Called in one morning about 8 15 am to find a lot of dirty tables and dirty floor. Actually took food out as it wasn't a clean place to eat. As I waited for food Diane appeared and I realised it isn't a clean environment when she's on duty. Thumbs down

My visit to Meadowhall today. I waited in line after ordering, waited, waited and waited. My order number finally came up on the screen as prepairing. Waited, waited and waited then got in line to speak to the supervisor. I explained I had been waiting over 20 mins and could I have a refund. No issues with refund and apology was given adding that someone else may have collected it off the counter. I explained my order number was still being prepared according to the screen and no one had called my order number. Shrug of the supervisers shoulders and refund was sorted. Fast food chain?

I never thought I would spend time reviewing a 'Maccy's' but this place is different. Enthusiastic, hard-working staff create a welcoming feel. My chicken and salad wrap with dressing was terrific. Well done all!

Called in at 1.45 pm shop was due to stop serving at 2pm . Met with glares from the young woman behind the counter who promptly turned her back and started to serve herself sausage and chips. Now 1.50 pm . I politely asked if I was going to be served. She said “can’t you see I’m busy -I’ll get to you when I’m ready” . “Oh no I said, I didn’t mean it like that I just wondered if I was too late and you had stopped serving “ . “Well I’m not cooking anything else” she snapped, “ you can have what’s left” . “ Do you have any fish left ?” I asked. “No” was the curt response. I left. Had she attended to me when I came in there would have been plenty of time to cook 3 large fish -the chips were already done. Presume they’ll reheat those for the first batch of customers on their way home from school.

Ordered the big tasty, meant to come with bacon ! None in the sandwich 🤬might as well have bought a Big Mac and saved money! Normally I check what they’ve given me difficult to open a burger and check! This McDonald’s constantly misses things off your order but because they’re in such an ideal location they seem to get away with it. I will now travel a few extra miles to the other side of town for my McDonald’s

Ordered my meals through the McDonald's app at 16.50. Should have known there would be an issue when I then received a message to say my delivery would be delayed due to another order. Food finally arrived at 18.05 and was stone cold and they had put cheese in the burgers which I had asked to be removed. Contacted McDonald's and was given an Uber number to ring. Have spent all evening and this morning trying to get through to be finally told that they will not refund my money as they feel that waiting for over an hour is fine and that it doesn't matter whether the food was edible, and that I had actually received my food. Therefore they will not refund my money. Contacted McDonald's to be told that there is nothing they can do I have to go through Uber. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I will never use this again. No good going to McDonald's either as can't park due to Uber drivers taking up all parking spaces. Furious

People work on the night shift need more training on how to cook and not to send food out that themselves wouldnt eat, sending greasy food out to the point the bun is falling apart along with the box. Fries are either half cooked or over cooked. Shift runner needs to realise food shop be prepared when the delivery driver arrives in the restaurant not when they get the order. Definitely won't be ordering from this place anymore.

Really need to do something about the environmental damage done around this place. I know it’s not them that drops the litter. I know they even have litter pickers which do a decent job. More needs to Be done to prevent the litter issue.

Ordered a double cheese burger with no pickle onion and mustard and a 6 mcnugget meal all the food came cold and my burger had onions in it and had some green patches on the patty only good thing about my meal is that i got two drinks. Unbelievable this restaurant is a joke
