Subway Weston Road in Cheshire East

I always thought you could make your own sandwich at Subway. Not at this one. I knew exactly what I wanted but was met with objections by staff at every step. Told that I could not have tomato with this sandwich or that sauce with it either. I have never experienced this at any other Subway. Everywhere else the staff are happy to make a sandwich your way, no problems. I won’t be going back. The Subway at Gateway University Way is much better. The staff are nicer. Best to go there instead.

Was looking forward to a subway as a treat from my diet, no steak for steak and cheese, no milk for coffee, disappointing….

Me and my sister went into this location for a quick bite while looking at new cars. We were greeted by a woman who told us both to our masks on, we told her we’re expect but she still told us to put masks on. Then while we were ordering (the lady who took our order was actually very nice) we overheard the initial woman slagging us off to a colleague in the back (neither of whom were wearing masks, as she’s taken hers off and he didn’t have it on from the start). The woman then came back out saying we have to scan the nhs track a trace, fair enough. I had to download the app, the whole time she went on about how I need to scan. Then once I did she said we have to show her and she didn’t believe her. We decided to leave. Annoyingly I didn’t get her name, which isn’t great. This isn’t a reflection in the store as it was clean, tidy and all fresh. Just one member of staff who needs dealing with.

Giving 2 stars. One girl is working, and another is just watching. Both get paid to do the same job! Not very clean.

Had a lovely meal at this subway. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Store is clean and food looks so fresh and appetising.

Me and my girlfriend visited subway at around 3pm on Sunday, and we got welcomed with a staff member throwing his gloves and awful attitude just because he had to serve us. At the end of the day he’s there to a job. Won’t be going again

Donna (the store manager) singled me out as a disabled person (for the second time). I am exempt from wearing a mask. She is very rude, slow, doesn’t explain why she randomly walks off when you’re waiting for your sandwich. Atrocious customer service.

There was one person in front of me....I waited 30 minutes before someone acknowledged me and took my order. This was also disappointing as she began to prepare my meal and then started another order.... I ordered two subs,the woman serving me put the subs in the oven individually...why?! Absolute waste of time!!!!! Will not be back.

Friendly and helpful staff, fresh quality food, just need to plan what you need in advance.. Always visit when in the area.

Nice little Subway with major competition next door to a Greggs, standard menu, quick service by eager staff, well worth a snack.

Been going to this restaurant on and off for some time now and always good service especially the lady who cuts the bread and adds your filling. Well run clean and efficient with plenty of parking to the rear.
