Burger King in Leeds

Great chilli jam burger. Great staff would be 5 stars, but why charge for mayo but not Tom sauce come on

Have to pay for condiments now even though is a restaurant. Staff aren’t friendly. Food mediocre. Buns taste stale after two attempts still not good quality. Coke was flat and asked for new one so guy used same tap and still flat. Burger King has clearly lost the Burger wars. With the likes of 5 guys now a days provide much better service, food and free condiments won’t be long till Burger Crap oh sorry King disappears off the high street. Oh and during tea time the toilets were closed leaving just one disabled toilet available for the whole restaurant. That is just poor service for your customers. Massively disappointing and probably the last ever Burger Krap I’ll ever have 🥲

Just what you expect from most Burger Kings really. No welcome,no smile, no interaction. And the obligatory staff member who loiters round the till area doing nothing while a queue forms leaving 1 staff member to take all The orders while she looks at the ground sullenly. Food was fast to be fair.

The building stunk of urine. I mean extremely strong. Couldn't eat there it was disgusting

Me and my bf came to this Curtis is a sick guy funny polite and he kept saying the woman pay for everything he has such a kind humour about him also the food was banging

Went here today and there’s no changing room for babies I had to put my daughter on the floor to change her bum and my son in the pram also as soon as u walk in the corridor of the toilets it’s smelt so bad I had to hold my nose I was gipping with the smell the food was cold I’m really unhappy with this restaurant I will not go again!!!!

No manners from staff. Food was cold. Definitely won't be going back there again

Full of men swearing drunk, felt was in a nightmare, staff had no idea or interest in the orders. Junil came behind counter and saved from a total disaster! Well done to him. I wouldn't be surprised if bk go broke or bankrupt and vanish. If not for him be a total shocking -1 service

Incredibly unhelpful staff. Waited about 10 mins to get served as service seemed very slow for a Saturday afternoon with only one person at the till. Tried to redeem my points from the BK app only to be told that they don't accept them there. Fair enough, but when I tried asking if there was another Burger King near that did accept the app offers (as I don't know Leeds city centre at all) the member of staff just ignored my question and walked away which seemed incredibly rude. I then tried asking a person that looked like the team leader or duty manager the same question and instead of giving a helpful reply I was just told to look it up on my phone.

Place needs a good clean floors upstairs and stinks but food was spot on service assistant was very pleasant and made changes to order as requested just needs a deep clean

Dirty tables. Short staffed. Food temperature in between cold and warm. Very disappointing. Wish we had gone to McDonald's next door.

I bught Melt king box but the burger is very small.

Could be better but think McDonald's being next door would be a better choice with verity of items and better customer service

Remember when fast food was fast? Not something you'll get here. This place is pretty sketchy at best. Unless you're using the app to get a discount don't bother paying full price, the normal menu at any Burger King is daylight robbery. At least the Chicken Royale is 'consistent'.

Tried the smoky chimichurri Aberdeen angus burger and loaded fries almost restaurant quality plus excellent service!!

Awful place..old fashioned decor, poor reception from staff. Food was appalling, luke warm, expensive and unappetising. I could bring myself to eat it. Haven't had a BK in years and i wong be having another again

This place is genuinely dull and dreadful. Despite just opening and expecting fresh burger- it was cold and the service was poor and missed off food too. Fries portion is tiny and totally not worth your money.

We went last minute for some quick dinner and Weri (I hope I’m writing her name right) was lovely, honestly. She was all the time double checking on us if we were ok to wait a little bit for our order, very attentive and smiling! ☺️ it was just the cutest customer service ever. The guy in the back working with her was also super nice smiling as well and it’s great to feel welcomed when you go feeling bad because they are already closing but they make you feel like it’s ok and you’re going to still have a great service! ❤️

Food was barely even warm, sent the wrong drink out, could have done a half decent job to say 35 quid was spent. Also, how much mayo do you need to put on a burger? Practically swimming. Shoddy to say the least. Also, if you're going to serve microwave burgers, make sure they're warm

If your prepared 20mins from ordering this is the place to go.. unbelievably slow..and any extra sauces cost 25p ?

The drinks were warm and flat yet the food was cold and hard. Burger King has gone severely down hill and should just close at this point.

Quick service went in just before closing time and was not rushed to get out, which is unusual, was busy upto close

Ate here with my grandad who I hadn't seen in ages, We were satisfied with what we ate and when we finished we threw our rubbish into McDonalds

Waited 10 minutes to be served even though we were at front of queue. Food was cold, drinks were warm and flat. The breadcake crumbled into small pieces. Even the sauces were warmer than the food. The tables were too far away from seats and staff seemed lazy and rude. Will never gi here again, absolutely disgusting.

Ordered 3 meals, couldn't have a coffee as the machine wasn't working. There was no ice and all the soft drinks were flat. We all had 3 different drinks. Had to wait almost 10 mins, apparently waiting for chips but a family of four came in after us and they walked off with a tray full of food including 3 bags of chips. The food itself was bland and the chips, whilst very hot had way too much salt on them. Usually enjoy a burger king, we only have them once in a blue moon but this was really poor. Good job it's cheap 😑

Slow and what looked like understaffed

It's alright, drink was warm when I got it and burger may as well been a slider for the size.

Took my 7 year old granddaughter to this outlet as she had noticed that there was a kids indoor play area. On arrival the place was quiet. Food order taken swifley and with a friendly smile. Food was adequate. That is the end of the positives. The place was filthy and discusting. Took my granddaughter to the toilet and it was beyond filth. Both the ladies and gents was locked so only disabled toilet available. The toilet itself had diarrhoea splashed in the toilet and the inside of the seat was covered. It was only the fact that my granddaughter couldn't hang on that I let her use it. We didn't use the sink as more germs would have gone one our hands than washing them off. Luckily I always carry plenty of wipes. The play area had sauce sachets strewn around and there was food under the table. The equipment felt sticky and dirty with a build up of dust and grime underneath. After only a short time of playtime we made a hasty retreat. Please anyone hoping to go along here so your children can play don't do it. We will not be returning.

Glad the food tasted slightly better than it looked but overall very poor quality compared to every other burger king I've ever been to and very slow service for it being empty.

Waited 25 mins in a empty restaurant for very poor service and cold food with a stale burger bun so will not be visiting again ...

King photos, King price Cheap quality, so small size and an i fair prize with poor quality and service and the drink was so horrible and so warm and the setting inside was so bad and uncomfortable don't go here

Front of the drive through que ……. 20 mins wait!!! 2 x 15 year olds serving , matching nose rings , useless No smile , no apology, shockingly understaffed People actually reversing out of the drive through

i had a whopper burger and it was really nice, however i was told it would be max 10 mins and it took 25 mins even though i live 5 mins away. no i am not lazy i am fat.

Came in to try the Vegan Royale. This place is so tired. Really needs a refurb. Was very quiet when the McD next door was busy. Not surprised, this place felt like it hadn't been updated since the 90's. Burger ok, chips cold.

Little shambolic service and the tables weren't exactly clean, but for a fast food place it's a fine option and there's nothing to offend. Worth noting - if you are disabled or struggle with stairs are not many options downstairs

20 minute wait to place order, even though the place was dead. Dry burger buns. The price of Burger King meals keep going up and up and the size of the burger has shrunk. Not what they used to be. McDonalds have crushed Burger King.

Got a whopper this afternoon. OMG, almost stale bread, store looks like a greasy spoon and absolutely nothing to justify the price. No wonder it was empty! Last BK I’ll be having for sure.

Very poor service , slow dirty tables and chairs, in view of a open toilet door wide open and not closing properly ,cold water to wash hands , stale fries staff messing around no manners

The food is delicious and I personally prefer it to McDonalds. I would recommend the Whopper beef burger but even if your vegetarian they have still got you covered with the Impossible Whopper burger, made with all natural plant based ingredients that contribute to a fantastic explosion of flavour that almost nobody could turn down!

Same as almost every Bugger King, food tastes lovely, just have to wait so long compared to other food places.

Went in around 6pm midweek. The place was filthy, the floor sticky, discarded food all over the tables, most of the seats are torn and/or worn, the staff barely spoke English and the bread was clearly not fresh. Love BK but this place is an absolute dump!

Had 2 burgers 🍔 and chips and they were very nice only thing against it was there wasn’t any sauces. We were in McDonald’s a few weeks ago and this felt like a Gordon Ramsey meal compared to the mess we got in there

Understand why the fast food place next door was busier. A long wait to be served, long wait for the food to be prepared, food tasted re-heated and toilets were in a disgusting state.

My food hs never been delivered Burger king staff " Shiy " & " Jordan " Have lied saying the food is been giving to the driver and they dont know where the driver is gone And one just eat rang them they said that the order was never signed so the driver had to return the food back to the restaurant and one we rang the restaurant they said that just eat never rang I have 2 kids hungry nd I dont have anyone money on my card so my kids will sleep starving cos burger king wont do anything bout it even though they toke the money for my order Wht shame Jordan apparently the manager is so disrespectful He said I give the food to the driver now it's got nothing to do with me and put the phone down after he told me to F*** of ! What am I supposed to do now ? They laying to just eat and the saying a different story to me

Good burger and service. The food was freshly made, but didn't take too long. However, as is typical with Burger King, it's pretty dirty in there. I was in late morning and the place was already really grubby and the toilets weren't clean.

We left this Burger King and went to eat in the other one. The queue was enormous and we witnessed a member of staff disappearing upstairs with a monkey wrench upstairs than coming back in 2minutes, serving people. To be honest we did not think the restaurant was up to standard with regards of handling food and cleanliness and on top of that the girl whom was serving had absolutely no idea about what she was doing and was standing around a lot with a wondering expression on her face while people were queuing up even outside of the door. Never seen anything like that before in a Burger King
