Burger King in Leeds

Disgraceful, very busy airport and minimal staff, useless manager who struggled to refund drinks due to the pressure. Also £70 for 4 cheeseburgers chips and drinks is taking the Mick.

Vile burger dripping in grease served by people who didnt want to be there, £30 for 2 meals is bad enough but having to sit in a dirty restaurant made it 10x worse. Ended up being ill on my flight. I know airport food is expensive but they charge enough to hire decent staff and a cleaner ! Disgusting place.

Fuimos a esta sucursal de Burger King y nos arrepentimos al instante! Mi marido me compró una hamburguesa de woppa con papas fritas grandes y papas fritas medianas ya que tenía un sándwich de alimentos Camden al lado, la comida estaba fría, las papas fritas tiradas en la bandeja por lo que se fueron por todas partes y si fueran de un tamaño grande y mediano temía pensar lo pequeña que era la porción pequeña! ¡En cuanto al Woppa! Era mucho más pequeña que una hamburguesa que se consigue en un McDonald’s Happy Meal infantil, el precio era extorsivo también, comida pobre muy cara que se fue a la papelera, NUNCA MÁS!

Solíamos preferir Burger King a McDonalds, pero ambos acordamos, basados en esta experiencia, que ha ido cuesta abajo. La comida estaba empapada. Las llamadas Cheesy Fries consistían en papas fritas ordinarias con un chorro de salsa de queso en la parte superior. Sin embargo, la actitud del personal es el peor aspecto. Mi esposa descubrió cuando levantó la tapa que su taza de té no tenía bolsa de té. Bueno, la gente puede cometer errores, pero cuando fui al mostrador para avisarles, me lanzaron una bolsa de té en silencio. Ni una palabra de disculpa. Las habilidades de servicio al cliente estaban claramente más allá de ellos.

Just a Good Start of Holiday with Hot Delicious Burger 🍔. Quick and one of the best polite service towards customer. Most recommended Peppercorn Crispy Chicken. 👍👍

Disgusting! Saturday evening 10pm, 26th April, 2025. £3.50 for PG tips tea with UHT milk. He refused point blank to let me have the REAL milk. Horrible place. in I asked the guy behind the counter for coffee- he said machine had just broken. Filthy airport and facilities

Food was ok but service terrible. Screen was unresponsive, wouldn’t accept app code. Despite no orders ahead, food slow and lukewarm, staff barking at customers and grunting at questions is not a good look. Banking on their captive audience.

I tried the Breakfast King burger recently, and it was amazing! The combination of flavors was just right, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The bun was soft, the bacon crispy, and the egg perfectly cooked. It was filling without being too heavy, making it a great choice to start the day. I had a great experience dining in at Burger King for breakfast. The place was clean and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere to start my day. I think the guy was called Tot on his arm band - he was just great. I like to order at the counter rather than the machines and sometimes I’ve been to Burger King where they’ve told me to go to the machine. Tot came straight to the till, was smiling and welcoming- answered my questions and was quick and efficient. Most of all he was cheerful and - when you’re sitting in the airport at 5:15am - the was really great.

It looked good, tasted good. Several hours have passed and I am very sick. Didn't sleep all night, vomiting and diarrhea. This Buerger was small and did a lot of damage to my health. Moreover, it is expensive considering its size

It may not be the cheapest venue, but it is an airport so we expect to pay higher prices than usual. Food was excellent and cooked to order. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. A positive start to our holiday.

My burger had mold on it! Luckily the man behind the counter gave me another one. The burger didn't taste fresh. Don't think I would buy something here again.

I was served by Prasad Naga today at LBS Airport. I've tried a BBQ Steakhouse Crispy Chicken Burger meal. The Burger for meal for the price seemed a bit small and the fries as well. But, tastes wise it was good and the service was good as well. The food was ready in no time.

Had a good experience here to be fair. The food was what you would expect from BK however the server Abid was particularly helpful when I asked for some BBQ sauce. Thanks to Abid I’ve had a great start to my holiday. Gracias ;)

He was incredibly attentive and ensured that my order was taken promptly and accurately. Marco went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable. He patiently answered all my questions about the menu and even offered some great recommendations. The food was delicious and well-prepared, but it was Marco's exceptional service that truly stood out. It's rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused staff in fast food restaurants, and Marco is a shining example of excellent service. I passed by Burger King while waiting for the flight to Porto. I was well received. The food was good. It satisfied my hunger. 😉

I've always been a fan of Burger King, but this establishment doesn't do their name any favours I'm afraid. There were two drinks machines but one was broken so there was a queue for the other, and the soda was flat, probably because of the overuse. The touchscreen didn't give me an option to add BBQ sauce so when I asked for some at the till, the lady stated that it would cost 50p. I found this ridiculous as I had just spent over £12 on my food. The food was OK but not the usual Burger King standards I've become accustomed to. By all means try it but don't expect anything spectacular for your money!
