The driver got lost according to the tracking and when the food arrived it was cold

It’s one thing to not send sauces when they was free, it’s a completely separate issue not sending them when they now charge for them, useless

All Burgers were burnt and cold, couldn’t eat

Got the order completely wrong

ordered a chocolate milkshake a strawberry one came it was like water,food was absolutely freezing cold.😤

Most of food was missing and have check to refund £8 when order was over £35 and only 2 meals and drinks out of 4 was there

This is now 3 times in a row you have missed items from my orders it needs to stop I will contact trading standards if it happens again

It always seems better when the managers are in charge of your order.

French fries under cooked with a hint of donut flavour and mystery red stuff not ketchup on chicken mayo burger which went in the bin.

Usual wait time for a fast food chain as you expect with mcdonalds, food quality as you would expect.

The steakhouse stack was missing a burger. The quarter pounder with cheese had salad that was requested to be removed. No straws for drinks. No dips that were all paid for. Refunded great. But I’d have rather have what I ordered, and to have it prepared correctly.

Every time we visit this store there is always a problem I recommend driving a bit further to avoid waiting times and disappointment 😞

I've only been here for breakfast. Another branch that now charges a premium for a "regular" latte. Standards are still slipping & the branch seems increasingly overwhelmed by delivery orders. It can be very slow & I've had issues with oily food, errors, cold food & drinks. The place is usually kept clean but can be draughty - delivery drivers using fire exits.

Half a slice of cheese? Really? £4.79 for the item only & youve only put on HALF a slice of cheese???? Don't know how some of you sleep at night pulling this shxt all the time. I'm so over McDonald's, youre charging more & more & the quality of food is getting worse, heating the food is probably the easiest job in that place but you still manage to put out the worst quality possible. It's basically a fish finger sandwich!

You forgot the drinks and sauce

Burgers was stacked perfect usually they looks like children have make them, but this time Burgers was looks perfect and same taste. Thank-you guys

ordered 2 cheese burgers, they were ok, very salty though. ordered ONE medium fries, got 2 ( which wasn't a problem ) however, both fries were extremely undercooked, no salt on them, not one chip had any crisp to it. just tasted of mushy potatoes. ordered a full fat small coke, I got what tasted like a warm cheap cola or warm diet cola which I didn't order. I also got garlic cheese dippers they were ok, however NO rich sauce which I requested. everytimes somethings wrong

A busy Easter Sunday night, only 2 staff on kitchen , both in their absolute element and smashing every effin order out BIG STYLE. Go on girls! Lovely to see. Massively appreciate the passion, efficiency and joy they brought to every hungry waiting gob. Promote them NOW!

Burgers have no cheese, no crispy onions… drink with no straws …. Chips cold, waste of money honestly what a let down company

Terrible experience at the drive-thru. I placed my order at the machine outside and drove up to the payment window, but the staff member disappeared. I waited almost 10 minutes with no sign of anyone, and no explanation given. There was a long queue behind me, and nobody came out to help. Eventually, I had to just drive off. Complete waste of time – absolutely unacceptable service.

My drink was layed on its side when handed to me my sausage McMuffins were missing plus don’t you give out strews anymore or something because every order I make it’s always missing my strew napkins and half of my order

I have paid for condiments but there was none in my delivery and my fishfilet burger had only saus in it and nothing else in it no salade no cheese nothing the fries were cold.

My banana milkshake keeps getting contaminated with chocolate flavour milkshake. But food is normally as good as mcds gets

This McDonald's is a life saver if you happen to be at Rejuve in Leeds, it's round thd corner from Beaver Works and the actual restaurant building is open 24/7 not just the drive thru. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly and the staff very friendly. Highly Recommend

Drive through quick and prompt and easy transaction

Delivery driver stopped no where near the house and was found in a total different car park and I still have to pay delivery fee. Food was OK didn't arrive very warm.

Ordered to be delivered to car , takes a long time until served and food is cold, maybe they should have someone do deal just with deliveries and other to deal with customers that are at location, seems to be and issue If you go to drive thru they no longer have menus, so unless you are a constant customer of their you have no idea what their menu is and their workers have no idea either, you get served quicker If you go to order inside it takes forever and food is cold cause they prioritize delivery drivers , no longer fast food 🙄 Also for deliveries read properly cause on top of delivery charge £1.99 or more , they also add at least £1.50 service charge , which i find ridiculous and not worth to order delivery, what service is that ?! Shoving the food in the bag and doing their actual job that they would have done anyway if ordered at location ?! Hence i rarely order Mcdonalds

A nice convenient drive through. It's just a shame that at this store unlike others in the locality there is always a long queue and a massive wait - always ! Whatever time you visit.
