Nice and clean on the inside without the whiff of knackered parents trying to get a break from the hyperactive kids who have just made their lives hell in Asda. Staff here always seem happy and alert, so the McDrugs are working. The self service screens must get cleaned regularly as they are not covered in sticky kid-friendly hand prints or freshly licked by the local smack heads. Usually use this McDonald's as a breakfast drop in on the way to somewhere exciting or a burger on the way home from girlfriends. No complaints about the food even though it never looks like the food nor does it look like the staff had taken it in turn kicking it around the kitchen before the knuckle dragging management had sat on it. Drive through is not the best as it's more of a perpetual curve and doesn't help when people in the second lane drive forward so the rear passenger can do the ordering and block any movement from vehicles in the other lane. It could do with redesigning a little bit so that it's easier to navigate. My preferred way is to order in advance, park in the Asda car park and walk the one minute thirty seconds to pick it up

UTTER DISGRACE ORDERED VIA MY MCDONALDS APP, to be partnered with Uber eats delivery! The food came toooo fast for my liking! Which I stated to Uber after having to speak to McDonald’s virtual assistant to be fobbed off to a number for Uber to be then spoken to patronisingly, by Jay who was smirking 😏 the whole time, I must add, no empathy or professionalism displayed AT ALL! Then, to be told, because it came in a reasonable time, (which I stated wasn’t the issue , just the food being cold) this meant, my cold inedible fillets of fish and large chips were non-refundable. I have the food here still! It’s inedible I won’t be leaving just this review I’m off to Twitter next.

Every time we order ahead to collect it takes FOREVER. On this occasion food took 30 minutes and I had to go inside twice to talk to staff.

This store is a joke. Practically every time I order food from here, they get it wrong. How hard is it to read an order from a screen and pop it into a bag? Sometimes I think they'd be better off employing chimpanzees. Consistently rubbish service. I usually order from the Oakwood branch, but the McDonald's app sent my order here automatically. The company seriously needs to retrain the staff here, or watch over their shoulder to make sure these simple mistakes are so made so often. It's not the hardest job in the world. Whenever I see that the order is coming from Killingbeck, I know the order is going to be wrong. Looking through the other reviews on here, it would appear that my incidents are not isolated ones. Again, this branch is clearly substandard.

Your company is a joke Every time I order something is wrong I order a large fried you use a large holder but no f ING way is it a large I know you work at mc Donald's but it's not rocket science is it or simply not sending straws in the bag gmfor drink sort it out just lazy

If you've been to one, you've been to them all! Cheap, cheerful and relatively fast. For all the plant based out there, the apple pie and the fries are classed as vegan. The spicy vegetable is vegan if you get it without mayo, although as far as I know they're cooked on the same grill as meat, so take that into account!

I don't think I've ever received what I've ordered from that place, ever! They assemble their burgers blindfolded and then kick them in to the takeaway bags. They usually eat at least one item from my order as I am always missing at least one burger or something. They are entirely disinterested when approached to rectify any of their mistakes.

So poor my nuggets were so hard. They missed me chicken mayo of. Honestly the nuggets were rock solid like they’ve been there hours. Very unacceptable. I work in food industry as a manager and I honestly don’t know how they can serve food to poor standards!!

if i could give it a 0 i would, but i can’t do that. so i give it a 1. i was expecting a lovely double quarter pounder meal. i open my mcdonald’s bag to find a diet coke when i asked for full fat. do you think if i’m ordering a maccies i want a diet coke? no. i want full fat. but i accepted it. UNTIL. i open my burger and i go to take a big bite and am taken back to find a piece of paper on my burger. i am upset, no, appalled by this. it’s not acceptable and not only have you ruined my meal but it’s probably a very serious hazard. shame on you mcdonald’s. shame. on. you. EDIT: i am disgusted. i took a bite after peeling back the paper because in this economy we cannot afford to waste money on food i’m not going to eat. and what do i find myself chewing on? ONION. i asked for no onion and extra pickles. i got onion and 2 pickles. not only have you left paper on my burger, you have given me onions and little to no pickles. EDIT 2: 12/7/24 it’s been a few months since this incident, but it won’t let me leave another review. once again i am complaining. i didn’t get no pickles on my burger. not one pickle touched my tastebuds. i didn’t get to taste the sweet nectar of the pickles. upset is an understatement.

Food really cold,i have thrown the chips away. It came with no dip that i ordered. The drink was in a seperate bag but it had spilt and dripped through all over my carpet, the drink was oasis so i had to clean it! Really not impressed.

Ordered a family meal where your meant to get 4 burgers 4 chips only recived two of the burgers

Went through drive through and ordered almost £20.00 of food. Got to the paying station and asked to check my order, which was correct. Collected my order and drove away. When I pulled up to distribute the meals to all in the car found NO CHIPS didn’t bother to go back to the shop. Read reviews on here and it seems a regular occurrence. Seems your making lots of money on your orders but no completing them.

Very quiet today, got food quickly.

My order included a chicken wrap meal and the chicken wrap was missing, not the first time this has happened either, really poor! Yes Just Eat refund but my daughter was still missing half her meal. I refuse to pay almost as much as the meal itself, with service and delivery charges, to order a replacement meal.

I ordered 2 Double Big Mac meals however when the food arrived one of the double big macs only had 2 beef pattys in it, the other only had 3. I have been in touch with Just Eat but no response so far; nearly a week ago 😔

The food was cold and when my order finally arrived it was missing items and when I called the restaurant the woman said she didn’t know what I expected her to do and if I wanted my missing items I should go to the restaurant and get it myself

Put an order in delivery time has been changed 5 times every half hour. I called the Killingbeck restaurant the man I spoke to badically said when the driver is assigned they get the order ready 3 mins before. I have not received my order

Worst Maccies in Leeds, waited 18 minutes for a take away meal. Big mac meal & hot apple pie (takes 6 mins to cook). When chased meal was produced in seconds the big mac was cold and I was outside the door eating it. If I'd had the time I'd have given it back, but as ambulance staff I only get 30 mins for meal break. Absolutely disgusted 🤢

paid nearly £45 for an order thatwas unsatisfactory. Firstly the full order didn't arrive 2 kids meals were missing which led me having to go and collect these myself. Customers order online for a reason. the double big macs look look like they were thrown together! and the chips are soggy. Not a happy customer and won't he going back to Killingbeck mcdonalds again.

The only reason why Im leaving a review is because of the delivery driver! Delivery driver had amazing customer service, I would like to thank you for amazing and very different experience. Best delivery driver from MCDONALDS

Food is usually cooked well and well presented. However when ordering the order always comes wrong regardless of when or what I order. Whether it’s no sauces, the wrong item or not adding/removing something. Such small things but so frustrating

It’s not clean, they never get my order right, there’s never any staff anywhere, they never have half the stuff on the menu and it’s always full of youths hanging round

Ordered three separate orders all with a burger and no cheese. Three consecutive deliveries all had cheese on. My complaint is with just eat who won’t allow you to call them and then they make their procedure too difficult and time consuming. Extremely disappointed

You can’t beat ordering your food to wait half an hour and then tuck into cold chips. Don’t worry tho, I managed to dunk them in the sweet and sour sauce I didn’t order and that that heightened how much you’ve ruined my tea. How hard is it to send the right sauce and some warm food. The good news is my McFlurry is melted. £16 for a joke.

Driver great he called to say parked up now letting you to expect your order. Great minds think alike I was watching from door when rain got faster & I knew delivery on way. 5 star driver.

Continually accept orders that they cannot fulfil. State a delivery time and then add to that straight away till it’s over an hour longer than they said it would be. When food arrives it’s cold and I’m nearly always missing items. It’s a franchise being run as a scam and they need to be looked into as there are far too many reviews like this for it to not be true.

Burgers overcooked and cold.chips cold. Only decent thing was .milkshake. I certainly won't be ordering again
