After many years, I’ve just tried this place and I wish I’ve done that before. The fried chicken is one of the best in Leeds, the chicken burger is amazing, tenders were awesome. The services is so fast, and the prices are incredible. The only thing that I didn’t like is that seatings area. There are limited seats and not very comfy but everything else was perfect.

Absolutely adore their pizza, just a long wait wether delivery or take out but well worth it.

AVOID!! Ordered pizza meal deal and only pizza showed up with none of the sides or drinks, we phoned up and waited over an hour to get the items after being promised it would only take 30 mins and didn’t even receive sauces or full chips and drink, Then bit into hot wings and they were completely raw and pizza was disgusting, meat tasted off do not order food here !

Best take out in centre easily. Chicken burger meal is a must, better than McDonald’s. Strawberry milkshake is also a must 💯. Usually busy but best on week nights when quiet.

Went to order some chips with friends , was waiting to order and saw a rat run down into the kitchen after coming out from behind the counter . Staff didn’t seem bothered or effected by this and carried on what they were doing . They didn’t apologise or even attempt to catch the rat or rectify the situation, they just stood there and watched just very poor hygiene standards overall. So unhygienic and do not recommend ordering from here!!!!

was just in there looking at the menu, when the biggest rat i have ever seen came out from the basement (or behind the counter) proceeded to spin in a circle for around a minute before running back down the stairs- staff didn’t seem bothered at any point and went on as thought i was normal. made me sick to my stomach and i had to bin my food immediately. they didn’t feel the need to explain or chase the rat out of the kitchen, just watched and smiled as it ran down the stairs. absolutely horrified and disgusted will NOT be going there again. must have a worse problem in the kitchen if they didn’t even FLINCH at one.

if i could give this place minus stars i would i am absolutely horrified. i’ve just been stood in the ordering area and i’ve seen a very LARGE rat run out from behind the counter, scurry round on the floor and down the stairs. the employees didn’t flinch or try to chase it out they just laughed and smiled as it ran down the stairs as though it was a joke??? i’ve never been more shaken or so sick to my stomach i had to run outside and throw all my food in the bin. -10/10 vile.

I am writing Farsi so that if you were in Leeds and looking for halal fast food, you will find it easier! The quality of the food was good and the prices were completely student friendly! Because it is right in front of the Parkinson building of the University of Leeds. with 5 pounds of fried chicken with chips (fries) plus a soft drink. Well, that is good!! I found out that the food here is halal because it doesn't have a halal sign, but when you go inside, they tell you that the food is halal and the logo is on the menus inside!! Enjoy your meal

Horrible. If I could give them a 0 I would ordered off Uber eats as a regular as I always order from them and this time they forgot 1 item. It’s Ramadan and I was fasting also the food wasn’t mine so the person couldn’t open their fast. I rang to get it redelivered, at first they was claiming they put everything in and then when I got abit angry they said they would redeliver it. They took all my details, I waited and my sister waited and they never delivered it absolutely atrocious. It’s Ramadan and your forgetting people orders then lying to them making people wait to open their fasts and a regular customer too need shutting down.

I ordered the apparent ‘chicken burger’ and ‘cheesy chips’ from Flames, both of which arrived freezing cold and somewhat soggy. After reluctantly consuming the food, around an hour or two later, I began feel massively unwell and started showing the symptoms of food poisoning (these symptoms I will not be expanding on due to the nature of them). On the day of consumption, I ate nothing else capable of giving me these symptoms, unless toast with honey counts, I think not. Long story short, please do not eat from this ‘restaurant’, the pain is most definitely not worth consuming the lifeless mush that they call ‘food’ and is most definitely not worth having to loose 2/3 days of paid work for.

Ordered a late night take out...massive disappointment! Ordered a King Platter that was promised with deep-fried-deliciousness!...Got everything but! Dry dry dry! Not a single sauce for the entire dinner...Donner meat looked and tasted like it had been shaved and then sat under the Commercial Heated Lamp for a few hours...plus the rest!! All the food was cold after I had chased it and that's what sucked when the food is normally pretty good!! Then I called to ask if this could be fixed...the guy in the restaurant said that they were "too busy to fix it"...I'm not asking for a refund, just wanting better and asking for better food...(and better service apparently)!

Scratty place, hard to understand how they scraped 3 stars. Ordered from here as a last resort as not a lot of places were open/ would deliver on time. Guy on the phone was rude as per usual, but took our order. The food was never delivered. Food poisoning, will never eat takeaway again

Very slow. Takes 3 adults to do a kids job. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes, cannot place order. The guy inside ignored me when I asked if I can place order, just playing deaf. Called him again and again and he just said: just wait, don’t you see there is a lot of orders? It’s a joke. I have patience for disabled people but not for retarded morons.

Put an order, they accepted, later on they cancelled on the reason they're closed! If you're closed, don't accept the order! No big deal! Disgusting behaviour!

The staff guy that serves me is so rude every time i order food. Didn’t even make eye contact or say anything e.g., of the price or any confirmation or anything. Food is also mid, but it’s convenient as it’s close to the university.

On my 13th chun of the day thanks to the negative hygiene rating. Never get the chicken strips.

I ordered the King Kebab and had it delivered to my hotel. First off, the temperature of the food was only just warm, the chips soggy/bland and the meat? Well, the chicken shish?? I think, was dry and looked like tandoori meat from the other day, the donner meat was standard and the chicken donner wasn't chicken donner .... no idea what I was eating for half of it. Complete rubbish that I will never order again. I have no idea who these people are who say this is 'exceptional food', when it clearly isn't. My advice? Don't bother, grab a quick meal from somewhere else.

They are con artists. If you order they don't deliver. They lie and say someone knocked on your door and tried calling. I have ring doorbell and zero missed calls. They were hoping I would forget about my order but no. The little prick on the phone knows what he's doing. Not letting this go. I am going to get even.

I didn’t actually go there but wanted to order over the phone, when I asked if I could place order for delivery the guy on the other side of the phone pretended to not be able to hear me and cut it off, I tried again and the same thing happened. I also tried it Ona different phone using data instead of WiFi and the same thing happened so I know there wasn’t a problem on my end but he was being rude. Definitely don’t order from here food isn’t all that anyway.

DONT GO HERE. Worst food ever. Got a spicy wing meal. Chicken was cold, seasoning was bland, breadcrumbs were mushy. Disgusting food worst I’ve ever had. I would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service man didn’t even give sauces at a takeaway 😂. Dreadful spot don’t know how they’re still in business in a popular student area.

Paid more the £8 for a large doner kebab on delivery, it was no bigger than the regular one. Also have no chilli or garlic sauce and no salad. All that came was some sad looking doner and a tough kebab bread. Bad.

Had flames ring me telling me they were delivering my food. I never ordered anything (not sure how someone got my address and number) and I told them I never ordered anything. Instead of just saying okay they accused me and said it was me and they recognised my voice, they said they heard some lad ask for a kebab in background which wasn’t true as I wasn’t with one, told them that and still accused me. Hung up when I tried to ask who called and under what name

Ordered a take away late at night. I was unable to track the delivery time and the order came half an hour late. The burger patty was slightly raw and the chips were cold. Ended up getting food poisoning the next day from the burger. Would not recommend.

Every time I order late , they give half portion when I paid for full. I ordered donner meat and received less than half of full portion.I rang but no answer.

Highly underrated, and would suggest it every week.The wings are nicely breaded and so is the burger. The Sizzler Box is what I highly suggest as you get tasty hot wings with a nicely breaded scrumptious burger. Unfortunately I do not have a picture but i do highly suggest!

Just had a flames through Uber eats ordered large meat and chips with chilli sauce it was more like a kids meal with a dab of chilli sauce. Food was cold my dog had the the reast with no sauce.very disappointed

While we are eating our food inside, they told us to leave immediately because they are closing the store. I asked them wait for 2 minute and then we will leave but they just turn off the lights and yell at us to leave out. So we were basically kicked off from the place before finishing our meal, that was so disrespectful and unacceptable. We are paying money to take this service, nobody is your sheepdog.

Shocking experience. Been using this takeaway for a long time. Food late, cold, some of the order missing. Tried to ring them for an hour and not picking the phone up. They have lost a regular customer.

Ordered on justeat. Order was 30 minutes late so called the takeaway to be greeted by a man claiming we were “wrong” and our food must have been taken by someone else. Assured him it had not, sent his driver down to come down and give us a description who clearly hadn’t taken our food. Absolutely ridiculous situation and utterly terrible customer service. Waited over 90 minutes for food that was supposedly delivered that never was and to be accused of accepting food that never arrived.

Orderd large kebab got a tiny one thqt wouldn't fill a child I rung back said send a proper one and dint deliver poor poor customer service and samosa was horrible

Often use this place, but never again. Phoned up to order a 16" pizza, king kebab box and a medium kebab, just to be told they only do one size that is 'Large kebab'. Order arrived 40 mins late, all flat cold and the 'large kebab' was more like a small.

Took them an hour just to confirm my order and then another hour for it just to get to my house. Probably the worst kebab I've ever eaten in my life. Barely any garlic sauce on the kebab.Avoid this place at all costs even if your drunk and craving a kebab it isn't worth it.

Food came 45 minutes late and was lukewarm when it arrived. Spicy chips were only sparingly seasoned and garlic bread was ice-cold, hard, chewy and seemed to have no garlic butter at all. Convenient that it's open late but would maybe pick a different place for a post night-out meal.
