Dapne deserves a raise! Just visited the store (12.30 8/8/24) for a takeaway, originally served by Bethany who as soon as she realised we were coming for the food put it down and walked off, zero customer service skills!! Dapne who was finishing serving next to me, without prompting, asked if I’d like a drinks tray (3 drinks and a bag to carry by myself) and if I’d like any sauces. Got back to the car to find the order wasn’t correct, when I got to the counter both Dapne and Bethany had their backs to the counter, only Dapne responded to my “excuse me”, she was polite and apologetic while Bethany just walked off to flirt with the male store Manager/Assistant Manager. Dapne was polite, helpful and friendly, she is showing how customer service should be! Would have fed this back to the store directly but can’t without a 12 digit code from the receipt but the self service machine didn’t give a receipt.

Service is absolutely terrible. Deliveroo orders are prioritised over those made in store. No organisation. Deliveroo drivers shoving and pushing when you go to get your food. The management don’t give a hoot either.

Shocking service and duty manager is mocking customers. We have been disappointed a few times when using drive thru at this McDonald’s but we have learnt to check everything. Tonight due to feeling unwell we have ordered delivery. We had two items missing and due to no answer, my wife drove down. The service from duty manager Chloe was shocking. The new policy is that all items need to be returned as they are weighed out. Doesn’t say this anywhere but it’s Chloe’s policy. In fact Chloe is the most unhelpful manager I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Constantly saying she can’t hear you or saying she has a problem with the headset. She refused to give us missing items. Refused to give managers details. Refused to help in any way.

Christmas Eve morning/lunch time staff defo in the Christmas spirit! Sweetest people and such good service, helping me with coffee “for the emotional distress”. Merry Christmas to them all 🤍

Cheap and cheerful food, although not as cheap as it used to be. I ordered the Chicken Curry which looked nice. I wasn't offered a choice of side and was given chips without being asked. I'd have actually prefered rice but wasn't given the option and I couldn't be bothered to query it. The chicken in the curry was unfortunately quite dry, however it did taste quite nice. Kids eat free with a paying adult.

A quick snack and everything perfect. Even the machine gave out a receipt! Food as good as McD gets and served promptly with a smile, Could not be better

Mi amigo Bisley me ha recomendado este restaurante y no me decepcionó. La comida, pues, simplemente increíble y buen relación calidad-precio pero lo que màs me gustò era la ambiente, muy sofisticado con estilo. Pruebè una hamburgesa nueva y guau, mejor que nada. Y el cafè, fuerte y perfecto.

I thought they may of been some improvements with staff & food after recent refurbishment but how wrong was I , rude manager / staff and cold food as usual !!

Terrible service especially off the young man with business manager on his uniform. Couldn’t run a bath alone a business

This McDonalds is disgusting, after the last time we said never again so our own fault really. Burgers are stone cold, chips undercooked. When asking the Manager "is it okay to ask for warm food?" he just scoffed "you can try". Absolute mayhem in there. Save yourself the bother and go over the road to Burger King.

Ate here Saturday night while staying at the Comfort Inn. This is the most filthy and disgusting McDonald's we have ever been in. If we hadn't have been so desperate for something to eat late at night, on entering would have immediately left. Staff just messing around between themselves, whilst every table and every part of the floor was absolutely filthy. Dread to think what the standard of hygiene was behind the counter! Never again!

I want to commend the staff at this McDonalds. My car broke down on the M18 and after waiting 2 hours for a pick-up truck, our "safe place" turned out to be very close to this McDonalds (much to my 12 year old son's delight!). Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were kind, understanding and checked in on us frequently, until our AA help arrived. The restaurant was kept extremely clean and my son said it was "the best McDonalds he's ever been to!" (& he's been to a fair few...). Thank you for making us feel welcome and looked after. (unfortunately I didn't get the names of the 2 staff in particular - it was Saturday 19th April late evening, and we were finally on our way south again around 10:30pm

I Ordered pancakes with sausage and syrup, and get 3 pancakes dry!! I also ordered a galaxy latte and get a cup of pure coffee! Waste of £12 I’ve ever spent! Get a grip! How hard can it be it’s in the screen!

went to try the Philly Cheese stack. The staff were obviously off the day training took place for this. Everything was missing, no pickles etc no cheese between the patties. It was effectively two patties in a bun with some cheese sauce squirted on it.

Best maccies breakfast I’ve ever had and I’ve had a fair few!! Everything was hot and fresh, the egg was cooked absolutely perfect compared to the usual rubber ones which I often take out because they’re so overdone. The egg drip on my jumper was welcomed ! Spot on breakfast .. cheers guys.
