The security thinks they have more authority then they have tell the security to be more relaxed and see how it affects the business and they disgusting replies from Marcus the servers

Ordered a water and they gave a fruit shoot. Went to change it and the woman was extremely rude and said it was our fault and laughed at us. Just because you've had a bad day working at McDonald's don't take it out on customers. Plus paid for a large water and was given a tiny one. Not impressed. 😔

First order didn’t even turn up but was marked as delivered, had to order again and then was charged more for the same order.

I wanted to buy coffee on my way to work, early in the morning, unfortunately it was not possible because, as usual in this Mac, the poorly organized staff and the helpless manager did not keep up with the orders and had to close the front door not letting people in.

Nice pies, had the Moolin Rouge which was great.

over all easy to use app the map is great to see where your delivery is and delivery was fast very good.

Saw the security being aggressive and trying to pick a fight with some random kids for no apparent reason. They are always looking for trouble

Absolute joke. We ordered from the app. It was only supposed to take 15 mins to be delivered. After 1.5 hours of watching countless drivers go to pick up the order and then cancel, we found out they had given our order to someone else and wouldn't remake ours, so had decided to just cancel the order. No attempt to try to fix it.

All I can say about this place is it's gone down hill in a big way the food if that's what you can call it is substandard for it's name and ull not be going there again

The delivery takes forever so the food is cold by time it comes. They also never give you the free sauces you request. Horrible service and experience.

I bought two Big Mac yesterday 19/12/24 using the app. I collected as take away and only one patty was on each of them. I went to there to complain because I think that was deliberate but the manager said he needed a proof of purchase from the shop. With all the information I showed him on the app and transaction code from McDonalds when they collected the money he still said they didn’t show I came to there. What else did he want? I didn’t go begging for food but to get an explanation. I’m decent enough and working so I can afford McDonalds .

I ordered a vegan mcplant with an additional vegan patty and received a chicken burger in a mcplant box. as a vegetarian I cannot eat this.

Food was flat cold. I had to reheat it all up. My son spat out his chicken nugget after waiting for over an hour in total he was starving and eager to eat then disappointed when bitten into and was cold from waiting so long. My son suffers with adhd

ordered around 5pm delivery was constantly pushed back, food finally arrived around 6:30. when it arrived the food was cold. delivery chap has a heat bag but our order was large and didn't fit inside so the lid wasn't closed

No ice cream for the children AGAIN. No crayons for the children AGAIN. Whoever has the franchise for this McDonald's needs to sort it out.

Absolutely shocking service. Drink arrived with all the drink in the bag. Everytime this happens

One of the drinks had leak to also half gone and leaked into the ice cream. The burger was flopped around so much in the bag it’s was all over the bag.

Delivery driver could not find the address. Then coffee spilt all over food. When passed to me, it fell out of the bag and on to the floor.

Pretty good place overall, I got my order fast and the food was came out really nice. Not to mention The place looked good with all the lights at night

Haven’t event received an order, can’t get through to just eat, store was any help either. Order was made over 2 hours ago and time to increasing repeatedly. No option to cancel.

Jesus, I know its city centre and all but it's always so packed, The security guard who workes their wouldn't let me upstairs as I was looking for my friend (I didn't know upstairs was "vip" 😑 I waited around half an hour for my food, it was super hot, the floor was dirty, and when I went outside I saw a few guys kick a guy sitting down (I don't know if he did anything to provoke them) if you don't like being trapped between people in an enclosed room then stay away.

Ordered off McDonald’s app to be fair, but drink was spilled and my food was stone cold - I live a 7min drive/bike ride away. Support did nothing to help, my food is still cold and wet. Order off just eats if you must, it’s quicker and arrives in time.

I've been to many McDonald's in the UK and abroad. Usually, instead of buying bottled water I just ask for a glass of water which they give happily. At this branch however after placing my order I asked the person (who from his attire seemed to be the manager) if I could have a glass of water and he said we are too busy to give you a glass of water. I was out of words as this guy was serious and I thought he was just pulling my leg. I told him I've just placed my order so I'm not just here to get some free water (for God's sake man are you serious! That's what went in my head). Even said I should go and buy a bottle. Anyways, I guess noticing the look on my face he asked one of his colleagues to pour me a glass. What a character. Disappointed to say the least. What was he trying to prove, I wondered. On one hand we encourage ditching single use plastic items and on the other hand it's this kind of behaviour.

A bit chaotic. Poor customer flow. Seem to think a regular latte is a premium drink (with surcharge)

Order was late and the estimated delivery time kept changing. When the food arrive it was flat cold, My drink was half empty when it arrived and the bag was wet through. To say it only came 200 yards away from my house i don’t know how it could have been as cold as it was

Dear God this was a miserable experience. Heaving with customers, all of whom were furious at the wait or how busy it was. If you need a review to see about the food at a maccy d's then I'd strongly advise you that you are not missing anything.

Very strange how fast food is no longer fast. As in all McDonald's I see dozens of staff standing around waiting for orders to be done. Many managers just standing there talking. What ever changes were made a few years ago have totally collapsed the efficiency of this model. I stress to add that this branch is just like all the others. It isn't the fault of the staff themselves.

Loved it here on a rainy day. The security guard came over when I was in a slight dubious phonecall with someone swearing excessively down the phone at me just to ask me if I was OK, so thank you for that. Shame there's not more organic/healthy options but can't fault the atmosphere always friendly and welcoming.

first of all it came late and the branch is just 1 minute away from me. but the worse was that they charge me 5 pounds for delivery and whatever on 8.68 order...!!!! thats a joke or rip-off...

Last night, I was subjected to racial discrimination by a homeless person outside a McDonald's. The McDonald's security staff stood by and watched without intervening. Later, the homeless person attacked me about 50 meters in front of the McDonald's. I couldn't take any photos because my phone was dead, but surveillance footage can prove everything

Ordered philly cheese stack of the new menu wanted no pickles and got it back to my hotel room and got pickles on could not eat it cause if I eat em I could die and it says on no pickles on the sticker one word AVOID if you don't wanna die

Seen the server's to put there hand in the bins and without washing touched the buns also using apron that looks dirty to support the bun too. Didn't felt hygienic at all. After enquiry got to know that's what they are supposed to do...

Speed of service wasn’t or never is the best especially when they used to say it’s not fast food it’s fast service was waiting ages they did my food then I watched her take it away again I thought oh done it wrong which is ok but then took another 10 mins I’m not been picky but when it takes that long to do something real simple then you should be looking at more training also the place wasn’t clean as it should be just feel standards has slipped a little bit with a bit more due care and attention then it would be a lot better experience

Got some problems sorted out but let's face..MC DONALDS HAS BEEN WITH YORKSHIRE FOR DECADES,GREAT FOOD ,COOL STAFF AND NICE FRIENDLY CUSTOMERS OF ALL AGES ETC.WELL DONE THE M......100/10.PLUS I ACTUALLY LOVE THEYRE PRODUCTS.
