USA chicken in Basildon

Just moved back to UK. My little kids are from Cambodia and they are fussy. We've eaten numerous takeaways here and my kids ask for this chicken all the time. Quality!

AVOID !!!! Raw slimy disgusting chicken wings restaurant refused to believe anything wrong. No offer of any money back or effort to resort .

As I live local I tried the food here because the shop was beautifully done up. What can I say the food was fresh and tasty and value for money. The service was very quick and the staff were very polite. This shall be my regular place as they are open between 12pm till 10pm everyday.

Normally order once a week. Last order on Sunday waited 1 1/2 hours contacted to be told order cancelled after confirming the order. Not phoned or contacted at all. Autistic son was not happy he loves usa chicken. Probably not anymore I have never known a company like it. Just to add I used to give 5 star reviews but after being let down like that it's 0 stars. Thanks usa chicken for upsetting my Autistic son.

Took forever to arrive, food was cold on arrival and some bits of chicken were not cooked properly, they must have just taken my cheesecake out of the freezer as it was still frozen when I was going to take a bite, I highly do not recommend this place

I use this place a lot. The food is great, really good portions and always hot. The staff are very friendly especially since the change of workers. Highly recommend the quarter pounder burgers.

It’s late night ok otherwise you probably wouldn’t go in there .Dont know what else to say really just skinny chicken and warm chips?
