It always seems better when the managers are in charge of your order.

Usual wait time for a fast food chain as you expect with mcdonalds, food quality as you would expect.

Every time we visit this store there is always a problem I recommend driving a bit further to avoid waiting times and disappointment 😞

Usual fast food rubbish looks nothing like pictures

I've only been here for breakfast. Another branch that now charges a premium for a "regular" latte. Standards are still slipping & the branch seems increasingly overwhelmed by delivery orders. It can be very slow & I've had issues with oily food, errors, cold food & drinks. The place is usually kept clean but can be draughty - delivery drivers using fire exits.

Half a slice of cheese? Really? £4.79 for the item only & youve only put on HALF a slice of cheese???? Don't know how some of you sleep at night pulling this shxt all the time. I'm so over McDonald's, youre charging more & more & the quality of food is getting worse, heating the food is probably the easiest job in that place but you still manage to put out the worst quality possible. It's basically a fish finger sandwich!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FROM MCDELIVERY APP BECAUSE THIS RESTAURANT DO NOT PROVIDE SOME OF THE FOOD YOU ORDER AND WHEN YOU WANT REFUND THEY ONLY PROVIDE FLAT REFUND FEE OF £2.50!!!!!!!

A busy Easter Sunday night, only 2 staff on kitchen , both in their absolute element and smashing every effin order out BIG STYLE. Go on girls! Lovely to see. Massively appreciate the passion, efficiency and joy they brought to every hungry waiting gob. Promote them NOW!

Terrible experience at the drive-thru. I placed my order at the machine outside and drove up to the payment window, but the staff member disappeared. I waited almost 10 minutes with no sign of anyone, and no explanation given. There was a long queue behind me, and nobody came out to help. Eventually, I had to just drive off. Complete waste of time – absolutely unacceptable service.

My banana milkshake keeps getting contaminated with chocolate flavour milkshake. But food is normally as good as mcds gets

My favourite part of coming to McDonald’s Hunslet is definitely being told to park up every single time without fail when going through the drive-thru. What an experience. Shite.

Food was good as usual - we got clean tables 👍🏼 and friendly help & chat from Stella the server. She kindly helped us fixing our burger that came single iso double. Apple pie & Mc Flurry 🥰

Always have to park up for 5-10 mins chips/hash browns are never salted, always at least one thing wrong with every order

Very clean and welcoming staff, I had a kids happy meal the same as my grandson.

The lady who works on Sunday morning on the floor stocking etc was very friendly and helpful :)

This McDonald's is a life saver if you happen to be at Rejuve in Leeds, it's round thd corner from Beaver Works and the actual restaurant building is open 24/7 not just the drive thru. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly and the staff very friendly. Highly Recommend

Drive through quick and prompt and easy transaction

Its just McDonald's. But you know what your getting. Same all over the country

Ordered to be delivered to car , takes a long time until served and food is cold, maybe they should have someone do deal just with deliveries and other to deal with customers that are at location, seems to be and issue If you go to drive thru they no longer have menus, so unless you are a constant customer of their you have no idea what their menu is and their workers have no idea either, you get served quicker If you go to order inside it takes forever and food is cold cause they prioritize delivery drivers , no longer fast food 🙄 Also for deliveries read properly cause on top of delivery charge £1.99 or more , they also add at least £1.50 service charge , which i find ridiculous and not worth to order delivery, what service is that ?! Shoving the food in the bag and doing their actual job that they would have done anyway if ordered at location ?! Hence i rarely order Mcdonalds

A nice convenient drive through. It's just a shame that at this store unlike others in the locality there is always a long queue and a massive wait - always ! Whatever time you visit.

Went to this McDonald’s for breakfast and ordered a double Bacon & Egg McMuffin. Got home and realized they gave me something completely different. Frustrating, especially when you’re looking forward to your meal. Mistakes happen, but double-checking orders should be standard. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Ordered a breakfast wrap with no sauce and came with no sauce but no sausage.what is so hard about making a wrap?? Had to go back to get another

Very very slow service, and after 10 minutes of waiting for a basic wrap the wrap arrived in poor condition, all the ingredients had been thrown in the middle and the wrap closed i had to open the wrap and put them in order to be able to close the wrap properly and is not the first time, I usually buy from here when i finish my work and all the time the speed of service and the quality of the food is very very poor, they should hire more quality staff instead of leaving only 2-3 persons in the shop.

Food is flat cold and uneatable. App showed Food was been prepared before delivery driver was there. then took another 30- 40 mins before driver set off to deliver it too us. obvious that Food has been sat waiting for delivery driver to set off.

Food turned up freezing, I live 5 mins away from where the restaurant is. Kept changing the delivery time by the time it got delivered it was 50 minutes later and even then they left half my order out LOL!

Absolutely rubbish. Paid for a meal which didn’t arrive even though it said it had. Only thing I got was you have to go through just eat. When I complained put phone down on me. Absolute rubbish. Now told it was left on my doorstep. It wasn’t. Obviously delivered to wrong address but I lost my money anyway. Won’t use ever again.

Great delivery but unfortunately all the dips were forgotten. 8 in total. I can understand some missing but for all the items to be missing!! Where is the last checks to make sure all items are in the bags for delivery???

As other reviews have stated, they without fail ask you to park up every single time, even early in the morning when nobody is around. How hard is it to put a burger together ????

Although the delivery time was good, the amout of time they spent preparing the meal was outragous, and you would expect that with the amount of time they had to make this order they could make sure its correct. Here is a list of things they got wrong or were unsatisfactory: chicken nuggets instead of veggie dippers, the salad looked bland and didnt have a dressing, there was no happy meal toy, the milkshake was like milk and wrong flavour. also the bag was ripped open when we recieved it. tsk!!

Well I waited 20 mins after driving through and being asked to park up. Eventually went into restaurant!. Was told order still with kitchen. Eventually got food and drink and drove home. Oh dear I have watery hot chocolate, cold coffee and haven’t a clue who’s order I got but definitely not what I ordered and certainly not what I paid for🙁

People say you get what you pay for. Well not here. Sometimes you get a complete surprise. I use this place probably 2-3 times a week. It local and has a drive thru. Being disabled, the drive thru is a massive thing for me. I often pop in for a sausage breakfast meal with a coffee on my way to work. As I don't like eggs, I request they don't include one. Often, it has an egg. Sometimes they don't include the cheese. I like cheese and have never requested they remove it, so why it Sometimes doesn't have any, I don't know. Sometimes the coffee isn't a coffee at all. Like this morning for example. I don't know what this is, but it has whipped cream on the top and doesn't taste nice. I just ordered a coffee. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru to collect the wrong food. Then the drive thru queue was so long, I didn't bother going back to complain. As I said, I'm disabled so getting out and walking in is a task. I have complained before about wrong orders and you get the apology and a code for a free meal, but nothing has changed in all the time this site has been here. C'mon McDonalds.
