Because of its prime location (and because it’s McDonald’s) the staff here don’t have to put on any facade of customer service- people will be coming through the door anyway. Truly astoundingly poor staff. In particular the tall woman with dark hair, a fringe, and glasses should be kept as far away from a customer facing role as possible. I couldn’t believe the way she spoke to other customers. If you own or manage this restaurant and you’re happy with delivering the worst customer service in Leeds, then carry on, that’s exactly what you are doing. Personally, I’d be mortified if I managed this team of people

Absolutely shocking. Took 2 hours on a Sunday night. Was stone cold when it turned up. No dips, drinks spilt on delivery and over food, burger incorrectly prepared with filling outside of box… awful. Full refund required.

Me and my mate ordered food. He got his order and started eating while waiting for me. It happened after 22:00. Security started telling him he cant eat inside. Well he is customer and a human being. And why his freedom is restricted in publicly accessed place. This should bot be happening as he was only waiting for me to get my order. No common sense whatsoever.

I don't eat McDonald's but grandkids love it and this is always clean and pleasant staff

The drinks bag had burst all over the bag, half of the drink was missing and it had unfortunately leaked over the food. The driver apologised and said there had been a spillage.

Wow, just wow! I had a quarter cheese burger and it absolutely geflunked me. I felt like that guy from Ratatouille who had flashbacks, talk about nostalgia (I've never tried it in my life). Now onto my usual order of 20 nuggets, never fails to shine like no other. G-Unit

The staff are usually courteous even when under pressure most of the time. The waiting time is usually fair depending on your order and the meals are just right!

I went in today bought a meal deal and even those i was sat inside and had it brought directly to table the fries was Flat cold no wonder people who order macdonalds from any macdonalds to home can't get the food to you warm enough to be classed as eaten while still hot enough when they can't even get it right in this place to the table

It took a long time to prepare our food, even though the place was not busy. The food was cold when we finally got our order. It seemed that staff didn't know what they were doing, as we watched them add food to our tray and then remove items and repeat the ritual again and again. We went to sit upstairs, but were rudely sent back downstairs where there was nowhere to sit. My young child and I were instructed to eat standing up. Very rude staff. Not recommended.

Went to McDonalds last night to get a meal for me and my partner, ended up being told we had to wait outside after already ordering through the app. The bouncers were so incompetent and told us to get to the back of the line and started becoming intimidating and rude. The food was cold when received and was given no apology.

Staff incredibly rude. Moaned when they had to make a burger three times for me when it was their own fault for making it wrong the first two times. Very very rude, told me I was wrong and that I’d ordered a regular burger so was my own fault. Showed them my receipt which said otherwise and they were extremely unhappy that they had to make it for the third time, as well as extremely rude to me and very huffy for it.

What is wrong with your app? It claims that my order was delivered at 2:55, yet I’ve been sat here with my phone open for over 2 hours since I placed my order at 1:58am. It is now 4:26am. I have submitted a complaint and will not be paying for this order which your app claims was delivered, but it was not. I also didn’t receive any communication from a delivery driver. Please refund this. Totally unacceptable service on this occasion.

It's a very busy place, and as the result of this it's overcrowded most of the time. Food and service are really up to the high standards....if you take your order out there is no problem, otherwise...it's most of the time overcrowded ...

Forgot chicken nuggets from order leaving people without food

I had to cancel a previous order and again this was on time but cold and unsatisfactory

Rude manager, I ordered on the app and didn't know they were "shut". They marked my order as collected. Knocked on the window for the manager to point to the sheet saying they're shut and walked off, I kept knocking and she was shaking her head rudely. I will be contacting head office and putting in a complaint about her. You can literally see my order, already paid for and gone out of my account marked as collected!!

I recently visited the establishment with my daughter, accompanied by her nanny and grandad. Unfortunately, we encountered an inconvenience as my 3-year-old daughter and the nanny were not allowed to go upstairs to sit and use the restroom while I placed our food order. The staff insisted on providing a receipt before permitting them access, despite my ongoing order at the counter. This procedural requirement created a less-than-ideal experience for us during our visit.

10 of us, out celebrating a 70th birthday. We stopped at this venue for a quick snack. Whilst attempting to use the toilet facilities, were stopped by the obnoxious security guard. This guy had a really terrible attitude and was demanding to see a receipt for my meal, even though he was in plain sight of where we were sitting. I returned with the remnants from my meal but he said that was not proof of purchase and continued to refuse access to virtually everyone that needed the facilities. This guy is in the wrong job and a complete bully. 8 of the 10 people in our group are pensioners and were absolutely appalled at this bullys attitude. Will never frequent McDonald's ever again.
