Caspian Pizza in Birmingham

Over priced and small portions, Menu does not clearly state sizes and their "regular" is a small by any other UK standard. Not a terrible pizza but the juice is not worth the squeeze.

Hour and ten minutes late !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great customer service NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!

Food what not what ordered. Ordered BBQ base pizza, they sent tomato base pizza. Also the toppings were wrong.

The food come 1 hour after the delivery time that was given, I phoned the restaurant 45 mins after and asked and they said it is out for delivery, i asked when it was cooked they said just 10 minutes ago. They cooked my pizza 1 hour and 30 minutes after i ordered it. it is a shame because the pizza was actually nice.

We called the resturant and asked how much longer the food woukd be they said it will be leaving in 5 mins so 15mins later turns up no apoligise of the driver for being late and order was wrong so called again and tild them got nowhere with and said they cant do anything about it been late awful service

These guys always deliver early which i think is great and the pizzas are amazing!

Food was delivered earlier than they said so thank you. Food tasted ok... but not amazing. California chicken pizza is meant to have a creamy taste but ccouodnt taste it at all. Just tasted like a chicken and mushroom pizza with tomato sauce.

That was hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. It looked like it had been made two days previous and reheated. The first bite I took into the pizza the entire layer of cheese and all the toppings came away like a ripe scab. I had a 9/10 hangover and needed good grease, this was never gonna cut the mustard. I had to order another takeaway to relieve the disappointment and hunger. Never again.

ordered and paid for stuffed crust, did not get it. order due at 1pm, received at 1:45pm with no communication

I asked for a delivery time of 9:20, it came at 8:15. the food was cold by the time we got to eat

Pasta was stale and stank really bad. Rest of the food was poor. Shocking food

Ordered additional topping of pineapple asked for it to be on half the pizza and not on other half. Pizza came with ONLY pineapple on the half of one side with no other toppings. Other half of pizza with the normal toppings and still pineapple. Food was cold and a disappointment as it was basically a pineapple only pizza. Waste of money!

I order 11.35pm which is shop no do delivery this time but was nice guy and accept my order by phone.food was perfect and hot. Thanks guys

1st and last time i order from here, placed order forgot to add some notes in the order so called up 10 secs later to give them over the phone. Person who answered tried to tell me the pizzas already cooked. Food was 30 mins late and cold, definitely avoid this place.

Was quick but the pizza was uncooked and presentation was poor it was pretty much folded in half when it arrived won't be using them again!

We order california chichen and was very nice and teasty x

Every thing was good just garlic bread was little dry ! On time

The service was very good. It came earlier than expected. The reason why I didn't give full star rating was on the menu it said chicken strips and instead we got chicken nuggets. Also the tandoori chicken on the pizza was quite tough and a bit burnt.

It is rare I find a full order and delivery time as expected. Today was one of those days.

Ordered at 7.30pm, 15 minutes were added to our delivery time so food was arriving at 8.30pm. Phoned the restaurant at 8.40pm as food hadn't arrived and was told it would be there in 5 minutes. Phone again at 9.10pm as food STILL hadn't arrived and they wouldn't answer the phone to me. I had to phone off my friend's phone as they were ignoring my number. Then the restaurant were saying they didn't have record of our order and we're being very rude to us. Food eventually arrived at 9.20pm but was cold. Used to order from here often but will NEVER be ordering again after the customer service!!

Food was ordered at 19:55 didn't arrive until 21:10, was cold and the order was incorrect. Salad on the burger was mouldy. Tried calling the place we ordered from and the line was busy for 15 minutes and then on the two times I got through the phone wasn't answered despite me trying the line for 5 minutes at a time. Will never use this place again.

Had to warm some of it up in the microwave. Still a nice meal. Restaurant added 30 mins on but delivered at requested time in the end.

The food came early, and was very tasty I'm about annoyed that I asked for chicken strippers and I was given chicken wings which were cheaper and I was not refunded my change also I was not consulted about this but overall misusing this the service is great

Delivery time said 1hour 30 it was that long plus an extra 20 mins

The pizza base had tasted like it had not been cooked, the chicken toppings did not taste cooked at all they tasted like rubber. I have ordered from here before and had a issue the last time but this time the food was disgusting! It all went straight into the bin, no one had eaten it.

I was very pleased because the food arrived over half an hour early, and it all tasted good.

Pizza was honestly horrible, cheese wasn't melted properly, the chicken topping didnt seem like no chicken, and frankly all I seemed to find myself eating was tomoto Sauce and the pizza crust cause the rest of topping just seemed to slide off. Never again

There doesn't seem to be any consistency within Caspian pizza chain. Been here twice and this one is by far the worst. The pizza base was nasty to which the toppings seemed to barely cling. The fries were made of cardboard. The end.

Alwaya love their pizza but last time i ordered, i was disappointed. I ordered a double pepperoni pizza and what i got was a cheese pizza. there were only few slices of pepperoni and they were all cut in half to make it look a lot. Extremely disappointed

Was an okay pizza. Wasn't amazing. Chips were nice and I appreciated the accompanying dips.

Food was cold and tasteless also took nearly an hour and half to arrive. Won't be ordering from here again as most of it went in the bin. I wouldn't of given any of it even the one star but in order to write a review I had to click at least one

After an hour of waiting for the food to arrive...I get COLD food, and bad tasting, the least they can do after that wasting that much of my time is give me something worth eating for the amount of money I paid.

The food arrived 40 minutes early which was a little annoying as my boyfriend wasn't home from work yet. The delivery driver also has been messaging me weird messages since the delivery which I feel uncomfortable with.

Ordered food this evening missing chicken strips of order

Food was fine but they completely ignored my "Call me instead of knocking" note, woke my mother up then proceeded to ask why she was asleep and that she should be out partying, which I consider to be extremely rude considering you woke her up in the first place instead of doing as I asked and calling me.

Food came late. It was cold an burnt! :( it's usually nice but tonight was a let down

We order 2 large pizzas and some sides but the pizzas that were delivered we believe that we're by mistake medium size. They we're too small from what we usually get. Speed of the service was fast as usual but disappointed with the size.

Delivery was late, never rang to let us know they came and gave us normal coke instead of diet but food was nice

The food came earlier than the given time which was brilliant, delivery man was polite too but when I opened my double pepperoni pizza, there was about 3 pieces of pepperoni and that's it... Not worth it... Very disappointed as I ordered extra pepperoni for my pizza 👎🏾

Burger bun burnt, asked for salad and mayo salad had better days, swamped in Mayo, chips were soggy and unsalted, Kebab meat really nice again side salad was lettuce Orion and tomato which had seen better days for its short life span, previously order was brilliant, hit and miss

i recommend don't try BBq chicken wings.it was wast off money and i couldn't tast BBq at all and smell funny

While there was nothing wrong with the food that we received and it came well on time part of the order was missing, we ordered the deal with pizza, garlic pizza, chips, chicken strips and a drink but we didn't get the chicken strips at all, no apology or explanation. This isn't the first time we haven't received part of our order, it's a shame as we really enjoy the food but it's unacceptable to not receive what we've ordered!

Normally fantastic However We ordered California chicken but got tandoori chicken tikka pizza Strips and Garlic bread with cheese was good as normal

Food wasn't up to usual standard. Found myself chewing on a few gristly bits of chicken. Took 40 mins longer than stated to get here. It hasn't put me off Caspian, i will still order again and again.
