service, told us to park up while they got our food ready, the lady bringing the food out gave all the wrong orders to the cars, once I went in to find out what’s going on there was no apology we just had to wait. The two young manager seemed more interested in flirting with each other than getting the problem sorted. Won’t be returning it was a shambles. Young love ehhh!!
