Reasonable food at a good price, excellent thick shakes and deserts. Better chips than KFC and decent portion sizes

I came in for the first time yesterday and ordered some wings and I LOVED THEM and I also had some churros which tasted delicious! I’m definitely coming here again 10/10!

If you want to waste your time and money and get a meal like feces, come to this restaurant, unworthy employees and a bad place, I do not recommend visiting it + excessively delaying the food upon request

Bottle of coke was out of date. Had to drive back to the restaurant to replace it. Chips were barely warm and burger wasn't that appealing. Definitely wouldn't recommend the food to anyone

Ordered on deliveroo at 10pm order never arrived and no one answered the phone. Pretty bad service. Pretty sure they just closed at 11pm and left the order live.

Only 3 people working at a peak time with an act on at First Direct. Not sure what these guys were thinking, service so slow. People getting served in the wrong order before others that were already waiting a long time. Overheard someone say they'd been waiting 40 minutes. Seemingly only one food item coming out at a time. Orders coming out wrong and they weren't always providing receipts to check orders or at least ask for a refund. Don't waste your time.

Absolutely shocking service, waiting over 40 minutes for 1 burger and some chicken tenders. No sign of hast on an understaffed kitchen and very unapologetic. No menu system at all so all all orders were delayed, one of the worst eateries ever!

My experience was a meal of two halves. I chose the basic burger with an upgrade to fries and a soft drink. The sauce on the burger was very runny and any that hadn't soaked into the bread soon ran off the small amount salad. The bread was dry around the edges. Not in a toasted way but in an exposed to the air for a long time way. The chicken burger was way overcooked and gave it a horrible texture. The fries were hot and crispy but mainly firm inside instead of being fluffy. £1.95 for a can of coke seemed a bit pricey. I said it was a meal of two halves...... The deserts were lovely and compared to the mains were decent value for money :) Service was slow, mainly due to lack of staff. The staff were in fact very pleasant considering the pressure they were under. It was a bit weird that the door to the toilets took you through to the Burger King next door! This could be a great place but is let down by the quality of the cooking and price.

Visited today 9/5/22 and well I’ll never come back and I didn’t even get to try the food. Hardly any staff and the staff that was there clearly shouldn’t be working together. There was a fight between your chef and manager that I myself had to split up while they had each other by the throat. All this was over the fact that the buns for the chicken burgers were green with mould! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and clearly the kitchen is never cleaned properly for this to happen. The restaurant was full of kids who where very upset by this.

Slow service and cold food due to understaffing. The staff member was friendly and new. No body else was in apart from myself and three friends. Waited 50 minutes for wings; half mine were cold and a further 15 minutes for my friends burgers. The burgers were cold. One friend asked for veggie burger but received one veggie tendon. Not good value for money. The staff member was friendly but juggling front of house, deleivroo / just eat orders and cooking. Too much for one person. If service had have been quicker we would have ordered desserts and more drinks. Probably won’t be back again.

Short of staff and very busy, we were lucky second in so ok , but it lacked being run right, shame as food we had was fine.

We ordered through Deliveroo where it's called El Taco, but it's the same thing. Underwhelmed by most of it. The crispy chicken burrito was really slimy. Not crispy at all and tasted of an overpowering lime. The quesadillas didn't really taste of much at all. They were soggy and mostly filled with rice...needed waaaay more cheese. The chocolate Churros were pretty amazing. So not a total loss

Called before a concert . Ordered two original burgers cheesy chips and coleslaw x 2 plus Diet Coke and a beer. Waited 20 min for beer . Food arrived 30 min ( delivery served in between and 1 other couple ). Chicken burger was terrible. Chicken was hard , cold and stringy. Bun cold. Chips hot but had a weird processed cheese taste with in melted cheddar on top. Meal not nice at all. Then came and said they had run out of coleslaw. ( 6.45 pm on a sat ) . 3 young girls running the shop. All seemed very nice but cannot cook . Avoid .

We came as a table of three and were served quickly and with such a warm welcome! We ordered two burgers & some chicken tenders and the food was incredibly tasty - massive thanks to Ana & Awa for being attentive and their recommendations on sauces! 10/10 would recommend!

We had our staff event at Sticky Sisters and it really kicked the night off to a great start! We organised the group order (of 14 people!) and seating beforehand and this was managed with great care leaving everything to run smoothly and in an enjoyable manner. The place has a nice aesthetic, the food is great and the staff are lovely. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer!

Food was really good, staff seem lovely, got chatting to the manager who seemed pretty busy but made time for our little natter. Recommend the mango unchained burger! It’s perfect!

Just ate here before seeing the wanted at the arena, super conveniently close to the venue, fast friendly service and really good quality food. Will be back again next month for another concert.

I actually use to work here a few years ago and thought I'd give them a go as they popped up on deliveroo! The food was nice, I ate it all, but the quality of food definitely wasn't worth the price. I'd suggest getting in more quality ingredients or lowering prices to the quality it is. But it was nice! Arrived on time and the sauces are decent with plenty to choose from whether you want cool or hot! A good variety of food. Ordered from Just Eat. They called just 5 minutes before the delivery was due to inform me that some of the ingredients were not available. Why wait until delivery time to do this? We are disabled. This has left us hungry for an hour and a half now the time we arrange something else. A courtesy call on receipt of the order is the appropriate way to deal with this sort of thing in business. Not five minutes before the delivery is due. The persons phone manner was also highly unprofessional and the background noise made it impossible to hear them. It took 4 phone calls to be audible.

Went ahead of a gig at roundhay staff were pleasant and helpful. The portions were enormous we had the platter for 2. Everything was super tasty and we must have tried most of the sauces on offer (all tasty) all in all a good feed.

Went in here on Tuesday with a friend before visiting the Arena for a concert. The initial staff member who greeted us was welcoming and then she was never to be seen again. All the tables were dirty, I had to ask a staff member to clean it which he did half heartedly and only cleaned half the table. The server who took our order was the most miserable unpeople person I have ever come across. Quite heavily pregnant and unfortunately very obviosuly not liking her job. Grunted at us when taking our order spoke so quietly I couldn't hear or understand and seemed clueless over what she was doing. When I asked for a drink that was on draft, I was told they don't serve it! The food came and was cold, I asked for it to be taken back, no cutlery was given and when my friend asked two staff members one which I assume was the most senior member ignored us and both walked away. I had to shout across the restaurant for cutlery. Eventually the pregnant lady gave us some. There was no napkins and the sauces needing replenishing. The tables were left unclean. The staff cleared them but never wiped them down. When we left not one staff member even turned and thanked us or said goodbye. Will not be back!

Had heard about this place on the grapevine. Someone told me they did wings and a load of various sauces to go with them. I thought, what's not to love? A quick read of the online reviews nearly put me off. But I stuck with my gut (it's sizeable), and I wasn't disappointed. We arrived around 1pm Saturday afternoon and there was a couple of other groups enjoying the chilled ambience. We grabbed a booth and looked at the menu. Lots of tasty options. I chose the wings with chips, kids meal for the lad (popcorn chicken and chips), and the missus had a selection of small plates (haloumi, prawns, and nachos). Went up to the counter to order and the chap came from out the back promptly. Placed my order with no fuss, helping me out with my queries (you help yourself to the various sauces which I liked, doesn't limit your option), and explained he was flying solo so to bare with him. The food took a normal amount of time to arrive for food cooked fresh to order, about 15 minutes at a guess. But we weren't clock watching. It was all hot and delicious. The sauce selection didn't dissapoint, there's even a massive random sauce selector wheel on the wall to play with. The lad and I had fun messing with it. The nachos portion was huge, the wings were delicious, the lad ate all his meal, and the wife got loads of prawns and haloumi, all garnished with fresh salad. Top notch. There were a couple of minor general issues that could've reduced my star rating. But I enjoyed the food that much I dont want to mark them down (people are too quick to do so I think). The door was difficult to close (due to the door matt slats being broken) and this meant there was a bit of a draught, so we were a bit chilly at first. But we moved further inside closer to the heating and we were just right. The tables were also a bit dirty, cleared but in need of a wipe (bit difficult to keep on top of that if you're running a shop of this size all on your own, including cooking). So we used a baby wipe to clean down and had no issue with that, I've been to "five star" Hotels and been sat at a dirty table. TL;DR - All in all a good experience. Tasty, hot, good value food, in a chilled, friendly, fun atmosphere. Would return.

This has to be my worst restaurant experience. I'm sat here now, have been waiting for 50 minutes and still no food. 3 people have requested a refund already, another is in the process as they gave them the wrong order after waiting for over an hour. I didn't get a receipt, when I requested it, they had lost not only my receipt but also the till receipt!! Never coming back here. Don't advise anyone else to come here and this is before I've even tasted it!!! So food finally arrived as shown in the pictures. I ordered 4 large chicken wings - main meal, with fries £7.00!!! A portion of prawns for starters £5 each!! No garnish, a splodge of sauce under one half wing. This is atrocious. My circumstances don't permit me to walk around the city to find somewhere decent to eat, I would have left with the remainder of the restaurant patrons. We all had a show to catch at the arena and adamant this wouldn't ruin the buzz of the evening. A positive in light of the mayhem, and it was manic is that the manager kept her composure. She remained polite and courteous, and continued to coach get staff. Her staff namely the waitress at the till massively let her down. Several times I heard the manager tell the woman to inform patrons that there is a substantial delay prior to accepting orders. She didn't! She told us our food would be ready in 10-15 mins!! She approached our table asking for the receipt to check what we ordered so she could check the order - I had to remind her she hadn't given us one, and that she had actually lost it! She slapped the food on the tables and had a problem with people asking for refunds. She at no point took on board what her manager (under immense pressure) was trying to ask her to do. Ultimately, the restaurant needs someone with more experience, more staff and to seriously consider the value offered to the customer. The food was disgusting. Stale bread on the burger, burnt meat, 4 small half wings that tasted like the packet they came in and... ther pictures speak for themselves! I am so furious, I am going to submit a further written complaint. Disgusting, atrocious experience.

Best salt & pepper squid I have ever tasted. Pulled beef brisket burger was delicious. An ensemble of different sauces available to try as many as you like. Highly recommended and I would definitely go again.

A big mistake. 35 minute wait for burgers, they overcharged and served the wrong burger. They didnt have any buns so had to make them wraps. Couldn't understand orders. One burger was cold. And their apology was to randomly hand over two more servings of sweet potato fries unasked and unexplained when we'd only asked for one between us anyway.

Should have known something was wrong when we rocked up and it was empty. Scruffy place with a tiny menu choice made even smaller by the fact they didn't have any burger buns when we arrived. . Avoid or take your own ingredients....
