McDonald's Hunslet in Leeds

Ordered a breakfast wrap with no sauce and came with no sauce but no sausage.what is so hard about making a wrap?? Had to go back to get another

Very very slow service, and after 10 minutes of waiting for a basic wrap the wrap arrived in poor condition, all the ingredients had been thrown in the middle and the wrap closed i had to open the wrap and put them in order to be able to close the wrap properly and is not the first time, I usually buy from here when i finish my work and all the time the speed of service and the quality of the food is very very poor, they should hire more quality staff instead of leaving only 2-3 persons in the shop.

Food is flat cold and uneatable. App showed Food was been prepared before delivery driver was there. then took another 30- 40 mins before driver set off to deliver it too us. obvious that Food has been sat waiting for delivery driver to set off.

all food freezing cold , chips are so cold there inedible , I would like a refund

everything was fine except 2 of the large latte were in fact toffee latte but to be honest I don't mind I still enjoyed my meal

My whole order was cold! No dip! The delivery driver dropped off numerous deliveries before mine! Food was ruined cold and pointless!

Ordered drive thru, got home (5 min drive) and realised the coffee was lukewarm and the hot chocolate didn’t taste of anything. Food was fine, not the best maccies can do. Did me dirty.

Second time I've had a double sausage and egg MC muffin meal and it's second time I've had egg shell in it not best way to have your breakfast

Chicken selects taste like they've been sat around for ages and cold and ranch butger cooked to order was some how cold too! Only thing that actually hot was the apple pie

Disgusting behaviour witnessed in there.staff swearing at top of there voice in the back will not go to there again.was a few people in at the time all looking shocked at it

I forgot to change my address and ordered to the wrong place, and the driver was super understanding and came to drop it off at the correct place. Solid dude and really appreciated.

Food turned up freezing, I live 5 mins away from where the restaurant is. Kept changing the delivery time by the time it got delivered it was 50 minutes later and even then they left half my order out LOL!

Absolutely rubbish. Paid for a meal which didn’t arrive even though it said it had. Only thing I got was you have to go through just eat. When I complained put phone down on me. Absolute rubbish. Now told it was left on my doorstep. It wasn’t. Obviously delivered to wrong address but I lost my money anyway. Won’t use ever again.

Driver refusing the code which was on my app saying it was wrong. Driver also called my phone when the delivery instructions clearly said do not call my phone but ring the bell. All food 100% cold because of him being awkward

Don’t mind waiting a long time if the food is going to come fresh. But it took over an hour and was literally cold all the way through. Spent £20 on the order and was only offered £4 account credit, ridiculous

Great delivery but unfortunately all the dips were forgotten. 8 in total. I can understand some missing but for all the items to be missing!! Where is the last checks to make sure all items are in the bags for delivery???

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever experienced, the only we come here is because it’s closest to our car charger. As other reviews have stated, they without fail ask you to park up every single time, even early in the morning when nobody is around. How hard is it to put a burger together ????

Although the delivery time was good, the amout of time they spent preparing the meal was outragous, and you would expect that with the amount of time they had to make this order they could make sure its correct. Here is a list of things they got wrong or were unsatisfactory: chicken nuggets instead of veggie dippers, the salad looked bland and didnt have a dressing, there was no happy meal toy, the milkshake was like milk and wrong flavour. also the bag was ripped open when we recieved it. tsk!!

Well I waited 20 mins after driving through and being asked to park up. Eventually went into restaurant!. Was told order still with kitchen. Eventually got food and drink and drove home. Oh dear I have watery hot chocolate, cold coffee and haven’t a clue who’s order I got but definitely not what I ordered and certainly not what I paid for🙁

tables always dirty ,food always missing from order ,once i have waited 30 minutes for my food and insted of mccrispy they served me mcdepression ...dry horrible chicken,drop of mayo,my chicken died of dehydration before it was dehydrated even more and than cooked.and the worst thing is i had to wipe my table twice after previous customers left mess that wasnt cleaned . time to start looking for new macdonald .avoid this place

People say you get what you pay for. Well not here. Sometimes you get a complete surprise. I use this place probably 2-3 times a week. It local and has a drive thru. Being disabled, the drive thru is a massive thing for me. I often pop in for a sausage breakfast meal with a coffee on my way to work. As I don't like eggs, I request they don't include one. Often, it has an egg. Sometimes they don't include the cheese. I like cheese and have never requested they remove it, so why it Sometimes doesn't have any, I don't know. Sometimes the coffee isn't a coffee at all. Like this morning for example. I don't know what this is, but it has whipped cream on the top and doesn't taste nice. I just ordered a coffee. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru to collect the wrong food. Then the drive thru queue was so long, I didn't bother going back to complain. As I said, I'm disabled so getting out and walking in is a task. I have complained before about wrong orders and you get the apology and a code for a free meal, but nothing has changed in all the time this site has been here. C'mon McDonalds.

I wasn't happy cos my food did not come I only got drinks I got an email saying I was gunna get a full Refund but I only received £21 from my £36 order

I know the weather was poor (though only raining here so could be worse), so expected a long wait but I ordered at 12:53 and finally got my food at around 2:15. Food was flat cold. Courier was extremely rude; he knocked and within 5 seconds knocked again and was getting ready to walk off in the 10 secs it took my husband to answer the door. Barely said a word bar asking for code. Would normally give a tip for anyone coming out in bad weather but not him unfortunately. His attitude stank.
