washroom was unclean. And the staff was so rude

I've only been here for breakfast. Standards are still slipping & the branch seems increasingly overwhelmed by delivery orders. It can be very slow & I've had issues with oily food, errors, cold food & drinks. Place is kept clean but can be draughty.

Shouldn't be waiting nearly half an hour for a big mac and a happy meal

Delivery: Me and my family order from here often the delivery time is great usually taking only 30-35 minutes however the food often arrives cold, the burger(s) most the time have fallen apart (though that could be due to the delivery drivers through just eat and not necessarily the McDonald’s staffs fault) and we are missing things from our order 99% of the time and often have mislabel food (such as “no pickles” being on the wrong burger)

Nothing fast food about this McDonald's. Just shy of 20 minutes wait for food for an almost empty restaurant. Plenty of delivery drivers came and went though so it's clear to see where the priority is now.

This McDonalds is an absolute disgrace, I travel for work and eat at plenty of maccys, unfortunately this is my local one. Wait times for a simple burger/chips/drink meal is just ridiculous, the place can be completely empty or packed out and you'll still be waiting 20+ mins. There's a good chance the self service machine won't give you a receipt because it's out of paper, and if you order more than 1 meal you'll probably have something missing from your order Staff seem more focused on laughing and joking about than actually working, upper management might want to take notice.

Food as everywhere in McDonald's staff was friendly

So my order was del but cold and the courier wouldn't believe it was my address had to show him the plaque on my wall to confirm my address which is disgusting. Don't think I will be ordering from McDonalds again and why are there no condiments

Lean to check your bags just eat drivers, got my 3 drinks , but all the food I got was 5 ketchup, luke warm chicken nuggets and cold fries, i ordered £35 worth of food to be left with £8 food to be delivered. Just eat is useless as they provide no help just a automated system

awful we rang the company told them plain and they said they would tell the kitchen and it came plain when my mates are allergic to it

This us by far the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. If your a busy working individual don't go to this place at all. No matter what you order ( even something simple ) at the drive thru they will ask you to park up. This changes what should be a quick visit into a 20 to 25 min wait. This happens all the time. And when you get said food it's always under cooked with cold unmelted cheese and so on. The entire management staff need to be sacked

Was ordered for a birthday mean, Food was cold, the fries were seriously undercooked, no dips with the chicken nuggets despite being on the order, Big Macs were more like mini macs, really disappointed in the quality

Went to my gate to get my food. Deliver driver wouldn’t give me my order as he could see my dog sitting on my living room floor. Demanding I shut the door. Aggressive and rude. Never got my food.

Burger and drink are good but disappointed with fries was bit cold and chocolate and raspberry dessert wasn’t good it not my taste that needed improvement but we had chocolate before same but this time with raspberry doesn’t match well

Shame you can only use park when at the restaurant. You can’t have a burger and nip to one of the shops nearby. May have used McDonalds and had a burger and gone to one of the shops but forget it McDonald’s so selfish so I won’t be using you for my lunch.

For a fast food place it’s not very fast. A lot of staff doing nothing. Waited 20mins for a burger. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother.

food was all cold when arrived like stone called I paid £33 so extremely disappointed in the food the big macs ordered 2 the burgers were extremely overly powered by salt wasn't able to eat them at all - chocolate milkshake was like water too. over all very disappointed in everything and the price for it all to be the way it was

They give prank callers a taste of there own medicine! I was a prank caller and they called me back pretending to be the police! I'm still sorry to that lovely women that picked up the phone. Thanks! I know to never ever prank call people again!

driver pulled on road reversed drove off. I had to go chase him down then got agro off him for me having to come out and chase him. he said number should be on gate I told him it was if he got out and checked. plus food wrong as well. disgraceful behafrom driver poor quality food

Went to the toilets after ordering food, toilets are extremely smelly and dirty, food was dry and bland and chips had no salt on, also a certain woman on dining area was very rude when I asked where the toilets were, this was my first and last time visiting this store thank god, definetly don’t recommend I’ll be driving further for a different store, would give 0 stars if possible. appalling behaviour…

Food was late. Delivery driver was on a cycle. Food was cold and coffee had been spilled and bag leaking . Not happy and expect a refund for the coffee at least

Very busy. Atmosphere spoiled by a group of half a dozen teenagers. Wannabee gangsters throwing things around the restaurant among families eating totally unchallenged. Staff pretending not to notice and an older customer had to challenge them himself after his kids were upset. Other kids hanging about without any food trying to get in the WiFi and shouting. Would not go back to this McDonald's.

Good for a McDonald's. Looks to be new, and was not busy. Probably due to being a bit out of the way. Noticed one of the staff picking nose and eating it behing the service area, luckily not near our order.

out in the middle of nowhere sits this cafe, its not cheap but the food is good and being set in the Welsh countryside it has some wonderful views

Got 2 plain cheeseburgers and parked me up. Asked where and she said ‘anywhere in car park’ It didn’t even seem busy at all. Some woman was walking around with a tray and bags of food on not a clue where to take the food. Going up to cars and asking what they ordered. I was waiting 15 minutes waiting for 2 plain cheeseburger. Joke. Sort your kitchen out or hire more staff to work over peak times. Poor management

standard maccies, tables needed a clean

food was thrown in the bag, had ordered pancakes was put in bag sideways so packaging had opened and food was cold. also no maple sryup so was cold and dry, went in the bin

My drink had spilled in the bag and I only and about a quarter of it left , luckily it was an iced coffee or I could have been burnt the food was also cold I had to microwave it . Delivery was on time best thing about it really.

I have never known a worse McDonald’s! They need to look up the meaning ‘fast food’. Service is always slow and more often than not have to park up for simple burgers, nuggets and fries.

Food was hot! Delivery guy was awesome but I couldn’t help but feel bad him being on an e-bike for a fairly long trip. I‘ll be less likely to order out of guilt for the poor soul delivering it.

I’ve been to this McDonalds multiple times and always had a disappointing experience. Once I waited 45 minutes for my food even after repeatedly asking where it was. The food also almost always comes out cold which just makes the wait even more disappointing. I went a couple of days ago and the chicken nuggets were cold and tasted really stale. I didn’t end up eating them and just went somewhere else afterwards.

I did not receive my food I got somebody else's then the driver had no consideration and was not bothered. They should have a duty of care to make sure their customers are happy. Disgusting service.

Food temperature was "just warm enough", my quarter pounder with cheese was thrown together and a piece of my burger was broken off and placed on top- not seen that before. Based on all other recent reviews and my experience this facility is badly staffed/managed.

If I could give it 0 I would because the environment is disgusting and the service is terrible. I come here often and it has only got worse. They leave cobwebs hanging down despite people complaining about them. As well as this they take forever working on orders and leave a mess despite having the staff available. It is pure laziness and I could do a better job myself.

Disgusting. Not even worth a star ! Like other reviews . Took nearly half an hour for our food to come, of course it was flat cold. Then to be lied to an be told she had just took the fries out ?? Cold really . We sent it back just for her to come back with the same food !!! All in same place on tray! We binned it , we’ll I say binned we left it on the table because every bin in there was full and overflowing, others left there’s on tables as all the spaces had rubbish an stinking food packed around them. Tables filthy and not a cleaner in site. I’ve traveled the length and covered many many miles of the uk and over the years been to 100s of McDonald’s. This one is far the worst. If you want food poisoning and rude incompetent staff then good there. I recommended you don’t . It’s foul and unclean , health and safety needs to be involved. I’d never eat from there again . -10 stars . I can still smell the stench from the bins as I write this . You been warned people don’t go there it be cleaner eating out a public rubbish bin ! Disgusted!

Packing is very cheap especially for drinks. Drinks are open inside and they just put in a very thin brown bag. Always spills off.
