Food is always flat cold! Food takes 15-20 to be ready but yet is cold so not ideal what all the staff are doing. The managers are SOOO rude never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service

Ordering from uber eats. Now the delivery drivers have gotten to the restaurant twice, and then either cancelling or finding another driver. I'm not sure what the restaurant are doing but they clearly don't want business.

Fui a dar un capricho esta mañana con un compañero de trabajo, pedí dos comidas de salchichas y magdalenas de huevo mc una individual una doble. la doble parecía que se había comido a medias, la magdalena faltaba a medias y una de las empanadas parecía que se había comido a medias. Me quejé con una joven gerente que era muy desdeñosa y sin disculpas, ella afirmó que así es como vienen a veces. por lo que sirven mitad magdalenas y mitad empanadas, totalmente inaceptable. Recibí el precio del muffin de vuelta, sin remordimiento, sin disculpas, y definitivamente una falta de servicio al cliente, un poco de comprensión y asegurar que el cliente reciba un gran servicio va muy lejos. Sé que es una comida relativamente barata, pero es el principio.

Ordered food at drive thru, told to wait in car park, waited 20 mins + and nothing came, had to get home so left without food. Not the first bad experience I've had here either, won't be coming back

Waited to be served although being seen be the manager who asked if we were being served to then walk off, stand there dawdling for nearly ten minutes then asking if we were being served again. Over charging us for food then when we actually got it or was cold. The side door was locked meaning we had to walk around as well. Wish we didn't even bother in all honesty.

Don't order from this mcdonalds, few times we've ordered food and it's come flat cold, some of the orders were missing and it tastes absolutely disgusting like it hasn't been cooked properly, all about the money and no customer satisfaction.

Absolutely disgusting food not even worth the cheapness of it chips under hot lamp for god knows how long they Certainly were longer than the time they should be. The whole place is filthy I'm surprised it even has and hygiene rating.

Food here is normally cold and stale but on the odd day it can be alright! Nothing is up to scratch inside, you walk in and there’s chips, chicken etc on the floor! Especially in the kitchen, it’s like a waist land in there! Drive through is horrendous. No organisation at all. Every time I go to the drive through and sometimes just order 1 thing and I’m having to wait 20 minutes and add on the time it takes for them to find your car! Used to be a really good McDonald but it’s gone badly down hill.

Breakfast food is shocking. The flatbread was like eating plastic, everything about it was very hard and plasticky. The breakfast roll, the egg had bits of shell and a piece of paper in it, they missed off the ketchup, and they also failed to deliver the pancakes and syrup (£3.99), not good service when it's a simple order like this and they can't even get that right, and then tell you to contact uber eats (which their number is literally nowhere on the email receipt, and they can't even give you it, Google it she said, bad customer service all round), fast food or not, Get your act together and be more forthcoming and assist, my complaint is with mcdonalds not uber eats, they only delivered it, they didn't cook, and bag it up and miss items out of it, did they!!! Order through uber got call from driver to say the restaurant didnt have my order and needed to cancel and reorder. Got charged £20 cancellation fee even though the restaurant didnt have my order. There was a hair in my cheese burger and the chips was sent cold and was like cardboard and was not willing to sort something out.

Unfortunately although the staff try their best, this venue is either out of items , usually milkshakes or icecream, or everything is very delayed, I have been on numerous occasions and its always the same, even when they are not busy, I haven't worked out what the issue is, perhaps lack of staff, I go because its convenient when I visit Lincoln and my grandaughter likes it.

Me and my friend went to mcdonald’s for a breakfast. We used the monoply cards and the workers were extremely rude. Now I am a teenage girl but that does not mean i should be thought to be a bad person just for walking into mcdonald’s. I thought it was very rude and the woman brought me out my food looked me up and down and put the food in front of me. Did not tell me to enjoy or even smile. Minutes later, a different worker was talking to someone else in the mcdonald’s seating area and were both looking at me and my friend which makes its clear they were talking about us. If they weren’t then my apologies but either way I didn’t have an enjoyable experience. After all of this, all of the workers were staring at us from the counter which I believe is very rude. If you choose to ignore my complaint because you know who we are then so be it but you need to work on how polite your staff are. I get that teenagers in this day and age are not the kindest people but we was doing no harm by eating a mcmuffin. Now you may ask why i am so annoyed. Well, I can not stand rude people or feeling judged because at the end of the day your working in maccies and int me buying a meal, I am paying for your rent so get a grip of your rude staff.

Always busy, don't expect to receive your drive through order at the drive through. They always make you wait in the car park for a minimum of 10 minutes no matter what time of day. Never apologise. And quite often get the order wrong. Quicker to go inside queue and wait..

Just wanted to say that I’ve just had the best Double Sausage & Egg McMuffin I’ve ever had from any McDonalds. Perfectly put together! This has never happened before so credit where credit is due 😄

SLLLLOOOWWWWW!!!! The Phrase “Fast Food” should never be used about this place! EVERYTHING, takes an age! McChicken sandwich meal & McNugget meal (THAT’S IT!) 25 mins sat in the car park waiting! And when it did arrive it was cold! I’ve given this place a few chances due to the location and it’s bleak every time!

Every time I get food from here it is luke warm. Today my cheeseburger was flat cold and had no onions on, milkshake hardly any flavour. I won’t be going again. The one in Asda or pudsey is much better

The mcflurry's we ordered didn't look anything like how they are advertised and the service was rushed. Usually when they resort to mixing the toppings in with the ice cream it's because they are running low. Not the first time this has happened.

I wish I was exaggerating, literally every single time we order from this McDonald's and item of food is missing. I once rang up and they proceeded to ignore the phone, so I went in, still ringing the phone and I could hear it ringing in the background. So the manager came forward and all he could do was apologise. We rang again this morning and the shift manager on, Miles, actually sorted our order out. A diamond in the rough. But still more hassle than it's worth when the only person to sort an order isn't guaranteed to be working

Fries were overcooked, cold, and undersalted. McPlant was cold, drenched in mayo, with a stale bun and patty (not sure how that's even possible). Coke Zero tasted like someone had put a splash of every premix flavour in then topped off with the coke that was almost out of syrup. My wife enjoyed her spicy McChicken, though. Overall, a pretty disappointing way to spend best part of £20.

I don't know why I continue to order on an app for McDonalds, there is ALWAYS, something missing. Today we ordered Mcnuggets, dips, fries and a drinks. No dips and no straw. Before we've had meals missing, fries. It was a simple order today and still incomplete.

Teenagers had taken over the restaurant throwing food. 20 members of staff in the kitchen but no staff in the restaurant keeping the customers safe. Half the restaurant was closed off, tried to leave the building but had to wait 20mins for my food. Food was cold. Health and safety risk. Avoid!

Las papas estaban completamente frías, y no exagero, ni siquiera estaban tibias. Estaban por todo el fondo de la bolsa como si hubieran sido arrojados. Las hamburguesas también estaban frías. Era tarde por la noche y no íbamos a volver a quejarnos. El hecho de que se les permitió llegar a este estado y todavía se venden sugiere que hay un gran problema en Bramley. After half hour of waiting for our order we received cold food. Great 👍 Time to switch McDonald's drive through for different one as that wasn't first time.

Ordered on the app to collect, pulled up, and the app sent me a notification with the code pressed the notification, and then the app crashed.... Spoke to staff at the window and explained what happened. In the end, the manager came out, and I explained that the money had been taken out of my account and that their app had crashed and won't load anything. I told her I could show the money on my banking app been taken for the order etc however she said I'd have to order again and pay for it again plus I wouldn't get any of the offers I received from ordering through the app. I understand they don't control the app. However, no understanding from them that I was 30 pound out of pocket and told to go via the app for support ..... how can I go through the app if the app has crashed. A few hours later still haven't had my money back.

If you want to wait ages for your food and like it cold, this is the place to go.

Worst McDonald’s in Leeds easily. Got to be up there as one of the worst in the uk for how useless they are.

I’ve had deliveries through Just Eat which were bad but thought if I used the official McDonalds delivery App they might take more care, but no. The burgers were barely between the buns, I think they must have been trying to juggle the burgers in to the bread! Plus the food was flat cold. My house is about a 3/4 minute drive away from the restaurant. I tried to leave a review on the app but it doesn’t appear to want you to!

thought I’d give it another chance as I fancied a burger on my way home. The branch never fails to disappoint, orders always wrong, quick check at the drive through, all looked ok, got home, my double quarter pounder was only a single and only 7 nuggets. This is possibly the worst McDonald's in the country. Milkshake machine is out of service more often than not. We've been given the wrong order several times. Food is nearly always cold. Very rarely receive food at drive through window and asked to park up instead.

Chips cold, order wrong, staff left us waiting 20 minutes before speaking to us despite everyone seeing us. When we told a staff member the order was wrong, he walked away and we were again left waiting. Given a new order, burgers cold again, PLAIN chicken burger was lathered in mayo and cold. Overall terrible.
